Hi everyone. As 2025 rolls to a close, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to my colleagues at Ownify, to our technology partners, to our investors, to our realtor partners, and to our customers who put their faith and trust in us this year. You know, the Ownify journey really started almost 20 years ago when I bought my first home, at the time with help from my parents. And, you know, it stuck with me that why do I have to take on all this debt? Why have to, you know, get help from my parents to buy a home when I have good income great credit and all of that. And, you know, that really planted the seed for Ownify, which we started 3 years ago as the first fractional ownership company focused on first-time homebuyers and a company focused on really making it easier for so many young people who are struggling to get into the real estate market today. So what we did is we set out and challenged the notion that you need to use debt to buy a home, that you need to have a huge down payment. And we built Ownify as an opco-propco company, venture-funded it, started working on this vision, right, of buying homes as shares, or BRICKs, as we call them. And that was 3 years ago. And little did we know at the time that we were building this company, literally in the worst environment for real estate, the worst environment for proptech in over 15 years. As interest rates went up, the real estate market slowed down, funding got harder. And so what it did is, you know, it forced us to be lean, it forced us to challenge our assumptions. None of the paths were easy. It It really forces to become better at building this business. Just like, I guess, tacking into the wind makes you a better sailor or running uphill makes you a better runner. I do run uphill a fair amount. I know nothing about sailing. So anyway, 2025, 3 years in, was a good year for us. We helped a number of families into their first home. We doubled our assets under management. We tripled revenue. We built a great pipeline of business for 2026. Over 150,000 people watched our TEDx talk on fractional ownership. We had thousands of people apply to our program. And we're hitting the return targets for our investors. And so all of that feels good, but obviously lots of work remains to be done, right? It is literally the hardest environment ever for young people to buy a home. The average age of the first-time buyer this year hit 40. It's the highest it's ever been, and lots of folks are squeezed out of the housing market. And politicians keep talking about the problem, right? Affordability. We're actually working on solving it. So if you are interested in learning more about fractional ownership, ping me a message. If you're a realtor, if you're a first-time buyer, if you're a real estate investor, get in touch so we can work together in solving the housing affordability challenge one family at a time, one brick at a time, in 2026 and beyond. Again, thank you to all our partners, investors, uh, coworkers, and here's to a great 2026.
