Raleigh is— I call it like a tiny city. Most people don't realize when they live in Raleigh that they're living in a city because it feels like such a tight community. But when you drive through, you see, oh my goodness, there's so much growth. There's these massive companies coming to Raleigh right now that are, are building the, the reputation, I guess, of our area. The growth is just untapped.
Well, it's secret's out, it's done. You know, for the past 5 years, it's like 1 to 5 top places to live, top places to move, top places to start a all that sort of thing.
State park, distance to the mountains, to the coastland, I mean, it's things that people want and it makes it valuable regardless of the market space.
The value is so low comparably to what you get in our market, and so people are starting to realize it, and that's shown because they're moving from the West Coast, they're moving from the Northeast, they're moving from the Southeast, they're all coming here because they see the value of what Raleigh has to offer.
Organically valuable. It is intrinsically valuable. Able to offer homeownership to more and more people, but not just homeownership, but homeownership in a place that they love calling home. I look forward to seeing the Triangle grow. I look forward to seeing more and more people get to enjoy this place.
