Hi everyone, welcome to a quick flyover on the current portfolio of Ownify Homes. We're going to show you a couple of the homes in the portfolio. My name is Frank Rhode, I'm in the bottom left there for a second, and we're just going to flash through the homes. They're all in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Charlotte. We had our first home in Nashville, and generally North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas coming up pretty soon. And all of these homes are 100% occupied by owners through the fractional ownership structure that we've built with Ownify. So it's 100% occupancy. They're all appreciating at very nice rates. And as you can see, the cap rate in the upper right for each of these properties, we're aiming for low to mid-6s, and that's really the income that these homes are generating on a quarterly basis as part of the Ownify Home Fund. So as you're evaluating investing in these homes, really the way to do it is through the Ownify Home Fund, which invests in all of these homes in a diversified manner. So you, through your investment, are actually a diversified shareholder. Here's a quick glance at the markets we're in, and we're expecting, or realtor.com is forecasting, a 9% home price appreciation through 2025.
