Sa it Sam Foreign welcome to the God Zone. Today is day four of this extraordinary program. And I've just got to tell you, I'm really, really appreciating the way you guys are showing up for this. So many people live so still on day four. This is incredible. And the shares you are putting forward are extraordinary. I'm seeing a lot of inner work breaking through and I love that you're really doing the homework. So not just showing up to listen to what I'm saying, but actually testing it and trying it out in your real lives. I know some, for some of you, there is resistance. For some of you, it's like I can't get myself to do it. I swear I do it and I could do it. I understand. But this is why I'm. I'm giving as much homework as possible because my hope is that you could, you do some of it. You know, we, we're never supposed to be perfect in life. That was never the, the goal. But if I can give you things that you can actually do in your real life, you'll get to see where your resistance is or you'll get to see where, where your expansion is. And so the homework is such a beautiful part because it's where you implement in your real life and you get to meet yourself. You meet yourself in your resistance, you meet yourself in your passion. You meet yourself in your enjoyment, in your breakthrough or in your non enjoyment of it, whatever it is that you feel. It's like you know more about yourself when you're actually taking action on the program and not just listening. I have a rather pleasant way of delivering the information. So you may think you agree with all of it when in fact faced with it, you might be like, never mind. So it's good to try it on so you see how you actually stand. So today we are going to dive into the understanding of our individuality and connectedness in the God Zone. So I have heard this so many times in my life, but I think there's such a different feeling between hearing something and the moment it lands. And you're like, oh, I heard that so many times before, but it never felt the way that felt when I heard it. This is unique. This is different. This is, this is actually much greater than anything I'd ever experienced before. And so I have heard the, the concept that we're mirrors of each other, that we are, you know, we're all mirrors of each other, that we resemble each other, that whatever one person is going through is a mirror of another person. That we're all the same, that we're all connected. But for most of my life, and I don't know if you experienced this, but I really did not experience my problems as collective problems. Like, we are all one. And I'm like, great, but when I stub my toe, I don't cry for the world. That's my problem. Like, I don't expect. I don't experience my problems like everyone's experiencing them. And when someone else is having a problem, although I can have empathy and compassion, it definitely doesn't seem the same as when I'm going through it. There is a difference. There is a separation. So because this concept felt I could understand the concept, okay, we're all one. We're all humans. We're all kind of the same. I get it. But I just couldn't conceptualize it because, like. But we are so different because. Or else everything I'm going through is exactly what you'd be going through. And if you're going through something, I'd feel it exactly. Like, we'd be more connected if we were connected, wouldn't we? But I realized that there is a sense of humor. God has a sense of humor. And where God has a sense of humor, is that the place we are most the same is the place that we feel separate. And so it is the fact that we feel separate from each other that makes us the same. And I realized that if we actually knew that we were all together and we were all connected and we were all going through pretty much exactly the same thing, we'd override it somehow. We'd come together and we'd figure out how to make a plan. If it was like, oh, you too? Same thing. Yeah, same thing exactly. Oh, my gosh. Okay. Same thing. Well, okay, so what should we do about it? But that's not. That's not how we experience it. We experience it like. Yes, but me. Yes, but I. Right. And I understand for you, that must have been really hard. But the thing is, for me, we. We experience ourselves so separate from each other. And that's the thing that makes us exactly the same. So this is the plot twist. This is where God has a sense of humor. It's like, you're all the same. And the thing you have all in common is that you don't know you're all the same. Try to figure it out. And so why it's so interesting to. To see this as a person that's so determined to help people rise is that anytime someone tells me their story, they Tell me their story. With every single ounce of themselves so certain that they're not going to be understood or that they're going to be too much or they're going to be not enough, or that this terrible thing no one else could understand and this pain that they're going through no one else could understand. They're certain of that because we're disconnected enough that if, I mean, can you imagine if every pain you felt, I felt it exactly like I couldn't live? You couldn't live if you felt all of our pains equal to your pains. Like there, there comes a moment where there's got to be a separation. But we're the same in the sense where whatever you think your pain is, someone else has experienced pain in the same depth. But for a story you would not be able to imagine caused them that much pain. So I could say I just like I could be completely devastated with some sort of loss in my life and someone say, well, you want to know loss? You want to know what happened to me? And then they would tell me their story and I'd be like, I feel like I could handle that. I think my loss is worse. The fact is, it's the peak of the pain. We all have a peak of pain that we think is just, it must be what happened that caused it, but it isn't. Every single person on this planet is constantly navigating the greatest shadow and the greatest light of their own existence. And we access the peak of our joy and the peak of our pain, all of us. And it's not the story that makes you understand. And so that's why it's so hard for us to each up to understand each other. Because in communicating our pains, it sometimes like I, I hear you, but I feel like you should be able to get through this. It's not that bad. This person's like, are you kidding me? This is the worst thing that could ever happen to me. You want to hear the worst thing that could happen to you? Here's what happened to me. And they're like, that's not that bad. You're like, ah, now you're just insulted. Now you're just insulted. So you're telling me my thing's not that bad? So what if we actually realized that every single one of us access is the peak of our pain and the peak of our pleasure in this lifetime. And we would have the choice to stretch that and have more capacity for pleasure, but it would also come with having more capacity for pain. This is the world of duality and so mo, most people try to control it all and keep it kind of here, but even if you control it, you still have a peak of pleasure and a peak of pain. You navigate. But what if we saw it and we said, okay, every single person on the planet has this life experience with a peak of pleasure and a peak of pain. Every single person has this. And we all also have desires, all of us. And we also, all have limitations and fears. All of us and every single one of us are trying to transcend the fears through the pain it causes into the delight and pleasure that we want to feel, all the while navigating the guilt, the shame, and the potential fear of not even getting the pleasure that we want. And there's stories that support all of this for all of us. This is what everybody's going through. If we actually saw it this way, then there would be no thing that happens to you in life that actually kicks you out of alignment. Because you would say this is part of the human experience. No matter how bad it is. You would say, this was my peak level of pain. You would say, this was, for me, the worst it could possibly be. This is my peak level of pain. I know there are people in this world that have transcended their peak level of pain. If people can transcend their peak level of pain, I can transcend my peak level of pain. And when people say I can't, I feel guilty for this joy. I feel guilty for this pleasure. Like, am I allowed to have it? You say, well, there's people here that have really figured out how to transcend that and access their. Access, their pleasure. And if they can access their pleasure, then I can probably access my pleasure without saying yes. But they don't have this event and they don't have this event and they don't understand. They haven't been through this and this and this. Maybe not, but those things were not their tests. They were. There were other things that were tested. So why this is important is because we spend a lot more of our time thinking we're separate from everybody else, thinking that we've. We went through something that really discounts the ability or the possibility for having what we want. It's different for us. We really did a thing, or it's. Even though we've tried so hard and it hasn't worked for us, or if it hasn't happened for us by now, it's probably never going to happen. But we all have these thoughts, all of us, and then we imagine that our thoughts are different than everybody else's thoughts. And we imagine that our experiences are different than everybody else's experience just because they don't sound the same. The fact is, it's not about what it looks like, it's about what it is. And what it is is your peak experience of pleasure and your peak experience of pain and your peak experience of fear and your peak experience of joy. And this is a collective thing that we are all moving through, all of us. And if we knew that, we would be looking for how to come together in the God Zone, with all the people who are connected in the same way in the God Zone, helping each other through our fears, feeling completely connected, feeling like we all belong, feeling like this is the only place that matters, that we're all together, we're all connected. We're all towards very similar missions and we've all got similar blocks and we're going to help each other out in that. That's what we would do. But we worry if we don't belong because our story is too bad or not bad enough. Everybody else here has a really big, interesting story, and I don't have one of those. I don't fit in. Everybody here has too much success or not enough success. I'm too big or I'm too small or I'm too this or I'm too that. And we cause separation. And that makes us isolate our pains. It makes us isolate our doubts. It makes us isolate our guilt and our shame. And so it feels like ours is unique and special. And so because our guilt and shame and pain is unique and special, unfortunately, it's grounds to believe that our magic can't work because everybody else's magic is. Is correct. But our problems are unique. So it. This is the universal joke when you think about it. Like, the sense of humor in it all is like you put a bunch of people together who are all made from the same stardust, whose hearts all really kind of beat for the same feelings, really, who all dream of the same feelings. And you just paint them a little differently. Just enough so that when they look at each other, they don't realize they're the same. And then you watch them try to be together while thinking they're different their entire life and see how far they can get. My life changed when I stopped feeling different from you at all. I say always in my programs, like, it's equal power, but different. It's shoulder, tosh, shoulder. And I've had so many people call me out on that and be like, that's a thing you say And I'm like, it's not. It's actually not. And I don't say that just because I'm successful now. It's actually something that got me. To be successful is to realize, gosh, we all really are the same. I have spoken to thousands of people in this decade that I've been doing this work, thousands of thousands hours a day of speaking to people about the deepest truths of their soul. And the conclusion I've come to is that the cosmic joke is that we've imagined we're different. And in the fact that we've imagined we're different, we think we all have a different problem to solve, and we're taking an entire lifetime apart, figuring out a problem that's actually collectively the same instead of coming together and finding one big, beautiful solution. And the more we isolate in our thoughts and our fears, the more unique we think our problem is, the longer it takes to solve. And we're all just doing it separate while imagining that everybody else is having a party and everyone's perfect and everyone's fine and we're the only one that doesn't quite fit in. So I love the thought that there is a shift happening, that the God Zone is this place that was misunderstood for a long time and needed a certain kind of person to unlock it. Because a lot of people think the God Zones, like Aladdin's lamp, they just get on their knees and ask for stuff and think that that's the God Zone. This is not. Rub the lamp, ask for three wishes, hope. Hope you get a prince costume and, you know, fly away on a magic carpet with the princess. This is collective, universal, real, actual magic, like life, creation, transformation, invention, art, magic, love, music. Like, we get to create all of this stuff when we're connected to the God Zone. But for that to happen on a major scale and for the entire world to be involved in this, for all, all to be involved in this, then we have to all be involved in this. And as a world, we're not all involved. We're. We're experiencing most of our life separate. Separate from anybody that doesn't look like us, anybody that doesn't have the same age group, anybody that didn't grow up in the same decade. We have different names for each other. Oh, Millennials. Oh, the Gen Z's. Oh, the Gen Alphas. Oh, the these. All the. Those. The baby boomers. How. How dare they? How could they? Oh, you know, those people. Everybody's different than everybody. And it's cute because it gives you a friend circle. But in the big picture, it causes a lot of like, we need to do better and we need to do better. And we need to do better. And we need to do better than each other instead of together. We need to do better than each other instead of we need to do better together. So I would love for you to contemplate for a moment, in whatever place of your life you imagine for realsies, that you have a problem that is different from everybody else's problem, even though we may have dampered it now after I've said all this, but you have a problem that's different from everybody else's problem. And it sneaks into your mind and it tells you, yes, but I don't have this. And it could be I didn't have the right family dynamics growing up. My parents didn't take care of me properly. It could be I'm single and I have all these kids and I don't have support. It could be I always wished I could have children and I couldn't. And so that's my problem. That makes me different. It could be the way that I look. It could be my weight. It could be my financial situation. It could be the amount of exhaustion you might feel at the end of a day when you think everybody else is super energized. It might be your inability to have staying power or to honor your word. You feel like you have a real problem with that. It could be something like, you've been through really dark things. You've been through all kinds of different life situations that you don't want to think about, but they make it really difficult for you to open up. It could be you have a very strong connection to divinity and spirituality and it makes you kind of weird with people. It could be you have an aversion to people. You don't like to be around them, they drive you crazy. You want to be alone. You don't like people. It could be anything. But I want you to think about whatever it is that you've ever said to yourself is the reason you don't have what you want or why you might not fit into a group. Maybe you're not quite as outspoken as everybody else, or you don't speak the language, or you, you're from a country that doesn't have the same resources as everybody else and you don't think they'd understand. Maybe you're too honest. Maybe you've told too many lies. Maybe you're too stylish. Maybe you're not stylish enough. Maybe you have A terrible relationship with your partner behind closed doors. Maybe you've never felt understood. Maybe your siblings don't like you. Maybe whatever, whatever it is that you tell yourself it's because of this. And whenever I say to you you could be and do and have anything, you have the thought, yeah, but, yeah, but I sucked at school. I didn't get the grades, I didn't graduate. Yeah, but I've been trying this for 10, 20 years and it never worked for me yet. So why would I believe it would work for me now? Yes, but I'm invisible. I have no social media following when I post. No one notices me. Yeah, but I'm not able to to love. I don't feel. Love. I don't feel. Yeah, but nobody sees the reality of what I am going through in this world. Nobody experiences my pain the way I experience pain. I'm really, really sensitive with my feelings. Like nobody really gets it. Nobody sees the the way that I do. And I feel like I don't belong anywhere. Anywhere. I see life in a way nobody else sees it. I take care of my 90 year, 98 year old Oma and hang on, just gave me all the things where did it go? I take care of my 98 year old Oma and I realized I've been using that as my. Yeah, but I used to google my life sucks and wonder what it has to what I have to do in order for it to change for me. It's yeah, but I've always wanted a relationship and no matter what I do, I'm still single. All of the above. And maybe it's true that what I get what I get by affirming the thing in a negative way. Like I could affirm it in a positive way. So I don't have anything like that. Can it be something we currently are going through that's challenging in terms of getting in the God zone. My husband is going through cancer treatment. Yeah, like my husband is going through cancer treatment. One of my siblings is going through a life altering illness. I lost my best friend, I lost, I lost a child. My, my parent just got end of life diagnosis. Like whatever it is that you could be going through, it could be things that really feel like you don't understand. Like I got into a car accident and I can't use my legs anymore. I, I can't, I, I, this is like real things. Like it doesn't even need to just be simple things. It can be like really intense things. But whatever it is, it still causes you to think you're Separate. This is the point here. Instead of it being like, what's the thing that's causing your pain right now? It's like, yeah, but you don't understand. I'm going through pain. Instead of it being like, what's your limit? Or what's your struggle? Or what's your fear? Like, what are you. What are you hurting about? Like, what's going on with you? It's like we're all going through some stuff. Mine's really pretty bad. I don't know a person that isn't going through something. I. I don't know one. I had so many people message me in the decade that I've been doing this work, especially since I've been in the online world. Tell me it's easy for you. You don't know pain. I think what an interesting thought to think, and I think this is where most of the problems stem, is in the separateness. Because if you believe that I don't understand pain, and yes, it is very presumptive, but I think the. The bigger problem here is that if. If you imagine that I never have never known pain and you're in pain, then you imagine you can never have what I have because the only reason I have it is because I don't know pain. Then we're searching. It's like the more the same we are, the more chances anything that one person has that we want is transferable. It's all transferable. It's not what happens to us, it's what it makes us feel. And I think that there is a very similar range to what people feel at the peak of their pain. It feels like you can't breathe, feels like your body aches, feels like your heart's gonna fall out of your body. It feels like you're gonna. You freeze. It feels like paralysis, you feel cold, you feel tense, you feel lost. We've there. It isn't like, oh, when. When what you're going through is bad, you feel this. And when you're not going through something bad, it's just your left foot itches. But when you're really in pain, then your heart breaks. You feel like you're going to die inside. But if it's like a love, if it's not that much pain, then your footage is and you feel a little confused. It's like pain feels like pain. That's what it feels like. And we always experience pain at the peak of our pain. So if there were more compassion on this planet and there were more. There was more understanding of connectedness we would not need to exit the God zone. We tend to say to ourselves, I can't do this thing that I'm supposed to do because I'm in pain and I'm going to ruin everybody's thing. I can't go to this thing. I'm going to be the downer. I can't go to this thing. No one will understand. I can't be there. I'm not like them. It's easy for them. They're all happy. They're all having the time of their lives. I'm struggling. I can't go there. Instead of looking for how we are the same, because here's how we are the same in this group. And this is really a beautiful thing. Every single person in this group has experienced the kind of pain they didn't think they'd ever recover from. And after that pain, they smiled. Every person in this group, and that makes us the same. Every person in this group has gone to bed one night and hoped for something with all of their heart that would make their life better. Every single person in this group. Every single person in this group had something happen that, thank God, didn't happen and made them feel, oh, my God, Thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God, thank God. Every person in this group has felt that at least once. It's not what makes us different that's going to change things in this world. It's what makes us the same. Because when we know what we feel, when we know what it's like, when we know, then we can build something together that's really extraordinary based on how similar we are. You get to have your unique individual experience of your life. But let that be the good thing. You're unique, you're rare, you're unique. You're limited edition. That makes you extraordinary. But when you fear, we're all the same. When you hurt, we're all the same. When you worry we're all the same. You're not excluded from the God zone. You're the same as all of God's babies. We are all in the zone together, wobbly and figuring stuff out. So what would happen if when in your life you feel apart, you leaned in and you said, you didn't say, oh, gosh, you guys, I have to tell you, I feel separate from you guys today. But you actually said, I'm really happy you guys are here. I'm working on this today and I just wanted to share my vision. If you have some space to hold vibes for me, I'd appreciate it. One is, let me tell you how I feel separate from you in hopes that you can fix it. The other one is, I choose my togetherness with you and maybe compound it. I know it's not easy to choose to be a part of something because most of us think we need to be invited to belong. But how do you invite someone when you're not sure you belong either? It's kind of weird. Imagine I don't really invite you to my party, but you hear there's a party at my house and you're nearby, so you figure, Melanie's the generous person. I'll try to come in. I'll go into her party. And then you bump into one of the girls and they're like, where are you going? And you're like, I'm going to a party I wasn't invited to, but it's at Melanie's house. I'm going to try my luck. Want to come? Probably not. You wouldn't say a word. You'd be like, I'm just going for a walk. We don't invite people to parties we're not sure we belong to. So if everyone's kind of struggling with their belonging and you're waiting for an invitation, we're gonna have a problem. You've got to decide you belong because the only person that could give you an invitation would be God himself. And he's busy. He's busy doing stuff. The universe is conspiring all day, every day to create extraordinary things. Like there are century old trees that need to be built. There are species that will one day be extinct that haven't even been born yet. And you're wondering about an invitation to a party to make sure that you belong there. There's things we can. We can take matters into our own hands. We can decide. But in order to do that, you have to cut off the opportunity. You have to cut off the belief that you can't decide that it's not your choice. You were given the same powers, what they say. So we were built in the image of the creator, so we were given the same powers to create. You get to create this life. This is the powers you were given. These are powers I was given. Are we really doing our best with the powers we were given to create our own life? Have we. Are we really doing the best we can? Do you? If you ask yourself this, are you really using the power of your imagination to the best of your abilities? Are you really using the power of your creation to the best of your abilities? Are you really using the power of your voice to the best of your abilities? Are you really using the power of your sight to the best of your abilities? Are you really using the power of your listening and your hearing to the best of your abilities? Are you really utilizing the power of your senses to the best of your abilities? Are you really utilizing your sensors, your nose, your smell, your touch? Are you using your body, yourself, your love, your passion to the best of your abilities, to the amount that you were given to create the life you wanted? Is this really the best? Oh, like you haven't even started and you've already got a really beautiful life. Imagine if you started playing all out for fun in the God zone with everything you were given. It's like we got here with a little toolbox, and this little toolbox is perfect. It's got two little devices to listen with. It's got one device to speak through. It's got one device to pick up all the beautiful smells of all the things that go on around here. It's got two devices to grab things and touch things. It's got. It can walk itself, this toolbox, and you live as a spirit inside of it. Do we really use the tools we were given? So if you can imagine, we've all forgotten we were toolboxes, and we've all gone through things where we're like, oh, gosh, there's something up with my eyes and there's something wrong with my hearing. There's something up with my nose, and there's something up with my heart, and there's something up with my feelings. There's something up with my this. And it's like, we think we're so different, but in fact, we're all toolboxes with the most beautiful soul inside. We could actually come together and really create incredible things because we could remind each other of things. We could say, oh, gosh, you're going through a hard thing. Gosh, I know exactly what that feels like. I've been. I've been going through a hard thing. You say, okay, so you know the pain. Yes, I know the pain. Okay. And you came out of it. I did. Okay, so I'm going to be okay instead of yeah, but you don't know this pain. Did this exact thing happen to you? No, this thing happened to me. See that? I don't know if that would hurt me as much. We try to look for difference instead of sameness. And if we actually realize we're all the same and we all survive, that gives us a lot of hope. And hope and faith are very close together in frequency. When you give up on hope, you go a lot further from faith and people who've been through what you've been through, not necessarily the thing, but the feeling and survived that creates hope. And where there's hope, there's faith. So where do you give up on hope? So now I'm going to ask you a different question. There are places in your life, there's things in your life that you genuinely really want and there's difference energetically between okay, let's hope it works out and saying so then there's still hope. Sometimes it's the word is not the right frequency. If there's still hope, that means there's still a chance. It's that kind of thing. So where do you notice that you have sometimes completely given up hope? You say with my luck at this point, based on what I've seen for myself, based on the odds, based on my pain, based on how different I am, I'd rather not have hope. Meeting a partner, generating money. What else? Losing weight, my marriage to be healed, to understand social media. What else? Improving my relationship with my lover, building a family, turning around, turning it back on. Getting to new levels after learning what I learned being a mother, not yelling at my daughters, getting pregnant. Do you really think that some of these. Like, if you. If you could. I'm going to ask you to do something that's really next level, especially if you put something on this thread. Okay. If you could imagine a color for these pains and these fears. The fear of actually fearing that you'll never find someone to that loves you though and love for the rest of your life like a life partner to decide, like that's just not in the cards for me. If you could imagine the color of that pain. If you could imagine the pain of wondering like maybe I'll never be able to get pregnant. If you can imagine the pain. What if I'm never able to stop yelling at these kids that I love and they only remember this yelling. If you can imagine the color of. What if I never ever feel in my body the way I want to feel? What if I never ever look at myself and feel love for what I see? Never. What if I never feel that? If you imagine the color of. What if I never feel free financially? What if I never become who I was supposed to feel or who I was supposed to be? I never become who I was supposed to become. I never make the money I was supposed to make. I struggle financially forever. What if that's Always going to be my life. You think one person just hurts more than the other person? Or do you think people are just experiencing the peak of their pain? These pains, these fears, these thoughts, they hurt the same because they're the peak of your pain. They're the worst thing that could happen. It's not like no one's not told. No one's not so bad. One's like a yellowish, cute little pinky color. And one of them's really bad. It's like they're all mud, dark gray, foggy, dark red, dark purple, dark black, brown. Like sludgy, like a bruise. They all don't. They're all not good. It all doesn't feel good. So when we're all understanding, like when people fear with all of their heart that something's not going to happen for them that pain is real pain, do we really need to think on top of that that we're alone in it and that nobody understands? And the fact that nobody understands diminishes the hope even more. What if we come together and say in this collective world, everyone goes to the peak of their pain, but they thrive and they move through. And eventually there's a life after that pain, and I'm surrounded with evidence of it. And if I can be a part of this and if I can stay connected to all the people with hope and all the people with faith, then I'm in the right direction, I'm in the right place, and magic happens here. Or you say, well, this didn't work for me. God Zone doesn't work for me. Prayers don't work for me. Faith don't work for me. Hope don't work for me. I am hopeless. All these people are sad, but I'm sadder. All these people are hurt, but I'm more hurt. They have hope, I have none. My goose is cooked, and I'm chilling outside the God Zone. So how this really matters in the God Zone is that it will be very difficult for us, especially the empaths and the people with the big hearts and the people that care about other people. It's going to be very difficult for you to have any kind of joy. If you imagine that some other people will never have joy, you'll always downplay your joy. You'll never really let yourself be fully happy. If you think some people are permanently stuck in their hell and there's no way they're ever getting out of it. But if you believe anyone can access the God Zone, then you will believe that you're an example of what's possible? Who in your family, your friends, your closest circle are you most worried about? If you end up having everything you've ever wanted, if you got everything you ever wanted and life became easy right away, who might that jolt a little bit? Who might you feel responsible for? Who might you feel like if you don't take care of them, they'll never be able to keep up with you? Who might you feel light years apart from? So we prefer to feel separate in pain than separate in success. And this is why most women suffer in silence. Because when we win, we want to take everybody with us. And when we cry, we don't want to affect anybody. But then when we fear that succeeding will alienate people, then we limit our success too. So the only way to actually change this is to believe that every single person on the planet has access to the God Zone. What would happen if you believed whoever it is that you named as the person that you would be worried about? What if it was guaranteed 100 certain that if you became everything that you were supposed to be in this world, that that person you most worry about would immediately be activated into the Godzone? That they would say, if she can do it, I can do it. If they can do it, I can do it. I just clicked. I've known you forever and all of a sudden you've done everything you've ever wanted. If you can do it, I can do it. What would happen if you knew for a fact, fact 100%, that the day that you got everything you wanted, you immediately activated that person into the God Zone? Would you be waiting any longer? So I started changing this very big belief and it started to change my life and a lot of your lives. And what I started to believe is that every single thing I do that would have scared me or blocked me or that I would have thought was impossible. If I go for it, if I don't think my pain is separate from your pain, if I don't think my fear is separate from your fear, if I don't think my pressure is separate from your pressure, if I don't think my greatness is separate from your greatness, if I don't think my wealth is separate from my. From your wealth, if I don't think my possibilities are separate than your possibilities, then I believe that every time something. Something great happens for me, one of you enters the God Zone. One of you says, if she can freaking do that, I can do that. And so every time I do something that I'm like, I overcame it. I did It. I wanted this, and I got it. I can't believe it. I made it. Every time I overcome something difficult and I make it through, I genuinely believe I pass down that code to whoever wants it. And it has allowed me to go bigger than I ever thought possible. And there are people that have told me that I shine a little too bright and that I'm a little too much and that they would bother if I just kind of disappeared. But those people pale in comparison to the amount of people who say, thank you, Melanie and Lair, for your loud, unapologetic celebrations, for your crazy results, for your storytelling, for your masterpiece of a life and the way that you share it. Because I would not have believed things for me would be possible if you hadn't done that. What if that's supposed to happen for you? You know, the person in my life that said that to me, that shook me to my core the most, I've had so many beautiful messages. I've had clients working with me. Thank you so much. I have had people work with me and say the most beautiful things to me. But what my most mindblowing interaction of my life on my birthday, my grandmother, who's, like, going to be 90, says to me, I've never had a female role model until you. I don't know if you know what that feels like in life, but I just. My jaw hit the floor. She was like, thank you for showing us what women can do. She said in French. And that hit different, because that was like, this is not just. I'm inspiring, you know, the young girls, the future, that they can do it. It's like, yes, I also do that, but this is global. You are going to inspire people that have been on this earth for, like, 60 years longer than you. You are going to ex. You're going to inspire people who have never been inspired by another person before. You will give them something to believe in at any age, at any turning point, at any moment, just because you did the thing that you were brave enough to do. Because there are so many things I could have done in my life. There's so many things that could have been inspiring. There's so many things. This was my voyage. What's your voyage? What are you supposed to do? It could be this. It could be such a different voyage. There's something else you want to do. There's something. But you've got someone to inspire. I guarantee you that. And the thing that you're going to inspire the most is just when you do what you wanted to do and you love your life and you free yourself from whatever it was that you thought was making you separate from the creator energy that you were born with. You were born to be whatever you wanted to be with all the tools to build it. So was I. So was everybody here. And we've all sabotaged with the same freaking toolbox. Just wondering why it doesn't shut quite right and why ours is squeaky and I don't know what's the matter with mine, but the music. There's music playing and I'm not sure where it's coming from, and it's driving me nuts. But we've all got issues with our toolbox. But we've all. We all came here with one. It's all we got. We've all got one. And it does the same things, very similar things. So what if we work together and saw it so much less intense than we see it? We see our problems so complex. They're not. They're so simple. Our problems are so simple because they bring us pain. Pain. That's what we feel. Fear. Pain. That is not complex. What if we could just accept that, that this toolbox, life experience comes with pain and fear. But on the flip side, it has this, like, magical gauge where if you're able to handle the pain and the fear, there's this, like, excitement and pleasure gauge that's an energetic exact match. So you can have hope in knowing that no matter how bad it gets, it's getting better on the flip side, because that's how it works. It's just like a balance machine. So no matter what you're going through in your life, however much fear, however much challenge it's, there's greatness. Just as much duality. It's in every story. It's like, even if you. Whether you're religious or not, you hear the stories like, you can't. You can't forget, you can't omit. You can't just ignore the fact that there is a book that was written that has transcended 2000 years of time and so many people have read it, it's not even possible. And even if you haven't read it, you know it. And there's one of the stories in there where one person was the son of the most important person in the world and ended up dying a terrible, painful death but was remembered forever and saved lives forever and lived a life of purpose and glory. The thing is, we all die. We don't all live. Duality is pain. We all have pain. We don't all have pleasure unless we allow it because we understand there's duality. No matter what you're going through, that's hard. You can allow yourself equal amounts of pleasure if you just let it in. We block ourselves from any pleasure as long as there's pain. Once the pain has passed, I'll let the pleasure in. Once the pain has passed, I'll let the joy in. Once this hard stretch is over, I'll let myself feel joy. Once the stressful patch is over, I'll let myself feel peace. Once this exhausting patch is over, I'll let myself feel rest. What if you always made sure there was duality? Always. While there's stress, I make sure there's peace. While there's exhaustion, I make sure there's rest. While there's hard times, I make sure I notice the good times. While there's pressure, I make sure I give space for relief. Always. I never wait till it's all past. Because you know what the craziest thing would be? We don't know how long we've got here. I'm not leaving it up to chance that I let all the bad stuff pass and then I'm going to start living. Who says I get to that? To that point, Like, I need duality every day on the odd chance I don't make it past the however long, there's going to be complications. For every day there's beauty and every day there's challenges. But then it just becomes simple. And there's feelings. But we can handle the feelings because we were also given the gadgets in the toolbox to handle that. And we're all the same. Pain is pain. Fear is fear. Joy is joy. Pleasure is pleasure for all of us. And if we know that, then we just belong in whatever room we decide. You don't need to look more happy than you are. You don't need to look more sad than you are. You don't need to explain your problems. You don't need to explain anything as though someone else didn't understand. As a matter of fact, you'll probably notice the times in your life you felt the most separate from people is when they tried to explain to you their life as though you didn't understand it. The people you least prefer to be with are people who try to explain to you their pain as though you've never lived. Pain that try to explain to you their stress as though you've never lived. Stress that try to explain to you their intellect as though you have no intellectual, that try to explain to you Their passion, as though you don't have passion. And the people that you connect with the most are the people who speak to you about their passion, knowing that you get it. The people who speak to you about their fears, knowing you get it. The people who speak to you about their joys and their pleasure, understanding that you get it. It's when we invite each other in, the knowing that we're the same, that we actually bond and click the most and the fastest. So I know we're the same and I know how to make really great things happen with this life. So I'm excited to spend time with you because I know we're going to do good stuff together and I get to have the best life for that. And there's a fraction of people that that bugs them real bad. They're like, you don't know, Melanie. You don't know that I could be happy. You have no idea how hard things have been. I'm like, I have no idea how hard of things have been, but I know pain and I know I can. We can get through it. You don't know. And I'm like, okay, you're right. My apologies. My apologies. But then there's other people who are like, Melody, everything you're saying, it's like everything I've ever thought about. It's like everything I've ever contemplated. It's like everything I've ever known. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And then we rise. The fact is, we are the God Zone. Energy can't be built. It can't be lost. It's just there. Like we're it. Probably we've been here many times before in different ways. Like, it's us. It's been us. It's gonna be us. This is it. This is the energetics of the planet. It's us. We're here. This is it. So what if we found a way to build something? Like, what does the world need? It needs what? It needs more evidence of people who make it through pain with grace and art and majesty. It needs a world where people walk through joy, proud to be happy instead of worried that they're going to make other people upset that they're happy. Like the world deserves to. To have people who smile for no good reason, just like, I'm alive and I'm happy and that's it. People with light heartedness and sense of humor. People who decide that they're enough and don't expect other people to find ways to make them feel that, like, I'm enough. I decided the end. And we all leaves a little space for the people who just aren't in the vibe today. No judgment of that. Just like, oh, I know what that feels like. I'm so sorry you're feeling that today. That's the worst. Like, I know how crappy that feels. You would fight so much less. We would be so much less resistant to ourselves and to other people. It's like you want validation. This is the greatest validation there is. We're all the same, and we're all going to be okay. Apart from that, what else matters? We figure it out. We make it through. We got it. It's like we are. How can we not be seen? We're mirrors of each other. I look at you, I see me. It's just. The difference is I look at you and I see me. And I see endless possibilities for you, because that's what I see when I look at me. So the more you increase your belief in yourself, the more you increase your belief in other people when you look at them. And I really think that's the key. So you have a special homework today, and it's the understanding that you're flipping the switch on. Who needs to see who? Maybe for a long time, you hoped other people would see you when you spoke. You hoped they would see how great you are. You hope they would see that you belonged. You hoped. What I would love for you to know right now is you freaking belong. You are epic. You're wonderful. You're beautiful. You smell nice. You have a great butt. Like, you are the one. And when you look at other people, see if you can see them through your highest light, like, whatever you're going through today, I was having a bad day, and now I'm having a great day. So I think you're going to be okay. And if you're hurting, I know exactly what that feels like. And I hurt. I hope that your hurt goes away the same way I hurt. I hope my hurt goes away. I. Whatever it is that you're not getting, I give you the kind of patience I. I hope for when I'm not getting something. And I hope it helps to not feel the pressure to get it, because I know that helps me. Any person you interact with, even if they drive you bananas, see if you can be like, I know. I drive people batty, too sometimes. I hate when I do that. I feel guilty forever. I hope you don't feel too guilty about this interaction. You can let it go after you've driven away. I hope you can put it down Happy holidays. Now, this is the peak of humanity. Like, it's not easy to do this. I'm asking you to do this in the context of a program after we have built up a really solid context for four days. And I know it got you with me in the fields. And so I'm asking you to do and to try this out for one day. It's your homework, like, until the next call. Just try it on. This is not what most people would expect of you. This is what I call with my clients, especially my private clients, the Jesus walks on water way of living. No one expects you to actually be able to be this way. No one expects this kind of perfection. No one expects you to actually say to a person who's rude with you, I hope you're able to put this down and not to tell them to feel it in your body. I hope you can put this down when you leave. Because I know whenever I lose my temper, I bite. I beat myself up about it pretty bad for a long time. I hope you don't carry this as long as I do. Well, that's not what I was thinking. I was thinking, take this and shove it where the. Wait, no, I'm enlightened. I was in the God zone. I was not thinking that. So what we really want in this program is to test when we put all of our. All of our power towards it. How far can we go with the God Zone? We don't have to. You don't have to. You're not supposed to be perfect, but can you contest Jesus walks on water kind of moments, the kind of stuff people's like, how on earth did you not lose it? That person, you're like, jesus walks. I was in the zone. I was in the God Zone. I accessed ultimate love. I don't know. Can't guarantee I'll ever be able to replicate that as long as I live. But I've got the story and I'm keeping it. And I'm very proud of myself. Even if you only ever have the one. Well, the thing is, once you've done one, it's entered the field of possibility for you and you might be very surprised what happens. So this is your homework, and I'm sure it will happen. And also you'll maybe have opportunities where it could have happened and you dropped the ball. And then maybe you look at yourself in the mirror and do the exercise for you. Give yourself the kind of compassion you would have given the stranger. This is a beautiful program only because it's the greatest essence of who we really are. At the core, we're good people trying to do great things, and there's all kinds of feelings all around that. They're all part of the toolbox, and we're all trying to figure it out. But if, you know you're a part of something bigger and we all feel the same feelings, then, you know you've got people to lean on you. You know, you've got people to look up to. You know you've got people to lock arms with. You know, you've. You've got the same people around you that dwell. Like, the same people that want the same things as you. They are all around you. So just to be clear with the homework, what you're going to do is you're going to notice between now and the next session if there is anything or anyone that gets into your vibe and makes you feel anything that's either not favorable or even favorable. So let's say someone makes you annoyed. You will give them the kind of compassion that's like, what the kind of compassion Jesus would have given to somebody, like, next level, like, so beyond anything you ever would have done. But you will look for, like, what would be your dream compassion. If you lost it with somebody and they said, don't worry, I lose it too sometimes. You don't even have to say it. You can just feel it. I lose it too sometimes, and then I really beat myself up for that stuff. I hope you don't hold it forever. I. I hope you can put it down after, like, real compassion. If you see a person being scared about something, instead of trying to push them or coach them, actually feel for them. I've been scared before, and then I ended up doing the big, bold, brave thing anyway, so I believe you'll make it through the fear. Just feel it for them. If you see someone be big and bold and amazing and doing an incredible thing, say, you're so brave. I've stopped myself. You just feel it. You know, I've stopped myself from declaring things that big before out of fear. People wouldn't like it, and you just did it. And I really admire you for that. If someone's funny, just say, I love your sense of humor. I hope you've heard that a lot in your life, because it's a gift and you got it, and that was awesome. You just feel it. But the hardest ones will be the. The hard ones. The ones where someone's a jerk. The one where someone cuts you off and your thought to them in your car is, please slow down. The the roads are icy and Christmas is coming. Like, can you find it? If you're this. If you're so connected to the gods on. You realize we're all the same. You've. You've sped too fast when you didn't realize how fast you're going. You have cut someone off, not realizing, and then went, oh, no, I didn't. I did. That was really bad. You were going somewhere, and then you realized at the last minute that was your exit, and you cut someone off. And we're like, please don't hate me. I'm so sorry. And then you cut them off. You've done all of it. It. So how can you totally be in that? You have been a small child that bugged your parents for something that you wanted. And it felt like it was a reasonable amount of pleases. It wasn't, but you felt like it was. I was fine. Like, you've been all of these things. You've been the partner that said the wrong thing, that was a little snippy. You've been the. The sibling that got it wrong. You've been so. Can you give the compassion you pray for in a way that's so intense that it may never be duplicable. You may never be able to do this again. But you'll have this story of that one time. And I have a feeling once you've done it once, something magical will happen. And I look forward to reading your stories because this is one of my favorite things. And I will tell you, I've had clients who have come to me when I was coaching one on one with them, and who've been like, okay, tell me the Jesus walks thing to do here. I'm. I'll do it. And when we did those things, when they did those things, the world changed because something unlocks. Like when you realize you're capable of this kind of stuff, you start to realize other people are as well. And then you start having more faith in people, and then it's easier to even want to belong. I'm really proud of the work we do. I'm really proud that we're in this conversation together. And I'm. I love that the God Zone was an invisible offer, because from the moment I put that out there, I knew the conversation I was inviting you to. And I. I just. Every single time it went ping, I was like, oh, my gosh, welcome to the God Zone. I knew. I knew what we were going to talk about. This work, it makes everybody better. You will be. You will be a force that makes everything around you better just by trying this stuff on. So I hope you have fun. Don't be hard on yourself. Be lovely to yourself. If you malfunction with the toolbox, just remember we've all been there. It's just fear. It's just pain. You're gonna be okay. We look forward to reading your stories. Thank you for being here. And I shall see you tomorrow for the next part of the God Zone.
