The hardest decision entrepreneurs face is choosing whose advice to trust. Only take it from people who've actually achieved what you're after, because they know the pressure of missing payroll. Skip the armchair consultants.
The single hardest decision you'll make is whose advice to trust on what topic. I wholeheartedly believe in only seeking advice from those who have been to where you want to go. An armchair consultant or investor who has never experienced the high stakes of building a business, like what it feels like to cry or pray alone at night because you might miss payroll, is not a person you should have as an advisor. Always seek advice from those who have been to where you want to go.
