The Buyer 2023 - The Finale (Nov 28th)

Heather Hales leads a live session on sales and audience connection. She shares how to maintain authentic energy during launches and discusses tuning into the right buyer energy with participant Michael.
Sa. Sam. Hello, gorgeous human being of the buyer. Hey, Linda. You made it. I didn't think you were gonna make it. I thought you had another call today. Let's see who's on camera. Size here. Carolina's here. Samantha. Edwina. Hello. Andrew. Michael. Lara. Kim. Linda. Charmaine in the house. Jonathan. Mary. That picture, I'm telling you, that picture, like, it made me emotional. Beautiful, like, like something out of a love story in the 50s or something. Like the perfect shot. I love it. Men's obsessed is here. Kasha is here. Lindsay in the house. Jules and Kristen also. Then we also have people that are not on camera. We have people with this in Facebook group. All the people who are here. Thank you for being here. I'm a whole year older since the last time we were in the buyer. That's how it works. Oh, my gosh. I feel really good. I'm happy. Good things are happening. Thank you all. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Good things are happening. And I want to share something with you that I think is very important to just connect with. And I am the wisest I've ever been. Something that's very important to connect with on this, this buyer journey as we wrap this up with the finale for this round. So thanks, Jonathan. I like that. So what we're going to be doing, first of all, what I. I'd love for you to just visualize in the future, I want to be able to have buyer conversations with you. Often. My intention for you is that you don't just do one year with me, and I really mean that. And there's been a time where I felt like I don't want to say that to people because I know some will feel complete after a year. But that's okay. If you feel complete after a year. That's your. You've got to trust yourself with that. That. But I'm not going to stop myself from telling you what my desire is, because the fact is there I could talk about the buyer paradigm every day, 365 days a year, but I also need to fit in social media and, you know, energetics and manifestation and leadership and, and, and, and, and, and, and so I've got to limit it to a certain amount of conversations, but there is so much more. And the. My favorite thing to do is to be able to compound these trainings to say, look, take these discussions, go into your life, make these happen. Then let's meet back in here in a year and see where you're at, see where the level of conversation has changed. Let's bring the conversation up a notch. The clients of mine that really have gone so far in their careers usually work with me for a few years. As a matter of fact, my most iconic client has been with me since 2018. Like, the longer you do this work, the more it compounds. It's just the way it is. And to tell you the truth, I. I don't just create this work for you, I create this work for me. If I thought I had a program out there that was good enough for me to just put it out there for you without touching it again, and I didn't need to create anything anymore, I would. But I really feel like even for me, creating these programs, putting them together and leading them, this is why I'm so successful. These thoughts I have in my head, these are the thoughts that are required, these conversations I'm having, these are the conversations that are requ because they're not here's what you should do conversations. They're crack your mind open, contemplate and create at this level kind of conversations. So as we get to the end of this buyer program, it won't necessarily feel like, oh, we talked about everything. That's not what it's supposed to feel like. It's supposed to be like, I got so much and I've got to go create from this. And I'm excited for whatever the next level brings once I've played with this for a year. So I'm excited for all that we've touched to kind of take you to the next dimension. Now, as we enter exponential wealth and New wave, this masterclass is going to be insane. This is actually going to be a paid program at a later date. I'm offering people to come and join it for free. You're going to freakin love it. I'm. I'm bringing it in that program. It's going to be so incredible. I'm so excited. And then exponential wealth, there's so many things that are coming and it's. It really is a new wave. And so there's a couple of things I wanted to talk to you about in connection with New Wave, in connection with the buyer to wrap this all up as a grand finale. And the thing I want us to talk about is what happens when people don't buy. And I wanted to keep this for the end because I didn't want to muddle the energy of what we talked about. But we all know sometimes it happens. You've done everything correctly and somehow people aren't buying. And then it's like, the big question mark. What the hell is wrong with me? What's wrong with me? What's wrong with my offer? What am I doing wrong? Why aren't people choosing me? Am I never going to be good at this? And so I really just want to tell you that it doesn't matter how successful you are. If you have a failed launch, you'll wonder if you've lost your touch. I've had clients that have made millions, have failed launches, and think they've lost their magic for one failed launch. And I'm like, relax, it didn't land. People didn't love it. It's like, so, okay, it happens. You know, it's like artists that release an album and it's not the. It's not the favorite or release a hit single, and it's not the favorite or really known artists who launch, you know, who go to Hollywood with a new movie, and the movie goes and tanks, and everybody's like, that's the end of their career. Give them a freaking minute. It was one bad movie. And sometimes people have a string of bad movies, and sometimes people have a string of bad songs and bad albums. But you can always bring yourself back if you remember the context of who you are and the context of who you are as your business artist. Your job is to create extraordinary business moves. It's gonna come back. And it's so important that you don't sell out for what you think people want. And this is the thing that's so hard to do at this level, because the fact is, you can sell other things and you can test stuff, but don't give up on creating your big offers. It matters that your energy and your signature courses through the things that you're doing, even if people don't get it right away. What's important to remember is a buyer is a buyer on the right day. So it's not even just you. It's not just what you said and how you said it and what you did and what you offered. There's a huge part of this that's the buying power of your buyer. Now, what does this mean if your buyer doesn't want to spend today? If your buyers had a hard month, if your buyer is feeling like they need, they've told their partner they're going to chill on spending. If your buyer feels like they've bought enough this month? If your buyer caught you on a day where they feel annoyed or something bad happened, they just got their tax bill. I don't know, their house didn't sell when it was supposed to, a deal fell through, and that's the day they see your offer. It may just not be good today. And so one of the mistakes that I've seen a lot of people make is they'll put their offer out once, twice, and then they get it in their head that they've already told everybody and nobody's bought it. And the energy that the third time comes out with is just not the same energy anymore. Now it's like, okay, you guys, why aren't you buying this? The third time energy is like, okay, you know, you really should have bought this. And some people are only seeing it for the first time on the third day, which you're not. We don't think about times. The key to the buyer experience is it always has to feel like the first, the last, and the only time that you have ever presented this material. This sentence changed my life when I was selling infomercials, when we did. When I was doing live infomercials and stores, in the training manual that we had, this is one of the things that they were teaching us. It's got to feel like the first, last, and only time that you've ever done this. And I was like, I don't. I don't know if I understand quite the energy of that, but I'll. I. I think I get it. And so this one time, I'm doing a show, and you may have heard the story before, but I'm doing this. This presentation a bunch of people buy. It's amazing. I go back, I do the same thing again. Nobody buys. So I'm like, okay, that's a fluke. So I go back, I do exactly the same thing again. Nobody buys again. So I call the trainer at the time, and I'm like, okay, something's going on. Like, I did a show. It was perfect. So many people bought, I went back. I did exactly the same thing. Nobody bought. I went back, I did again, exactly the thing nobody bought. And so he's like, well, tell me again, the same. What do you mean, the same thing? I'm like, like, literally the same thing. I did the same thing. He's like, yes. What do you mean, though? I said, I went up with the same energy. I said the same thing. He's like, okay, well, then that's why I didn't work. I'm like, why? I don't. What do you mean? He said, well, you weren't talking to the same people. It worked the one time because it was a genuine connection. You felt a click with the people, it came out genuine based on how you were feeling with them. The two other times didn't matter who was in front of you. You just pretended it was the first people. And then he repeated to me, it's got to feel like the first, the last, and the only time that you're doing this. Okay. So I just went back and I thought, I'm gonna just not even think of what I did the first time. I'm just gonna start fresh. And so I showed up with a curiosity. The people that were there just connected to the energy, just like, you know, and it was a bit wobbly at first because I was like, I don't. I don't know how to not assume that I know what they're feeling, but I was curious and they all came around. And then I did the presentation, and I really customized it to the energy. And at the end, not only did everybody buy, but everybody bought multiples. I had an offer where when you bought five, the sixth one was free. Everyone bought five. It was like bananas. I couldn't believe it. And so then I'm like, okay, I cannot copy this again. Like, I've got to not copy this again. Although I can already tell I want to. And so I did my. I did a presentation. Like, I called up a crowd again the next time after that. And the people weren't the same. And I was so annoyed because I was hoping they would be the same kind of people and I was going to be able to do the same kind of show. And instead they were kind of standoffish. And I was like, no, I want you to be different for me. I want you to be more funner. I want you to be more happy. I had, like, two snot face people, like, in the front row, which always changes the energy of things. And so I was like, these people make me mad. Like, I want to be a little bit of a to them. I was like, well, maybe that's what I need to be. And so I mirrored their energy and I was a little bit of a smart face right back. And then eventually they kind of found it humorous that I was a snot face. And then they thought I was funny. So then I lightened it up at the end, I sold the same amount again. Buy five. Everybody buy five. Buy five. I'm like, what the hell is this magic? It had me tap into this vortex. Honest to goodness, I became the top selling person in the entire industry in this thing. I was the top of the top of the top. All I did was connect to people because then I knew how to do that. Every show was different and I tried to teach people how to do it and it blew my mind that they didn't know how to do this. But they were like, what do you mean? What's the difference? What are you noticing? I was like, couldn't you tell this person was doing this and this person like, no, I was too focused on my script. It's like, okay, ditch the script. Focus on the energy and the people that could really get energy. I was training the top people to do it. It was amazing. And then when my heart got broken and all of my energy died in a dark hole of hell, then I could no longer sell to anybody. I lost my magic entirely and I had to rebuild myself. And so the fact is it takes a level of awareness to be so clear on what you're doing that you're going for the nuances in what's happening in your audience. And I feel like right now, especially on social media, everyone is so self conscious that they're not even open to the flow. They're not even tapping in to what, what's happening on the, they're not feeling the, the vibe of people. Michael says, I have a question on this. If there is time, well ask now because per segue, let's do it. Hang on, hang on, hang on. Oh, muted help.
Oh my goodness. There we go. I love this. This is so good. I wanted to ask because I feel like this is something I've really tuned into is like tuning into the room, let's call it. But what I found is sometimes, let's say I'm doing like a free thing that's going to lead into something else. I find the people that come and interact are maybe like not my like exclusive high ticket buyer. And so say that the intention is to speak to that person, but then I have a bunch of other people in front of me. I really actually struggle to hold the vibe of this and not and not kind of calibrate to that. So would you say, would you like not do it live or not speak to the room in that instance?
So if you're finding, and this is actually a very good question, if you're finding that your audience is responding to you in kind of a negative way, I would check where you've opened yourself up to that and where in some of your posts or some of the titles you've chosen for your live streams, there's this like savior energy. Because what I found, especially in the coaching industry is what will happen is if the way you connect with people is a little bit through the pain. When you get them on a live stream, they're hoping you're going to talk to the pain. And so if you're going into higher frequencies and they're like, yeah, that's cool, but that feels super far for me. It's going to be difficult to kind of go in. And so that's why when I'm doing a master class, for example, the master class is new wave. It's a whole vibe. It's just cool and fun and badass. And there is no, you know, there's no femme fatale energy in this. This is not a rite of passage. This is like, let's go. And people's energy is like. And so by the time we get in the. In the thing where I'm going to sell, everybody's energy is going to be high. And I create that. I curate that with this in mind. From the moment I'm creating the branding, the. The launch, the whole thing is done in the very energy that I want. Who do I want in the room? And so how I can kind of connect this to my show, which I kind of realized later. And this is like the same company I was telling you about. I was always kind of nervous and excited to invite people to the booth. It's like, I never really wanted to make that announcement. But then once the people showed up, I navigated my feelings and I got over it. But the picking up the microphone in the store and being like, ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please? In less than two minutes, we're giving out free gifts. Like, that energy was always nervous excitement for me. And so the kind of people that would show up to my booth were people who were nervous and excited. What are we getting for free? What is this weird thing? Am I a weirdo for showing up for this? Why is there so many people? What am I getting, like, that kind of energy? And so I attracted the exact same people that were in the energy that I was in when I lost all my magic and all my magnetism. It's because the person that I was in the microphone was no longer nervous and excited. I was depressed, and I did not want anybody near me. That was the truth. And so when I was coming in, I was just like, ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please? In less than two minutes, we'll be giving out free gifts. And the people who were responding to that were like, I don't want anybody near me, and I'm depressed. And so then I Was trying to be upbeat because I couldn't just have all day, every day be depressed. And it wasn't matching the people that were showing up. And the whole thing felt like a mess. And so what I realized is that. But it's, it's from as the moment you pick up the microphone to say, ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please. That's where your energy first, first hits. When you go, something's coming. When you, when you decide what the thing is going to be called, when you decide what the offer is going to be, when you decide the pricing, when you decide every single thing in the creation phase, your energy as you're creating it, everything is, is calling in the person that's going to show up. And so if the people who are showing up are just, okay, hopefully this helps me because things are tough, man. Like, hopefully you can help me because that kind of energy, you're gonna feel it in your classes. You're gonna feel it. Especially when it comes time to sell, you'll be like, so if you want to change a little, got this great offer for you. You know, if you're saying, okay, the housing market is terrible right now and things are hard, but if you want to book a call with me, maybe I can help you sell your house, the people that are going to show up are going to be like, yeah, it's been really hard some, so maybe you can help me sell my house. But if you're like, let's defy the odds, book me, book an appointment with me. The people who are like, yes, I'm sick of the people who are saying the market's bad. I don't believe in that stuff. You're going to attract those people. So it's so important that it's from the beginning. It can't just be like, you let your self. Is this moment of self righteousness worth compromising my energetic signature? Like, you get to just be self indulgent in all the creation process and say whatever the heck you want. And then the energetic match for that shows up and then you want them to be excited. That doesn't always work. So I would just pay attention to behind the scenes where no one's watching. When you're curating your thing, are you in a little bit of a melodramatic vibe and could you do something for yourself to put you more in the fire zone? And if you haven't watched Cash recently, that might be a really cool thing to put yourself back in the. In the vibe. The Cash sequence is really good. To remember how to put yourself back in the energy. Because honest to goodness, the difference between a failed launch and a successful launch is the energetic alignment. The whole thing. The whole thing. Energetic alignment. So if it's, I'm depressed, you're depressed, kiss me, here's my pay. This, my pitch. You love it, you nail it, you buy it, and both of us were totally depressed. It works. And if it's like, I'm in the best mood, this is the best thing ever. I'm so happy. I love this. This is my thing. We're connected, we're jamming. And then I sell at the end. And it's amazing. But if it's like, I'm stressed, this isn't gonna work. I've done my best. Hopefully it's good enough. I fear it's not good enough. I'm putting it out there, nobody likes it. I'm trying harder. This feels terrible. Maybe I shouldn't have launched it. Maybe I should take it down. I should have chose a different pricing. Nobody's bought it. Oh, my God, man. It's like, you know, like, there's. It's not. It's not vibrational alignment. So if you're feeling like you need a launch that supports a melodramatic phase of your life, then go melodrama the whole way. If you need something that's going to support a high vibe, but there's guilt, am I allowed to be happy? Well, the only way they can claim it is if you claim it. So you've got to decide what the frequency your launch is going to be on, and it's got to exist on that frequency from the moment you decide it to the moment you seal the deal and the deal is done. Does that answer your question, Michael?
Yes. Can I. There's like, one more. Can I ask?
Yes.
So I'm really going to reflect on that. There's a part of that that really landed and I think what it. So, like, I'm just going to say, like, examples, but, like, this is what it feels like energetically. So, like, when I'm at, like, a private party, for example, I always find my person, like, I just connect and they're like, what do you do? Oh, that's like. Like, that's how I found so many of my best clients. When I sell online, it often feels like I'm at the booth, your booth, where you're selling your thing, and I've got, like, a free sample and there's all of these people, like, crowded around and, like, my person's over There, but they don't want to come because, like, I'm in the. I'm in the middle of this. I don't know, like, all of the people that want the free sample and then just, like, aren't my person. Like, do you feel like that's. That's what you just said?
No. But I'll tell you this. The only difference between the first scenario and the second scenario is in the first scenario, you only care about the one person who's your person. And the second one, you care about everybody who isn't. When you go to a private party, you care about the one person who cares that everybody else isn't your person. And the second scenario, you're so blinded by everything that everyone that's not your person that you're not even letting yourself remember that one of your people is in the room.
That's it.
Like, I choose who I look at in the screen. You guys. There are days I'm telling you, like, I. I love you all and I love that you're on camera, but I've had, over the course of my career, I've had some of you be on camera folding your laundry. I've had some of you answer phone calls while you're on camera. I have some of you speak to your partners, Turn around, Just start talking like this while you're on screen. If you happen to be the person I was looking at when you decide you're no longer listening to me, that's a whole little vibe I've got to deal with. And so I've got to go pick another face to look at. And so this doesn't mean you can't do that. I don't want to shame anybody in doing this, but I want you to recognize, like, I can't bank on you all being what I need you to be for me to feel like you care about what I'm saying. Because there are days that I could very easily say, well, this is a terrible call. Andrew made coffee. You know, I don't know. Kristen got changed, told, who's putting a sweater on before? Who's the beige. Someone's wearing a beige sweater. Okay, there you are. Tanya's doing a wardrobe change. You know, it's like, who what? But then, you know, Mary's putting the dishes away, so obviously I suck. Or I focus on the people who are like, yes, in that one moment, in that one moment, in that one moment, because people don't have an hour long attention span. I've had people pick their nose, picking their nose on Camera. I had a woman once go to the toilet on camera. So I didn't see her and see her do it, but she. I. She was very clear. She took us into the bathroom. She did the whole. And I'm like, oh, my God, this woman's peeing. Like, this happened. Like, I have had everything happen. And I've even had people in the bathtub, like, almost naked. Total. Almost completely naked in the bath. Like, I've had every kind of thing. So if I'm just gonna focus on this is good enough based on people are going to. That's not how it's going to be. So you've got to pick your person. You got to pick your energy. You've got to look where you're focusing, and it's like, that's it. That's where you go. And, you know, some people are off camera. Some people are on Facebook. It's not just about who's there and who doesn't seem like they're paying attention. There's a whole other energy further out than that. And this is also why. And Kristen says, pick your focus face from the stage. Yeah. They even say this in public speaking. You've got to pick one face in the audience because even the people who do stand up, I'm sure there's people who are just sitting there like it's not funny. Like, they don't laugh at any joke. You know, you've got to find your people that raise your vibe. But the other part of that is in my programs and my master classes, I'm constantly asking people to share their experience because people really have resting face. It's not their fault. They're focused. They love it. But they look like they're boiling their own head in their mind. Like, they look so miserable, but they're actually contemplating the whole thing. They're like, this is genius. But when you look at them, you think they're really bored. So what you got to recognize is if you ask in the group, what are your takeaways? What are your breakthroughs? What are you working on? Especially if there's something that you're doing in response to that. Like Jacqueline, who comes in and does her activations based on your shares, that means people are sharing more. And I. I promise you, there's times there's people, I'm like, oh, thank God. Okay, they're getting it. They weren't there. I just want be like, are you alive? But then later, it's like, okay, I had the biggest breakthrough. And it's like, oh, so you can't judge. You don't know. You've got to trust. You've got to find other ways to connect with people through the programs and not just think. It's because of the way they look. It's because of their energy right now, the way they're looking at the thing. Like, you've got to open your mind a little bit bigger than that or else it does sometimes feel a little limited.
That was such a breakthrough. That was it. That was magic. I saw it land for other people, too. So thank you. Thank you so much, so much.
I'm happy. I'm very happy to hear that. Yeah, it's. It can be hard. I look. One of my favorite. One of my favorite things. I'll tell you this other thing, like, it was part of the whole thing. When I was selling from stage, there was this one. This one show I'll never forget, because one of our cues was that. And this was, gosh, the. The sub. Subconscious stuff that, that you pick up on. So I'm. I'm the kind of person who. Who nods a lot when I talk. And so I'm doing. I'm kind of doing this. And at the end of one of my shows, one of the trainers that's there at the time comes to me and is like, I love the. The nlp. And I'm like, what's that? They're like, neuro linguistics. Like, I don't know what that is. And they're like, you know, you. You do things and then the audience does the things. And I'm like, okay, what. What did. What am I doing? He's like, you're nodding all the time. That's really good. It makes them nod. I'm like, oh, I didn't know I was doing that. That's kind of just the way I talk. And he was like, oh, well, that's really good. Because when you do that, when you're trying to get a person to buy and you're nodding, they're saying yes in their mind. So I'm like, do people actually do this on purpose? And he's like, yeah. I'm like, and it works. I'm like, I feel like I could be. I'd tell. I'd be able to tell a mile away if someone did that. And so he's like, I want to. I want to show you. So we had trainees coming in. He's like, I'm going to have the trainees try it on their next show. So he's like, okay, you guys. So you see how When Melanie sells, she really. She really kind of nods like this. You guys do it. It was the biggest shit show you've ever seen in your life. It was. It looked so bad. I was like, this. This is not what I look like. Please tell me this is not what I look like. Well, obviously they need practice. Practice at faking a non. Everybody needs practice. A lot of practice. How does that ever get good? Like, you can't be. You practice faking orgasms. Do they sound better? Like, how is this any good advice ever? But in linguistic programming, neuro linguistic programming, apparently when you do a certain gesture and then people model the gesture, it's like in the power of influence. So there's things that you'll notice that your body language does that's either positive or not. So I will tell you, although I have never, ever coached a person in doing this, because I've never seen anybody try to do it that did it right. I have helped people not do something else. When I first started teaching how to do master classes, I had one of my clients, for no reason, that always did this when she talked, even when it was positive. Everything she said, she was going like this. And at the end, I would notice that her entire audience was going like this while she was talking. And then we'd get to the end and she'd be like, okay, so, you know, if you'd like a link, just let me know. And people are just like, God. So we had to have her stop doing this. So. And that was hard enough, you know. So you'll find you've got mannerisms that you do sometimes that go against what you're trying to do. People have a face that's like. Even though they're happy, they're going no. Even though they mean yes. Like, we have subconscious body language. We don't realize. And so you also have to read in more than the gestures, the energy of the room. And what does the energy of the room do? It changes how you feel. So it's not about how are they feeling. That's not the energy. What they're feeling or what they appear to be feeling is not the energy. It's the evidence that you are seeing about what you perceive to be the vibe. That is entirely different than the energy. The energy is what you feel when your eyes are closed. The real truth is having a room of you plugged into my vibe. My energy right now, I feel it. And I can tell you how I feel right now is like a little nervousness, a little sadness, a little. This kind of Energy. And I think it's kind of like, oh, my gosh, the call's almost over. I hope. I hope I get everything I need, or I. This was so great. I love this also. Oh, my God. Like, that's the kind of energy, right? But nobody's looking like that. But that's the energy I feel. And so if I can regulate that in my body, I'm tapping into the vibe, I can override it. I can calm it. I can bring the energy up. I can connect with it. Like, that's the energy. But nobody's giving me that face. Like, nobody looks like that right now. And so sometimes we'll mistake. There's a mistake of, like, your energy is bad, when in fact, it's not your energy. It's the evidence that I perceive when I look at your face, which is not the same as energy. And I think I became really good at this, because when I first started doing my programs online, I didn't do them on Zoom like this. I did them on Facebook Live. And so I couldn't even see people's faces. I could only see my face, but I could feel it somehow. And so I would. I would practice that in your live streams. And it's not that you avoid people's faces, because that's circumstantial power. It. It's saying, like, there's something even bigger than what I see. You know, kind of like if your partner looks sad and you immediately wonder if they stop loving you, it's like that. Okay, wait, whoa. There's sadness and there's. I don't love you anymore. Read the room. What's going on? You know, can you read the energy, or do you need. Are you just observing evidence, and then you're making a judgment based on the evidence? And so how I've really kept my buyers buying, no matter what the world was going through, is that I knew there was always a buyer in the room, and I could feel the energy of that buyer in the room. It's the energy of, like, if you can just be stronger than everything else I hear, I'll be so grateful. That's what it feels like. Oh, gosh, this feels so good. I'm so grateful this space exists. I'm so grateful I get to tap into this instead of everything else. This is so good. This is what I needed. As long as I can feel that energy in the room, I've got my buyer in the room. And so what's difficult is sometimes you've got a room full of people telling you you shouldn't be happy and you shouldn't be connected and you shouldn't be celebrating and you shouldn't be this and you shouldn't be that. But there's one person in the room going, thank God for you. I'm able to tap into the energy of thank God for you. But if the room doesn't feel like it's buzzing. There's a difference between matching a super high vibrational room where you can feel the energy versus finding the one solid energy in a room that's very low key. And that's the thing you've got to kind of find. Because I've been able to have huge sales, being very powerful but calm. And I've also been had huge sales, feeling very excited and powerful. Those are different energies, but they're still the right buyer in the room is just what's the frequency they're on? Are they. Are they like chill and listening to me with their wallet in their hand or are they like throwing their money at me? Because those are different energies, but people are ready either way. And if I don't read the room properly, the person puts their wallet back or stops throwing the money is not being received properly. People want to be met in their buyer energy. So it's just noticing the room, feeling the room and not needing everyone to be on the same page, but feeling the energy of the space so you can pierce through the energy with your buyer. This is where the magic really comes. So I have had so many phases of business and why I love new wave is because I feel like it's going to be such a good segue into the money conversation. But the fact is, business happens in waves. I want to read you this because I was watching the waves and this came through for me as I was watching how they happened. And I feel like if you can just close your eyes and imagine what I'm reading to you right now, you're gonna get it. Everything feels still for a moment. The sun glistens on the calm surface. But the ocean holds secrets. The water swells softly as though it's taking a breath. A hill appears suddenly, rolling towards the shore. The momentum can't be stopped. It's happening. It's magnetic, it's loud, it's unapologetic. It catches the light and casts shadows and doesn't stop for a moment to wonder if this power should be contained. The wave rises to its peak and thunders into an exalting surrender. The shoreline disappears into the ocean and everything feels still for a moment. It's that energy over and over and over again. This is business. You've got to be able to ride that wave. When everything feels still, nothing's broken. When energy starts to rise, it's like a swelling of the water, like a breath. When that hill appears and the ideas are coming and the people are coming and the energy is coming, it's coming towards the shore. You don't need to worry. You're going to mess it up. It's coming. Nothing's going to stop it. And as it rises, as the energy rises, it's going to catch the light and it's going to cast shadows. And you cannot wonder or worry whether it's okay to claim that moment of power in your sale. And then you're going to have this extraordinary moment, and it's going to come to a close, as any sale does. And then you'll retract into your own power and everything will feel still again, which you cannot fear, because what's preparing is the swelling of the water once more. But our job is to find that energy within us, where every part of that wave happening is like a meditation, every part of it. If you, when waters are still, are worried that there's not enough action, and then when the water breathes, you panic. You're going to miss the wave before it's even time. And then when the wave reaches its peak and the light hits it, you're afraid to be seen. And then when it casts shadows, you feel guilty for who's not liking you or feeling jealous or whatever it is. And then when you retract, you feel afraid. You go back and you are afraid that you've missed the wave and that another one won't come. So when the water goes still, you think you've wrecked everything. This is how a lot of people utilize the waves of their life. They go against the wave. A person who's good at surfing understands the breath of the wave. They understand that it's when the water is pulling back. There's this. There's this little moment where you feel solid on the surfboard is actually when you're being pulled back into the wave. It's a lot of people catch it too late. They're like, oh, it's perfect. It's going forward. Let's get up now. It's already too late. If it's going up, you've got to wait. The water will pull you back for a minute. It'll feel almost like it's holding you back for a second. That's. That's the moment to stand. And it's like learning the energetics. It's the same thing in your business. You. You're going to learn the energetics. If you don't give up, you've got to be ahead of the wave. You try to catch it while it's going, it's too late. Let it pass. You'll catch the next one. And that's. That's the other important thing is to be willing to say, I was too straight. I was too stressed, I was too scared, I was too worried, and so I didn't catch the wave. Doesn't matter. Let me just chill in the water for a second. Another wave is coming. It's what the ocean does. Even if it looks like the water is calm, it isn't. The ocean holds secrets. Even if it looks like your business is calm, it isn't. The ocean holds secrets. The people are there under the surface, creating the current for the next wave. If you just stay in the water, just wait, it's coming. It's going to pull. But if you miss it all because you're mad that you think you missed it, the whole thing falls apart. You've got to feel the energy. And that's one of the biggest things that people who are not intuitive in business miss. And when you watch documentaries in business and you watch the people who really have made it big, they're all the same. There's this little thing of spirituality in them where they were like, I felt it. I knew it. It felt like the time was right. I had to trust it. I had to go for it. I knew it was crazy, but it felt like the right thing. I said it even though it wasn't ready, even though it wasn't the time. I did it. We did this. It was crazy at the time. I can't believe we did this now, but it just felt right. It's all the same language. It's the energy, it's the vibe. How we mess this up as we watch other people on their surfboards thinking, oh, no, I should be standing. There's a wave over there. There's no wave here. Get back in the water. Relax. Breathe. Learn to read the water. There can be a wave three feet from you and not a wave here. You can't. You don't just stand on your board because someone else is surfing. And I think we do that in business. I should be standing. I should be. I should be. No. Where there's sun in one spot and shadow in the other spot. Or sometimes these, this far apart where the sun and the shade goes. You've got to just know yourself. You've got to get connected to that energy. So when someone is not buying or no one is buying for a moment, is it possible that you're in a moment of stillness and you're trying to stand on the surfboard just because somebody in the distance is standing and it feels like you're missing out? Should be surfing. Give yourself a minute. This is your moment to just be with the water and feel it. If you can have the wisdom in your business to know not only when to sell, but when not to sell, when it's time to go inwards and create versus when it's time to launch. When it's okay, you miss the wave by just a little. Breathe, the next one's coming. If you can have that wisdom, you are going to do far better in business. You know, evidence shows that some of the most. The best longevity in business, and that's really what I care about in the buyer paradigm, is the longevity in business. Anyone can make a good month or a good year. I want good months and good years over and over and over and over and over again. Business longevity and history shows that older people do better with business longevity. And I really believe the reason for this is because they have the maturity to understand the rhythm of business. It's not just about immediate gratification or how it looks. It's about what it is. It's the frequency of truth. It's the rhythm of the buyer. And not everyone has the wisdom to just take a beat. Everyone wants to make every dollar there is available. The level of bankruptcies diminish massively later in life, if you can just calm down. Because it's the. It's the youth that kind of goes a little wacko. But it's okay because they're young and so they make the mistakes and then they become wiser and then they learned later, which is also fine. But if we could bring that wisdom earlier into our lives and say this is all about timing. Everything's about timing. Even in dating, it's about the first timing. Like you rush that first kiss. The whole thing's out of whack you. The tension has to be just right. There has to be a feeling inside like you're gonna burst. But right before you burst, you kiss like there's got. It's that moment. It's gotta be. You gotta read the energy. And the people in life who know how to read the energy are the best lovers, the best business people. Because it's like you, the the timing of that was phenomenal. Like, can we just talk about how perfect that that was? What makes a perfect night? The timing. What makes a perfect kiss? The timing. What makes a perfect everything is the alignment, the timing. And so if you can tap into this for your business, you're going to really move into a different frequency and you will feel different because you'll be going against the pressure the whole world is under to do what they're told. Instead, you're going to go with the natural rhythm of things and people start noticing you. Like, gosh, this person really just, you know, dances to the beat of their own drum. Like, and I love this frequency. And then you're going to find your people that love your rhythm and you're going to stand out. They're going to love you for who you are and your uniqueness and you're going to draw in your people and you're going to have so much more fun. But it does take a few failed launches. You're going to fall off your surfboard. People will say yes and then say no. You'll get off, off, you'll get up on the board too soon and fall off. You'll ride half the wave and then plummet. All of that happens. And if you're willing to have it all happen, you become one of the strongest business people there is on the planet. Because that, this is really the key, this is the gift, this is, it is to be willing to fall as often as you need to fall so that you can ride the waves as often as possible. Success is not about constant success. Success is about being extraordinary at catching the wave at the right time. Surfing isn't about just being on a constant wave all day. It's about being on the wave and going back into the water, going back out there, catching the sun, floating on the thing, sitting there, being grateful, breathing, feeling the, the vibe, being in full gratitude, realizing that you're in paradise and then feeling the ocean tell you there's another wave coming and riding that almost all the way to the shore and having to paddle out there against your bre, meet the next one, coming home entirely spent and sun kissed and grateful for your life. That's, that's what it's about. If it were just about standing on a board, catching every wave, I don't think it would be as rewarding, as gratifying or as fulfilling. Yet everybody wants that still shot picture of them riding the wave. Social media is a killer in business for so many reasons. Number one is how it looks. How does it Look, I just had this much thousand dollar launch. I just did this much thousand dollar thing. I just did a million dollar thing. I just did. This is a still shot. Still shot, still shot. You're going to get those still shots. Don't build your business for them. I can take a picture of you standing on a surfboard and you fall off two seconds later. But that's not the joy of surfing. You can say you had an incredible day or incredible month, but that's not the joy of business. It's the rhythm. It's the rhythm of the buyer and tapping into that unique sound for you and for them where you actually enjoy what you're doing for a long time. And it sucks sometimes to go out to the water and to not catch one wave all day. But that happens to some of the best surfers. Then the days where you catch loads of them feel like days you'll never forget and you tell the story days later. Even when you look at sports, there's games where, you know, sometimes I watch baseball with Kevin. Kevin loves baseball. I don't love baseball, but I, I love that Kevin loves baseball. And so I watch it for the hot dogs and for Kevin's joy. But I, it, it boggles my mind that someone could sit through nine innings of something which sometimes only gets like one hit the whole freaking game. I'm like, we've been sitting here for hours. How, where is the pleasure in this? Like, no one, he's obsessed, he loves it. There could be absolutely nothing. But then there's others where it's like finishes seven to nine. It's like how that was a fun game. That was so fun. You know, when I'm watching hockey and the game ends 5 to 1, I'm way happier than when in 0 to 1, give me more goals, give me more joy, give me more, give me more movement, give me something happening. Like, yes, it's true, we like to see the energy, we like to see the vibe. We like to see. But the fact is that happens over the long span. You can, you can have playoffs be won. Hours of playing for one goal, and these players are paid more money than we can comprehend. It's not about how many goals are scored in a game, it's about how well the game is played. Make sure that you don't make this business thing just about how many goals you make. Have the buyer paradigm in your business be the Hollywood, the top of the charts, the, you know, playoffs. It's got to be not just about the goals, but about the level at which the game is played. That's what creates the buyer paradigm. Just because someone doesn't buy this thing doesn't mean they're not going to buy the next thing. It's your energy, it's your status, it's your reputation, it's. It's the standard that you set. It's your delivery, it's your confidence, it's your energy. That's. That's what's going to create this over and over and over and over again. I've had launches that I. I have freaked out the results. I've led launches that were like, okay, that wasn't great. But I. I have always had success in Alpha Femme, whether this launch was great or this launch wasn't, because I knew it wasn't about the launches. It's not about how many goals are made in this one game. It's about the entire industry. It's about the entire team. It's about the entire thing. If you start to see every launch as a failed launch, well, then you got to change your. You got to change your coach, you got to change your key player, you got to change your strategy. You got to change something. But you've got to be able to handle. Sometimes it doesn't work. If not, you get in your head and then you're losing isn't because something is wrong. It's because you're in your head about losing. And that happens to the best of us. I've seen amazing surfers not be able to get up on a board all day after they've slipped and fallen off two, three times. They're like, I can't feel the vibe anymore. I've seen amazing singers sing off key for two, three days in a row. Be like, I don't know what's wrong with me. I just cannot get the note in my head. I just keep singing off key. I've seen actors just be like, I don't know what's wrong with me. I suck right now. Like, I cannot. Everything sounds fake. I can't get into the energy I need. I can't get into the character I need a break. It happens to all of us. So you've got to see yourself as this masterful business pro. You are a business professional, and if you need a moment, take a moment. The energy is everything at the higher level. And any billionaire will tell you that. You sit with any billionaire, any millionaire, every. Any financially free person, and they will all bring it back to Energetics, all of them. So if you can tap into that early, there's A limit to what you can do. I tapped into this knowledge when I was making $50,000 a month. And I went from making 50,000 to a hundred thousand to a few hundred thousand, and within a year or so we were making a million dollars a month. It, it happens so fast. But you've got to trust yourself. And if you notice you're comparing and in your, you're in your head, then you're not in the rhythm. Have you ever gone to a, a bar or a nightclub and tried to dance like someone else and feel like you can't find your feet? All of a sudden, be like, what is wrong with me? Like, I'm trying to dance like you. And I am. I'm dancing like two left feet. I can't look at you right now. I need to be my own zone. When I'm not looking at anybody, I can dance. As soon as I'm looking at you, I can't dance anymore. You're trying to, you're trying to find your rhythm by loving someone else's rhythm. And it's. You're not going to find it there. You know, teams that try to make sure the other team doesn't win lose. People who try to get on the board just because other people are on the board fall into the water. People who try to dance though another person is dancing lose their footing. People who try to harmonize with the person in a way to make the voices match instead of just singing the way they sing, can't find the notes. And in business, when you try to do what everybody else is doing, you lose your rhythm. So this, this buyer paradigm is such an incredible conversation. And you've got to be in the right mindset for it. You've got to be in the mind space for it. If it's not available for you, do something fun and less pressure. It's okay. But keep this in your back pocket because it really is the kind of thing where, you know, one person can buy one of your programs for a hundred dollars or two hundred dollars. Someone can buy a physical product for a hundred dollars or $200, or they could buy something for like $200,000. And the thing is, it's the same. Yes, it's just a different buyer, but you've got to be in a very different energy to be a match for the bigger buyer. So continue to play with that frequency, see what's there for you. And play with the, play with the numbers, play with the energy, have fun with it. But the gap between where you are and where you're going is just your level of being able to connect to the frequency of a room, whether it's a real one or a virtual one, regardless of your fears or the people who are vibrating at the most fear in the room. And sometimes even trying to counteract the people who are vibrating with the most excitement in the room. Because I will tell you, some of the people who've thrown me off my pitch the most are not even the ones that look sad. They're the ones who look too happy. Because I get this false sense of excitement and go the wrong direction with my crowd. And then at the end, I'm all excited and I had a great time, but I went above the energy. And if that's ever happened to you intimately, you know what that feels like. You get into bed with a very excited person and at the end they're very happy. And you're like, what the heck just happened to me? That's it. We're done. That was that. I. Where. Where was I? I don't. I don't understand what happened. They're like, that was amazing. Like, you had a great time. So extreme excitement on one part with non alignment does not equate to the perfect ending for both. That equates for one person is happy and the other person is confused. And that happens in business as well. Like, wasn't this great? One person in the room had such good energy. And I. I got into that energy and I was speaking fast. It was all great. It was all good. And I said the price and then nobody bought. Yeah, like a little rabbit. This has happened in our lives. And so you just want to feel the energy. Your power is in your ability to connect to something bigger than the one excited person or the one person who's picking their nose, doing their laundry, changing their outfit, going to the toilet, whatever it is that they're doing. You've got to find the buyer energy. The person who's like, show me what you got. And you're like, I'm bringing it. And to be able to hold the energy in that room, it's okay when people don't buy. Just remember the wave goes back into the ocean and everything looks still for a moment. Then the ocean holds secrets. And then the ocean breathes, and then the hill appears. And then it rolls towards the door. And then it rises to its peak and it catches the light and it casts shadows. And it never asks itself if it's allowed to contain that power. And then it crashes into itself and thunders and satisfaction. And then the shore Disappears back into the ocean and it feels still for a moment, over and over and over again. Thank you so much for such a cool discussion. Honestly, I've really loved this, this conversation. I'm excited to see what happens in the future of your businesses, how this gets to rub off on all the things that you're doing. The most important thing is I want you to know these levels of conversation don't usually happen for us. The people who know this stuff are making 10, 20, 30, 100 times to a thousand times the money we make. For us to know this now puts us ahead of the game. Just make sure it doesn't hit your head, what I've said and get you all mixed up and thinking. None of this helps in your head, it helps in your body. So feel it. See if you can get in tune with it. And if you want to practice, practice it in other areas. If you, if you're in a relationship right now, see if you can tune into the energy of your partner. See if you can notice if you kiss different when you're in the zone, when you're actually in the energy, when you're focusing on timing, See if you can feel polarity and magnetism in your relationship. See if you can feel that in conversation. See if you can feel that in other areas of your life. See if you can feel that. Listen to music, see which songs make you go, oh, this song. I get something from the song. And other songs are just like, no, no, no. See what you vibe with, see what gets you play with it in other areas and then see in your business how you can make it come back in the business. There's nothing like it. And so we're going into energetics now. New wave is going to be a masterpiece. And then we're going into money conversation. From an energetic to a money conversation. And we are going to have the time of our freaking lives. I'm excited to see you, all of you that are going to be an exponential wealth and new wave. Enjoy yourselves, Take care of yourselves. Thank you for incredible program and I shall see you on the Internet.
