Feras Alhlou explains how to answer "What do you do?" by focusing on who you help and the problem you solve, rather than listing services. Lead with the outcome people care about, not your job title.
Sales isn't interrogation, it's conversation. Which leads me to my next step, what you say in your conversations. Your pitch is not your resume. When someone asks, so what do you do? That's not the time to list services. It's not, I run a consulting firm. It is who you help, what painful problem you solve, and what outcome you produce. Not I'm a marketing consultant, but I help B2B founders generate predictable inbound leads, clear, concrete, and outcome-driven.
