Hi everyone, as you know, last week we announced we're offering a $1,000 bonus for each new buyer you bring to us who's under contract by Valentine's Day. As a result, we've seen an increase in the number of agents who are advertising their listings with an ONFI financing option, and so this week we wanted to provide a quick overview of some of the resources we have available to you as you're marketing the program to customers. As you can see here, we have an entire agent portal that is accessible to agents once they go through our accreditation process. Probably the most relevant and important feature for you is the Invite a Customer tab. You can also access it by clicking this button right here. On this page, you're able to enter the first and last name and the email address of any customer you want to invite. Uh, for joint applicants, you only need to enter the details of one customer, and you'll send the invite by clicking this button here. As a result, the customer will receive the email that you can read over here with a unique invitation link to apply, and in our system, they'll be associated with you as the agent. Then importantly, you can track the customer's progress on the customer progress tab here. So you'll be able to see all the customers that you have invited and where they are in the application process, whether they're approved, denied, and what their home budget is once they are approved. So this just makes it really easy to track the status of customers so you're able to nudge them appropriately through the process. You're actually able to search here for important topics that you may be interested in or have questions about. Another, uh, important feature of the portal is the flyer feature. This allows you to create a flyer, a co-branded Ownify flyer with specific listings that you may have on the market. So those are probably the most important and relevant tabs on the customer side. Um, but if you know of any real estate agents who are also interested in becoming an Ownify agent, you can refer an agent to our program here. And you can also invite an investor. Um, as many of you know, we have investors who co-invest in the properties alongside first-time home buyers. So this is a great option for accredited investors who are interested in a passive real estate investment strategy. You're able to invite them to learn more about the fund by putting their name here, and they'll receive this invite, um, from you. So that's just a quick overview.
