Feras Alhlou walks through a spreadsheet system for founders to audit their time. Track 10 daily tasks for 2-3 weeks, sort them by function, then plot each against what you're good at and what actually needs doing. Delegate anything you're bad at and shouldn't be doing anyway.

What is the 3-step founder schedule or focus optimizer? It's actually a spreadsheet and it's to do with delegation. I came up with this process where for 2 to 3 weeks, just jot down the 10 things you do every day. And in the spreadsheet, I have categories. Could be in finance, it could be in delivery and sales and marketing, right? So list all these. For every task, there are 4 categories: things I'm good at and I should be doing, things I'm, I'm good at, I shouldn't be doing, and then things I'm not good at and I still should be doing, and then things I'm not good at and I shouldn't be doing. Hopefully you're still following me here, but on the things that you're not good at and you shouldn't be doing, you gotta outsource this right away.
