Hey, Feras, how do you deal with the unbalanced power structure in the business? You as a recent grad, as a young grad, you as a new employee, my advice is focus on learning and focus on doing your work and avoid politics, avoid the rumor mill, avoid the office gossip. Just focus on doing the work and focus on working hard and shine in whatever you do. And when people engage you in certain things, just politely just excuse yourself. Tell them, I'm really focused on my new thing. I'm really focused on my work. I don't know what to do. I can't help in that area. So find a polite way to unplug from these conversations where there are a lot of rumors or there are a lot of politics or backstabbing or people just not nice and focus on learning and focus on helping this company in the area they hired you to do the work for.
