Money : A Journey Beyond Illusion - Day 5

Heather Hales explores worth and money as illusion, discussing self-worth, investment, courage, and mindset for financial and personal growth. She encourages viewers to embrace their own worth and make bold decisions about their lives.
Hello, gorgeous human of money. A journey beyond illusion. This is our last and final day of our five day journey together. And we have journeyed far and wide into illusions in the animal kingdom. Illusions of the mind, illusions of the heart. And tonight is the last and final puzzle piece, the greatest illusion of all. And I am so excited to bring this to you. My heart is full and in a great mood. I'm excited to deliver this last and final piece for you. Let's bring this together for one last moment. The cherry on the sundae. Finishing this with all of my heart. The last piece of the puzzle. So before we begin, I'm going to take a big breath, just anchor myself in here and anchor the excitement, anchor the joy, anchor the power, anchor all the feelings that are coursing through my body because there is a lot of energy in my body right now. I'm so sad. This is the last day too. I love these master classes. They're so much fun. But all good things come with a cherry on top. Because every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end. What song is that? Closing time. We are all anchored into this energy. So, so good. Okay, so I have had so many, so many questions about how I speak and how I sell, how I speak and how I sell and how this experience has been so amazing because the experience of being in this group has just been so pleasant. Like, people are just like, it feels so good to be here and you sell, but it feels good to hear you sell. And I love the storytelling and I love the things like, how do you do this? And do you ever do anything that talks about this? So I just want to tell you, the cash program that I do is really powerful. And I've not talked about it much in here because, well, we've been talking about so many other things. But if you like the way that I sell, like, it feels very laidback and you don't feel pressured and it's just like a shopping experience that you get to buy what you want. The information is there, everything's there for you. But it just feels like a very inviting atmosphere. If you would like to learn how to sell the way that I sell, if you want to feel the energy, the way that I do it, the mindset, the way that I sell, that I speak, the way that I create the atmosphere in my things, the cash program is the one for that. It's just a beautiful opportunity to learn to sell in a way that makes you feel good and makes you feel happy. So today we are going to move into the last and final illusion. We've talked about so many illusions. So many illusions. The last illusion is the most impactful, important illusion of money. It's the worst one, the best one, the worst one, the most impactful one. It's the one, it's the biggest one, and it's the illusion of worth.
What.
We imagine things are worth. So if you remember, at the beginning of this masterclass we talked about money is man made. We decided to have money because it was kind of weird to be like, I'll exchange you 27,000 marbles for your cow. Okay, fine. Six marbles for a leg and half a broom, right? It's not. It doesn't make sense. But who decides? Who decides what six marbles are worth? Who decides what a cow leg is worth? Who decides what a broom is worth? Who decides what chicken at the store is worth? Or a haircut? Or getting your nails done? Who decides? Who decides what something is worth? It's an illusion. It isn't real because it changes based on who is buying it. This is the incredible thing about money, is it's not a universal worth. It depends who you're asking, and it depends what it's worth to them. For some people, their time, they will give for free. They'll say, how much is it? How much is it? To watch your masterclass? It's free. Oh, yeah, I'll do it if it's free. Doesn't your time matter more than your money? Hmm. We're so easy to decide what we're gonna spend time on as though that's a currency that doesn't really matter quite so much. How much is it? M, that's really expensive. That's it. That's all for the same exact price. So many people have different reactions to different things. So how much is it worth? What does worth even mean? How do we calculate worth? So here's the thing. It's what it's worth to you. So when I create my work, I don't create anything that's only worth time. For example, to say, oh, this wouldn't be worth any money. I'll do it for free. And they'll be grateful. I make sure it's worth everything. It's worth your time, it's worth your energy, it's worth your money. Like when I repackaged E squared, it was a free thing. But people are buying E squared because even people who have done it who are like I am, I want to have the access to the replay of this forever. That was a free thing. And it was out of this world. It's only $555. I get to keep it for life. I'm in. I want it. These five days are mind blowing. People were crying, sending me thank you messages this long. At the end of the E Squared masterclass, I'm not going to give you something that isn't worth everything. If it's not worth everything. I'm not doing it because that's the standard of my brand. Now. This is the problem with worth. We decide what is worth to us and what it's worth to us based on what we believe about ourself. So if I say to you I am going to sell you, for example, the Quantum Prosperity program, I'm going to sell you this Quantum Prosperity program. And you say, how much is it? And I say, it's $1,111. And you say, oh yeah, it's worth it. And then you don't buy it. And then it goes up to 2,222 and you're like, okay, now it's not worth it. Something happened between 1111 and 222 where you experienced. What if it doesn't work? Then it's not worth the gamble. Because there is no way on earth that I could guarantee you absolute transformation. Mind blowing, like you'll never be the same again because of the seed that will be planted in this program and that it's $2,222 and that you would be like, nah, it's not worth the transformation. That's not what you're attributing the worth to. You attribute the worth to the worst case scenario. If I buy it and it doesn't work, is it worth it? It's worth gambling 1111 it's not worth gambling 2000. When your belief in yourself is through the roof, when you know what you're capable of, when you believe that you are capable of turning dust into diamonds, any opportunity that sounds amazing doesn't matter what it costs because of the investment is just what the investment is. You know that you're going to turn it into diamonds. But when you're not sure if you're going to turn it into diamonds, when you're not sure that you can actually turn it around, then there's this question, is it worth the gamble? What if it doesn't work for me? What if it doesn't work for me? And I know people say all the time like, yeah, but what if it's just that I can't afford it? If you were guaranteed a 3,000% return on investment. You would find the money. It's not about. It's not about how much it costs. It's never about how much it costs. It's about what you truly believe you can do in the container that's available to you. So for some of you, time warp feels like the easiest thing to do because it's like, okay, it's $222. I'm gonna get something. I'm gonna keep continuing, but in the worst case, if anything happens, 222, I can get behind that. You're not investing in what you're capable of. Although this program is amazing and you're going to get loads out of it, it's the one with the least risk. It's worth the gamble. There is a huge difference in life between feeling like an investment and feeling like a gamble. And it's all an internal game. When you feel like an investment, it changes everything about you. When your time is worthy, when your energy is worthy, when you just. Your presence in a room is worthy. Like, who you are and how you enter a room is completely different than when you're a gamble. Not sure people are going to like you. Not sure people are going to accept you. Not people. Not sure people are going to buy from you. Not sure you're good enough. Not sure you're capable. Not sure. Not sure. Not sure. This is your experience of what you're capable of. And it's. It creates your outer projection. It creates what people feel about you. It creates what people see about you. It creates people's experience of you. If you feel like a gamble, then of course the energy of the people around you is not certain. It's not like I'm going to invest my time and my energy with this person because they're not even sure about themselves. So what is worth when. Why is it that a Louis Vuitton bag is worth 4,000 and a bag from Ardine is worth $40? Why? Why is the bag at Macy's $200 and the bag at Michael Kors 500 and the bag at Louis Vuitton 4,000? What determines the worth? It's whether we believe it's an investment or a gamble. What if I buy this person? I regret it. Will not buy Louis Vuitton. Oh my gosh. I already know what outfit I'm gonna wear it with. I know how I'm gonna feel in it. I already know how good I'm gonna feel when I go here on an investment. It's a different feeling knowing what you believe that you are worth. If you see yourself as an investment, you are an investment. If you see yourself as a gamble, you are gonna be so careful. What do you do when you would invest? But the finances are simply not there in the physical world. If they're not there, they're not there for that specific thing that you want to buy. But what are they there for? You know, like let's say, for example, you're saying, I would like to buy. This is why I offer things all across the board, right in my coaching, because I'm aware that not everyone can be like, okay, I'm investing in the AFE and people can't, are not necessarily able to say, I'm gonna buy the highest ticket thing. They might say, I'm gonna buy Time Warp because that's the money that I have available. But there's two things that might happen. Number one is that it is available, but you would have to stretch to get it. And I'm not saying that this is the right thing to do, by the way. Not saying that this is the right thing to do, but if you had a certainty, if I could guarantee like a 3,000% rate on return on a $15,000 purchase, you would be raiding the world to find it. But your level of how much is it worth for me to figure out how to pay for this? There's a level of fear, there's a level of worth. It's all about, what is it worth to you? It's all about, what is it worth to you? If you could be guaranteed a return on investment, the way that you would find the money would be very different than when you're not even sure it's gonna work. When you're not sure it's gonna work, it's like, okay, let me, wait, let me see, let me try to figure it out. Let me, let me see. And you know, there's often payment plans. People buy houses they can't afford but claim coaching is too much. Like, you'll see people buy houses, you know, three quarters of a million dollar house, half a million dollar house, quarter million dollar house, whatever it is, they've got to pay them off for 25 years. But there they are paying interest, paying for it every month, doing the thing because it's worth it. So it's worth it or it's not. It's worth it to you or it's not. How do you determine your worth Is what you believe about you. But it changes things even deeper than that, Even more intense than that. It goes deeper Than that it's what is it worth now in this particular time of your life? So you may see things like, okay, let's say a chicken is $7 at the grocery store. You want to buy the chicken, it's $7 at the grocery store. And you're like, eh, not really in the mood for chicken. We have tons of food at home. Do I really need to buy a chicken? What is it worth to me to have a seven dollar chicken at home? I've got loads of money, I've got loads of food. What do I really need? I don't really need this chicken. It's not really worth much to me. What if the chicken is $7, you haven't eaten in two weeks and you find $7 on the floor and there's a $7 chicken. How worth it is that chicken right now? What if your oven breaks down, You've got guests coming, you've just burned the turkey, the oven exploded and there's a $7 chicken at the grocery store. Give me the chicken. Thank God for the chicken. The worth of the chicken changes based on whether you need it or not, whether you want it or not, whether the timing is right, the worth changes. People ask me, how do you price yourself? How do you know how to price your programs? I get in my head about, you know, pricing. My one on one coaching, for example. I don't know what to charge, like what is it worth? Well, it depends. How much is an hour of your time worth? How do you even quantify that? Which hour? When I, when I decide how much my coaching is worth, what I'm deciding is what do I desire to sell it for? Not what is it worth? People are looking at how much am I worth an hour? What hour is it? This hour or my last hour? Because I wouldn't sell that one. Would you? Which hour? The last hour you have with your parent, the first hour your child is born. Which hour? How much is it worth to you? When? Why? How? What is it worth? This is a question that makes no sense. And we're spending our entire life trying to determine our worth with a finance, with a price tag. Like if you can define what's worth for you in your life based on what you can afford with money. If you define what's worth it or not in your life just based on what money can afford, you will feel poor your whole life. You will fear poverty your entire life. What's worth it for you? What's worth what this life is worth cannot be limited by, by money. And I hear People all the time, like, oh, it's easy for you. You teach money. That's why it's so easy to make money. People buy my relationship program like it's going out of style. You know what it's worth to have to save a marriage, to rekindle a relationship with your child, to learn how to communicate to the mother you haven't spoken to, to the sister you haven't spoken to. You know it's worth to lead your team, to be seen as a leader, to be able to go through difficult times in life. Like, if what's it? What if something is worth it to you? If, like, you quantify worth on this planet only with what money can buy? Like, with what you can afford with money. If that's how you quantify what's worth it for you is by money, you will fear poverty your entire life. There is no way out of that loop. You are either a person who understands worthiness as like, the sheer being alive and how you want to experience this life, or you've missed the mark entirely. These programs I offer you are not about how to make money, how to get rich quick. They're about how to live the rest of your life empowered. When you're looking and you're asking yourself, is this worth it for me, I hope you're not asking yourself, is it worth the money to make the money? Because it's just never worth it. And I wouldn't be where I am if that's how I made my decisions. What makes this journey worth it for me is everything that I'm able to be and do in my lifetime. It's the. The fact that I was able to fly my entire family out for the new Years, and we hadn't been together for Christmas for, like, 20 years and we were able to spend Christmas together. It's that I was able to help my family members during COVID when Covid hit, and I was able to support everyone I loved without having to worry about it. Like, no worries. It's about being able to fly my sister home when we got stuck in Hawaii and she has an autoimmune disease, being able to put her on a safe flight home. It's about all the little things that make the world of a difference in my life. What's worth it? Is it worth it to spend this much money on blah, blah, blah. It depends. Is it worth it to spend $1,000 a night on an Airbnb? It is if it's the last Airbnb in Hawaii and there's nowhere Else to go. It's so worth it. Is it worth it? Is it worth it? Is it worth it? So here's the issue. We wait till it's too late before we believe it's worth it. We think it isn't worth it right now. I'll do it later. Things aren't bad enough yet. I'll do it later. I don't need it. So it's not worth it until I need it. If that's how you quantify worth, you're always going to ping pong from hard to good to passable to hard to passable. Hard to passable. Oh, it's hard. Now it's worth it.
Help. Help. Help.
Oh, it's scary. Now it's worth it.
Help. Help. Help. Help. Help. Help.
Oh, I'm lost. Now it's worth it.
Help. Help. Help. Help. Help.
What if you could tap into the worth of your life? What is it worth to be 20 something, 30 something, 40 something years old, 50 something, however old you are and look at your life and say, hey, I don't know how to do that yet. How about I learn that what's it worth to you to know things that are dwelling in the world around you? And you get to just choose what it's worth because you decide that you're not worthy of that information. Not because it's bad enough in your life. Not because. Not because you have no more food and you need the chicken. Because or else you're gonna die. Not because your oven's broken and you need a meal to feed your family. Just because it's worth it. And what is it worth to you? My hope is that you learn through this masterclass that it's worth whatever you believe you're capable of in this lifetime. It's not worth the money you pay today. That's not how investments work. It's not about it being worth the money you put down today. Whether you're investing in your business, in your own business, whether you've been considering hiring a team or hiring an employee or doing something big in your life and you're scared with money for whatever it is. It's not about what it costs you today. It's about what it's capable of providing for you in your lifetime and what you believe you're capable of. If you don't believe you're capable of much, very little things will become worth it. Very, very rarely will things be worth it. It's not worth it because it probably won't work. It's not worth it because I Don't know how I'll make it work. It's not worth it for me because it'll work for them, but not for me. The issue is that the illusion of worth triggers most other illusions. It's not worth trying to pull one last time. I've tried it for years, said the elephant. If he just pulled one last time. It's not worth it. I've tried it all too many times. It's not worth letting go the banana. What if I never find another one? You will find another one. Let go of the banana. It's just not worth it. It's not worth gambling. What if I don't find another one? You're going to get trapped there forever. Just let go of it. I can't. It's not worth it. What if I never come out of that chrysalis alive? You will. Stronger, bigger, brighter, bolder. Just go in the goop. I can't. I've never seen a caterpillar come out of one of those things alive. What if it's worth it? What if it's not worth it? It's worth it. What if I let that crab out and I'm left alone in this bucket? You won't be. It's not worth finding out. If you don't let any crab escape, you will end up believing you can't either. It's worth it. It's worth it. It's not worth the fear. I'm going to stick my head in the sand. Just run. You run so fast. Just run. No, I'm just going to stick my head in the sand. It's not worth it. It's better if I can't see. See? It's worth it. Just gun it. You run so fast. Just gun it. You're gonna be fine. Not worth it. It's not worth it. What if I hit the phone pole? Don't look at the phone pole, but look away. Just look back at the road. It's worth giving it a shot. Just look away. But what if I hit the pole? You won't if you look away. But what if I do? Just try. Look away. Every single thing that we do out of animal behavior is because we don't believe it's worth choosing the elevated mind. It's not worth it. It's not worth doing the scary thing because what if it fails? What if I never. What if I can't jump three feet? What if I'm not like the fleas before me? What if I don't have what it takes? You do. What if it's not worth it. It is worth. Has always been worth it, and it will always be worth it. Not because of the fear. It costs you today. That's just the price you pay. You don't do the things you do in life because of the price it costs energetically or financially. You do it because of the reward. You don't do it because of the price it costs today. You do it because of who you become when you do it. The biggest delusion is that it's not worth it, that it's not worth your time and that it's not worth your money. Because we get this one beautiful life and there's a timeline on it and there becomes. There comes a day where you get to look back at all the decisions you made and you ask yourself, would it have been worth a shot? And that is a way worse question. It's worth it. Just be brave and have fun. You're going to learn lessons. You're going to do bold things. Go. Whatever it is that you've decided to join this program for, like you. You want to ask for a raise? Ask for the freaking raise. You want to get that promotion. It's not supposed to happen for people like you. Go for it. Show up with your best energy, your best attitude, your best foot forward. Show up for it. You want to start your own business. You want to do it. Go for it. Go for it with all of your heart, though. Like it matters. Like it's worth it. Because the only thing that's not worth it is getting to the end and wondering, what if it was worth it? What if it would have been worth it? I wonder. That's the only what if? I'm really not interested in asking myself. I'm willing to gamble that it might not work, but I'm not willing to gamble my whole life on the chance. I'm not going to go for safety my whole life. I'm just not going to do that. And I've been so brave in my life and magic has shown up. Money is just an extension of your power. Money is a reflection. Money is the result. When you believe in you and you make bold moves for you, everything opens up because you believed enough in yourself to say it was worth it. And then it was. You define your worth. No one else. The voices, the people that you think might not think it's a good idea. The people that you think might not think it's worth it. The people, those voices, they're voices in your head. What if nobody does my program? What if nobody joins my Business with me. What if no one comes for a haircut? What if no one comes to my rescue? Restaurant. What if. What if my bosses don't think I'm worthy of the raise? What if. What if. What if? What if? What if those voices are in your head? And until you're brave enough to find out what they're actually saying, those voices, you'll only have the illusion, whichever one is your illusion of choice. That it's not worth it, that it's too hard, that you can't jump high enough, that you can't pull strong enough. That whatever it is that you recognize yourself in, you'll follow an illusion that's coded, that's not even yours, to protect yourself from whatever it is you're so afraid of feeling. So the greatest illusion of our time is the illusion of worth. Because if one thing on this planet that you desire is something that you don't end up going for because your brain somehow told you it wasn't worth it, that was the illusion. If we're not here to do all the things we were meant to do, then what the heck are we here for? And I know that sometimes it's hard. I've been there. Oh, my gosh, I've been there. Wondering if I was good enough, strong enough, capable enough. Oh, my gosh, I've been there. And now I'm here. And the only difference between there and here is courage. Courage to be wrong, courage to be right, courage to find out, courage to learn, courage to grow, courage to move, courage to change the way I think and feel. Courage about calibrating my energy to a force that's bigger than mine. Courage to calibrate my thoughts to thoughts that are more powerful than mine. Courage to be a student on the planet so I could be a better teacher, so I could be a better daughter, so I could be a better sister, a better friend, and now a better fiance, a better CEO of an incredible brand, an incredible human. When you look back at this life with a smile on your face from here to here, you're gonna laugh at the mistakes that you made, and you're gonna smile in gratitude for the boldness, for the courage, and for having believed before the end that it was worth it. I want to empower you around money. Whatever there is in your life that you've been holding back, doing, go for it. But go for it with all your heart. Go for it like you believe it's worth it. And it will be, because you're either gonna have the most incredible lesson faster than you Ever could have learned it any other way, or your life will completely change for the better. And one day you'll look back in hindsight and go, how the heck did I get here? And people will ask you, how the heck did you get here? How did you do it? And you'll say, I was brave. I decided my life was worth it. I decided I was the greatest investment. My life was the greatest investment. I trusted in myself. I took big, bold moves in my life, and I didn't let the illusion take over. That somehow I just wasn't worth it. That somehow I just wasn't worthy of the things that I desired. I just didn't buy into the illusion we were born worthy. And nothing has changed. Everything is worth it or not worth it based on what you decide is worth and not worth. And that is a direct impact of what you believe about yourself, your abilities to follow through on your word. So the more in your life that you've said things and you haven't followed through, that might impact your fear to trust yourself again, but it does not impact your worth. What if it doesn't work? That might impact your fears. It does not impact your worth. It doesn't impact your worth. You were born worthy, and you will be worthy every day of your life until the end. And when it's over, you'll feel these words, I'm telling you, and you're either going to look at them and be like, gosh, thank God I met that chick. What a wise firecracker she was. This was so worth it. It was all worth it. Let's just stick with that reality. It's a better one. You're so brave, you're so bold, and you're gonna be okay. And the reason I'm so capable of telling you this with no fear is because if I can do it, you can do it. Like, I was not special. I became special because I did it. People aren't just capable. They're capable and they find out when they're brave enough to show up for it. It's not easy. It's not just like, oh, yeah, just did that. It's like, look what I've become. Look what I did. Look what I've become. What a powerful, powerful thing. So this is the most important illusion, the second most important illusion. I mean, the most important illusion of our masterclass is the illusion of worth. But the other one that I'm so excited about next is the illusion of time. Because we relate everything back to time. Time is money. Time is energy. I don't have the time. If I had the time, if I had more time, if it weren't for the time when I have the time. In order to recode what we believe about time, gotta start seeing time in a different way. So that's the next one that I'm really excited to talk to you about. So if you're not in the time warp yet, I would love to have you in the time warp. But I hope you have loved this masterclass. I hope you walk away from this feeling like I am so worth it, whatever it is. I'm worthy of the relationship of my dreams. I'm worthy of my family, my family's love. I'm worthy of my friendships. I'm worthy of my health. I'm worthy of my life. I'm worthy of my freedom. I'm worthy. And I was born worthy. And I will be worthy my whole life. And nothing has changed. And nothing will change. And I will die worthy. I am worthy. I will be worthy. It is just what it is. And my experience of that will be mine. Because in this life, there is only the truth and our experience of it. So you can be worthy your whole life. That's the truth. Your experience of your worthiness, that's in your control. That's what you're going to decide to make of this life. But you were born worthy, and nothing has changed. As far as navigating the illusion, from this point forward, that is your choice. Take a deep breath. Own it. Isn't that a good feeling? Your worth? There's nothing you can do to compromise it. Nothing. And if you want to change your experience of your worth and how it feels to feel worthy, that's in your hands. Profound, profound shifts during the time in this masterclass. I'm so grateful. I'm so happy. I'm a better person from this class. Wow. That makes me so happy. That makes me so happy. So my feelings are. You know, I feel so full in this masterclass. I really do feel full. I want to tell you about all the ways that you can work with me, but I don't want to take too much time on this masterclass. I really want it to feel squeaky clean for you. There was something I wanted to say, I can't remember but I just want you to know that this has been for me such a fun experience. And either way, whether you decide to work with me again or like do something, buy something for me or whether you just want to stay in my energy, I want to stay connected with you. These master classes are an amazing opportunity for me to get to know new people, to stay connected. I care about having met you. I don't want this to just be this one thing. You saw a five day masterclass of me and you, you left like one thing about me that's very interesting is I built my whole business very organically. I don't do the, I don't have a huge website with all my stuff. I don't, I don't send people down a huge funnel. I don't have, you know, I don't have sales coaches on that clothes on the phone or coach for me. Like I'm the coach. I have a small team that's my close, close people, my best friends that have been my friends all my life. Like Vanessa is my, my mom and Vanessa's mom came to Canada together when they were 18 and they met their, their husbands, our dads. We've been friends all our life. Emmanuel's been my best friend for 10 years, my sister. Like we are a close knit team that are here for you. Like it's a family freakin business. We're here for you. It's all real and it's I love the connection. It means a lot to me. I really care. So stay in touch. Follow me on Instagram Alpha Femme. Stay in touch in the Alpha Femme group on Facebook. Be my friend on Facebook. Let's stay connected. It has been my pleasure. I am so grateful for this space with you. It's been amazing. If you need anything, you can message me or the Alpha team. We've got you and I will see you very soon. Thank you, thank you, thank you for an amazing masterclass. I'll see you on the Internet. Bye.
