If you bill $150 an hour and spend 10 hours a week on admin work, you're losing $1,500 in revenue. Hire someone at $20 an hour to do it instead. You gain $1,300 a week.

The opportunity cost is bigger than you think. Let me show you. Let's say you charge $150 an hour and spend 10 hours every week on administrative tasks. Now that's $1,500 of potential revenue gone. If you hired someone who could help you with these administrative tasks, say they charge you $20 an hour, this would cost you $200, but it'll free up $1,500 in high-value time. That's a net gain of $1,300 every week just by you getting out of your own way.
