Stop sending generic check-in emails. Every follow-up needs something concrete: a case study link, a blog post, competitor news, or an industry report. Add value or don't send it.

Don't send emails, follow-up emails that say, I'm just checking in. I am just checking in should not be in your dictionary. When you follow up on that email, always, always, always add value. You can link to a recent case study that you've done, maybe a blog post, maybe a thoughtful LinkedIn post, maybe an industry report, maybe some news you've heard about their competitors, some new regulation, whatever the case might be, always add value.
