The video features three investors sharing why they chose to invest in Ownify's Home Fund. Speaker A (Jason) recounts his stressful experience buying a home in California and expresses excitement that the fund will open doors for qualified homebuyers facing similar challenges. Speaker B highlights the fund’s double‑bottom‑line nature, describing how he channeled money from a donor‑advised fund (DAF) into the Home Fund, expecting both financial returns and the ability to recycle capital back into nonprofits. Speaker C emphasizes personal trust in founder Frank and the management team, noting that investing through an IRA provides diversification for his retirement portfolio. Across the testimonials, the speakers stress the fund’s mission to increase housing access, its alignment of financial and social impact, and the credibility added by principal investors sharing the same terms as outside investors.
Hey everyone, Jason here. Just a quick note to express how excited I am to recently have invested in Ownify's Home Fund to open up the doors for, for many qualified homebuyers, you know, to enter this market. I was lucky enough to buy a house in California years ago, but still remember, you know, super stressful time. I needed help from family, right, to make it work. So the product here will, from Ownify, will really help open the doors for, literally open the doors for many qualified homebuyers that are struggling to get into this market.

So I've known Frank, the founder of Ownify, for a long time, and I have faith in Frank and the management team to grow and develop this new business model. It was also a nice bonus to be able to make my investment in the Ownify Home Fund through my IRA, providing some nice diversification in my retirement investment.

And so—
