Leadership is service in business and beyond. If you want to be a founder, you don't just take from the system, you contribute to it. For me, one way I do that is donating blood every couple of months. Now, I just completed my 118th donation as we head into March, National Red Cross Month. This entire blood donation process, if you'd like to try it, takes About 45 minutes. And why am I encouraging you to do it? Because every 2 seconds, someone in the US needs blood, and one donation can help save up to 3 lives. So if you're eligible and not too afraid of needles, schedule your appointment today. Leadership is service in business and beyond.
