A successful business plan is one that you build over time. I don't want you to take 2 years to build it, but start by vetting the idea. Use my 10+5 rule, talk to 10 potential clients and research 5 competitors and see, learn about the market, about the pain points, about the needs of your potential clients, and then map that to your own skills, your own resources, and see how you can stand out. I think that's really core to starting a business. And then gradually over a couple weeks, 2, 3, we start adding the various components of a successful business plan. So add the financial projections, add something about cash flow, about the back office, and be out there testing your idea, hearing back from the community. This way you can tweak, refine the plan, and grow your business to 7 and 8 figures.
