My pricing is not working. I can't sell. I'm trying every different pricing model I know, but nothing's working. Feras, can you help?
My friend, your pricing model is not broken. Your confidence is. Most founders think the problem is with their pricing model— hourly, project-based, or value-based— but honestly, that is rarely the real issue. What I usually see is this: when you're in a sales meeting and you're very nervous, you're not inspiring confidence, and clients sense it. They feel it. They see through it right away. They're not to buy from you. The antidote? Practice. It's a numbers game. More conversations, more reps. There are no shortcuts. You have to build that muscle. If you're good at what you do, you can solve a problem that people have and they're willing to pay money for. And just say it with confidence. That's what sells.
