The Mentor - Day 7

Heather Hales coaches Delphin on sales, pricing, and entrepreneurial mindset. They discuss how to position yourself as a mentor, set rates that reflect your value, and shift from scarcity thinking to confidence in your work.
Sam, I am a business artist and I help people become violently successful at their own craft. We are revolutionizing entrepreneurship. Oh, gorgeous human beings of the mentor program. I actually love that someone said grand Rising mentors. I love it. I love it. I had the most wonderful weekend ever. It was my soon to be sister in law's bachelorette. Really. It was like a classy bridal shower because, you know, and we went to the Ritz and had high tea at the Ritz and went to this beautiful restaurant with all these like white flowing veils everywhere. She looked so beautiful. She was all dressed in white and we were all dressed in black like the crew. It was really fun. And she got picked up from the restaurant in a white Rolls Royce and we took a limo and we went to see. It was amazing. We had the best time and I feel very refreshed, very fancy. And I'm excited for the mentor today. So we're going to have some people come in. Delphin is going to be able to speak with us today because last time we had some connection issues in the car. So we're going to get her on here in a moment. And then I've also got a few little things I want to talk to you about if there's space after having spoken to the VIPs today. So let's start with having Delphine up whenever you're ready. Beautiful. Maybe she isn't even here yet. It's possible. If she isn't, maybe I can start with what I had to say before. So I said I'd start with her and I want to honor my word, but she isn't there. Give me one second. Hello. There she is.
Nicole. And just I realized you were actually calling me right now.
So how are you doing today?
I'm excited. I'm five days away from flying to Bali, so really excited.
This is wonderful. So what's on your mind today?
I'd like to talk about sales. Selling, launching.
Okay. I.
Feel there's some kind of heaviness around my sales and I don't really like to navigate through this. I'm not sure most of my new products, most of my new programs, they've had very few new customers. I have like 5, 20 customers on average which are people who were enrolled in my year long container. And I don't know, I just wish my. I just wish I had to talk about my sales on the story on my Instagram. And then I will have a flow of notifications saying, oh one, new sale, new sale, new sale, new sales.
And that's not.
That's usually not what's happening. And I. I don't really understand, like, the. The. Where does this come from?
Okay, first of all, I love this question and it's so funny because the part I want to talk about if we have time is so in alignment with this. So I'm going to make sure I have time because it's like too perfect. So what I love about the way you ask your question and I think it's cool for everyone to notice how this question was asked, is there was a very easy way to make this question a. I just want to know how you sell because, yeah, I don't have what I want. You see how easy that question would have been available. And her question is this.
No, not again.
This is what you have anything to say? Are you there or did I cut? Did I get this one? I'm good. Okay. I don't. Oh, I have got to tell you guys something actually cool. Quite, quite intense. So yesterday, there's something that's going on in my area of the planet. And so yesterday, no, Saturday night, on the bridal shower night, we're all getting ready and all of a sudden I get this alert on my phone and I can hear all the girls are getting the same alert. We get it three times in a row and it's like there is a, like a phenomenon, meteorologic, dangerous approach. And I'm like, okay, that's something I've never had. Like, that's wording I've never had before. Like a dangerous meteorological event is coming. Take shelter now. And I'm like, what the heck is this? The island has been damaged so intensely. Trees uprooted. Like, I'm scared to go see, like so many trees broken down. And the wedding is on the island in two weeks. And I don't. We've got to get it cleaned up. Like, we have no electricity at the log house. We have no electricity at the island. They. They're saying it could take up to 10 business days to fix it. And there are trees everywhere broken down. And so it is also possible that there's still stuff with the WI fi. So if that happens, we'll figure it out. But like, I don't know what is going on. I don't know what is going on. But somehow this house, the one on the lake, it only lost power for a couple of hours and it came back and there's no damage here, but the two other places. So anyway, I'm grateful that I'm safe, but if we have choppy WI fi. It could also be because there's like, a lot of things have gone down, a lot of WI fi, a lot of hydro poles, like all kinds of stuff down. So what I was saying is that there is the part that I wanted to talk about tonight or after, if I have time, is very much in alignment with what you wanted to say. And I said, notice how easily the question could have been, okay, so, Melanie, how do you sell? Because I want to sell more. And I, like, I'm not yet really selling what I want to sell. So how do you sell? How do I. How should I. Like, how easy Would that. Could that have just been the question? But instead it was like, I desire that when I sell, this is the reaction and that's not happening. And can we talk about that? That's a very mentorship style question. There's a discussion now instead of a I don't know what I'm doing. Please do it for me. Like a small child sometimes it's like, I can't do it. Can you do it for me? I can't open it. Can you open it for me? Like, immediate, just going for the help instead of like, let me share with you what I want. And can we have a discussion about that? So I want to say thank you for asking the question like that because that was a beautiful example of. Of a wonderful question. And the frequency and the distinction in the words of the questions are nuanced enough that the answer will be exponentially different. Because how do you sell? I would have answered that a certain way. Your question is going to get a very different answer and much more elevated answer because your question is different. And so if you were to look at this experience that you'd imagine where people are showing up in your inbox and they're just buying and all they've seen is they've seen you sell something on a story and they've bought it. So I. Have you ever bought that way, Just seen something in an IG story and bought it? So do you remember, like, what the situation was? Who was it and what was it that you bought? Can you remember that? Yeah. Was it the first time you'd ever met the person or had you been following them for a while already? Both.
Both situations happened.
Okay. And then what was it about the story that made you buy? Was it that there was a lot of details? Was it like, here's the exact offer and what you get? No. Was it an energy of like, I want that. Like, I don't even know what it is? But I want it. Is that kind of what it was?
Yes. Something like, I want to work with that person. And the price is exactly in the range I could stretch myself to.
Cool.
Let's jump on this one.
Okay, so when you're putting out offers, how are you feeling about your pricing right now? Do you feel like it's on the high side? Do you feel like it's on the low side? What's your experience of your pricing on the offers you're putting out on Instagram?
High side. And I've recently upgraded my prices.
Okay. And then as far as, like, you did Impact Academy, did you really watch it? Were you connected? The goop, how do you deal with goop?
I'm putting more goop. This is not something that I used to do. I had that, you know, I don't want to share my life. I don't want people to know if I'm going to the toilet.
But what, what, what I'm doing, what.
I'm doing every, every step, like every hours of my day. And I, I changed. I shifted my perspective at that point. That was a very powerful conversation for me. There's something in here that doesn't feel like I'm going to tell them I'm going to the bathroom.
Exactly. You get to choose the heightened context that you're sharing. So the thing is that the goop is what creates. I want to work with that person, and the pricing is what creates. And this pricing is perfect for me to say yes. And so I've found that the way that I sell, when it comes to mentorship things, there's two different ways. So my coaching business, I'm very transparent with the pricing because it is important that people can just be like, I want to work with that person. And that's an easy yes. That's how you get the invisible sales, the ones where you're like, oh, that person didn't need to ask any questions, they just said yes. Right. And then the bigger things, I expect people are going to come into the inbox and speak to the Alpha team. So I don't expect they're just going to do it in my mentorship. And if you look at my pricing and my coaching business, it's actually quite competitive in the marketplace. Like, I am like, my, my financial numbers are like, let's say the person that I know that made the most, more than that, me. Like, let's say there's me and someone else last year was like, let's say 10 million was the closest. I think 10 million and I did 25 million. So let's say I do 2.5. So logically, in normal business thoughts, you'd think, well, my program should be about two and a half times more expensive than everyone else's. But they're not. Even my, my program prices are okay. Like they're still on the same ballpark. So it's easy to just say yes and buy the programs. People don't need to think about it. I'm not stretching the price. And so what I might look at is would it be more advantages for you to raise your mentorship prices and keep your coaching prices more affordable so that people can say yes to the coaching packages without thinking, but the mentorship ones require a little more elevation.
That's an option. Even though I recently I'm in the same range for my coaching programs, like between 5, 55 and 1000, something I used to sell at 3, 3, 3. They're 10 to 15 hour long programs. And I was like, I felt annoyed, I felt devaluing myself. So I feel more comfortable in a range between like 5, 55 and 11 11.
Things like that. Your pricing is actually excellent. But what happens is your experience of your pricing is that you've raised it and so your energy when you're putting the price out. And this is, I cannot believe how perfect this conversation is based on the piece I wanted to bring. Like, you're going to freak out. But the thing is you have an energetic connection to that price. And so when I put a price out there, and my experience is that it's the greatest offer on the Internet, it has a frequency when I put a price out there and I'm like, hopefully it's not too high, there's also a frequency. And so the, the thing is not that your prices are high, the fact is that you raised your prices and so your desire for people to just buy it and be like, oh, this price is perfect, is an energetic match for you feeling like your price is perfect. So this is where we need to have that surrender and that trust when we're changing things in our business. So you're going to change things in your business? I've changed things in my business. I've changed price points, I've raised the price, I've changed the containers. And every time there, there's a little wobble of like less people are buying than they were before. Maybe I shouldn't have done it. Maybe, maybe what if all that kind of happens? And so what's important at that point is to really strengthen your belief about the new pricing, far more than the desire for other people to be comfortable with the pricing. It's about you becoming so comfortable with that pricing because they're responding to your energy. Ultimately, when you're like, and the price is five, like, the price is $555, people would be like, oh, cool. But when you're like, the price $555, we have raised the price. There's this energy. We don't even do it on purpose. It's just this tiny little shift. And people are like, oh, that sounds expensive. It feels expensive for some reason. So the more you. You say your prices, the more you get used to them. That. That feeling of, like, this is the perfect price for me, that's going to settle in with your clients. When it settles in for you, it'll settle for them. So now the most important thing is that I want to work with this person part, and I want to work with this person comes from the group. Because all of your intellectual property should shows that you know what you're talking about, but it doesn't explain why we should work with you. You know what you're talking about, but we could. You could have learned everything you know from someone else. What makes it that it's you that I should be mentoring with? What's special about you? What are your stories? What's your angle? How do you think? How do you be? How do you. How do you see life? What are you doing? Who are you being like? That's the special magic that makes you so magnetic to people. It's that feeling inside of, like, it's her. And so really learning how to position that goop on your social media of being like, here's me, here's why me? The way I think, the way I am. What makes me a mentor in every day of my life? Like, the homework I gave you all before the day off of, like, notice something that's happening in your life and lead yourself through that. Like, people are watching you be the mentor. Did you try that at some point during the last day? Did you have a chance to try?
I lost the connection, and I didn't.
You didn't get that part. So this is going to be a really fun homework for you. Like, really just in your life, anytime something happens, a good thing, a hard thing, an awkward thing, anything that makes you feel like, okay, how do I respond to this? Have the second thought, what if there was. The world was watching me mentor myself right now. How would I mentor myself through this? If this was a reality show, The Mentor reality show the whole world is watching. How does this woman lead herself when life throws her a curveball? Let's see, you know, zoom into Delphin in this moment of her life. How does she do it? The mentor, the reality show? And so how do you lead yourself if the world is watching you mentor yourself? Watch the difference between what you're actually capable of and the standards that you usually hold for yourself. You know, and so as you raise the bar and you're literally showing that on your social media, like you're basically creating the mentor reality show on your social media. Here's how today went. This is how I woke myself up. This is. This is how I have my morning routine. This is the thing that happened to me and how I led myself through it. Here's the miracle I attracted today. Here's what happened. This is what we did. You're like putting on a mentor reality show for people to watch you in action, and then you're getting more comfortable with your pricing. That's the secret sauce where people are like, it's her. And I can afford that. Yes.
I think the stickiness comes from the fact that my new pricing, even even though I'm really comfortable with it, because I think it pricing of before was too low for me. It's just that I feel the people that. That are going to buy that at that price are not the same as the one that used to be watching me, that have been watching me for months. I think this is where the discrepancy lies.
But why do you think that?
I don't know. Because when I started the whole journey, I used to talk about budgeting.
And.
For some reason, I still have a feeling that I attracted people who are on a not low budget. I've never. I've never really attracted people who are on a very low budget, but I've attracted people who are kind of struggling. Struggling for keeping money. Not necessarily making money, but keeping it. Okay, and so.
Is it fair to say that you have changed since you started teaching those things?
Yes, tremendously.
Is it fair to believe that if you have changed, they may have also.
It's fair to believe that.
And so if you believe in people's power as much as you believe in your own, what you would also believe is a lot of the people grew with you and that all you would need to do is speak to them at your new level of intelligence and they would calibrate immediately.
Yeah, faith.
But you would have to believe in them as much as you believe in you.
Yes, that's what I was about to say.
Yeah.
Believing in me first.
But, you know, you believe in you because you are already at a different level of conversation. You've watched yourself change what you want to talk about because you've elevated. That happened effortlessly for you. You started with budgeting, and then that didn't feel like what you wanted to talk about anymore. And then you said something else, then changed and then changed. And now you're looking at what you want to talk about, and you're like, what if the people that found me don't understand what I'm talking about or don't want to hear it at this level or are still attached to what I was first talking about? But that's not taking into consideration that they grew as fast as you did. That means you grew faster and they didn't. That's what we do in our head. We think everybody else stayed the same, and I changed. But people. And believing in people, in their power would mean, as I calibrated, they did too. And the minute I change the conversation, a lot of them will just be like, yep, I get it.
Do you know that feeling of sometimes I feel like, oh, my God, what I've achieved is through the roof. And.
Yes, but they're so.
Will people, like, pay for that? Doesn't have really that much value, you.
Know, because once it's second nature to you, it's very difficult for you to see the value in it. This is one of the reasons women are grossly underpaid in life, is because we accept the fact that if it's effortless for us, it should be paid less. It's less valuable if it's easy, instead of it's more valuable when it's easy. Like the example that I always give of, like, if I have to choose between the person who's got to, like, use a ruler to cut my hair and is like, please don't move or else I'm going to chop your ear off. And then I get this huge bill. And it was like, it was very expensive haircut because I needed to use a ruler. It took me seven and a half hours to cut your hair. And also it was very difficult. I didn't cut your ear off, which is great. I sometimes give discounts for that, but that didn't happen. So you will be paying full price for this haircut. This was very difficult for me. So here's the bill. $7,997 for this haircut. Because this was very hard for me versus the person versus the person who's like sipping an espresso and, like, throwing her her shears up in the air, like, and speaking to the other hairdresser at the same time. And next thing, your hair looks like she's like, you're done. And then it's like, oh, well, this was only $2 because it, it didn't take me long. And I drank an espresso while I was doing it. It was easy. So actually it's free. Don't worry about it. Like, no, that's the one we pay more. The one who's. It's so easy for them. And the one that has a hard time, it's like, okay, well, this took you seven and a half hours. I was concerned you were going to cut my ear off. You needed a ruler to cut my hair. I think I need to be charging you for my time for sitting in this chair, because I also coached you, like, you can do this. I believe in you. So, you know, we've got to believe in that. If it's easy and it's effortless, that's where the value comes. But for us as mentors, it's difficult because we've done a lot of this work for free for a long time. You've been a mentor far before it was a profession. And so everything that becomes second nature and easy for you immediately feels like, if it's easy for you, it's probably easy for them. And then if it's hard for you, it's probably hard for them because. But then where we don't do it is if I've changed, probably they have for some reason, that's the only place we, like, block. We're like, if I've become a greater person, I'm the only one. Whereas everything else, we relate it to other people, growth we separate ourselves from. So if we bring it all together and you say, if it's easy for me to do something that it's harder for someone else to do, what I'm selling has so much more value to that person because what's hard for them is easy for me. That's fantastic. If something is hard for me, that doesn't mean it's hard for everyone. I could find a person it's easy for, and I could calibrate to their belief systems and I could learn from them if I desired to. And then if I'm the kind of person who's able to evolve and grow, the people around me are able to do that also.
There's some something coming up. Is that because it's easy for Me, I'm scared I might not be able to explain it, teach it, because, well, what am I going to say? Oh, yeah, people are going to ask me, how do I go from feeling lack to abundance? I have no idea. It's just sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's not. I can tell them where it's easy and when it's not. But how? I have no idea.
You know, when I say you're going to wonder how to do it until you wonder how you did it.
I know.
This is why. How questions don't serve anybody.
Yeah.
And so our goal is not to worry about how we're going to answer a how question. Our goal is to help people figure out how to ask better questions. So the person who's asking you how do you go from lack to abundance? Is asking you the wrong question. You can't devalue your business because someone's asking you the wrong question.
I can hear myself saying, this is not the right question. Please rephrase it the way that I would feel. I could see myself saying that that would be powerful. That would be powerful teaching.
And then you would actually. Instead of a small child saying, I can't open this. Can you open it for me? I don't know how to open it. You would say, yes, you can open it. You've done it before. Like, come near me and I'll look at it with you. But like, yes, you can. I'll help you, but I won't do it for you. You know how to do it. There's a difference between doing things for people. How do you.
Is the.
Just, can you open this for me? That's not coaching. That is. That is done for you. Done for you work we don't do. Done for you work we do consciousness elevation. We can't. We can't even answer that question and be in integrity with our work. That's not the question. And if someone were to ask you how did you go from lack to abundance mentality, which is already a different question because they're asking you how you did it and not asking you how they should do it, that's one step ahead of the. Of the game. But you would be completely allowed to say, you know what the crazy thing is? It's one of those things that I wondered how to do it until one day I just had. And that's what's going to happen for you. If you just keep living a life in the context that abundance is coming and you hire the mentors and you do the work and you focus on your business, and you live your life, and you're focused and you're really connected. One day when you lift your eyes, you realize you're in a different mindset. And what's going to be so powerful for you is when you try to ask yourself how you did it. You're going to. You're going to hear my voice. You're going to say, I wondered how I did it then, and I still wonder how I did it now. And that will be a complete answer. We complicate our stuff. Yes.
Love this conversation.
And this is also. I can't remember where I talked about this. May have been in the Coach program, actually, but it was like, you know, when I was talking to you about Kevin's nephew Andrew. Was it with you guys? I was telling you about Andrew who wanted to grow.
No.
May have been. Can't remember where I might have talked about this, but Kevin has a nephew that is very small. Like, he. He's just the tiniest little guy. And every time we would go there, every year in the summer, we had to go and we were measuring. You know, I think I might have been in Protege. Actually, Marilyn, I think you're right. So he. Basically, every summer, all the kids get measured, right, and see how. How tall they've grown, and Andrew just doesn't grow. And it's this, like, super sad thing because I can only imagine what it must be like for a little boy where all. Every. All the other kids are growing and he's tiny one. Like, that's a hard phase. And I'm sure in his head, before he puts his body against the wall and gets measured, there's this feeling of, like, I'm sure I've grown. I have to have grown. Like, I believe. I know I have grown. I know. And then he looks at the line and he hasn't grown and what that felt like to him. And everybody calls him the little guy. And I see it in his face every time. It's this, like, I don't want to be that. I don't want people to call me that. I see this line that hasn't grown. The girl cousins are growing. I'm not growing. It's really difficult for him. If I could just tell him, like, you're going to grow. I swear to you, like, you need to stop waiting to get measured at the wall, and you need to go play outside. You need to go be a kid. You need to go make memories. You need to go and have fun. Stop thinking about growing. It's happening. I can't explain it, but there will be a day you are going to just grow a foot out of nowhere. But you can't. You have got to stop trying to grow. It is not going to work that way. And he could say to me, how do I grow? How do I make it that next year when we come here, how do I do it? How do they grow? It's like, it doesn't work like that. You are going to grow, but how are you living your life? Are you taking good care of yourself? Are you eating your vegetables? Are you? Yeah, but I am. But it is not working. Come on. It is working. Go be healthy. Go be a kid. Go laugh. Go play. Go jump as high as you can. Go stretch your body. Go have fun. You are going to grow. It's the same thing for us in business. Like, we were constantly trying to measure up to the big kids, and we are wondering why we are not growing, and we are asking questions that make no sense. Like, how do I grow? It is like, I can explain to you the mechanism of how your body is going to grow. I can explain how your bones will grow and how your. Your muscles will stretch and how your and your skin will stretch. Like, I can. I can physically explain, but I can't tell you how to grow faster. And there will be a year where you'll. You'll grow a foot, and I won't be able to explain why that happened, but it will. And so who are you going to be in the meantime? And so these are the conversations to have with your clients. It's their mindset while they're growing that matters more than how they grow. Like, their energy. Because as much, the more he acts like a little guy that hasn't grown and he's sad and he pouts and he acts like a little kid when he's sad, the more he looks small. But if he were to be a big kid in his energy, if he were confident, people would be like, this kid, you know, but he's so small. He feels small. He acts small. He's tiny. He relates to himself as tiny. He acts tiny. He is tiny. He feels tiny. If he just owns himself, time will come, you know? And that's the thing for us. It's like, you've got to own yourself and your growth will come. And anyone who wants to know, how do you grow? Is a person who is focusing on the wrong thing. Same as, how do you fall in love? How do you meet the right person? How do you meet the. That's never the Question. So help your clients reframe their questions. That's where everything changes.
Yeah, it's. I need to allow myself, give myself authorization to not provide an answer to that sort of questions because I feel obliged to.
I feel you're afraid that if you don't give them a good enough answer, they'll say it wasn't worth the five. Five, Five. Of course. Of course. Exactly what I think. So that. And this is where, like, this is where mentor status is elevated. In those moments where you're afraid to say what's true, true and right and real in your soul because you're afraid that someone that doesn't understand their failure yet is going to blame you for their failure. That becomes a global teaching. This is. These are the things where now you take that and you go live about it. You write posts about it. Now you've just entered one of your zones of genius, the zone of genius, where in this isolated moment, that client will get the tip of the iceberg of the coaching because they're in it. But when you take the full picture that you can see and you bring it to the Internet and people can have an outside perspective of what you're saying, they get a huge breakthrough. It's like, okay, I have this moment in my life as a mentor where there's a client that's asking me a question, and I know that what I have to say is something that they're going to be dissatisfied by, and it won't change anything for them now. But if they listen and they're wise enough to get this lesson, everything will change. But there's a very big chance they're not. And they're going to be mad and they're not going to be happy and they're going to think it didn't work and they're going to be upset about the amount that they spent. Whoa. How many people go through this? The mentor and the client. Let me write this scenario out and bring it to the Internet so the world can calibrate. And a lot of the times the client who can't see the coaching when they're receiving it, get it through the post. It happens all the time that my clients will write to me privately and be like, that post you wrote. I just got the conversation we were having last month. Like, now I read the post. I'm like, I just got it. So you're, you're, you're the mentor in one on one. You're the mentor, you know, in masterminds, but you're also the mentor in Your identity. And so that goop, that intellectual property, you're creating an image and a vibe that people are really starting to get. Like, this woman knows what she's talking about, these concepts, she's talking about their next level. Like, you're going to be talking about things for free that a lot of people aren't even willing to talk about in their paid stuff. Like, you're going to raise the bar now. You're going to be one of those people that mentors want to follow and say, I wonder, what if Delphin wrote anything else about stuff? Because I feel like when I read her stuff, I like, get so much insight and clients will come and listen to you. And then if you're having a conversation with a client, and this is one of my favorite things that happens in the whole world because this changes the game. Times a million is if I'm having this conversation with a client and it's not landing for them, I'm like, I want to read you a post. And I read them something that I wrote before them, which means this is not isolated to you and there's nothing wrong with you. But let me write, read to you these words of wisdom that are going to make you see exactly what you're going through. And all of a sudden it's like, I get it. So your posts become tools for you later. Because sometimes people feel like they're being manipulated or you're telling them something because you don't believe in them or, you know, like you don't have the answer for them. But when you have a body of work that literally holds the entire concept of what you're telling them and you created it before they even asked the question, there's so much safety in that. They're like, okay, surrender.
This makes perfect sense. Thank you so much.
I was so happy. Okay, how many amazing questions were there in that? Like, that was so good. I think everybody's very happy about that. Oh, my gosh. Thank you, Dalpin. This is like a magical 30 or so minute interaction. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all those questions. Ok, so there was also, I don't know if Andrea actually made it. Do we know Alpha team? Is Andrea here? Because if she is here, I wanted to bring her up for something. If not, I want to give my piece. And I don't know if Brianna also had something. I always want to double check. But if Andrea is here, I'm going to start talking. And if Andrea is here, just cut me off, Andrea, because I definitely want to bring you on if you were here. So this is a really. Okay, she's not here. So there is a. And Brianna, if there's anything that you're like, I would like to interject, let me know. And if not, I'm going to go into this direction. We have a line in the world that most people are trying to manifest on. And this line is like the line of enough and not enough. This is the most popular manifestation line on planet. Everyone is manifesting on this line. And we don't do it on purpose, but it kind of looks like, is there enough? Do we have enough? I just don't know if I have enough. I don't know if I should. I don't know if I should because I don't know if I have enough to blah, blah, blah. It looks like I just want someone who doesn't blah, blah, blah. I just want to manifest a guy who doesn't do that to me anymore. I just want friends that don't do this to me anymore. I would just like it if it were possible for me to have. I don't need to be rich. I just want to have just enough to blah, blah, blah. I just wish that there was enough to blah, blah, blah. This is the line that most people on the planet manifest with the enough, not enough line. And the thing is, there's a lot of people in this manifestation line. There's a lot of chaos on this manifestation line. But what we have with the advantages of manifesting on this manifestation line is that there's a lot of evidence of people succeeding and of people failing. And when a lot of people are failing, it gives us comfort. Because if a lot of people are failing at the thing you're failing at, it's not a big deal. A lot of people are failing at that. It's okay. It's like small child around the age of 11 months that's trying to walk, you're going to fall on your butt. All the babies do it around this age. You're okay, it's going to be fine. Like, I have no worries for you. I have absolutely no fear for you. Like, it's perfect. But if a child tries to walk at three months, you're like child prodigy. Like, what the heck is this child doing? How is this child walking at three or three months? This is impossible. Children aren't even supposed to hold their head. What is happening? This is not in this world. Oh, my God. So we have a ratio, a place in the world where we're willing to try and succeed and try and fail. There is an amount of money that makes sense for the whole world. It's like, let's say the $60,000 mark is like the average, right? So $60,000 is the average of what a person will earn. And so if you go for a job that's a $60,000 job and you don't get it, you can try for another $60,000 a month job. They're everywhere. Not $6,000 a month. My life has changed. I talk about things that make no sense. I meant 60,000 a year. So $60,000 a year. You try for that job, it doesn't work. There's another one. You need $60,000 to survive. Don't worry about it. Most homes are designed so that you can pay your bills at that price range. Most grocery store things, items are meant for that. Everything's meant for that. The $60,000 range. You're fine, you're good. Everything's good. There's cars. So many cars on that manifestation line. Just enough for a $60,000 a year person. So many cars that fit in that range. There's so many companies fighting for your business, so many stores, so many shopping malls and stores that have boutiques for that exact price point. Aldo Spring for the shoes and Zara and AR and all the things that are like, it's good, it's nice, you're going to look classy. But there's a budget like H and M. Like, yeah, there's. The whole world is selling to this amount because everybody's there. And we're limiting failure as much as possible. We're creating desire, but the desire is so attainable that there's no guilt or shame. We're pacifying your life to the greatest thing. You don't even need to worry about failing because there's so many people failing at this area. It doesn't matter. It's mainstream to not get the job. It's mainstream to not get the interview. Everybody tells you not to worry about it. There's another job around the corner. It doesn't matter. It's okay. This is the highway of manifestation where everyone is just zooming on the men that are. I mean, bless him, he's not the greatest, but, like, it's fine. You know, the friends that are like, I mean, she's a hot mess and she doesn't care about me at all, but we have a great time. And that's what friendship is, isn't it? And, you know, the relationship with your kids when they grow up, and they're like, well, you know, they come when they need something and that's what kids do, right? And the relationship with your parents, which are like, well, I mean, you know, they're old and it's really important that I spend some time with them before the end. And so, you know, that's the. That's the manifestation line where everyone is playing. And even a lot of the books that I read in the. The manifestation books that I read are still barely above that line. Even. Even in the manifestation books. It'll be like, how to manifest a thousand dollars. Why? Because you don't believe you can manifest more. So I'd rather show you how to believe something that won't hurt you if you fail. I'd rather help you learn how to manifest something easy because if you don't, nobody else has done it and everybody fails. And if you do well, it's an enough number that you could talk about without making anybody mad. Because, you know, $1,000. You know, people can win $1,000. They can manifest a thousand dollars. Like even in the things. They're teaching us to dream big. They're not even teaching us to dream big. So everyone is in this, like, super clogged up zone of manifestation. The thing with mentorship where we really skyrocket is when we start playing where nobody's playing, the place in the universe that's far more than you need, far more than you expect, far more than makes sense, far more than you desire, far more than anything. And when you think of wanting that, you're terrified of failing because you don't know anybody that fails at this. And you would look crazy for trying that. And people would say, well, of course you failed. You're not good enough for that. What are you thinking? Why would you even try that? And if you succeed, you wouldn't even know what to do with your success because you wouldn't even know who to tell. And you'd feel embarrassed maybe, or guilty of like, oh my gosh, I just manifested this huge thing and I'm so excited. But I don't even know who to tell because I don't know anybody that's ever done this. And so I'm going to look like I'm bragging. So what's the point of celebrating at this level or achieving this level? If I fail, I fail worse than everybody. And if I succeed, I don't have anybody to play with, so I'm not going to play here. So only 1% of the world does, because they have the strength to be crazy. If they fail, they have the Strength to be crazy if they succeed. They're not afraid of being alone because they understand that they're not. Because they understand how to connect energetically to all the people who also are technically alone, but not in this 1%. And so they're going for everything that's just there. How come there's only a couple of companies that are selling cars to the people who are making millions a year? Only a few. Why? There's only a few people making millions of dollars a year, yet a lot of the people who have millions of dollars a year have more than one car. But there is less competition because they can have it all. Why is there only. Why in a mall where there's like 175 stores, is there 10 luxury boutiques? But the people who walk around the mall walk with a bag from each store in their hand because they can have it all and there's no competition. All of the best, multiple properties, multiple cars, all of the brands, many different kinds, many different styles, more than they need, more than expected. Why? Because there's no one there. The stores aren't crowded, the service is excellent. Why? Because no one's manifesting there. There's no jam, there's no clog, there's no comfort. So what it really is about in being a mentor is to elevate into the capacity to manifest in the zone where no one is willing to think they can have it. And the only reason it's harder to manifest there, the only reason, it's not because it's more, it's not because it's more expensive, it's because we have less evidence of it. That's all. We manifest easier, with more evidence. The thing is, we're manifesting success and failure because of evidence. So on that really busy manifestation line, we're manifesting both success and failure easily because we have a lot of evidence of it on both sides. People are manifesting failure at that 60k range just as much as they're manifesting success because they have equal evidence of both. We don't know a lot of people that are going for the big things in success or in failure. But when you're in the alpha femme world or branching out communities of the alpha femme world, what you're seeing is absolute evidence of things the entire world doesn't understand. You see people celebrating six figure cash months as though they're the new six figure year. Like, how did this become normal? It became normal because all of a sudden in this part of the universe of the world of the industry, we Started manifesting on a different highway, a different line, and there's just as much abundance here as there is on the 60k line. There's just less people there. But now there's more and more people, and it's more and more easy. And so it's becoming easier and easier and easier and easier and easier. There's another line above that, and there's not a lot of people on that one. And there's another line above that, and there's even less people on that one. And so what is difficult for us is we are constantly looking for evidence of what's around us to shape what we believe we can do. The goal of the mentor is to go do that on a different line. This is why mentorship is so important. When we talk about the mountain with no peak, most people are making a plan. On the floor. There is a mountain with no peak. And most people are taking pictures of the mountain from the floor. They are thinking of the people that are climbing. They're judging the people who are climbing. That person doesn't look in shape enough to climb that mountain. I bet they make it four feet. Let's take a picture of them. Oh, look at that person up there. They look like they've got a blister. Look, they're walking funny. They'll be coming down any minute. Take a picture of that one. Oh, look at that one here. Why is that person wearing that? Climbing up a mountain. What a silly person. I bet they come back down not comfortable. Take a picture of that person making a plan, making judgments from the bottom of the mountain. And then there's the people who climb and who are like, I'm climbing the mountain. I'm taking a selfie as I climb this mountain to show that I'm climbing the mountain. But we both know I'm not really going to climb the mountain. I'm just going to go far enough ahead on the mountain to be able to tell everybody that I was on the mountain. And so then there's like, the crew of people that have barely climbed the mountain that are not climbing anymore. They're just taking selfies at the bottom of the mountain. Like, I'm on the mountain. I'm climbing mountain with no peak. Grateful, celebrating. I'm doing this for everyone to see. I'm climbing a mountain, but I'm not climbing the mountain at all. Then there's the people that are just a little further up on the mountain that take the selfies with the people that are taking the selfies at the bottom of the Mountain that are saying, look at all those people taking selfies at the bottom of the mountain. They're not even climbing the mountain. Look how far behind me these people are climbing the mountain. All they're doing is taking selfies. So I'm going to. I'm going to video blog myself on the mountain just a little higher than the people who are only climbing the mountain to take the selfies to talk about why you shouldn't climb a mountain just to take selfies on the mountain. Because that is not an elevated consciousness reason to climb the mountain. So I am going to stand here not climbing the mountain, doing videos about people who stand at the bottom not climbing the mountain, except they're lower on the mountain, so I'm allowed to be higher on the mountain doing video. Video stuff to enlighten the people taking selfies on the mountain about why it's not cool to just climb the mountain to take selfies. And so I'm just gonna be here, hashtag, don't just climb the mountain to take a selfie. I'm enlightened. I'm higher than you on the mountain. I'm better than you. Grateful, amazing. Then there's the people who are actually climbing the mountain. And they don't even know what people are talking about in the videos. And they don't even know about the people that are taking the selfies because they're making sure that they're stepping in the right place. And what they're doing is they're watching the people higher on the mountain, not judging the people that have not started the mountain. And they are looking at the people that are higher on the mountain going, if they can do it, I can do it. And they're just watching the people climbing, and it's their climbing. They're breathing, and they're like, if I can just keep up with the people that are there, I'm going to keep walking. This is perfect, right? Okay, I'm walking. I'm walking. This is amazing. I'm so grateful. And then they look back and say, well, look how far I've come. This is incredible. I've come so far. I've come so far. And then all of a sudden, they're walking side by side with the people on the mountain, and they're like, hey, this is awesome. Now there's also the people who are, like, trying to climb faster than they can. They're not looking at the people behind, but they're trying to walk real fast on the mountain because they've got to beat these people. That they're seeing because they're not spending their time taking selfies on the mountain and they're not doing video blogs about the people on the mountain. But they are so preoccupied by the people ahead of them on the mountain that they're walking faster than they should, faster than they're capable of. They're going to run out of speed oxygen. They're going to get blisters on their feet just so they can momentarily pass someone on the mountain that was ahead of them. And when they get beside them on the mountain, they don't go, yeah, I made it. They go, ha. See, I started after you, and I'm at the same place as you, and so that technically means that I'm better than you. And often then they need to stop and rest because they've got blisters on their feet and they climbed faster than they needed to. But the ones that climbed at their own pace and somehow caught up walk with the leaders more until they find other people on the mountain that are even more advanced. Oh, my gosh. There's even more space for us. Ladies, we're doing this. Keep walking together. Do you need water? Are you good? We're all good. Okay. Hey, we're doing so good. Look how far we've come. This is amazing. And they keep walking. They keep walking, and all of a sudden, they're shoulder to shoulder with other women on the mountain, and they're like, oh, my gosh, the view is incredible from up here. Thank you for continuing to lead us. I was back there at a point and I thought, I don't think it's safe to keep walking. I almost turned back, but then I saw you with your sparkly little pink shoes, and I was like, oh, my gosh, there's one of them up there. And so I just kept walking. And because of you, I actually made it further on the mountain. So thank you for that. Are you okay? Do you need water? Are you good? Okay. Are you going to keep climbing? You need a break? Okay, no problem. I'm going to keep going. I believe you're going to catch up with me. And if you need anything, like, holler, we'll be there. Like, you got this. You keep walking on the mountain, and all of a sudden there's someone else on the mountain and you make it there and it's like, oh, my gosh, I didn't even know there was anyone else up here. This is just so inspiring. Look at this view. Can you believe we made it here? This is incredible. Meanwhile, there's still People taking selfies. At the bottom, there's still people judging. People taking the selfies. At the bottom, there's still the videographer, the video selfie video, people taking pictures of the people below and the people that are down that are explaining why it's not cool to not start and to judge, while their whole thing is about being there, judging the people that are just below. And there's the one climbing for the wrong reason, the one climbing for the right reasons, the one who walks shoulder to shoulder. And then there's the ones that are completely, seemingly alone on the mountain and they can't see another soul. And there's no other reason to climb other than there could be someone so close to me that's about to leave and go back down unless they see my sparkling pink running shoes. If I stop and go back now, I know they're coming. Because if I made it this high up the mountain with no one else to see, someone else is. And I am going to keep walking this mountain at my own pace because I trust that before I know it, there will be another person walking shoulder to shoulder with me. And there is a chance there's someone up there that I can't see that's leading the path for me. And I'm going to keep walking and I'm going to keep leading for me, for the person who would turn around if they didn't see sparkly shoes, and for everyone else on the mountain that's following that person with the sparkly shoes. We only go further if someone that can't see continues to lead. And that's going to be me. And that leader is the mentor, the one who's willing to see the path that hasn't been traveled yet, the one that's willing to say, I have no idea if this is the right path, but I'm going to find out. For me, for you, for everyone, all the way up until down the mountain. And so when you're thinking about, I want this to be effortless for me. I want to manifest this huge thing. I want things to be effortless, but I don't know how, and I don't know anybody who has, and I have very little evidence you're somewhere on the mountain at every point of your business, you're somewhere on the mountain. You're either, before you've started judging the people who are there, you're either just doing it for show, you're either still doing it for show and bashing the people that are doing it for show, you're either doing it to try to catch up for ego reasons. You're either doing it to be part of something. You're either doing it to be a part of leading something. You're either doing it to lead something, or you're doing it because you're the one. And you may have moments of going in and out of those things throughout your journey. But this, to me is such a beautiful visual of who you get to be. And so sometimes it's like, I want to walk up the mountain, but I'm afraid that the people that are the ones that are trying to walk faster than me want harm. Well, there's going to be those. I want to climb up the mountain, but I'm seeing all these people at the base of the mountain talking really badly about some of the people. I don't want to be a part of this mountain. That's not the whole mountain. Keep walking. People aren't doing that. Higher up on the mountain, they're preserving their oxygen because of the climb. It's only the people near the bottom that need to do that. They've got enough oxygen to come back when they've run out of breath, talking smack about everybody. They can walk down, grab another oxygen tank, and walk just high enough so they can bash everybody else. All that only happens at the bottom of the mountain. Only the people who know they can come back for oxygen reserves when they run out of breath will waste their breath on other people. Because when you're up that mountain, you keep every ounce of oxygen you have for leadership and for innovation and for creation. And you don't waste your breath. You only waste your breath when you have access to oxygen tanks within four or five steps. So all the bitterness, all the fights, all the small talk, the smack talk, all of it, it's all in the beginning of the journey. It's before you've even realized why you're climbing in the first place. So when you get stuck there because you're afraid, afraid that people will judge you, afraid that people will this will people that they don't there. And it's your job as someone who's leading on the mountain to change the conversation there anyway. So if you're worried that there's still that stuff halfway up the mountain, then climb higher than halfway up and change the conversation on the way down. Go and make a difference. Because I have found, as I've made my way up this mountain and I've come shoulder to shoulder with some of the greatest leaders and the greatest human beings in this industry, that when I speak, it Has a ripple effect on the entire industry. I notice when I say something and it's important and people get it in my programs, the most incredible ripple that rises in the industry. I see it, I see it happen. I see my impact and my influence in real time now. And I know how important it is for my standards to be high because the higher I raise my standards, the more that ripple effect happens at hyperspeed in our industry, the conversations change, the way people talk about each other. Everything changes. So what if you were one of those people who actually, instead of worrying about so much Buzzy busy, not being nice, little petty stuff where the mountain is basically still the ground, you just climbed shoulder to shoulder with the leaders for the right reason and then became one of the leaders and then went even beyond and beyond and beyond. And it's the same thing for whatever it is that you're working on in your life, whether it's the same. You know when Delphin was saying like, I want to be at that place where people are just saying, I want to work with this person and this price is right for me and I'm just going to do it. That's like I see the sparkling shoes on the mountain and I'm going to keep walking because she's there. You've got to get to a certain point on the mountain before that happens. Where. Where everyone is doing it. There's so many people doing this industry just for the likes and just for. They think they're going to get rich or they think they're going to get famous or they think whatever it is. But all of that is only where they're close enough to quit. All of that energy is only with people who are close enough to the bottom to quit. They haven't. They have. They're not doing this for their sole purpose yet. They haven't figured out how to invigorating it is yet. They haven't figured out true leadership yet. They haven't even started yet. So if you get put off course by someone who hasn't even really started their climb yet, you'll never get to where you're going. You've got to go first. You got to walk as far as you can up that mountain. So when you're ready for this to be effortless for you, you've got to walk beyond where everyone else has walked. That's all in your power, in your purpose, in your stories, in your leadership, in your coaching. You've got to expand your mind. You've got to stretch your teachings. When you Notice there's an uncomfortable thing like this is a really cool still shot to teach. I have a client. The client has a question. The question is the wrong question. I know that even by telling them the question is the wrong question, that might put them in a spiral. They may be upset with me. They may miss the entire point of the coaching. And so this isolated event on its own feels like a failure. But what if I turn the entire thing into a teaching moment and people get to see this as a bird's eye view perspective I've just elevated into mentorship status. The coach will go one on one, one on one, one on one. The mentor will see the global teaching, the intellectual property piece, the part that changes the whole world. Your interactions one on one with your clients are creating the body of work that changes the world. And that person in time will be changed by the training or the teaching that came through for them. One conversation at a time, one move at a time, one step at a time. And so what I'd love for you to look at today is where and in what area of your life, of your mission, do you notice yourself getting stuck? Where everyone is on that line, the line at the bottom of the mountain where it's the most clogged, where people are doing barely enough to be able to take a selfie to set they just climbed, or just enough to be in a position where they can make fun of someone and you're. You're shaping the entire thing there just enough. Where people are with the men and the women who cheat, the people who don't, who don't, who aren't honest, the people who don't stick around. And you're basing your entire experience of relationship mountain with no peak based on the people, the date for a selfie and the people who talk about women and men and human beings as though they know everything about them when really they haven't even started their climb. And you're basing your entire understanding of leadership based on what enough or not enough looks like, instead of manifesting the perfect partner for you, instead of actually holding space for the love story of your life, instead of actually holding space for there may only be a couple of suitors at the level of magic that you want on that mountain, but you're not going to find them when you're manifesting on this line. You're going to have to climb the mountain to find your energetic match. Are you willing to do that? Or are you going to stay where everyone's talking about, where the most evidence is because, yeah, there's more evidence of failure and success on that line, but that's not where the leadership is, and that's not where the mentorship is, and that's not where the magic is. And so our job, our true job as mentors, is to learn to manifest far beyond, beyond the enough line, where no one is willing to dream, where no one is willing to go, where there isn't enough evidence yet, where we have to make the evidence. That's where we've got to go, where we are building the evidence. And Brianna says, it's so crazy how I would never do this in relationships, but I do this with money. This is because we said this at the beginning of the mentor. It's so important to not feel like you need to be perfect everywhere, because that will just hurt you. Like, no human being is perfect everywhere. There's the mountains that we are at the peak of, and there's the mountains we're sitting at the bottom looking up like, I'm not even worthy of that mountain. And it's. It's that duality that actually makes us such incredible mentors, is that we still understand what the people we're working with are going through in certain areas of their lives. And so when you're saying, I've cracked the walk for money yet, or I've cracked the walk for relationships and yet with money, I see where I do this stuff. Well, knowledge is transferable. Breakthroughs are transferable. There's something about, if I get the energetics of it here, I get the energetics of it there. So it could be a really cool homework for you, is to look at one of the mountains where, you know you're walking much higher on the mountain, and one of those areas where you are maybe still on the ground kind of judging the whole thing or scared of the whole thing, or maybe you're satisfied with being at the bottom of the mountain where all the traffic is and all the people are, and just look at what would be transferable knowledge. What do you know about the mountain that you've been willing to walk that actually is transferable to the other one? Because the magic is, that is the most incredible mentor post. When you're able to take the knowledge of the place that works and make it transferable to the place that doesn't, you give yourself a breakthrough. And that is a piece of intellectual property based on your own life experiences and your own understanding. And now you've really started understanding for me, for you, for us. You're really starting to understand the Transferable. If you're able to mentor yourself, even through. I get this and I don't get that, but, like, if I give myself this wisdom here, it applies. Just start looking for one piece of wisdom that helped you get further on one mountain that you haven't tried out on the other, and see where you can find the transference. Like, see where you can find the point in common. So that's your coursework for tonight. And this is the other big part. So it's normal to have feelings of guilt or shame or feeling not enough in the areas that we haven't mastered, especially when there's other areas that we've mastered. And people. We expect that people think we should be perfect everywhere. That's the pedestal thing. When you find yourself thinking that someone who's good at one thing needs to be good at everything, that's your pedestal speaking. Because the fact that someone is good at one thing is extraordinary. And so it's not true that we need to be good at everything. That's not true. And the fact is, we become an energetic mismatch for clients when we experience guilt where we're not enough. Because however you treat yourself is how your clients will expect you will think of them. If I am ashamed of me when I'm struggling, how will I possibly give you respect when you are? And anyone who says, yeah, but I don't treat my clients like that, you do. Not to their faces, but under the surface, there's judgments of your clients for sure. As long as you judge yourself, you will judge your clients for sure under the surface. So the kinder you are to yourself, the more committed you are to evolution and growth. For yourself, for you and for your clients, there's a respect that occurs. And it's not about celebrating results that aren't good enough yet, or pretending that it doesn't bother you. It's about respect for your current situation so that you can have respect for their current situation. Respect for where I am, belief for where I'm going, Respect for where you are, belief in where you're going. That's the secret sauce. It's no bs, no. Like, pretending to be excited, pretending like, oh, my gosh, it doesn't matter, don't worry, Like, I'm fine. It's not that. Just like, respect. Like, this is where I am and I respect myself. I know where I'm going. There are things I need to learn. I'm getting mentorship around this, but I respect myself profoundly. And when you come to me with big dreams and you're not there yet. I profoundly respect you on your journey there. It's respect that's missing, not fake belief, not hype. And yeah, you can do this. Not mothering, energy. Respect. Respect is shoulder to shoulder energy. Walk shoulder to shoulder with yourself. Don't put yourself on a pedestal of what you should be. Don't put yourself down where you're not good enough. Walk shoulder to shoulder with yourself as the highest, most powerful version of you who knows what you're capable of and the version of you that's got trauma and who's working through stuff. Walk shoulder to shoulder with yourself. Walk shoulder to shoulder with your clients. Respect and belief in what's possible. That's the frequency of mentorship. Respect and belief. This will take us everywhere. So give this to yourself if you need to. Write yourself a beautiful letter of why you respect yourself and where you can see where you're going. These are all really powerful things we can do for ourselves. The real, real connection to ourselves. You know, people say all the time like, you've got to love yourself. And it's like, yeah, but I'm mad at myself. Okay, can you be mad in respect? I'm disappointed in myself. Can you be disappointed with respect? Respect is the context. So for the rest of this program, respect at an all time high. Respect for you, respect for the industry, respect for your clients, respect for your results, respect for your fears, respect for your problems, respect for your process. Because then you're in an elevated context for everything. This is a problem. I respect it. I'm going to show up for it differently. This is a problem. I think it's stupid. I'm going to show up for it differently. You respect the things that are occurring, you will treat them differently. They will change at a different speed. And that's also not normal. But we're not going for normal. We're going for extraordinary. And in our world, the sky isn't even the limit. I love you. You're beautiful. You smell nice. And I am going to see you again tomorrow. See you soon, Sam. I am a business artist and I have people become wildly successful at their own craft. We are revolutionizing entrepreneurship.
