Feras Alhlou explains what DFY consulting actually is: consultants who work hands-on inside your organization to fix problems like employee retention and customer churn by reviewing your hiring and working directly with your managers.
Done for you, DFY. Basically, the consultant would come in and do most of the work, and they're involved and they're hands-on. Maybe you're having issues with retaining employees, and they can go and examine your hiring processes, or that you're having issues in retaining customers. They can go in with your project managers and account managers and understand why clients are leaving. So they are involved day in, day out with you, or week in, week out.
