Most new founders waste their first 3 months, not because they're lazy. Most are not. They're not doing hard things. When you decided to start and have your own business, that was a very hard decision. Keep in mind that things will get even harder. You have to spend most of your time doing things that are new to you, things that you're not good at. You don't have experience in sales and marketing. And you don't learn these moves and techniques by watching YouTube, reading, or planning. You learn them by doing the reps. Ask yourself, are you avoiding the hard things or are you training in them?
