When did you realize you wanted to be an entrepreneur? I was forced into entrepreneurship. That's what most people don't know. You know, I always had this idea of starting my own business, but I had a young family. I was doing really well. I was a VP in a tech startup here in Silicon Valley, but it took a layoff to make me think about starting a business. The job market was very dry at the time. I couldn't even get a single interview, but I ran into a good friend of mine who was thinking of starting a business. So we put our resources together, we vetted the idea, and we built that first business in 2003, and the rest was history.
