As soon as you've done this internal handoff between you and your business partner or someone, a contractor is helping you deliver, or if it's just you, once you've done that, immediately you want to start this onboarding process. Onboarding, basically, it could be a simple email saying, thank you so much for signing the contract. It's an absolute honor to have you as a client. And then here's what will happen next. I need 2 days. To turn the contract into the workflow. I need a week, whatever you've set up, whatever expectation you've set in the contract during the negotiation process, during the sales process, reiterate that in this email and let the client know exactly what will happen next and when it will happen. This way you're setting expectations and then you're managing and exceeding those expectations.
