Hey, Feras, what challenges does a college grad have in business? Unfortunately, there are several. One of them is when recent grads come into a company, some of the hiring managers, including millennials or Gen Xers, they have some preconceived notions about Gen Z. And this might not be you. And actually, my recommendation to you is not to let any generational theorist define who you are or put a label on you. So you go out there and show the world how much of an amazing person you are.
