Rejection and criticism aren't personal attacks, they're information. Learn to read what's useful in the feedback and ignore the noise. That skill matters more than technical expertise for consultants and entrepreneurs.
Think of rejection as information. Think of it as direction. I'm not saying that everyone who is criticizing you and everybody who is putting you down or someone who's mean to you, they're right and you listen to that. No, but in the context of business, especially for the new consultants where you are learning, there's a lot to learn beyond your subject matter expertise, and that's part of entrepreneurship.
