I speak with 2 to 3 founders every week. They delay taking steps because they feel a need to have a complete plan. I'm not going to register my business because I don't have a full business plan. I'm not going to go to a networking event because I haven't registered my business. I'm not going to develop a website because I'm not sure what is it that I'll be offering. There's a balance between underplanning and overplanning, and learn as you go, or the successive approximation, It's about taking steps without having 100% clarity, without having everything documented and planned out. Maturate on the go and learn on the go.
