For those of you who are maybe haven't sold before, don't— not sure about their pricing, what pricing model that they could use. For example, I'll give you just a quick overview. You can, you can, you can sell hourly. My hourly rate is $150, and I'm— I'll quote you 10 hours for this project, and then if we go over, you pay me, you know, as we go over. Or, or you can say, um, I have— I, I will sell you a package of 10 hours a month, and that's what you get in this package. So that's hourly, right? And you package it sometimes. Another common, uh, common pricing model, especially for early-stage consultants, it could be project-based. I'll come in and do this workshop for you, or I come in and implement the service, and it's going to be $2,500. That's it, and here's what you get with it. So I think, I think you can go hourly, you can go project-based. My general— there are always exceptions— my general recommendation for new consultants, new service providers, is to sell hourly because there's just so many things you don't know.
