You can offer some free consulting or maybe a free mini audit, or you can do a free training. Again, this is not very scalable. As you grow, as you scale, you can't afford to do a lot of this free stuff, but initially, and if you're stuck, you're not selling, then you have to do something. You have to think outside the box and you have to do things that you wouldn't normally otherwise do.
