Sam. Hello, gorgeous human beings of the currency program. My apology for the tardiness, but something came through and I wanted to be sure to really get it and to integrate it into today's training while the energy was fresh. And so I've got something that wasn't even expected to be in the module today, in the module, which I'm very excited about. What I love about this work so much is it really is the kind of thing that the more you do it, the more it untangles and the more we get into these discussions, like, I can plan as much as I want for these. These courses. If. If something comes through in the middle of it, I've got to make space for it, and it's got to make sense with the curriculum that I have already. But the more I talk about it, the more this is, like, exponentially landing in my world. And there's so many amazing things that are happening for me behind the scenes as well. I. I want to say I'm loving the celebrations that are also happening. A lot of them behind the scenes. We're getting a lot of messages from people telling us they're manifesting some crazy things, things they didn't expect, debts being erased, amounts of money that are coming in that were not expected. So if you have things like that and you're willing to share them in the group, I know that this is really helpful, and the emotions that it creates, we're going to be talking about those in the program. So the more you share in the group, and I'm always grateful for private messages, too, and I'm happy to celebrate with you any way you feel comfortable, but I. I feel like in the groups, it just. The more you see in the group, the more it stretches your mind or the more it triggers stuff, and the more open to learning why it triggers stuff. And so I really want to invite you to keep posting in the group because it's been doing a spectacular thing. I don't know. The last time I was this glued to a course, the participants, the messages that the posts like. I'm really paying attention to what you guys are going through, and it's. It's doing something very fantastic. So I'm very happy about that. I'm just looking at your beautiful faces. Shell. Mita, so good to see you. Sarah. Sarah, so good to see you. I'm seeing Michaela here for her first. Is this your. No, you were here. You were here yesterday. I remember. You're smiling. You were on Live yesterday as. So good to see you. Coralina. In the house. Louise, Lindsay, Emma. Sandra, Sarah, Lee. Oh, my gosh. Hamaya is here. Lindsay, Cheryl. Hi. Lisa. Monique, Nadia, Anya, Odessa. Atten. Oh, I love your name. Al. Hello. Hello. Halwyn. Mira. I can't see the whole thing, but bonjour. Hello. Rita, Katie, Gelsey, Kathy, Heather, Rosa, Cat. If I'm missing you, hello. But I just love seeing your faces on camera. I just want to say hi to everybody. Katya, Claire, Nadine. Hello. Brittany, Kim. Hi. Jamie, Monica, Emily, Carla. So good to see you. Okay. Hello, everybody. Hello. Hello. Now, they're all moving for me. So. Okay, I'm going to anchor into this module there's something very. If I've missed you, I just want you to know, like, I'm trying to look on the second page. Of course there's people. Hello, all. The second page. Okay, I. I want to tell you this. This energy is a lot. And I am so impressed at how many people are showing up live still, because it's a lot of energy. So congratulations. I. I want to forward this. This module with something very important. The work we're doing here, it's the most simple, which makes it the most complex. And what I mean by that is what we would prefer, if possible, is that the things that we learn are very complicated and that they would not make sense so that we could think like, oh, this explains why it's been so hard for me. But really, when it's the simplest thing, sometimes it can be entirely infuriating because it's like, I can't believe this is it. But because this is it, the breakthroughs are so much easier. As you've seen in this group, it's not taking forever for you to get it. This is the fast. These are the fastest breakthroughs I've seen in a very long time. Like, it's so simple that you can't. You can't use it as an excuse that it's complex. And it's going to take you your lifetime to get a breakthrough. Does this mean that you're not going to continue to get breakthroughs about this work? No, there's going to be plenty. But the simplicity of what we're working on right now is what actually makes it complex. Because it's like, how can it be this simple? And this is what I've been missing. Can it really be this? Can it be this? And we sometimes fight with that. The other part of this is the way that I speak is different than the way normal English would go. And so sometimes it takes, like, you've got to jump through hoops in your mind to, to totally get a sentence that I'm saying, but I'm saying it in a certain way because if I said it regularly it would just land the way every single other book training course you've ever taken about gratitude would land. And you would probably end this course saying, I knew all of that. Now I'm telling you things you know in a way you've never heard. And it's giving you breakthroughs as if it's the first time in your life you've ever heard the most simple concepts. And that's the beauty in language. It's just a different currency and explanation. And this one has taken a lot of time, a lot of energy and a lot of my own self education to figure out how to communicate in this very strange and unique way that actually just pierces the door. I just, it just, it just goes right through the subconscious. It's like we don't pick up all the stuff that usually slows us down on the way to the breakthrough. It just goes like. And then you're like, how did that make it there? I've been protecting that spot for a decade. Nothing has been able to penetrate this forever. Like, how did you, how did you make me think of this? I haven't wanted to think of this, you know, so the energy is just, we're moving and so the more you can stay in the energy of moving and keep your mind open, do the homework when the homework is required, calm your brain when, when the calming of the brain is required, we're going to go a lot further. So how this module goes is I want to give you, I want us to look together in the most logical way possible, the most realistic way possible. What are the ways that money can come into a person's life? So the first way, if we're being very honest, is like the magic miracle, I can't believe it kind of way which, whether we want to believe or not, people have this. It's the inheritance from the person you've never met in your whole entire life. It's the money you find on the floor on the way to somewhere and there's no one in sight. It doesn't belong to anyone. It's the check that you forgot to cash, however long ago, and you just got a reminder of it. And it's, you didn't care about it or you didn't value it when it was time to cash it back then, but all of a sudden you receive it. Like my last year's four million dollar tax Refund. And I will tell you the story of that in a moment. So you. You will have things in your life that happen that feel like, how did this happen? You find money in your purse. You get an unexpected birthday gift. You have an experience somewhere that's not extraordinary. You learn to communicate effectively, and they refund your whole stay or your home, whole meal, or your whole facial, your whole massage, something like that. You manifest it, you know, either in a raffle or in the lottery, or you in quantum prosperity or something like that. Something happens in your life and money comes back, but you didn't have to figure out how to work for it. You didn't have to become more skilled. You just manifested it. But there are courses and conversations in the world that teach you how to manifest. And there's two things about that. Sometimes when we're manifesting, we're manifesting effortlessly because we're innocent. So you'll find that there's times in your life that when you were innocent and you didn't think of all the bad people and the bad things and the awful things could happen in the world, you manifested a lot easier. I remember one year, I won the big Easter bunny at the hair salon when I was like, five, My mom put my hair, my name in the draw. I won the big Easter bunny at the supermarket. I won the big Easter basket at school. I won rollerblades in the raffle at school. I won like six or seven things the same year. I won everything. And I just believed I'm lucky. And I always used to put the same number in number 13. That was my number always used to win with number 13. It was my lucky number. Then I found out 13 is an unlucky number. I was like, what? People are like, yeah, they don't even have a 13th floor elevator. Like, that's. So of course you. You chose the forbidden number. And so then I got all in my head about number 13. I stopped using it. Then I grew up, and I found out that whatever I decide is lucky is lucky. And actually, 13 is quite fantastic for a lot of people. I turned the page, and 13 has been a gorgeous number for me all over again. But it's so crazy how people will tell you something and you'll just be like, oh, this is bad, or this is wrong, or this is not what I thought it is, and your whole magic falls down the drain. So is it really true that it's just luck, or is it more like you're an energetic match? You know, I've had people in my Career say to me, oh, you, you know, you what, what do you do for a living? You know, people that are outside of this, I've learned better now. I don't really tell people what I do. I say, I run an online business and if they care to follow me, they'll figure it out. But when I tried to explain what I do, I'm sure some of you have tried that. It's always an interesting thing to go. I, I, I, why is that so complicated for us? But anyway, they said, what? What do you do? And I was like, I help people manifest the life of their dreams. And so that was like my thing. And then someone said to me, you know, is because it's just, it's luck basically. How can you teach people luck? No, they said to me, okay, so it's luck. All it is is luck. Everybody is like people. People are saying all over the place, they help people manifest things, but it's just luck. I said, okay, then I teach people how to be lucky. Ultimately it doesn't matter. You've got to figure out how, how to do this thing. You can spend your entire life feeling unlucky if you don't understand the laws of manifestation. Or you work on them and you study them and you say, this is the art that I want to really work on. You can have a full time job, you can be at home with your kids, you can have an amazing relationship, not have a job at all. But focus on manifesting money through yourself and through other people. And that can work very well. I've seen people do it, but there's another kind of money. And the other kind of money is the money where you make it. And this is something that a lot of people just have a desire to do. It wouldn't be enough, it wouldn't be validating enough to just win everything. I'm open to winning, I'm open to receiving, I'm open to manifesting. But I want to create it. I want it to be from my, my creation. I want that experience. And so how do we do that? That's from the raise at your job, from the promotion at your job, from being sought out and headhunted into a different company that gives you the salary that you want. It's from your clients choosing you, being able to raise your prices, being seen by more people scaling your business to a one to many model where there's more people paying you all at the same time. It's where you're starting to really build your own capacity to build wealth. And this is often attached to skills. And so the skills that you've got to acquire are sometimes speaking skills, sometimes selling skills, marketing skills, advertising skills. There are skills in debate or emotional intelligence, leadership, things where it's like the more, the more skilled you are, the more chances are that you will be qualified for the job. Right? That's like the second level. It's all about the skills. Now, some people are gifted, and that also falls in that second category. So, for example, if an artist is an extraordinary vocalist, they are skilled, but it's a gift. They're gifted. It's still a skill, but it's a gifted skill. If that's the case, still, they're the one earning and making the money because they've got to show up and do the concerts and write the music and they've got to practice every day and they've got to do all the things. So it's, but it's a gifted skill. A lot of people will put that on a pedestal. They'll say, that wasn't hard, it's hard. It's all got its level of effort now. For me, what hard means, there's two frequencies of hard. Whenever I use it, and it sounds like I'm, I'm all about it and I'm saying, you got to work hard. I, I, I'll preface it by saying this. I am not about boycotting words in the dictionary because the energy matters more than the word, but what I like to explain the energetics of a word if I use it. So when I say hard work, I mean dedicated work. I mean warrior energy, no matter what, through the finish line. I care about this more than I care about anything. Hell at the moon. No one can stop me. I got this hard. Like that's the kind of like, oh, like it's hard. Like, give it to me hard. It's a good heart. We like it hard. It's that kind of hard. It's hard in a good way. We don't want to say hard work and mean. It's terrible, it's awful, I hate it. And use it in a joyful context that doesn't really make sense. But you can work, you can use the word hard in alignment with your spirit. So hard work. Whenever I say that, that's what I mean. So we're looking for devotion, dedication, connection, empowering, like all in energy, a masculine forward energy of hard work. And then sometimes it's a feminine hard work of allowing yourself to receive and not shutting down your heart and being able to hold the energy of something in the void when you're terrified. That can also be hard work. Hard work in the masculine, hard work in the feminine. It can be difficult, but it's worth it every single time. Now. Does it get to be easy as well? Yes. And when it gets to be easiest is the more skilled you are. Unfortunately, this is the truth. But you could be skilled in one thing only in your entire life and make that one thing so easy. And then manifest people that are really good at one other skill and you can all help each other out with everything else. You don't need to be good at everything in life, although some people want to be. I'm a manifesting generator in human design. It explained that I wanted to be good at everything. I wanted to be the one. At first. I sent all my own gifts. I did my branding, I did all my marketing, my advertising, my selling, my customer service like I was a one woman show. But I was designed with the energy and the desire to be skilled at all of those things. If I had not desired that, it wouldn't have worked the same. So you've got to also follow your, your energy and your desires without saying, oh, this person's better than me because they did that. None of it is better. One super skilled perfectionist in one area is just as valuable as a person that's very good at 10 different things. It just in a different context and it's learning that about each other. And that's why this conversation about value is so important. Now. The last way that money comes into our life is just by holding on to what we receive now, being very good at receiving what we have now, being a match for what we have now. And money is coming in now and we're taking care of it properly and it's staying in our world and it's sticking around and it feels easier than it ever has to make it. And we're grateful for it. And our quality of life is heightened because we're all of a sudden more grateful for what we have. And what we have goes further. And a lot of that is what we're talking about right now in like currency, things like that. The second level program or the second level, which is where we're creating exponential wealth, where there's skill involved. That's where you start learning about yourself and your skills. And the other one is where you learn about manifestation. So these are really the three ways money comes into our life. Can you think of another way either comes in through a miracle. It either comes in because you worked for it, you're skilled for it or it comes in because you're already making it and you've just got to learn to love what you've got. Can you think of another way? So through another person. If it's a miracle like you didn't expect it to, would be the first level. If it's because they're paying you for a job and it's more than you expected, or it's something like that, it's the second level. And if it's the person that's paying you, typically it's the first level, it can come from the money itself. So that's. If it's an investment like you expected the money to come, it could be in any three of those. If it's a huge. You buy a little stock of something and it turns into something huge overnight. That's that miracle money we're talking about. If it's. If it's like paying you regularly and you experience it as part of your income and you made the right investments and you educated yourself and you got the right person to manage it, that's in the second level. And if you're just playing and dabbling with it, but it's working, that could be in the first level. Right. Would stocks and investments go way up, considered third kind? Yes. Affiliate money. So if you did not expect a person to refer you someone and it's out of nowhere, it would be in that miracle realm. If it's in the. You have an affiliate program, you built it, it took time, it took energy, you learned how to do it and now it's working. That's in the second level. Right. People supporting us, like parents or parents expected, but not for a job done. So that would be depending on if it's a miracle that your parents help you and that never happens. That would be in the first one where it's like, what I would never have thought you would have helped me. If you tend to have in the back of your mind, worst thing, my parents can help me. You know, that's more like right now. Or if it's. They tell you often, if you need anything, we've got you. And you've done that. Once in a while it could be in the second level. But when we're looking at it, it really does kind of come from three different places. It's a miracle. It's based on your relationships, your leadership, your. Your skills. Like you've done something to be in alignment with it, or it's just an energetic match for who you are right now. You haven't needed to be better. You just need to be better at loving what you've got. Seems pretty simple. Do we agree? Okay, and the lottery is the big one. So the lottery is you. You don't expect it, and it comes in through nothing. This feels like we could play from the top down or the other way around. We can always play both ways. The idea is that we understand the three ways. Why this is important to look at is because we tend to just put everything in the same bucket. We will say, like, I would need a miracle because I need to pay this very real bill that I need to pay. Or we'll say, I need to work hard if I want to make $70 million. It's like there's. You're, you're, you're cross promoting the ranges in a way that it feels either so big it's impossible or it feels so silly that it's impossible. And the difference and why it doesn't work is just that there are different, different energies that are not compatible. So we want to go reality with reality, possibility with possibility, and then like miracles with miracles. We want to stay in the same kind of energy because the frequency that you're feeling in your body, it's a match for something already. Now, why this is important is because when you dwell in the frequency of what's just regularly supposed to happen in your life. So if you're the kind of person who will most often just look at money as it is, you know what to expect. You know how much money is going to come in. Sometimes you can get yourself to believe it could be a bigger month or there's something could happen. But it's very rare that you do that. You're very realistic with money and you just kind of know what to expect. If that's you, can you raise your hand or say me just so I have an idea of who's kind of like this in this group. Okay. So when you're like this and you hear about people talking about huge financial wins, sometimes it's like this computer is not. I don't have. Like, I would need to be able to do the math of this. And I there I. But this, this command is not valid. Please try again later. Like, I can't. You need someone so realistic talking to you about money. Because if not, the whole thing feels like, okay, another one of those things. I don't even know how to do it. I don't even know how to. I don't even know. Right? So it feels like, how do you. Is a lot of the conversation that comes in. In that. In that sense. Now let's talk about the people who have a lot of belief that things could change. You've seen it happen. That one month is much bigger than the other one. Your biggest issue is actually consistency. It doesn't. It's like, how am I gonna do this again? I. I believe a big month could happen. It has happened. But I also believe a really crappy month could happen. And that stresses me a lot. I'm always like, what's gonna happen? What's gonna happen? I need to work on my mind. I need to work on something. I need to be better. Maybe I'm not good enough. If you're mostly in that energy, raise your hand. I want to see who I've got. That's mostly like that. Okay, so for you, when people are being really realistic about money, sometimes you feel like going, don't talk to me about the negative stuff or the realistic stuff I'm trying to manifest. And when people are really successful in saying miracle stuff, there's days where you're like, show me the money. And there's other days where you're like, can't look at this right now. It's making me very mad because mine isn't working. It kind of depends on your vibe, right? And then there's the people that are constantly operating in the field of like, I. Anything could happen. I have had so many miracles happen in my life, it doesn't even make sense. I believe I make the craziest moves. I've invested in things that don't make sense. I've changed houses before I knew what my other house were, that my other house was going to be. I've. I've quit my job before I knew where the other job was going to come from. I've done the craziest things. It's always worked out. And the braver I am, the crazier, the most amazing my life is. And I trust and I believe. And I'm constantly jumping into the unknown. The people who are in that frequency, raise your hand if that's more your vibe. Okay? So for you, when you're listening to people, be like, all logical. You're like, no, I can't talk to you about this, because I just frustrates me. Like, either you believe in the big things or you don't. But, like, I've got to stay single, focus. Like, I can't. This is what I've got to look at, and that's it. And there's some of you that it depends on the day. You know, if you're feeling kind of run down, you're going to be more realistic. If it feels like something good's happening, you start to believe in more. So these energies are important to notice because when you're. When you're on your way to money, it's not just your experience that intertwines with your life, it's other people's. So when you're having a great day going, mother, guess what? I just had a $30,000 month. And your mother is in the very predictable realm. And she goes, have you. It's impossible. You can't be like, you don't believe in me. It's like, no, I don't believe in anything you've said. I don't even understand what is this you're speaking of? It makes no sense. If you're speaking to a person who's like, really open with money and you're just like, you know, I'm. I'm really proud of myself because I've budgeted and I've cut all my expenses, and by this time, seven years, I'll be debt free. And they're like, why don't you just manifest it overnight? And. And you say, I just spent five hours concocting this master plan to be financially free, and you've just discredited it all with this really ridiculous thought of me manifesting it overnight. And I feel like you don't respect me or my work. That also doesn't work. So in life, what happens, we get into financial arguments with people because one believes in predictability. One believes more in, like, oh, this could happen. And the other one believes in miracles. And this can sometimes happen in couples. So you come home like, honey, I just plucked these Jimmy Shoo Choo shoes out of the field of the universe, and I believe the money will come to us 100 times, because what I buy from a place of alignment makes me richer. He's over there with his calculator going, no, I had not budgeted for these. I'm going to have to readjust our budget until 2027. And you're like, my shoes, you're wrecking the vibe. Sometimes it happens in contrast. So we've got to learn to understand different energetics or else we can't value different people with different thoughts. We can't different. We can't value different currencies, different expectations, different powers. The world actually needs everybody. The world needs people who are very loud and do what they've got to do for money. And that don't actually dream huge things because. Or else there's regular things that need to be done on the planet that will never get done. Like if everybody believes that they can be a millionaire or a billionaire, there will be no one making any coffee at any Starbucks ever for the rest of humanity. There will be no service at the gas station. There will be nobody there to bag groceries ever again. As long as you live, you will never be able to get someone on the phone at the bank. You will never be able to have a traffic person controlling traffic when the lights go out. You won't get an electrician, you won't get a plumber. You. Because everybody be like, I could be a millionaire. Like, it didn't work for everybody to be a millionaire. And that's not everybody's main currency. What some people want is to say, you know what I love? When I am at work, I do what I've got to do, but in my head I'm thinking and I'm dreaming and I'm. I'm writing music in my head, or I'm thinking about my kids, or I get to call my kids on a lunch break. I have no stress. And when I get home at night, I. The work stops and all I think about is my family. The work is a placeholder so that we can play. And I don't. I don't care about the money. I care about other things. We need that in the world. It's. It's just as valuable as the people who say, I breathe in a million dollars comes out. Like, it's just as important that these exist. So what we need to be very good at is valuing each person on the planet. And where a lot of the duality comes from is good people who watch people with money devalue other people and being afraid that we'll ever become a person that ends up becoming wealthy and then devalues other people. So I want to. I want to share a couple of different things with you before we move into the deepening of this, because I think it is important just to give you an idea. So when we talk about the field of miracles, this is the kind of money that comes in that you don't expect. And for me, there is no amount of money where this happens that I take for granted. The other day I manifested a coffee. It made my day. Like, all I could think about was, they don't know who I am. They don't know how many social media followers I have. They didn't give it to me because they were Going to get something in return. They gave it to me because they liked me. Like the. The. The barista said, this one's on me. I really like you guys. And he gave Kevin and I each a coffee. And I'm telling you, it made my whole day because it felt like recognition of my human spirit with no motive whatsoever. And I would not have known to value that if it weren't for the intense contrast I've lived in my life. I'm not gonna lie. I don't know that I would have been this grateful for a coffee from a stranger that didn't know me until so many people that knew me. Always led with needing or wanting something from me. Having someone just wanting to give to me just because they like me, that is such an amazing thing. And I value that because of the contrast. Then it can be something like, if I go to a dinner, and I love the dinner, the whole experience is great, but my steak is overcooked. And I say it with alpha communication because I teach communication methods that are extraordinary for. For life and business, and I share that with just alpha communication. I can't tell you how many times I've got. Please come back on us. We care about you. We love you. We want to. We want to get. We want to. We want another shot at this. Your meal is free or come back or something like that. And I'm like, whoa, that is not what I expected when I. When I shared what I was sharing. This is an abundance. This is a gift. This is more than I expected. Flowers like I received last year on my birthday. My private clients, my. My two private clients that have been with me the longest sent me the biggest bouquets of flowers I've ever seen in my whole entire life. Like, Stephanie sent me a bouquet of flowers that was so big. It was. I couldn't. It was, like, bigger than this. It had, like. I don't know, it was. It was just so big, and I couldn't believe it. And I took a million pictures with it. And then next thing, Cassie's flowers come in, and she sent me, like, 35 dozen roses, and there's a picture of me in front of them. This bucket is so big. I'm. The whole. All of me is behind it, and I'm just like. And it's like this ocean of flowers. And I looked at those a hundred times. I took so many pictures. I was just like, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God. The currency of those flowers, the currency of that love, the receiving of that. That felt like a miracle. Receiving flowers felt like a gift, but receiving that felt like the greatest statement I've ever seen. Like, you know, and then what other kinds of miracles? Last year, there was this. This ring I saw at Cartier. And I saw it and I immediately got a feeling for it. Like, there was something about it. It was a yellow diamond, and it was just. There was something about it. I tried it on. It was 8.88 carats, this ring. And it. I looked at it and my whole body was, like, hyperventilating. Like, the whole thing was just kind of mind boggling. And I'm looking at this ring like, oh, my gosh, this is so crazy. Then I got the price, and I was like, there's just no way that I'm spending this. There's just no way. Like, it's impossible. But then my second thought was, when I found out it was 8.88 carats, was like, what if I manifest it? This was right in. While I was doing the Energetics iii, I was doing that. That one's hosted in my We Are Alpha fan membership. It's a masterclass. The Energetics the Emotions and Energetics of Money. And so I was like, what if I manifested it? I don't know how. I don't know what, but I want to manifest this. At the same time, there was a woman in my mastermind that had just shared with us that she had received an inheritance from someone she barely knew and they became multimillionaires overnight. And I said, I'm open to that happening in my life. I had never considered that I could just receive money from a source that I didn't really depend on. That's that big. That big. And so I said, okay, I. I'm putting this into the universe. I'm an energetic match for this. Then the ring. I'll manifest it. All the things. The next week, we get a call from our accountant. There was a. There was a. There was a mistake with your taxes. Can you please call us? That is the worst text message you can ever receive at this level. I can tell you right now that is like, you immediately need to go to the bathroom. Like, there's. The stress is immediate. So it's like, oh, my God. We get on the phone, so there's a $4 million mistake, and we will be sending you back $4 million. That's impossible. That is absolutely impossible. That is more money than I made all of my life. All of. All of my life up until 2020, until 2019. Like, I did not make $4 million in all of my life until 2019. And all of a sudden, no, you guys overpaid. $4 million tax refund. And I had said, if somehow a miracle happens, I'll buy the ring. It all happened within less than two weeks. I couldn't believe it. And the ring did not cost $4 million. It was like a fraction of that. But it was just such a representation of that miracle. And so when you think about it, there's things that can happen out of nowhere. Would you expect that you've got a tax refund lingering for you that is more than you used to make a year somewhere? Some like, can you imagine if that happened? You'd be like. Like, I was. I was freaking out. We were squealing. We were crying. Like, $4 million tax free. Like, pineapple season is here. Like, the whole thing made no sense. So I have to stay open to things that can happen like that because they happen. So I can't not believe them because they happen. And the amount of clients that have had things like this that make no sense, they happen. So you've got. You've got to just let the universe do what it's got to do. It's got to be possible. But there's feelings that come in at every level. And this is what I want to talk to you about. So when we look at the. The level of money that we have right now, the things that sometimes get us in our head are not so much stuff about worthiness and value. Those start to happen when we want to make more in the moment. It's more stuff like feeling stuck or feeling trapped or feeling like it would be hard to change or feeling like we don't really have the confidence to do anything different. And what if it wouldn't work? There's a lot of what ifs. If we're trying to change at this level, when we're looking at the skills to acquire, then it starts to become about respect. And, you know, do I have what it takes? Do I have the credentials? Do I have the skills? How do I become better? I would need to be better. I'm not good enough to. So why this is important is because I don't have a traditional education. I had a very hard time with the traditional business models, like sitting down in a classroom and taking notes. I just was not great at that. And what would happen for me is I have a very emotional mind. Although I have a very logical mind, I also have a very emotional mind. And so I could learn all the things in the classroom. But the minute the exam sheet came in front of me and I sat down with my pen, everything I learned just went out of my brain. I couldn't think and it would give me panic, like anxiety and I would just forget everything. And so I actually struggled in school a lot and I ended up not graduating high school. And for me that was terrible because my parents had told me, you will struggle in life if you're not educated. You've got to get a good job and you've got to go to school. My parents didn't have a traditional education and they did have a difficult time and so they did not want that for, for us. Both my brother and sister did the education thing and they were really good at it and I was not. Later in life, for those of you who know human design, we found out they both have one lines. I'm a 3 5. So the traditional education route was not. I couldn't stay focused. So what does it mean to be educated? And is that something that the community, the like people decide or is that something that you decide for yourself? I believe I am one of the most educated people I know, but I don't have a traditional education. But I can hold a conversation with almost every single profession. I have helped people of almost every single profession better their systems, better their, their workplace, their flow, work with their employees. I've had to understand everything like I had to understand OSHA and HIPAA laws and dentistry in order to be able to help the people I was helping. I've needed to str. I've had to study things that you wouldn't expect. I once had a girl in a mastermind talking about what she does and how she helps dentists. And we started talking about laws and stuff. She was like, how do you know this? Well, I had clients in this field and I feel that the education that I've given myself in learning about things that matter has transcended what I would have in a classroom because I continued to, to, to learn. What I found is that it's hard for me to remember things I don't care about. Can you resonate with that? I think a lot of what I learned at school I just couldn't understand how I would ever need it. And so I needed it for the exam. I needed it just for the moment. I needed to prove I was good enough. So the pressure was at an all time high and there was no greater reason other than proving I was good enough for the school system, for my parents. And so it just Wouldn't stick. But when it's like, I want to learn this because this is going to help me help my client who's then going to do this and that, that I love, I'll remember so many different things. And so my mind works differently post traditional education than it does now. And I want to open that. I want to open your horizons to that. Because for a lot of you, you might be carrying a story about your traditional education that's old and worn out. I don't really care whether you have a traditional education because what it takes for you to be transformational on the planet has very little to do with geographic geography and cloud formations and, you know, the history of the evolution of the human body or, you know, cells and science, like, it doesn't really matter those things. You. I've helped people become multi millionaires that can barely spell. Like they've got issues spelling. It doesn't even matter. It's the wisdom, the intellect, and the willingness to educate yourself on things that matter so that you can bring value to the people that you're supposed to be supporting, so that you can hold a conversation and feel really strong and powerful and, and confident. Because that's what creates the magnetism. That's what makes people drawn in, and that's where the conversations lead to. You know, who you should know, and I want to connect you with this person. And all of a sudden things start to happen. So we want to work on our skills, whether those are communication, leadership, whether it's a tangible skill. You want to always be learning a skill. There is nothing greater on the entire planet that you can do for yourself than continue to develop skills your entire life. Not from a place of I'm not good enough if I don't, but from a place of I create more value everywhere I go. The more educated I am on the places I go. Anytime you know what you're talking about when you enter the room, you have a better time and the people around you have a better time. And you can get. What's fun, I find, is to get to know people and find out how much they know, why this is valuable. And I want to talk to you about this, not just in business, but also in relationship is I want you to think about your best dates you've ever had and the relationships that you really felt like, oh my gosh, this is like the greatest relationship ever. One of the big common denominators. And the thing you'll say to people is, we talked all night. We talked for hours. We just sat There. And we just. We talked about, and we talked about and we talked about. What does this mean? We have things to share. I know things. They know things. It was so interesting. There was so much to talk about. And when a lot of relationship ends, when a lot of relationships end, when asked, like, what happened, it was, like, apart. We didn't have much in common anymore. In other words, we ran out of things to say. If you are constantly learning new things, you're constantly transforming yourself. You're constantly becoming more of who you are, and your partner is also doing that. At the end of the day, there's stuff to talk about. You know what I learned today, you know what I got to. What I got to do today because of what I learned. And the conversations are endless. My most favorite thing about Kevin and I is how much we talk. We can just sit there and talk all night. We don't. We don't. We just talk. There's always something to talk about. I learned something. I had an idea. I had a thought. I want to run something by you. And we bounce stuff off each other, and it's such an incredible thing, but we are both always learning. Kevin always has a book in his hand. And I'm always channeling, journaling, being in my world. Re listening to my old trainings. Like, I'm always, I. My greatest teacher is me five years ago, three years ago, two years ago. I'm always re listening to my old stuff to see what new comes through and how I can evolve it. So I'm always listening to my work. And I'm bringing you a most evolved version of that. And then I'll listen to myself, and something comes through, and I have a realization. I have a breakthrough. And we're always talking. So you want to educate yourself. Not so that one day someone thinks you're good enough, but so that you always have new things to think about and to talk about. That changes your currency as a person. And then the next part and what you need to work on, what we need to work on as people, is the feeling of, I am worthy, I am deserving. And these two things tangle. And that's why we kind of brought that into this program as well. When you get an inheritance, a huge inheritance from someone, and you're like, I barely knew this person. Can you imagine how probably there is going to be a small bit of guilt that comes attached to that? Like, don't they have kids? Don't they have a friend? Like, why am I getting this? I don't know if I'm worthy. I don't know if I. I don't know if you win the lottery. Oh, there's so many other people that could have done something with this. You're so happy. But there's maybe a shadow of undeserving and sometimes those shadows are actually what block the miracles. Because what, what would be more amazing is if you said, if I receive this money and I realize it should go somewhere else or should be shared, I will share it. That's who I am. If when I receive it, I realize there's other places that could have used it, then I'll share it with them. I'll give them a piece. I'll make sure money in my hands is good for the world because I decide where it goes. So we've got to work on all of it. The, the energetics, the emotional parts and the tangible parts, all of it, in order for it to be a squeaky clean currency. But for entrepreneurs, the ones that are the most like squeaky, the squeaky wheels are the emotional intelligence, the emotional connections and the deserving because the skills is actually the thing we tend to be willing to chase forever. When someone says, I will teach you my five step process and how to be more this, you'd be like, okay. But when it's like we're going to do some deep work in order for you to heal, you know, heal this or touch this or become this, like, what if it doesn't work for me? So we want the tangibles because we think we could just do those things and when they don't work, we think it's the teacher that's wrong or something, something. But the fact is it's always an energetic game. So we've now broken down a very important part of this puzzle together, which was the one where we said value and worthiness. But today we're going to bring something else together. And this is where we talk about value and how we want to feel around people, which is a huge conversation. So when you're in a circle of people in business, especially as an entrepreneur, like coming in here in a group like this, what are the things you're most afraid you will feel when you're in a group like this? What's the biggest fear? Write it in the comments. That I'm going to feel less than, that I'm not going to feel understood, that I'm going to be left behind, that I'm going to be rejected, that I'm the little chicken nugget. Some have no fear, some that I'm going To fail, that I'm not going to fit in, that I'll have nothing to say, that I'm going to look stupid, that I'm going to be embarrassed, that I'm less worthy, that I don't know enough, that I'm not going to understand, that I'm not successful enough yet. These are all very good ones. So at the end of the day, if we were to break these down into very simple categories, if we say, I want you to like me, I want you to love me, I want you to respect me, I want you to see me, does that feel pretty accurate? I want to be. I want you to notice. I want to go unnoticed. I want you to respect me when you see what I write. I want you to like me as a person or I want you to, like, actually love that I'm here and I belong and we're friends and it really matters. And it's deep. So all of the little things kind of fit in those categories. It feels like I'm not good enough means you don't respect me. I'm not. I'm not magnetic enough. You don't like me. I'm not pretty enough. You don't even see me. I'm not. I'm not magnetic enough. You don't see me. So it really is. Do you see me? Do you respect me? Do you like me? Do you love me? And a lot of us operate a lot of our life in these energetics. I just want people to like me. I just want people to love me. I just want people to respect me. And depending on feminine energetics or Masculine Energetics, the respect part is either they're more prevalent or less prevalent. So do you get the feeling I want to be respected? Is that there for you? Or is it more just I want to be liked or both? What's. What's more? What feels more true? I want to be liked. I want to be respected. Or both. I want to be liked. Liked. Both respected. So we've got a good mix. So I want to untangle this because I feel like this is where it's because of this that people do a thing that I think is the biggest reason things don't work. This is why we become performative in the way we do what we do. So we don't do it from the squeakiest clean energy. We don't do it from the full expression of our spirit. We do it in order to feel something. And when we do something in order to feel something, there's something missing. There's something not Quite authentic because it's like, I'm doing it for you to think this of me or feel this of me. And so you'll often feel if you go into a group and there's people who have that like, look at me energy that you roll your eyes and you devalue them, even though their entire purpose for posting that way is to be seen, to be respected, to be liked, to be loved, it does the absolute opposite because it's created in the lack of it. So I did some research on words the way I do and I think this is a very important discussion. So we're going to look at, first of all, respect and deserving. We often say we want to be deserving or worthy of respect. This is the thing where it's like, I don't know if I'm worthy of respect. I don't know if I'm deserving of respect. Can you feel that in your body when you're like, I just, I want to be respected, but I just don't know if I'm worthy or deserving of it. Does that. Can you feel how that could. That could fit in your body? But what if I say I want to be deserving of value? Doesn't work. I want to be worthy of value, that doesn't work, but I want to be worthy of respect. I could see myself saying something like that now. Deserving means worthy of being treated in a particular way, of being or deserving means being worthy of being treated in a particular way, typically of being given assistance. And this really goes ding in my head. Deserving is worthy of being treated in a particular way, typically of being given assistance. So this is usually followed by then being grateful to whoever gave to you. Deserving means someone else gave you the deserving, someone else helped you, someone else gave you the opportunity, someone else pulled a seat out of the table and you're deserving of someone else helping you. But value has nothing to do with someone else. It's about how you feel about you and whether you're willing to pull the chair up and sit down and think for sure you belong. If you value being respected, it means someone else gives you an opportunity, gives you a shot. Then you've got to be grateful to them. Value is self fulfilling. If I believe I am valuable, I am valuable. I become more valuable. As I believe I'm valuable, I do more things that make me valuable. I gather the energy of being valuable. I am valuable. I trust that I believe it. I act in alignment with it. I'm more of it. If I believe I am not valuable, I act in alignment with being not valuable. I do things in alignment with not being valuable, I fear I'm not valuable. I think I don't do things. And so I become not valuable in my experience of myself as perceived value. So value is self fulfilling. Now, being grateful is very different. Like if you want to say to someone, be grateful for me. I wish you'd be more grateful for me. I wish you would. I wish you would respect me. I wish you would, she would love me. I wish you would like me. Those are all things of external validation that you hope and wish someone else is going to do in order to make you feel something that's totally different from value. So we even had a conversation the other day about someone's husband saying, I feel like I'm the last, I'm the last item on your list. And what we will usually see that as is like, you're not grateful for me. You take me for granted. Taking for granted is like not being grateful for. And so what happens a lot of times when people don't feel like they're being you're not grateful for me is you haven't thanked me for the things I've done recently. Good, Catherine, have you ever felt that, like if you were grateful for me, you'd say thank you? Do you realize how much I've done? I want you to look at how much I've done and I want you to say thank you. Now, we chase that a lot in our life, but when we get that, that's not actually enough. Because when people are grateful for what we've done for them, we still are left with the feeling that unless we continue to do things for them, we're worthless. And you're going to find a lot of the times when you feel not good enough, you'll think, I didn't do enough for this person. I'm not worthy enough because I haven't been there lately. I haven't answered the phone. I haven't. I haven't been there for a birthday party or a dinner. So I'm not good enough because I haven't done anything. I haven't helped them with anything. I haven't. I haven't done anything that's attached to gratitude. Because gratitude is being grateful, often grateful that you did something for me which is very different than I value your presence, I value your friendship, I value the fact that you're just simply alive and in my life. There's not much we need to do for that. That's the thing of being, not a thing of doing so. When we break out, when we break down the words, respect is a feeling. This is how like I. The English language and possibly all other languages, but I'm isolating this to English language is responsible for a lot of energetic tangles in our life. And I'm going to untangle this for you. And I think by the end of it, you're just going to be like, okay, respect. A feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, their qualities, or their achievements. That's what respect is. So if you don't feel like you've shown people that you're able enough, if you don't feel like you've shown people that you're qualified enough, if you don't feel you've shown people you've achieved enough, you fear you're not respected. This makes sense because that's what respect is. But in the depth of your soul and your spirit, is that really what you long to feel, that someone admires you? A deep feeling of admiration because you have done something, you're capable of something, or you've achieved something? Is that the. Is that what we're aiming for in life, to feel, like, complete? Do you think that that really is foundationally what makes a human being feel complete? Now? We can still go for it. We can still go for it. And there are a lot of people who will spend their entire lives trying to earn the respect of their peers, but most of the time when they get there, they're dissatisfied. And then they turn around and say, it's not all that. It's not worth it. Spend time with your kids. Be. Be in love. Care about the little things, because when you get there, it's not worth it. They're not an accurate representation, though, because they went for the wrong reasons to what they were going for. They wanted respect. They wanted to be admired. You get to have that. But if you end up with only that, you've got a. You've got a big bucket of lemon juice. So how that a big bucket of lemon juice doesn't help you, a big bucket of salt doesn't help you. There's different. It's a different flavor of life. Respect. It's fun, but it's not the be all and end all. Now let's look at gratitude. Being grateful is appreciating what someone has. And this is something that I've kind of broken down. Being grateful is appreciating what someone has as opposed to what someone wants. So when you're grateful. Instead of wanting something else, you're grateful for what you have. Being thankful or thanking someone implies that you're acknowledging your thanks for something that someone has given you. So when you're thinking about gratitude, it's like, I appreciate what I have when I'm thankful. A lot of times it's acknowledging that someone has given me something. But people use thankful and grateful interchangeably in most of the definitions when it comes to anything thankful and grateful. So those get very muddled. And you'll notice that when we're teaching small children gratitude, we always teach them in accordance to someone did something for them or gave them something. We don't teach spiritual gratitude. We teach give and take gratitude. Say thank you. Give me this. Say please. Say thank you. Say please. Say thank you. Say please. It's a transactional gratitude. And so no wonder we're conditioned to feel like we've got to be transactional with people in order to experience gratitude as a person. So I need to be transactional to receive gratitude, and I need to be admired to receive respect. When we look at it like that, can you see how superficial a lot of this is? It wouldn't be enough to actually make a person feel transformed, deeply happy, in love with their lives in deep reverence, connected to the holy Spirit of life. Like, none of that would happen at this point. We've got transactional gratitude and admiration. So when we look at this, this is actually a very interesting thing. If we want to be loved, we want people to be grateful for us. We want people to like us, we want people to respect us. If that's how we show up in every room. I'm going to try to be more qualified than everyone, have more abilities and have more achievements in order to be respected. I'm going to try to do things for people so that they acknowledge me and give me thanks. This is how humans behave a lot. But now listen to this. Love. Listen to the definition of love in the freaking dictionary. This made me, like, very disappointed. Love is an intense feeling of deep affection. A great interest and pleasure in something. An intense feeling of deep affection. What is affection? A gentle feeling of fondness or liking. What's fondness? Affection or liking something or someone. What's like a feeling of regard and fondness? What's regard? Considering or thinking of something in a specific way. What are we looking for? Like, these are the most boring things. Like, I want you to be fond of me so that you like me so that you have likeness for me and affection towards me so that I can feel admired and made. Maybe even that you'll be grateful for me. And I'm gonna jump through hoops to get this. Why do I want this from other people? This isn't. This is not fulfilling. This is not life giving. Now, beyond that, there's another very interesting thing. When. When I look up the word like, it didn't actually explain to me what it was to like something. The first definition of like, what's the sound? What is the definition of like Was something that is like something else. And I realized, you know what? When you say to someone, I like you, what you really mean is, I'm like you. I like who I'm like. That's the cheapest truth of all of it. We are not taught to understand diversity or differences. We like who we're like. So it boils down to, I'm going to try to be like you so that you like me. I'm going to try to contrast with you as better than you so that you admire me. And somewhere in the middle of that, I'm hoping I'm going to feel spiritual enlightenment and feel complete in my life. And we're wondering why everything just feels so like. We want deep emotions. Passion, love, aliveness, evolution, growth. Those are the real feelings that we want. But the fact is those are things that we can only feel together. If I'm feeling evolution and growth, but I feel guilty because I'm the only one, I don't feel the same way. If I want to feel passion and magic, but I'm the only one in the room that feels like that. I feel silly. We want to feel the big things, but the. The big things can only be felt together. And what I've noticed is a lot of times people will do this like on television. They'll do this in movies, they'll do this in shows. They will show us what it looks like for different people to come together and nail it. These are the shows on TV that have the most of our attention. Friends. Six people that are entirely different. Entirely different personalities. Big Bang Theory, entirely different personalities. That 70s show, cheers, you name it. It's a group of friends that are entirely different and mismatched, that makes absolutely no sense together, that work together in the most extraordinary way. And the humor and the fun in that is out of this world. But they all care about each other times a hundred. They all get each other's sense of humor. They're allowed to be all of their quirkiness. Sex in the City. They're allowed to be all their quirkiness all their ways of being, but they're completely different. And that is how we've been shown friendship on television. That's not actually how we do it in real. In real, we find people that are like us and try to stay like them as much as possible. We're afraid to contrast with them so that they feel bad, so we stay the same way too, too long. And if we do become good, as good as we've always wanted to be, and then we ask them to be grateful for us or happy for us, or proud of us, they contrast with their own feelings so much that it breaks the friendship. And then we feel sad and we say things like, it hurts to change and it's hard. So there's two things we actually need to work on, on in this world. Personal self actualization and group dynamics. How do you actually aim to be one of the greats instead of the only good one? We want to feel like we belong at the table, all the while secretly, or not so secretly. Devaluing. Devaluing everyone at the table. That's what I said yesterday. Now the thing is, we had this conversation where I said, who's the person who's actually supposed to give you everything? Who's the person who's supposed to pull the seat up at the table? If we receive assistance from someone, that's where we should be grateful for them. But in order to receive the thing they give us, we've got to be receiving, we've got to be deserving. So if we receive assistance, we are grateful for the person, but to receive the assistance, we've got to be worthy or deserving of being treated in that particular way. So what I would prefer is to feel valuable where I, for me, for you, for us, where I bring value to your life and you bring value to my life. And I'm grateful for you as a person, but not in deep gratitude for what you've given me, because I'm deserving. This is where we start creating these weird dynamics in group environments. I'm not allowed to be here. I haven't done enough for this place. I can't be here. I haven't said enough. I'm not good enough, I'm not qualified enough, I don't fit and I don't belong. Instead of just choosing your belonging and walking into the room with your belonging. If we don't feel deserving, it's often that we know that we haven't acted in alignment with valuing what was ours to create with. And so this is something I Want you to contemplate. If I know that I have been given these beautiful hands and I. I could do. If I valued these hands, what would I be doing with them? If I valued them, maybe I would be writing more. Maybe there would be more art to come through me. Maybe I would. I would. I would build something, I would create something with my hands if I valued them more. If I valued my eyes, maybe I would spend more time really looking, really looking and saying, let me take a moment to look and value my eyes. I value that I can see today. I want to. I want to look for things I've never looked at before. If I valued my sense of smell, I'd take a deep breath and be like, can I. What can I catch? What can I. What can I smell? Like, what's there for me? Am I. If I wanted to value my ears and my hearing, I would play, I would listen to music, maybe I would go to more live concerts to just to. Just to value my hearing, just to value my ability to listen. If I valued the way my. I can feel the sense of touch. If I valued that when I go for more massages, would I value every hug a little more? Would I value touch a little more? Would I value my senses more? If I valued my senses, would I do more things in alignment with that? Do I need to deserve any of that to value it? I think our issue is we don't value what we have, so we feel undeserving of anything more. There's an innate knowing that if I don't actually value what I'm given and what I have, then what will I do with more? We like to think if I had my dream car, I would value it so much. But I know a lot of people who have their dream everything and don't value those things. They're already thinking of the next thing they want to have. And so why this discussion is so important is that the key to. To life, in my opinion, is not to be more respected, not to be more liked, not to be more superficially accepted. But it's to deeply value ourselves while we deeply value other people who also deeply value themselves and us. So we can value the relationship we both have by valuing each other. If I value myself but you don't value you, that relationship's going to be hard always. If I don't value myself and you, you value yourself, that relationship is going to be hard always. If I don't value me and you don't value me, that's going to be real hard. But if we both value ourselves and each other, there's a for me, for you, for us in there that's like this is, we're on the right path. Then you get to add, I'm grateful for the little thing you did. And I saw it because I value me and I value you. And now I'm grateful on top of all the value that you are for just existing and being in my life. I'm grateful for the little thing you did, I'm grateful for the big thing you did. And I, I value you and I value me. And I realize how much we're alike. And so not just that I'm, I like you, I'm like you, I'm grateful for you. All these extra feelings that we want, they start to add up. I respect you, I respect, I value me. I know how, how hard it is to become as powerful and as strong as I am in my life. And I'm watching you do that for your life. And I really admire your courage, your strength, your achievement. Because I value what this is like for a person, what it takes. I see you. How can you see that in another if you don't see it in yourself? And so when we're thinking about business, what is business really? I value myself enough to take the money that I am paid based on the value and the perceived value that I have. I'm willing to take that money that it's mine, that I work. Basically, when you think about it, we spend our life either making money or living off that money. Money is everywhere. And so if I say I value myself, I earn the money that I believe I'm an energetic match for because I value myself and I spend in areas where I feel valued. Wouldn't it be really important for us to understand how to attract the people who value themselves and to make them feel more valued? Isn't that literally business in an energetic standpoint? Any product based business, like you want to sell supplements, you've got to have people who value their health. You value, you sell hair products, you've got to have people who value their hair. You want a fashion line, you've got to, you've got to give to people who value their, their sense of style. If you want to have affordable fashion, you've got to have people who value low cost and clothing. If you want a restaurant, you've got to have people who value food. If you want a Michelin star, you want to have people who value extraordinary food. And so this is what business is. You attract people who value the exact thing you offer. And the only way you can nail it with your clients is if you value their business. And how can you value their business when you take money for granted? How can you take their business for granted when you're always looking for the next client and the last client didn't matter? So the art is to literally grow your value every day while you understand that anything that has to do with any kind of relationship, whether you're paid for it or not, has to do with being able to see the value in other people. And if you're going to be paid, it's not just about seeing the value in other people. It's also providing a value that they would pay for. And the level of value they fear about that they feel about themselves. And the level of value they're able to magnetize to their presence on earth deciphers whether or not they have the funds to pay for the thing that you offer. But when we look at it this way, there is nothing about am I, am I worth? It's so much deeper than that, and it's so much simpler than that. I create a product that's of value to you. And if you value yourself, you will go to places that value you with the product that you value. Cha Ching. And we buy from the same places over and over again if the value is correct for us and we feel valued as a buyer and we don't buy again if the value was not there for us or we don't feel valued as a buyer. So instead of it being this whole soul searching, am I enough? I need to heal my money wounds forever, for the rest of time, or else I can't get paid. It really just is like, can I see the value in people and the value in myself and let go of needing to be admired and everybody be grateful for me, like, can I just let go of that and focus on the currency that actually pays me, which is the one of I am valuable, you are valuable. What would be valuable to you? Because I have a business for that. And then we can make an exchange, a financial exchange. And if there really is something that comes to my life, that comes to my thoughts, like people won't hire me, then you've got to look at that and ask yourself why? Because most of the time it'll be a skill thing. And if it really is the truth, I don't know enough, then you would ask yourself, why don't I value myself enough to go learn the thing that I feel is responsible for not making me make the money? I Want to make. Like if I was speaking, if I did this job and I thought, people don't choose me because my English isn't good enough. Well, if I value me and I value you and I value this business, in what world am I not bettering my English? There's no excuse anymore. And if it's something that's superficial and you want to check yourself, how is that you devaluing the heart of people? People won't choose me. I'm not pretty enough. So you just. You tailor to the superficial people. That's your main audience. Who are we even talking to? Because for me, I'm speaking to people who look far beyond physical beauty, although they appreciate it, but they can see far beyond that. There are people who literally want to change the course of their life. And so the value of being surrounded by people who also want to do that is beyond. They value people who value them, and I do. They value this actual work, and so do I. They value being taught by someone who's gone first. And I have. So how can I not be confident in what I'm doing? But let's say something happened in the world, and it's like, if you don't know AI, nobody wants to learn from you. Let's say that happened. I don't know about AI enough. I would not say I was great until AI became the thing, and then I lost everything. I would be just learning about AI because that's the next skill that's important for me to be valuable to the marketplace. But it would have nothing to do with my value as a human that I know AI or not. But what would make me more valuable as a human is the fact that I care so much about my clients that I'm willing to give them what they require in order to get the value they need from my business. When I first started as a coach, I used to tell my clients, I have studied so many different modalities, and I have worked so hard to be able to have what it takes to support you here. If there's ever anything that you need from me that I don't know, I will always be honest with you. And I will get the answer. I will learn it. I will find a mentor that'll teach it to me. I will always find the answer for you, but I'll always be honest if I don't have it. And it helped me grow myself, because whenever someone asked me a question I didn't know, I went and I learned it not from a place of not being good enough, from A place of valuing that I could always educate myself for whatever I wanted. You are. You are resourceful, you are capable, you are wise, and you are valuable beyond measure. There is no excuse for you to not have what you want in this lifetime. And if you are using an excuse, it's because you don't want it, because the excuse is then valuable to you. Excuses aren't valuable to me because they're the reason I can't have something which I don't value. So I tend not to make them because they're not valuable to me. But a very good excuse is very valuable to a person who needs a reason to not do something they think would make them more appreciated that they actually don't want to do. Then it would be valuable to have an excuse because I don't want to do this, but I think if I did this, you'd appreciate me more. So if I have an excuse that shows you why I can't do it. I'm not saying I don't want to do it. I still hold the value of wanting to do it, but now I have this excuse. And then all the people with power can see that that's an excuse. And the only people who hear you are the people who don't value themselves enough to know what an excuse look like. And the people that are going to really take your business to the next level are the people who value themselves and their ability to go and get whatever it is they want to get in this lifetime. There are so many gateways to everything. When I started this work, I couldn't pay for any of it. I listened to YouTube stuff and I. And I, I researched papers like I read up on energetics, I read up on masculine feminine energy and oxytocin and different hormones. Like, I went down a rabbit hole of free stuff because that's all I could access. The minute I had the money to access something, I invested everything I could in the highest level education I could in the subject I wanted. And I've done that every single time, over and over and over again. I am the most educated person that I know in different fields. And I'm, I, I value that. But I don't expect to be more respected because of that. I value that in me, which makes it easier for me to sell, to present myself, to be confident, to speak to people. And that's why it's valuable to me. Not so that other people choose me because of it, but because I feel more grounded and more confident in myself because I have those things. And I think that's why it lands for people differently than if I was there. Just like naming all of my modalities and all of my credentials and all the things that I have and what I've done to try to show so I could gain respect. It's like I don't need to gain respect. I need just to be as clear as I can in my own value. And then people of value are magnetized to me every single time really. The, the key to wealth, the key to the most amount of money on the planet is people that value themselves the most in business with people who value themselves the most because the, in business, the person that's the most difficult to be in business with is the person that doesn't value themselves. They make the least money, they're willing to give up to quit, to not honor policies or contracts. They have nothing to lose, no reputation, no nothing. In business, it is the person that values themselves the least that is the most dangerous to do business with. And it's the person who values themselves the most that's got this reputation that would never do anything that's misaligned or not good for the world. Like there's just no way that they would, there's too much on the line. And so they're, they're going to do business with the people who value similar things. Obviously. So there, in every industry there's a, there's a code of conduct. But if I'm looking at, for example, the coaching industry, there's a way of behaving that. It's like you can't, you're gonna get, you're gonna fall on your face if you don't behave in a way that's in alignment with the actual profession. You've got to value the profession, you've got to value the people, you've got to value yourself. But the highest paying clients are the people who value themselves the most because they're willing to understand all the currencies. They believe in magic and manifestation, they believe in skills and hard work, they believe in being grateful for what they have. And then they go and they invest in something of equal value. They know if I invest in this mentorship, I am going to get someone of absolute value that I value and they're going to value me and I value me and we're going to do great things together. And there's a compound effect there. So our job is just to value ourselves more and to take off the pedestal the feeling of being respected or admired because those things aren't even what we want, we can add them like lemon or salt or sugar or spice, but they can't be the whole thing or else it doesn't work. So what I'd love for you to do for your homework today is to really have a feeling for yourself and about your business or your job and to say, what would be the things that I can work on to increase my feeling of my own value? Not someone else's respect for me, not someone else's admiration for me. But if I wanted myself without anyone else's validation, to feel the most valuable in this company, in this industry, in my business, what are the skills that. That are my excuse right now that I feel like I'm not? Is it my speaking? Is it my leadership? Is it my branding? Is it my marketing? Is it my sales? Is it relationships? The way I am with people? Is it my personality? Do I realize I have, like, wounds and stuff where I do not really like people and judge people? And I wish I could work on that because it makes me feel weird. Like, what do I want to work on for me so that I will feel like the most valuable possible person either in this position, in this industry or in my business? Because it's where you value yourself the most, that you are the most magnetic. If you catch yourself thinking. Because if I had that, people would notice that. We're not looking for other people's validation here. We're looking for what are. What are the skills or the energies or the thoughts or the feelings you would need to have to enter a room and never question that you're the. You're. You belong there, that you're one of the greats, that everyone's happy to see you, that there's business in this room for you, there's friendship in this room for you. There's. There's energy that's. That's right there for the taking. You are the one. How do you walk into a room feeling that? What's that value? So to help you find that, I'm going to ask the Alpha Femme team to just put a song, the seven four, one song on. And I'm going to. We're just going to visualize this valuable version of you and we're going to see if you're able to hold within your mind's eye your value, not your respect, not your reputation, not your admiration, not. Not other people's perceived value. So this is where I want you to really manage your mind here. I'm not asking you to notice what other people are noticing about you. It's got to be how you feel. Only this is identity work. It has very little to do with other people's perception because you could be the. The most beautiful, confident person in the room, and that can make one of the people in the room feel the worst about you. You can't control that. So if you want to make people feel good, you're going to have a split personality. That doesn't work work we're looking for in order for you to value you. Okay, so alpha team, when you're ready, we can start the music. First of all, start breathing the way you feel you want to breathe. So if it's deep breaths, you can take deep breaths. If it's soft breaths, you can take soft breaths. Just breathe the way you want. It's your body. And what I'd love for you to start doing is contemplate how much you value this breath. If you're having a hard time valuing the breath, you can try stop breathing until you need a breath. Then you'll realize how valuable the next breath is. That's very helpful. But I want you to connect to how valuable this breathing is if you can actually imagine what it's doing to your body as the air you breathe comes in through your nose and fills your brain with oxygen, your blood cells, your, your lungs. Like, just imagine how much life force comes in every time you breathe in like that. And when you breathe out, all the toxins, all the little particles that aren't meant to stay in inside of your body, they come out in your breath. Just you value how easy that that system is for you, how inherent that is for you. Can you value your own breath? Each breath? Now, we're going to start with the simplest things. I want you to experience value for one very specific body part, whichever one you want to, to focus on. I want you to take one of your body parts and I want you to experience how much you value this one part of you and what you're able to do. Experience, live, feel, because of this one body part, just one in all of the ones you have, if that were taken away, can you imagine how different your life would be? Deeply value this body part. I even want you to ask yourself, I value this so much. What more could I even do with this body part? I valued it even just a little bit more. More. What might I do on a daily basis that I haven't even been doing lately with absolutely no, no guilt, just admiration for more. That's the law of abundance. There will always be more. That doesn't Mean there's been lack. So breathe into the deep value for this body part and the abundance of so much more that could be done still. Now choose another one. Do the same thing. Think of all the things you're able to experience in your life because of this one body part. And how different would life be if you didn't have it? So valuable. I want you to settle into your body. I want you to imagine that I could put on your body right now whichever outfit you would feel the most valuable in as you walk into a room for business. So depending on what you do for work, this will look different for each person. But what. What would it look like if you could be dressed in a way that would make you feel the most valuable? It's just you in your closet. You're looking at yourself from head to toe. You look the part, you feel the part, you are the part. I want you to value this experience before anyone's even seen you yet. And you're going to take a bag with you. So I want you to choose a bag from all the bags in the universe. You're going to pick one of the bags and you're going to decide which bag would be more valuable to walk into a business setting in that would fit this outfit. Imagine the color, the size, and you're going to put inside the bag everything that feels valuable to have with you. What's valuable? Everything is easy to find. You just pluck it up, pluck it off the shelf, put it right into that bag, and choose the most valuable shoes. What shoes are valuable for a meeting like this, a room you walk into where business is just overflowing. What do you value as you choose your shoes? Choose. You're also going to choose a method of transportation. You're just going to appear into that method of transportation. Whatever it is that you chose, what's most valuable to get to this meeting? Take a moment and experience yourself in this method of transportation. Dress from head to toe in a. In a way that makes you feel like this is the way with the bag that you chose with the valuables that you need inside this bag. And you are going and you are heading towards a place where you already know that you are valuable. No one is needing to tell you anything for you to feel this. You're on the way and you already know. I want you to imagine the most valuable place you could imagine where this meeting would be held. Where would you have the most value? Where would the kinds of people who you do business with, where would they value to be where could this be held, this meeting? The most valuable place you can imagine. For you, it elevates the vibe immediately. For you, it feels even better to be there just because this is where it is. And who is there to help you? Is there people at the doorway? Is there people at the front desk? It's there. A gate. Like, notice all the support and the help that's there. Or you could ask where to go, or you could ask for something and someone would be there. Notice all the valuable support that's available in this location for you. I want you to experience that. They value your business, this place you walk in before they even know who you are. They. They value your presence in this place. You can feel it. They're grateful you're there. Maybe they call you by name. They already know who you are. They're expecting you. You feel valued already, you know? Walk into an elevator. You're going to move into an elevator. And as you get into this elevator, you're going to experience yourself all by yourself in this elevator, getting closer and closer to this room that is so valuable. In this room, there are people who care about the same things as you, People who are available to help you achieve things, people who you are available to help achieve things. People who are funny and fun, people who share your. Your values, your sense of humor. Like, this is a great room you're about to walk into, but you're in the elevator, inches away. You catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror of the elevator, and you feel just as great as you did when you just got dressed. Feel how valuable it is that you feel just as put together now as you did when you first got dressed. Your makeup is exactly the way you left it. Your hair, your clothes, everything is exactly the way it was when you put it on. You look sharp, you feel sharp. You. You feel right now. I want you to imagine walking into this room and it's buzzing. There are all kinds of people in the room. Notice what starts to happen in your mind. You still feel the same value, or is there a question now? Are you searching for something now? Do you all of a sudden need something now? Want you to imagine that you find a circle that feels inviting for you. You experience feeling like you can bring your value to that circle. We can't explain why, we don't know why, but you feel like you. You can walk right into that circle and start talking. As you stand in that circle, notice how you feel. Are you searching for something? Are you finding yourself doing something? Or are you just comfortable there? Just Notice yourself now. I want something to happen in this room where you suddenly feel so valuable in this room, it's unbelievable. It fills your body from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. You are so valuable in this room. What's happening to make you feel that? And if that thing were to stop immediately, you still feel valuable. I'm going to have us fast forward through time and imagine that you have been there for 90 minutes. You look at the clock and it's been 90 minutes and you say, wow, this has been a very valuable day for me and I've got to go. And so you're going to walk away feeling like that was valuable. What does your imagination tell you happened? It was valuable to walk out, your head held high, feeling just as valuable as you did when you walked in, if not more. And imagine. Tell me what you imagine was the cause that you feel this valuable. And on that note, I'm going to let you breathe into this and sit with your journal and just write out your experience. What did you notice? What did you feel? And do you have any commentary about that? And I will see you in the group if you're willing to share your experience in there, I'll read them. And on our deepening call, I have a feeling we'll have some discussions about this and any other thing that we talked about today. Thank you so much for being here. See if you can stay in this vibe, journal out, contemplate what you experienced, and I will see you tomorrow. It.
