Feras Alhlou explains why founders underestimate how hard entrepreneurship actually is. Most expect one thing but face something five times more difficult, requiring far more time and effort than they anticipated.
What is the mindset trap that causes founders to give up? And I would say if there's just one trap, it's to do with underestimating what's involved in entrepreneurship. I always say entrepreneurship is 5 times harder than what most people think. First, because you're building something from scratch, and second, it does require a lot of time, a lot of effort, and that's something maybe you're just not prepared to do because you might have some obligations.
