What’s 1 moment where gratitude helped your business?

I don't think about it that way where I'm showing gratitude in exchange for something positive and good that will happen to me. I think life works this way, no matter what your belief system is. I think if we're positive, we're good to people, we're grateful, positive things happen to us. But I think we should show that gratitude. We should be grateful because it's the right thing to do without any expectations. Without anything in return. I didn't do this enough early on in my, in my career, or as an entrepreneur, as a manager, or as a business owner. But I think going out of your way to thank someone, one of your employees maybe who hasn't been recognized, or someone who's just— maybe they're just starting and they don't have a whole lot to contribute, but they're trying their best.
