So you have to give them a lot of what they need and a little bit of what they want. That's what someone told me a long time ago, and it's true. So, so there are 3 models. There's the DIY, do it yourself, for you as a consultant. You can offer that as a service. You can offer your services as done with you, DWY, or you can do done for you, DFY.
