What is the hardest part of launching a company? For me, the hardest part of launching the very first business is that I had no idea what to do. Do I write a business plan? Do I vet the idea? And how do I go about marketing? How do I do sales? I'd never done sales before. There are so many unknowns and there are so many areas of the business that we have zero experience in. Being comfortable with, with unknowns in various areas of the business, I think it's okay. You have to overcome that concern, that fear. And once you start tackling and conquering these unknowns one at a time, I think you'll build that muscle and you'll be in a better position to manage these unknowns and take calculated risks and not just wait on chances or good luck.
