So you might be in a need, and the advisor, the consultant, the mentor that you happen to come across, whether it's paid or for free, their personality might be at odds with yours. But if they have the knowledge, the experience, maybe the wisdom that you could benefit from, my advice to you is adapt and learn from them. You're the student.
