The video walks Accredited Agents through the Ownify Agent Portal feature for inviting customers to the pre‑qualification flow. Agents enter a customer's first name, last name, and email, then send an automated invitation email containing a link to start the pre‑qualification application. For joint applicants, sending the invitation to one partner triggers an automatic invitation to the second applicant once the first begins the application. The portal also provides a multi‑customer referral link that agents can share in campaigns; any customer who clicks the link is automatically tagged to the agent and can start the application. All customers who begin an application via either method appear in the agent’s dashboard, where the agent can monitor each referral’s progress through the application flow.

Hi guys, welcome to your Accredited Agent Portal. I just want to show you about a great feature that we have in here for you to use to invite customers to join Ownify. So within your portal, you can invite a customer through these here. So if I just click here and show you how to do this, it's very simple. We just simply need you to input the customer's first, last name, and email address, and as soon as you click this button here, it will send that customer an email an email with a link to our pre-qualification flow stating that, that you, agent, have invited them to get pre-qualified with Ownify. Now remember, if it's a set of joint applicants, you only need to send this to one of the two application partners, and then what they will do is when they receive that email link, they will start the application, and as they fill in that application, they will kind of call out whether it's a joint application or not, and that will trigger the invitation to go to the joint applicant. So you only need to send this to one of the two joint applicants. You also have here a multi-customer referral link. So should you, um, want to be able to do a bit of a maybe campaign and say, hey, if you want to get pre-qualified with Onify, use this link. This will work for multiple customers to click on, start the application, and they will be automatically tagged as your customer and then in customer progress, any customer that starts an application via the email invitation sent or via that multi-customer referral link will appear here in your dashboard, and you'll be able to track their progress through the application flow.
