The Mentor - Day 2

This is a YouTube video titled "The Mentor - Day 2" created on May 17, 2022. The content type and title suggest it is likely a video journal or presentation related to mentorship or personal development. No conversational dialogue or multiple speakers are indicated in the excerpt.
Sam, I am a business artist and I have people become wildly successful at their own craft. We are revolutionizing entrepreneurship. Hello, gorgeous human beings of the mentor program. Yesterday was awesome, and I absolutely loved what was posted in the group. I can feel it's already started to ignite some next level thinking, some next level projections into the future. And so something for those of you who follow me on social media that we're going to talk about during this program. A couple of days ago, I wrote a post about energetic projections. Did you guys see that? Where I said, I don't set goals. I cast energetic projections. And so what I asked you to do yesterday was to cast an energetic projection. It's like an identity that you pin somewhere in the universe. And during this program, we're going to talk about detaching from time so that we can achieve those. Those energetic projections faster, smoother than ever before. So first thing we're going to do today, we're going to talk about context. Yesterday we started talking about the context of this program, seeing ourselves as that level, that next level version of us that we already know we're able to be. We just can't necessarily hold it all the time. And what we're looking at is how does it happen that we literally go from being just a human being that does what most human beings do and just live life to living life in a context that's so powerful that the context leads our life. So when I think of what it used to take for me to lead the way I do now, there was a lot of conscious mind that needed to be involved. I had to think about it a lot. I had to ask a lot. I had to inquire and wonder and pay attention. I made mistakes. Then I became like I knew better than that, like this would happen a lot. And then eventually, over time, the context of Alpha Femme, the context of being a mentor for so many human beings, the context of leading myself at this level, kind of changed my subconscious mind. And what I've noticed is that very recently in the past year, I need to think about it far less. It has become second nature to live in an elevated context. And now it is just deciding if I want to raise the bar again and raise the bar into an even more elevated context and continue my journey into leadership and mentorship for the rest of my life, or whether it is just good to be this conscious and aware and say, that was great, I retired, which I don't feel like I want to do. So you are going to realize in this journey of mentorship that there are nonstop levels. Like, there is no completion. I don't think anyone ever gets to the end of their life. Like, I know everything. I don't think that happens. But I do think that there's a difference between people who end there at the end of their lives and say, gosh, that was incredible, and the people who say, I just wish. I think there is a difference, and it's a very clear difference. And I think way too many people get to the end and think, I wonder what would have happened if I would have stuck with it, if I would have gone for it, if I would have followed through. And so for me, the goal of my life is that when I get to the end and I look back at my life, I sigh and I revel at the masterpiece that I created. Like, I already know that I will never forget. I will always remember what it feels like to be at this moment in my career. And I don't know what the future holds for me. I don't know if it gets better than this. I don't know what happens after now, but I will never forget. I will always remember what it felt like to have this beautiful life, to have these moments of sheer bliss in my life, to feel so connected to the universe, to feel so connected to God, to my dreams, to my family, to my relationship, to my goals, to my everything. To feel like everything is possible. I will always remember what it feels like to speak and people listen. I will always remember this feeling. Greatest feeling I've ever known in all of my life. And it is my hope, my dream, and my desire that I can continue to do this for a long time in my life, but I don't take it for granted. One thing I know is if I'm going to continue being a leading energy in these conversations, is I'm going to have to continue to evolve. Because there's an amount of time that you can say the same thing over and over again before you stop feeling it. I could continue saying the same thing over and over again and new people would listen. But would I keep feeling it if I said the same thing over and over again? What I realized has created so much of this charge for me in my life and in my business is that as I lead and as I share what I learn, it's changing me as well. Every single thing I put into context under this mentorship umbrella is for me, for you, for us. Every time I download a new concept, every time I hear things in a new perspective, every time I download a new thought Or a new sequence, I get changed by it. And so this is the kind of journey that changes my life. The people who walk with me and then the ripple effect we all have on the world. I know I will always remember this moment. And so when I think about all the little iterations of this journey and what it took to get here, I also realize I will always remember those. I will always remember the beginning in the front seat of my car. I will always remember the moments where Kevin and I had nothing. I will always remember the beginnings when money started coming in and I was like, why? How? What happened? This wasn't working. And now it's working. Why is it working? How long will it work? Will it work for a long time? How do I. How do I know how to keep it going? How do I. What if I never. I remember the pandemic and thinking, oh no, we were just getting started. What if this breaks everything? I will always remember those two years in the pandemic where my life changed. I will always remember because the amount of intentionality that I led my life with during those life events, I have never been so present in all of my life. Present for myself and for what I had to learn. Present for you, for those of you who were walking a journey with me and present for all the entire industry, like looking at where we were going and what was happening. I really connected and focused and plugged into the bigger picture for all of us during this time. And I have realized looking back, what is it that really made the big difference for me? And it is that I don't know the future. But since I don't know it, I place something there that serves me. None of us know the future, but what I have decided. My energetic projection shows that one day I'm an old lady and I am so proud of my journey. Maybe of the books that I've written, of the people I've helped, of the change in financial gender equality for women that's been moved through my time on earth, that entrepreneurship is respected, that people can get a mortgage, that people can get, that there's a good way to do taxes for entrepreneurs that actually make sense for us, especially as influencers and coaches, that we actually have, have a system that works for us and for our success, that I've been a part of a new world for non conventional intelligence, for a different kind of way, for the art of business, for leadership. And so that is such a huge vision that I've got to cast. And in that vision, I'm held not just to the success I have today. But I'm not held just to will this year in business be the biggest year in business yet? I'm holding myself to will the 90 something year old version of me get to celebrate an entire life of this? Am I setting myself up for longevity? I see impatience in this industry. So much impatience. Everyone wants to be successful right now and I get it because we're looking at people who are successful right now. And if they are, then we should. And there's no reason for us to believe that it should take long. We could believe we could collapse time, so why not just want to collapse time? But I realized something very important about the mentorship industry and it's that we are paid based on our wisdom. And wisdom is all kinds of different frequencies. Wisdom is intelligence. It's emotional intelligence. Wisdom is a deep understanding. It's a patience, it's an ability to live your life in a way that the version of you that's old and gray is proud of you when you grow up. Like that's, that's a lot of timelines to think about. Wisdom usually comes as we age because there's less and less in front of us and we start to take life seriously. Wisdom is not something that you get because you're old. I find it's something that's, that's, that happens when you get closer and closer to your end of life. I find the wisest people are the ones who realize either they have something like a life threatening something, or they are just, they know they've only got a few years left or someone close to them passes and they have a moment in time where their wisdom is peaked. Like there are circumstantial things that create wisdom. When we're young, we don't have much wisdom because we feel we have so much time. There's no reason to really think about, there's no reason to really anchor in. There's no reason to really breathe in every second because it could be the last. We're young, we have our whole life ahead of us. And at some place along the journey there's this realization that like, maybe I should start taking every moment in and that's when the wisdom kicks in. What if we could live with that and not as a lack, as an abundance. Like I actually have the power to write the story of my life if I take it into consideration. If I just let it happen, there will be a story at the end. I just won't have much of a part in building it. There'll still be a story, but I can be responsible for writing my story. And this is the beautiful legacy that the mentor leaves behind. Yeah, we write books, but beyond that, we write stories and the stories change the world. Through that storytelling and through generational, you know, storytelling, through sharing those lessons over and over again, we're helping people collapse time and calibrate to their wildest dreams. But in a wise way, not just an immediate gratification way, not in an ego forward, if I don't do this I'm not good enough kind of way. In the context of we were born worthy and nothing has changed in the context of we already have everything we need. This is about desire in the context of evolution and growth over a lifetime. So there are bigger contexts that hold the mentor because one of the most important things for us in our mentorship is longevity. When I think of a mentor before this industry, I think of an old white bearded person on the top of a mountain in cross legged position, praying to the stars, while some young protege climbs a cliff to come ask one question. The old mentor, yes, my tracks it with me. I will tell you the things of life. That's what I imagine, but that's not what it is anymore. We can achieve wisdom all throughout our lives. And if we walk with it and we continue to expand on it, then there's no limit to how, how much we can achieve and honestly, how fast we can achieve it. Like the amount of time it has taken me to create, the things I have created don't really make sense. From nothing, like from nothing. All of this is created how. And so this is why I often say, you're going to wonder how to do it until one day you just wonder how you did it. Because mentorship occurs over time and it occurs on its own timing. So there's a couple of things we need to be able to play with. Time and money. Time and money are the currencies most people on earth are limited by. And so this is the kind of currencies at this level that we've got to start warping if we want to change them, we want to warp time and money. And how we do that is we change the way we've always thought about time and money. It's actually more simple than it seems. But when I've thought to myself, I could never be a multimillionaire, and then all of a sudden it was like, maybe over the course of a lifetime I could be a multimillionaire. And then if it was like, maybe in 10 years I'll make a million and then it was like, this year I made a million. And then it was like this trimester, I made a million. And then this quarter I made a million. And then this month I made a million. And this week I made a million. Then this day I made a million. And then this hour. How does that happen? I don't know. I don't know how it happens. But that's the beauty of the wisdom. Wisdom is not. I need to know how the wisdom is deeper. Meaning how is not wisdom. Meaning is wisdom. Depth, a feeling, an awakened feeling. And so if you think to yourself, just the energy, if you could feel it in your body, the energy of trying to build a multimillion dollar business where you're world renowned and you're trying to build that in the next five years, try to feel that in your body. The first thing that'll probably come to your mind is the question, how? How do I do it? What do I do? How do I. I've got it. I would have to. What would I would have? It all goes in your head. There's just no other. Where else is it going to go? How are you going to figure out? It's like playing Tetris with time and money. How does it work? How does it fit? What do I have to spin? What do I have to move? What do I have to do? How? But what if we look and we stretch the time and we say, you're on a journey where by the end of your life, you've made more millions than you could ever possibly believe. You've touched more people than you could possibly believe. The pictures, the videos, the courses, the content, the phone calls, the people you've changed. There's no. You can't even begin to believe what you've done. All of a sudden it's too far to ask how. There's this feeling of like, surrender to that. And instead of how do I do it? There's almost this beautiful energy about the how, which is like, I wonder how I ended up doing that. Instead of a pressure of okay, but then how, it's like, wow, I'm excited to find out how it happened. So there's still some how, but the how becomes a hindsight how instead of a projection how. And there's a huge difference between these two timelines. When I asked how before I've done it, it's a question that makes no sense, but when I've done it. And I think back at, like, can we just talk about how this happened? And we get to paint the picture in hindsight of how it happened. It's often like, it couldn't be written better in a book. Like, how could it have been so perfect? So a lot of times the how comes after. So spending all our time before trying to figure out how keeps us stuck. Instead, there is this embodiment, this energetic projection that needs to be cast. Most of us haven't had many people believe that we could do this. And it's not because people are bad. It's not because they don't think we're good enough. It's because most people decide what most people are capable of based on what they're capable of. And so if I don't think I'm capable of much and you're coming to me with your big hopes and dreams, I don't want to burst your bubble. But if I can't do it, and I think I'm pretty smart, like, one of the smartest people I know, I'm really smart. And if I can't do it, you probably can't. So most people are literally taking your hopes, your dreams, and they're putting them through the filter of what they've managed to do in their lives. And if it doesn't fit, they worry about you. They worry about you looking silly. They look. They worry about you getting hurt. They worry about you trying something and failing and having pain and feeling like they should have told you. So there's nothing about you in this. It's a projection. A projection based on what they're capable of. Now, here's the beautiful thing. Projections aren't all bad, because I have blown my mind so many times that when someone tells me they want to do something, I'm like, you're gonna do it. I'm not even. I don't have any fear for you. If I could do this, for sure, you can do it. It's the same sentence, except one comes from someone who's done something, and the other one comes from someone who hasn't. If I can't do this, you can't. If I can do this, you can. It's the same thing. It's just one of them has done it and the other one hasn't. We believe in people as much as we believe in ourselves. And so it's our job as mentors to believe in ourselves a lot, but to also have a kindness about us and to remain good people. Because above all things, if you become just, like, ego driven, and it's all about how amazing you are, and there's no triple win, there's no for me, for you, for us, you go the other direction. It's this beautiful balance of if it's good for me, for you, for us. If the more I believe in me, the more I believe in you. If the more I do things that blow my mind, the more I believe it. When you tell me something unreasonable and I can be the person who believes in your unrealistic dreams, then I'm doing us both a favor. If I don't believe in any of my dreams and everything I've tried hasn't come true, and you come to me with what you hope you could achieve one day, and I don't believe it, it has nothing to do with you. It's a projection based on what I don't think I can do. And when I do believe it, a lot of times it's also a projection. If I can do it, you can do it. The mentor energy is if I can do it, you can do it. We hear stories of mentors before this was a real hardcore profession, like people who mentored other people to do big things in life. Warren Buffett was mentored. I think Elon Musk was mentored. Bill Gates was mentored. But their mentors didn't necessarily pay. It was like one of those I take you under my wing kind of thing. You think it would have worked if those people didn't believe in their protege? Impossible. The mentor sees something in the protege. There's something like, you remind me of me, or I see something in you that I just. I know it. You've got it. I feel it. We've got to feel that for our clients. It's so important. There is no amount of money that can make you care, and there is no amount of money that can help you believe in people. So those parts are the parts you've got to have. Don't ever charge a person if you don't feel this. If you don't feel like she's got it, don't do it. Especially in, like, private coaching and masterminds. If you don't see the power, don't do it. It's a disservice to you, to them, and to the world. Our job, first and foremost, is to believe in ourselves and to believe in our proteges. Because there's going to be times where they forget to believe in themselves or they get lost along the way. Where they think where they're at is the peak of where it's going, or it's going to go backwards. They have these strong beliefs that bad things are coming and if we don't believe in them more than they believe in themselves in that moment, we're not at anchor. Now, the goal is not to believe in people who don't believe in themselves. That's a very different story. The idea is that when someone tells you what their level 10 is and you read it, you say, I believe you. I asked you yesterday to make a post in the group and to tell me in the group who you are at a level 10, if you could stay there. Like, who are you there? And my job is just to read it and say, I believe you. I believe you. And I'm going to hold you to that. It's scary to be held to that. There's days where we don't want to be held to that. Like, yes, I know I said I wanted all these things, but not today. Today I want to stay at my PJs and eat peanut butter. I'm taking a break. Not today. Today I don't want to talk about it. Don't look at me. Don't talk to me. Not today. The thing with our dreams is that they compound and they grow and they evolve when we don't unplug from them. And you're going to see how in this program, if you've been in my world for a while, so many of the concepts that I talk about, they all come together in this heightened perspective inside of this program. Because ultimately, being a mentor, in my opinion, is the greatest profession on Earth. It's the most extraordinary profession on Earth because you're working for you all your work impacts you first more than anybody else. You get better, you get stronger, you get wiser, you get kinder, deeper, more knowledgeable, more aware. You remember your memories more, you care more, you feel more. It's the kind of work that makes you better for the rest of your life. It's an honor. It's a privilege. And also you are, for you, the. The greatest projection, meaning whatever you're able to take yourself through in life opens the door to believe other people can take themselves through that. If I had never been through heartbreak ever, and a client of mine was going through heartbreak, and I didn't know what that felt like, I might feel worried. I don't feel worried if I didn't sleep in my car. Bankruptcy and I had clients who were afraid of money or, what if it goes away one day? I don't feel. I don't fear that. What if their social media got deleted? What if something happened where their social media got deleted? They'd be Fine. Every single thing that I've been through in my life, as a child, as a teenager, as a young woman, as a 30 year old woman, everything I've been through so far that I've survived, now when someone goes through something similar, I have no fear for them. Because if I can do it, you can do it. And so my faith in people is sky high. My belief in people is sky high. And for me, that's what's the most important thing. When you choose a mentor, a person who believes in you, no question, like, of course you can do it. There is of course you can do it. So what we want to check and what we really want to look at right away as we open the gates to this program is how we experience other people. Now as a career, being a mentor as a career means you see the potential in people. It's going to be important that you create really beautiful boundaries and places where you're not a mentor. So I have seen the most incredible mentors, the most brilliant minds, stay friends with abusive friends because they see their potential. Stay in relationships with partners that take up all their brain space. Partners that are not an energetic match, that cause devastation. They're not a match, but they hang on for dear life because they see potential. Seeing potential in people is a gift and it needs boundaries. Because if you see the potential in everyone, you may stay with people not because of who they are, but who they could be. And that's not necessarily what we're looking to do. We deserve to be a match for people who are complete now and evolving beyond their completeness. And we get to help people who are at every stage of the game wherever we want to play. But with your partner, for example, if you've got a partner that's causing a lot of disruption, there's a lot of, you know, unhealthy behavior. Because you see potential in people. You might stay in that relationship longer than makes sense because you know there's potential. When I let go of that relationship in my life, the one that wasn't actually right for me, but I just saw the potential. Just saw the potential. I just saw the potential. I just saw the potential. There was no evidence that that potential was materializing. I could just see it. I spent most of my time on that relationship instead of on me. I couldn't evolve the way I wanted to. I could not grow the way I wanted to. I could not change the way I wanted to because I was so focused on helping the person change and evolve. When I realized this was no longer Right for me. And I let it go and I started working on myself instead of someone else. My life changed. So there's going to be places in your life where you're going to put boundaries. Not everything is about potential. Same thing where locations are concerned. Like every single beautiful thing I see, I'm like, this has potential. I could buy it and flip it and change it. This business, this house, this thing, this has potential. Like sometimes we've got to have, for the well being of our nervous system, we've got to have things that are complete, things that are complete, things that are a work in progress. So you're going to work at this during your mentorship because you will, when you start to spot potential, you spot it everywhere. So in your clients you will see potential. But there is a difference between being a coach and a mentor in the sense where if a person has not yet seen what they are capable of and you want to come in and teach them how to see it, you're a coach. If a person already sees their power, has already created extraordinary things from their own power, sees your power and is able to not be squished by it, actually feels elevated by it and they want to walk with you in this life. They see their power, you see their power. You're a mentor. The mentor walks with, not for, not in front of, with one step at a time, shoulder to shoulder. As far as the protege wants to walk with the mentor, but the mentor will walk because that's the thing. This is a journey. This is one of my most favorite analogies. And I think for mentorship there is no greater one. It's a mountain with no peak. There's this huge mountain, you can't even see the top. And you decide in your life that you want to have a life and see how far you can walk. Not for the ego boost of getting to the top. There is no top. Just to see how beautiful the views are from as far as you can go. And so as you start your trek up the mountain, there will be other people on the mountain, people that you can see. And it will feel safe to see that there's people at every level of the mountain. Like, oh, people are still breathing here. This is good. You're going to walk up that mountain and you're going to stop and you're going to look at the view and you're going to say, wow. And from time to time you'll look back and you'll see how far you've climbed. Now say wow. Then you'll see people Climbing higher than you on the mountain, and your ego might be like, oh, thought I was the highest person on the mountain. And then sometimes you'll get frustrated by that. And then other times, you'll lead yourself and say, it's good that there's other people walking on the mountain. It reminds me that it's safe to walk. And you'll continue to walk up the mountain, and then you'll think there's a peak. You'll think. You'll think you'll get there. Like, oh, my gosh, I think this is the top. I can't see anything else. Nope, it was just clouds. There's a whole other level. And there's more people on that mountain. It's a mountain with no peak. Mentorship is a mountain with no peak. There will always be people that look up to you on that mountain and say, thank goodness you're a few steps ahead. I know the air is clean there. I know that we can walk this high. And if you do get to a place in the mountain where it feels like there's no one ahead, you've got to trust that it's okay to keep climbing and look at the views and see how far you've come. There is no getting there. Wherever it is that we think we're going, there is no there. That's the thing. The whole climb is the masterpiece. The people you see along the way, the views you see along the way, the moments that take your breath away when you see how far you've come. But there's no peak. There's no trophy. There's no best. There's just the people who've walked the mountain with no peak and how we've supported each other on the journey and who has led at different times. So if we look at this life, this mentorship, as a long career, we kind of drop the pressure of how fast we're supposed to be successful. And something about us changes because everyone is running a race right now, and social media is a culprit for this. Everyone's running a race. Everyone wants to win now. Everybody wants to be seen now. Everybody wants to be the best. Now it's about who can do it faster as opposed to who's creating the greatest work, the most profound work. And I really have found for me that my craft, being just walking up this mountain for me, for you, for us, and making it that it's the most beautiful, intentional walk of my life is what. What has gotten me here. It hasn't been about beating anybody on the mountain, hasn't been trying to get to the top. It really has been, how much beauty can I take in during the climb? It has made me wiser. It has made me more magnetic. And honestly, it has made it that even though I've had really incredible successes, some that for sure, I'm sure have triggered so many people, the amount of love I receive on a daily basis is extraordinary. To be honest, the only times I ever really know if someone's saying something not nice about me is because someone's told me, I don't see it. It doesn't show up for me. I only see the beauty. I only see kindness in my world. I only see people who are kind. And then sometimes I'll have someone be like, hey, I saw something really mean. And I'm like, but I don't see it on my own. There's so much beauty. I don't even see the rest. And I trust, I trust. I trust that there's so much more beauty than any other thing and that I'll survive any other sad thing along the way or hard thing along the way. Because I didn't choose this as long as it was easy. I chose this no matter what. I didn't choose this as long as everybody loves me, I chose this no matter what. But my mind has been trained to see the good. My mind has been trained to see the magic. My brain has been trained to see what helps me continue to climb. So when you're deciding that you want to be a mentor, you're going to have to program energetic projections to hold your direction. Because who here has ever had fear about the more, you know, seen you are, the more seen you are, the less or the more there'll be people who won't like you or people will misunderstand you, right? So it's a real fear. But if we're looking for it, we find it. So do we have the wisdom to say, if I'm going to do this for the rest of my life, this is a mountain with no peak. Does it make sense for me to look at the one thing I don't want? Maybe people won't get me, that people won't like me. Or do I really train myself to see the good? I'm not oblivious, for sure. There's not 100% like of me. It's impossible. But my mind, my heart focuses simply on what serves me and the world. And when the rest is shown to me, well, I can handle it and I can deal with it because I'm a mentor and that context holds Everything that context of I am a mentor holds all my successes, my failures, my fears, my shortcomings. But if I've got to succeed tomorrow, next week, this year, if this month has to be better than last month, or else I'm not good enough, the amount of pressure, there's no room, there's no space. So evolution and growth over a lifetime on a mountain with no peak, if you can stretch your context that far, you're not just making decisions for the person that's trying to get likes on Instagram or the the one who's going to be chosen by this one particular client this month. You're actually building a legacy now for a lot of us, the people that have inspired us to be who we are today are people who did this work for a really long time. T. Harbecker, Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer. And a lot of us compare the career that we desire to with who these people were or who these people are at the finish line. Like Tony's been Tony for 30 something years. How many years were Bob Proctor and Wayne Dyer leading forces? So we've been in this industry for a few years. We're comparing ourselves to people who made this a lifetime career. So instead of wanting what they created over a lifetime, can we just calibrate to what they created in a lifetime and know that we can collapse time knowing that we're starting with so much advancement because of the path that they've paved for us, but that we can't try to have the amount of impact and influence that Wayne Dyer had on his last day today that we don't get to rival Tony? That's not the game. It's how can we honor their work and take it further. It's how can we honor their path and collapse time while also taking into consideration that they have taken a whole life to do that? What will we do in our life? What will we create in an entire career? Most of us won't last a career because we're going to get so exhausted by short term. You think of Oprah, Lisa Nichols, Gabby Bernstein, Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, like there's years and years. Mary Forleo. There's years in the making. So whenever you started, they were already inspiring. You've got to create your life's work. What is your life's work? Suzanne, I love you. You've got to create your whole life's work. You're not going to do so good or as good if you're trying to fit your life's work into this month's earnings I'm seeing. I want us to celebrate money. I do. I really do. It's important. It's important because it's not been seen properly for women to celebrate money in life. And I'm really. I'm done with going places and people assuming that Kevin pays for everything. I'm. I'm. I. I'm frustrated with how we'll walk into a hotel and people will immediately gravitate to Kevin. Oh, Mr. Scott. Mr. Scott. Like, for sure. He's the guy that's booked the presidential suite. For sure. Right? For sure. The Lamborghini is his. Sir. I love your car, sir. Actually, it's hers. Oh, well, it's a great car. I want it to be expected when women walk into a room with expensive things on their body, that they bought it. Like, why? Why are we still there? Where every single thing we have is probably someone passed it down, gave it to us, or, you know, it's the man that got it. Like, and there's nothing wrong with the men spoiling us. Like, please. Men continue to do that. So fun. We love it all. But can. Can it be expected that when a woman dresses to the nines and walks into a room that everything she is wearing, apart from the ring, she bought. Can we change this paradigm? I want to see. I want to normalize. Big money in the hands of women. I want women to be talking about money and make it so normal, not desensitized. I still want it to be a big deal. I still want us to be like, whoa, good job. Wow, this is amazing. I still want that, but I want it to be normal. She's a woman, she's wealthy. She's a mother, she's a wife. She's a. She's a daughter, she's a sister, she's a friend. She's everything. She has space for everything. And she can hold it all and she can do it all. And that is amazing. But we're not shocked by it anymore. It's about time the world knew we could do all of that. It's time. It's just time. So this is a journey of taking full ownership of this life that we're able to live and to say all the parts are ours. So when I see people that are celebrating only monthly stuff, only monthly goals. Biggest month ever. Biggest month ever. Biggest month ever. My only fear for that is the biggest month ever. Celebrations put people on a very time constricted goal achievement. I celebrate career to date, I celebrate year to date. I celebrate months. If they're out of this world. But I'm constantly playing on different timelines. I celebrate time off, I celebrate romance, I celebrate sunsets. I want us to normalize celebrating all the things. It's not just about a net worth. Like that's my most excited thing. Like I'm, I'm so excited for all of us to be making multi, multi millions. Honestly, I'm having so much fun with my mastermind clients, my private clients. But like I am so excited for the day that I'm leading like this programs. And they're all, it's all millionaires, my programs. We're all going to calibrate to this. There's so much more. Like all of you that are moving right now, like, you know, multiple five figure months, six figure months, seven figure months, like it's all coming. And we'll be having these conversations as multimillionaires, like that's all coming. I cannot wait for that. It's going to be the same. The same people that are doing the work now, moving on up into next levels of wealth and consciousness and celebrations. And I am so excited to have conversations about net worth with you. I am so excited to have conversations with you about your retirement if you wanted it, and choosing like you don't even want to because you love your work so much, but like you could retire if you wanted. I'm excited to talk to you about the careers that you get to offer for the most extraordinary human beings in the world that deserve better jobs. And we're going to be the ones to make those jobs. The greatest jobs on earth will be created in the mentorship industry. I believe that. So there's so much coming for us, but can we see the longevity? Or are we going to be so caught up in the immediate gratification that we're going to lose sight of the long term? Now there's balance. This is where the wisdom is. Live for today without forgetting tomorrow. Live for tomorrow without forgetting today. People are either just not living today, putting money aside, working, working, working because one day they'll be free, or they're living now and it doesn't matter because we'll figure it out later. And their immediate gratification of today. But what about the people who have the wisdom to live for now and later? The ones who actually see time as timing? Everything I do has an impact now and later. Some things have a greater impact now than later and some things have a greater impact later than now. But if I live my life with all the timelines, there's a wisdom there that most people are not having. Even in an argument in your life, if you could bring wisdom to the table, there's a moment you're frustrated with your partner, really frustrated, and you want to say something because you're allowed right now to say it because you're mad. You have the right right now because you're mad. What impact does that have on later? Words that you may never be able to take back. If there's a moment in your life you're about to make a move and you know in your soul it's not the right one, but you're so caught up in the passion and you just can't seem to stop yourself right now. It's going to be great. You're going to have a great time. But what about later? What about later? Not a lot of people have the wherewithal to hold both frequencies in time. The thing we forget is that now is always now, even when it's later, when, when later comes, it'll feel like now. And how will you feel then based on the decisions you make today? A lot of us who struggle now are struggling because of then. Whatever decisions we made back then without thinking that now would come. So mentorship is thinking about timelines completely differently. We're not just thinking about time now, the way most people think. We're thinking about time now and later. We're thinking of evolution and growth over a lifetime. We're talking about a mountain with no peak. We're speaking about a much wider range of impact. It isn't just, it's a ripple. It's like, what, what is going to come from this? When I make this decision for me today, what's going to come from this? And so the other part with mentorship is it's usually a long term walk. You tend to choose a mentor for a long time. The clients that have chosen me as their coach, I can have people that will choose me as their coach for a few months at a time and we have a great time. But the ones that choose me as their mentor, they just know. It's like, this is the one. When I walk with this person, I walk differently. This is the one. And so mentorship is a long term game and it's so powerful because you don't have to explain context to your mentor when you've been together for a long time. I have clients that have been working with me since $14 an hour that are now multi, multi millionaires. I have clients that started working with me as teachers in a different career. We're just trying to start a part time side hustle and are full time private clients of mine multimillionaires now like the journey is extraordinary and it's this thing that's going to take you through space and time. So what I want for you the most in this is to start seeing your whole life ahead of you. Not just this year, not just to be in the race of whoever's earning the most right now, not just to be in the race of whoever's most famous, most known or most chosen right now. That is a short term race that you will exhaust yourself running. I have not run in any of those races and I still stand where I'm standing. The depth of my work got me here, not the speed. The speed has nothing to do with me. This is what I recognize. That is something that's up to our energetic alignment. The speed at which things happen is not something that you can necessarily push. It's something, if it's going to be in alignment, that's going to happen for you. The amount of people that are an energetic match for your range of power. There will be more and more and more and more people and your, your ability and your capacity to hold more people in your world is going to acc accelerate as you become more powerful, not as you push harder, not as you try more. Or else that's circumstantial and it doesn't always last. This is where we see so many women burn out when they build their businesses from ego. And a mentorship business built from ego tends to break down. Not permanently. You can rebuild it, but you've got, you get a wake up call. If you build a mentorship business based on ego, there's a moment where there's a collapse, a moment of waking up and like, whoa. If you keep for me, for you, for us, if you don't ever go so much for other people that you lose yourself, if you don't go so much for yourself that you forget about other people, then there will always be an us. And if there's an us, you're different. There's not a lot of people who can hold the frequency of us. There's not a lot of people who can hold the frequency of now and later. There's not a lot of people who can hold the frequency of evolution and growth over a lifetime. And when you can hold all of those frequencies, you're so solid. Because what shakes people is time, lack of time. What if it doesn't shake you? What shakes people is the fear of lack of money. What if it doesn't shake you? What if you don't? Because I've seen people fear and shake for lack of money even at multiple six figures a month, just because they don't feel like they're evolving as fast as they should or they're out of the spotlight for a moment because this new up and coming coach is all of a sudden doing better and more and they're feeling shaky for money even at multiple six figures a month. So what if that doesn't shake you? You become so solid. Time doesn't shake you. Money doesn't shake you. Long term vision meant to last timeless instead of time sensitive instead of now instead of immediate gratification, evolution and growth over a lifetime. You're so sturdy when you can stand this way. So it's going to be important to constantly dream bigger so that you have an energetic projection that holds later that you can connect to however far that is. And so I remember when I was in Hawaii in 2020 and we did, we did the exponential wealth program, which is my money program, and I was talking about, I think at that point we had a $200,000 month or something and I was talking about how maybe in the next decade or something I would maybe one day have a million dollar month. I remember having this conversation and that was in February and we had our first million dollar month in September. There is no way I could have known that. There's no way. There was absolutely no logic, no reason, no way that that was going to happen. It was, it was not in the books. There was no plan, there was nothing I could have even fathomed, conceived, thought of. There was just no way that I could have ever thought. And yet it happened in that same year. And so when someone tells me I want to have a million dollar month, I'm like, awesome, let's do it. You want didn't need to make sense for me, why do I need it to make sense for you? What are the things that you desire? But can you cast something that you really want and then detach it from time? Because if it's attached to time, you're already in lack. The minute you set the timer, time's dwindling already. But if you just hold the frequency of the thing that you desire and you forget about time, then timing occurs. And in mentorship, this is going to be so important because there's multiple things that we want. There's relationship stuff, there's family stuff, there's health stuff, there's money stuff, there's all kinds of Stuff all these different things we want all at once. And if we are so focused on trying to make all of those things happen, and we're working super hard at all of those things, we don't have much time for life to surprise us, we don't have much time for wisdom. We don't have much time. We're just constantly trying to do everything to be perfect. That's different than casting energetic projections and trusting that we're going to calibrate to the image, calibrate to the vision. So when you're casting this energetic projection, what I want you to touch and see if you can feel in your body is something that's far enough that you don't know how, but close enough that you can imagine yourself having it without your physical appearance changing. Meaning when you imagine it in your mind, you're not older, you could see yourself very close to what you look like now in age, having it. That's your next energetic projection. You may have really big ones where you see yourself in 30 years from now, 40 years from now. Those are also great to hold. But the one I want you to cast next is one where, although you have no idea how you could do this, when you imagine it in your mind, you haven't changed much. Which means in the reality where you're holding it, it's soon. These are the most powerful projections because although we don't know how they happen, we actually feel like we are the person it happens to. Then we can let the universe, God, Mother nature work its magic. And the question is, am I in alignment with this? In every decision I'm making, is this in alignment with the projection? So many people ask, how do you get into alignment? I'm like, in alignment with what? Like, well, I don't know. I hear it all the time. Like, you've got to be in an alignment. Yeah, but in alignment, meaning in alignment with something. Like, what's the thing you want to align to? Like, you could be in alignment with sleeping in if you wake up at 10am but you're not in alignment with waking up early. You could be in alignment with popcorn, but not in alignment with eating healthy. Like, what are you aligning to? Alignment means what am I aligning to? So without that energetic projection, how do you even know if you're in alignment? So short term gratification, like right away, immediate gratification is in alignment with a lot of decisions that won't take you very far. And a lot of us prefer to be in alignment with immediate gratification, like I want this and I want it now. Perfect. This rash decision is in alignment. But if it's like evolution and growth over a lifetime, mountain with no peak. For the version of me that looks back in hindsight and says, am I proud of the life I lived? Am I in alignment with that? Oh, oops. I was even thinking about that. So having an energetic projection where you're actually feeling, seeing, holding the vibration of the person that you become on the journey without knowing how, but there's an energetic projection of what life feels like there. There's an energetic projection and I. The feeling in my body when I do this. I don't know if you ever did this when you were kids, but, like, whenever I would have to walk or run to something, I would look at, like the stop sign and think, I could just walk to the stop sign. And then I'd show myself the next stop sign, get myself to that stop sign. I would like cat. I would like project. I just have to walk to this. And I just have to walk to this. I just have to walk to this. Or just to run to this. I just have to run to this. That's the energetic projection. I don't have to worry about all the miles. Let me just get to the next stop sign. And so these energetic projections are enough to stimulate, stimulate and make you excited and make you feel something. They're not attached to time, but your subconscious already sees like it's happening soon. And then you trust, you trust the timing, that when you're doing your best and you're leading yourself and everything you're doing in your life and business is leading yourself within that context, you're being the mentor. And there's going to be different things in your life that you're going to desire and there's going to be different things in your life that you hold in that energetic projection. And you living in alignment with that. When it's hard, when there's a storm, when you're not sure, when obstacles are in the way, when you're nervous, when you're stressed, when life is happening, that's what makes you the mentor. Because whatever anybody else is going through, you know they're going to be okay because you're okay. No matter how hard it is for them, you know they're going to be okay because it's so hard for you and you're still walking. You are the evidence you need to believe in people. That's the mentor. I believe in you because it's the work of my life to believe in me. And believing in me has brought me here. And there is no reason on earth for me to not believe in you. If I believe in me because we're made of the same stardust, if I can do it, you can do it. And if it helps you to walk with me as you do it, I will walk with you because I believe in you. And if I don't believe, I'm going to be so honest, I'm going to tell you we're not a good fit. If you want to have a beautiful, solid reputation in your mentorship, don't take on a client you don't believe in. If there's something about the way they do things, if there's something that you just don't align with. If when they do things, you're like, don't. There's a mentor for them that believes in them. Have integrity with this. Only bring on people where you see them and you go, you. I am so excited to celebrate everything with you. You got it. So your work today is to cast an energetic projection that feels like it could be soonish. The timing could be soon. There's something that you desire, doesn't need to be a full picture. It could be one specific thing that you desire. Soonish, the timing of the universe. Soonish, you're going to imagine just an alternate reality that look and you still feel like you in it. Even if it's something that's that has to do with your body or something like you wanted to change your body. When you look at your face and the visualization, you haven't aged much. Like something that you believe could happen. And it seems like it's soonish based on who you are and how you feel in the visualization. Something that feels like the next stop sign that you're going to walk to. Your job is to be able to believe in that person. If you can't believe in her, the odds of you believing in a protege are so low. The belief in yourself is the most important thing on this journey. First of all, because you can only believe in other people to the degree you can believe in yourself. And if you think to yourself, well, that's not true because I don't believe in myself very much, but I believe in people so much. Imagine how much you could believe in people if you believed in you. However much you can believe in people now, it is the tip of the tip of the tip of the iceberg. If you still have troubles believing in what you can do, if you do not believe with every fiber of your being that you can do the things that you want. You will always be less of a mentor. Your belief in yourself is the most important because no matter how much you tell people to believe in themselves, they will do what you do more than they do what you say. And so you will cap. You'll cap it. Believe in you. Trust in you. Trust in the universe. Trust that you're a match for the things that you desire. Start walking this path for you because you become all the evidence you need to believe in what everyone else wants to do with their lives. This is our biggest work. And in a world where it's almost applauded to think less of ourselves, like, I really love this person. She really, you know, she doesn't know how great she is. Like, we're gonna. We're gonna have to spin this a little bit. I want. I want to see us believe in. We can do anything we want in this life. And because we believe we can do whatever we want, we believe everyone can do what they want. That's gonna set us free more than any other thing, and only we can do this. No one can give you belief in yourself, but people can remind you how to believe in yourself when you watch them do it for themselves. The more you spend time with the person who believes in themselves, the more you see the gap. You say, whoa, hang on a minute. I want that. And it's not a, how do I do that? It's just a why don't I. And the more I hang out with this person, I'm going to. I'm going to see all the. All the reasons why I don't. Because I'm afraid of this. Because I'm afraid of that. And we'll walk through them, and we'll talk through them, and we'll move them, and eventually what will be left is you and the greatest power you have ever felt in your whole life, where you stand in all of your strength and you look at your life and you say, I will always remember what it feels like to be who I am today. And I don't know. I don't know for sure where life goes from here, but I know that I'll never forget now. I will remember how I feel about myself, about what's possible, about the world, about people, about women. I will remember this forever. And if we can live a life where we feel that often over and over and over again, that's the beauty of a life well lived, is the feeling where often, so often our life blows us away, whether that's because of so much love, romance, well being, excitement, joy, wealth. Whether it's because of fame, whether it's because of whatever it is, if your life blows you away often you're having a good time. So cast that projection in one area or more whatever feels aligned for you and take a moment and ask yourself how often do I live in pure alignment to this how often do I live in pure alignment to this coming true as opposed to fearing it doesn't, forgetting I'm even trying for this in the first place as opposed to only being able to connect to that when I'm in a certain context but not in another. Like start to feel into these vibes. I look forward to our next call. I love you, you're beautiful, you smell nice and I'll see you tomorrow.
