The Mentor - Day 8

Heather Hales mentors Andrea on balancing duality in business and life. Andrea shares how she scaled her company while wrestling with sadness and success at the same time, exploring what it means to hold complexity as a leader.
Sam.
I am a business artist and I help people become violently successful at their own craft. We are revolutionizing entrepreneurship. Foreign beings of the mentor Today I'm holding a lot very sad because I actually went to see the island yesterday and it just broke my heart completely. I just can't believe it. Like you know in, in Canada where I'm from, there's no natural disasters that it just doesn't really happen. So I've never, I've never seen. The most I'd ever seen was a few years ago. Kevin and I went to Vancouver after a year after forest fires and we were able to see what forest fires could do. But after aftermath this was like honestly so sad. I don't know if any of you have ever had land be devastated by a natural catastrophe but like there's an emotional connection to trees, there's an emotional connection to the earth. There's an emotional connection to the way things were. And when, when they're dead, when they're broken, when they're hurt, there's just such a different energy. And that island has, has been for me such a safe haven. And it's so alive, you know like the, the. There's always wildlife on the island and the trees, a hundred over hundreds of year old white pines. The only place in the area that has these trees like a safe haven for nature. And all of a sudden it was like it was, it was quiet. No birds, no animals, no rummaging in the forest, like completely quiet. And, and the river just screaming is the only is what it felt like. Just like the loudest river I have ever heard cascading all around us and then just stillness and quiet. These huge trees. It's the craziest thing. Like it's the big ones that fell. All the big trees either cracked in half like toothpicks, like little twigs just uprooted. I, I can't, I can't believe it. And we're having the wedding there in two weeks. I have no idea how we're going to make it right. So today's module is about duality. Today's module is about duality because you're going to have things in your life that make you sad and you're going to sometimes even feel embarrassed about your sadness. Like I found myself feeling quite embarrassed about how sad I was about this. I was apologizing to my parents. I'm so sorry that I'm so sad. Like there's things in life that make us sad and they don't really make logical sense. You know, you're just you're sad, and maybe you're sadder than most people would be about something. And then you feel bad and you feel silly and you feel embarrassed, and you feel. And you don't want to tell people how sad you are because it feels like they won't understand. And then you're. There's all kinds of emotions and energetics and all kinds of things around sadness. And how long are you allowed to be sad? For how long are you allowed to be angry? For how long is it allowed to be a big deal? Are you weak if it's a big deal? Are you weak if it's sad? Do people judge you for that? What if they do judge you for that? Do you still love them? Are you still. Can you still love people that don't understand your sadness? Can you still lead people that don't understand your sadness? Can you still lead in sadness? These are all really important questions that I've had to ask myself over the years, because there have been a lot of things that have made me sad. You know, I felt sad. I remember after the year 2020 when I had all my family come over for Christmas. This is one of the earliest things. As soon as we had a $50,000 month, I will never forget this. I was in the pool with my mom, and I just had my first ever $50,000 month. My mom was making about $50,000 a year at her job, and I was making. I just made $50,000 a month. And we were in the pool in the summer, and I had told her, and she was kind of in disbelief. It, like, didn't really make sense to her. But she was on this little pink floaty thing, and I was twirling her around in the pool, and she was kicking her leg up in the air, and we were singing. Money, money, money. Must be funny in a rich woman's world. I was twirling her around. She was laughing, and I was like, what could we do? You know? And she was like, what will you do?
How.
What will you do? And I said, imagine if I invited all of our family from England to come and spend Christmas with us. And I paid for everything, all the flights. I rented the most beautiful log cabins. This is before we owned the log home. We'd only ever been for my birthday.
She was like, don't say these things.
If you're not going to do them.
My heart's too excited to handle it.
And I was like, then let's do it. Why don't we do it? And so it was this Whole thing behind the scenes, like, we're going to invite the Brits over and we're going to have Christmas or New Year's together in these log cabins and it's going to be like out of this world. And so we organized the whole thing and they came over and it was like, honestly, the most beautiful time of my life. I have a video about this time. It was out of this world. The little kids, we did a masquerade ball for New Year's Eve and all the little, you know, three little kids are just running around in their little fancy outfits with their masks on. And it was just, we all just lived together in these big log houses. Like, you know when you put a picture perfect family in your mind, like, it went like that. And then they left and it was like, we're going to do this again soon. That was in January of 2020 when they left and we said, we've got to do this again soon. And then the world shut down. And my feeling when I realized, like, we can't even go see them, they can't come see us. The weddings we had planned were canceled. The weddings we had planned, we couldn't go. Like all of a sudden this like close knit bond we'd created with the family just got completely torn apart. The sadness I felt around that was not normal. I had to like navigate the this. Like I felt like the world had taken something from me. And I'm thinking, everybody has this, Melanie. You've got to get, pull yourself together. Like the whole world has this. I can only imagine all the pregnant women who had to go through not being able to have their moms with them at the hospital. You know, like, you can't, you can only have one person at the hospital if you want your partner and your mother. Like, you can't. The people who, when my grandmother, my grandmother got attacked by a dog, she had to go to the hospital, she broke her hip, we couldn't go visit her at the hospital. Like, how did these things happen? And it made me realize how many things that people have been going through for years. Like things that aren't fair and aren't right and having to walk through all of those dualities. I've had health issues, hernias, things that have had to go to the hospital and lead a call the next day and be like, what do I do? Do I show up? I cancel the call. I be a warrior. What do I do? Back, back in the beginning, I didn't understand self care the way I understand it now. I came out fresh of a double hernia operation. Pushed back my morphine pain medication so I could run a femme fatale call holding a pillow. Like, I can do this. I am a warrior. I'm willing to do what's hard. For those of you who did T Harvekker, I was like the ways of the warrior. I'm a warrior. I act in spite of my mood. I am a warrior. I'm willing to do what's hard. And I'm like, girls were like, rest, I'm okay. Like the things I went through in my, in my mind, like why you know, what's the right thing? It's like you don't know what the right thing is. You don't know if you're allowed to be not well. You don't know if you're allowed. You don't know if there's so much duality. And so duality is like you're going to go through some of the most beautiful times in your life. While you go through some of the hardest times of your life. You're going to go through gratitude at the same time as you go through devastation. I'm so grateful that we were not there that night when it happened. It was my sister in law's bachelorette party. I was safe and sound in a beautiful hotel room in Montreal where nothing happened. Where I could have been in that house with my Lamborghini and Kevin's Cadillac parked outside where the entire trees fell. We could have been walking out of the car when it hit. We could have been driving into the parking lot when it hit. I'm sure this lasted two seconds. All in all it was like that was it. Where could we have been? The house? I don't know how it's possible, but the actual house is untouched. There is not one piece of shrapnel on the porch. Everything happened around the house. It was like someone cast a spell. There isn't even a leaf out of place. The plant pots are still intact. The flowers are untouched. The house was safe. How? And can I be grateful for that? Even though I'm devastated for my trees and for my island and for the wildlife? Can I be sad for my island while I still. I know there are nine people in Ontario that actually lost their lives with trees falling on them? Am I even allowed to be sad for the trees that just died on my island? When people are grieving their family members for the storm, am I allowed. So we get caught in this. Am I allowed to be this sad when that person is that sad? Are we Allowed to be grateful for what's happening in our lives when there's still so much pain in Ukraine, when there's still so much pain in the world, when there's wars happening all over the world? Are we allowed to be grateful that the sanctions have lifted and there's no more masks? Am I grateful that I'm allowed to look at someone's face at the grocery store for the first time in years and see a smile when I know there's still countries that are suffering? Am I allowed? Am I allowed to be grateful for the wealth that I have when I hear a story of a person who's struggling or suffering? Am I allowed? Am I allowed? Am I allowed to be celebrating my greatest month ever when I have a client that's having her worst month ever? Am I allowed to be celebrating that I'm, you know, achieving a life milestone at the same time as a close person near me is struggling? Like you get engaged when someone else is getting divorced or you get pregnant when someone close to you can't conceive. Are you allowed? We struggle with this in our lives, and we have a very hard time doing this one thing that we have not been taught to do, which I've realized is the gateway to our superpower, and it is called both. Both. Can you be happy and sad at the same time? Can you feel strong and weak at the same time? Can you feel grateful and sad? Grateful and scared at the same time? Because the thing is, that is what stretches us on both sides. So what I've come to realize is that there is, like, polarity, magnetism that occurs when you're holding two sides, when you're holding one side, that doesn't stretch you, it pulls you. You can be pulled in the side of joy, you can be pulled in the side of sadness, but if you pull both sides at the same time, you stretch. It's the stretching that grows us every single time. And so a lot of times what I'm seeing is people who do this, like, completely bypassing what isn't working in the world, because they don't want to compromise their joy? I can't talk about that. I can't think about that. Let's not talk about the fact that these bad things are happen. We can't look at that. We can't think of that. Because I don't want to compromise my joy. And then there's other times where people won't talk about the happy thing. I don't want to talk about the happy thing. Because the sad thing is so there. And I'm so sad about the sad thing. And if I talk about the happy thing, it's like I'm not honoring the sad thing somehow. So I can't talk about the happy thing. I'm just sad right now. The key to my growth, my hyper growth, has been the ability to hold happy and sad together, grateful and disappointed together, excited and scared together, ready and not together both at the same time. Because that is where the stretching happens, where you're like, like what is happening to me? If not, you're just pulled in one direction and pulled in the other direction. It's like a ping pong with your emotions. But the stretching where you literally stay in your center and both sides of you are being pulled, that only exists in duality. And so I talk a lot about this in so many different contexts. But in the mentor context, it's the most important because it is literally, you are two sides of the same coin in your life. It's very rare that things are all good, and it's very rare that things are all bad. But we decide what we look at. And you can define people by this person is negative and this person is positive. What does that mean? Is in a world where there is both, they choose only one. A positive person is in the world where there is both, they choose only one. A negative person is in a world where there is both, they choose only one. A person who is powerful can hold it all. I don't care about being positive in my life, I've realized a lot of people will attach manifestation to positivity, the power of the positive mind. It's not about the positive mind. Because a lot of times what people will do to have a positive mind is the most spiritually misaligned thing. They will literally bypass all the pain and suffering on the planet, disconnect from all other things that are happening in order to protect their own positivity. And that actually causes a lot of harm to a lot of people. As mentors, it's actually very important that we can walk this world with people. And when we have the privilege to just cut off and slice off pain, like, I'm not gonna, I don't, I don't want to compromise my, my vibe, so I'm just gonna choose not to think of that. When we utilize that privilege, we take a stand for something that a lot of the world notices. And it's, it's a, it's a stand of separation, which is sad, because later on in life when we need support, we expect that everyone will come to our rescue. We imagine that we're a world together until we need to hold the pain of the world. Then all of a sudden, we want to protect our positivity. So the mentor doesn't protect positivity. The mentor stretches. The mentor doesn't do the spiritual bypassing thing of like, no, no, let us not speak about the suffering of this world. Let's think about the positive, because we don't want to attract bad things. You don't attract bad things because you're not positive. You attract bad things because you let go of the positive. The only thing that attracts the bad stuff is the inability to hold both. When you only look at the sad thing, that's when. So things are hard, things are bad in your life, but things are also beautiful, and you don't want to look at that at all. You have an inability to hold both, and you become a negative person. Then, yeah, there is a lot of negative charge that occurs there. But the power is not to cut off the negativity and focus on the positivity. That has never been. That has never been it. The. It is to be the kind of person that can hold it all. When you can hold it all, there's nothing that you cannot have because you're not fragile. If I'm only able to hold my dreams as long as nothing bad is happening, I'm not gonna be able to hold them for very long. Because what happens when a wind tunnel hits my island and kills half my trees? I can't hold anything anymore. What happens when my partner decides that there's someone else or I'm not the one and moves on? I can't survive. What happens if I have an argument with one of my children and they say something that I'll never forget? They say to me, can't function, can't survive. What happens when my parents complete their life? Can't survive. What happens when a friend isn't a friend anymore? Can't survive. But when I can hold everything, I stretch, I grow. Pain brings us together. So does joy. The goal, I believe, is to become a world that's connected. People that actually hold together and say, I'll never fully understand what it's like to feel it the way you feel it. But I know pain. And in this moment, I feel you. That's a world that holds together. But like, oh, God, please don't tell me. Let's not talk about that, because that's just too sad. And I'm trying to manifest something right now. And so this doesn't really work. We want to be able to hold everything. And so in mentorship, you're going to find yourself edging a little bit in what you're allowed to feel and what you're not allowed to feel and still be a qualified mentor. Imposter syndrome comes in when you're sad or stressed or sad or mad, and I want to remove that for you. Your job is not to never be sad anymore. Your job is not to always be positive. Your job is not to never be upset. Your job is to be able to hold both, to walk with duality. And so when really sad things happen in my life, I don't try to stop the sad thing, but I do focus on something beautiful as well. Where is their beauty, a beautiful sadness? Because the fact is, all the emotions in the spectrum matter. There's just some that feel really good and some that feel really bad. And so if we cut emotions off because they feel bad to us, that cuts off our power. I'm only willing to do what I want. I'm only willing to do what feels good to me. Limits your life and what you're available for. The more power, the more responsibility, the more potential there is for bad feelings and good feelings. Fame, fortune. Those come with amazing things. They also come. The flip side is incredible. It also comes with a flip side. Having children, having a great relationship with your family, having a great relationship with your parents has a flip side. When they go, it's devastating. A terrible relationship with your parents. And they go, I've had so many people be like, yeah, well, one thing. I've literally had someone tell me. One thing I'm grateful for is that I never got along with my parents, because I know a lot of people are really sad when they. When they complete their lives. And I'm actually fine. And I was like, I don't know that I would have made that switch. I don't know that I would have made that exchange. That doesn't. But there's a flip side. If you're not close to them when they pass, it hurts less. If you are close to them when they pass, it hurts more. There's a flip side. If you're in love and it ends, it hurts. If you're not in love, then it doesn't end. But that hurts in a different way. Everything has a flip side. And so it's our job to be able to hold everything and process what that looks like so you can lead through sadness. If you lead with sadness, there are so many lessons in it. I call it a Beautiful sadness. A beautiful sadness is how I know I'm in alignment. And I often am able now to write where I couldn't before. I found a gateway to my emotions through writing. I'm heartbroken about this land, but there's something so beautiful about that sadness that someone is crying for those trees. I'm grateful that I'm the owner of this island because the amount of devastation that occurred in order to rebuild this island cost a lot of resources. And I don't know if anyone else would have been able to take care of it the way I'm going to. Just taking the trees away is going to cost a lot of money. Like, reorganizing the land is going to cost a lot of money. Like, this land will be honored. I'm going to figure out a way to make it heal beautifully. I'm going to take care of it. So many trees fall in the forest with no one to grieve them. Mine will be loved. There's something beautiful about that. There's something beautiful about sadness when you actually hold it. If you just look at the sadness and look away from it, there's nothing other than that. But beyond sadness, there's beauty, if you're willing to hold it. And then we become deep people, people who can actually feel and think. Wise people. Wisdom, a lot of wisdom comes with pain and sadness. If you're willing to hold it, if you're willing to be with it, if you're willing to actually be, like, on the other side of this pain, is there something else for me? And so often people will say, like, what's the reason? Like, what? Why would this happen? In whatever situation, whether it's a loss, a tragic event, like, why? Why did this happen? People say everything happens for a reason. Like, when those things happen, that's the worst thing you can say to someone. What would be the reason? Why would anybody do this? What's the reason? But instead, it's like, if this happens, then how do I lead myself through it? Like, now what? Because that's the mentorship angle. If this is happening for me, then what do I do next? If this was put on my path for me, then what do I do next? If this was. If this was the universe playing the next chess piece, then what's my move? And in mentorship, when you're living life with that amount of intentionality, there's no limit to what you can create. And it doesn't mean that you are not sad. It's that you're powerful in your sadness. You're Powerful in your joy. You're powerful in your sadness. You're powerful in your disappointment. You. You can feel. I feel things so deeply, and I always have. For a long time, I thought that was very wrong with me. I thought that there was something that wasn't right with me because my. My emotions were just more things that made me happy, made me happier than most people around me. Like, the amount of excitement I could feel about something where people were like, okay, calm down. It's great, but, like, you were way too excited. Like, what if it doesn't happen? And I was like, but then when sadness came, it was like, get a breathe. It's okay. Like, don't worry about it. Like, stop. You've got to stop thinking about it. You've got to stop. And I was like, I can't. I can't. I thought, there's something wrong with me for the longest time until I realized it's my superpower. You. When you're in my life and you go through something beautiful, I will feel it with you. When you go and you're in my life and you feel something bad, I will feel it with you. And that's my superpower as long as I don't lose myself and I stay empowered in my emotions. And that is what happens when I hold both sides at the same time. The sadness will pull you away like a freight train. Like you're holding on to the side of a train. It will just take you right out. And the joy will do the same thing. Hold on to the happy train. It'll drive you away. But if you hold both sides and you stay grounded in your power, it will stretch you. So there's nothing wrong with being sad. There's nothing terrifying about being happy. And even if it potentially could go wrong, as long as you hold the flip side and you're willing to stand strong in your center, no matter what. And so we have a share today that I think is, like, the perfect mentoring conversation, and it is with Andrea, and she has. She has been taking the world by storm here these last few weeks, months. It's been kind of next level. And for a lot of us, when we hear stories like this, we're like, oh, my gosh, if I was to have that happen to me, I'd just be. And we put a projection of whatever we would feel if this were us. This is going to be very fun for you to see that there are feelings all the way. So, Andrea, hello. Hello. How are you feeling?
Hi. First of all, I am so honored to be Here today with you and with everyone in this really magical day where we get to create in duality and even extend in this field where we are at all and beyond it. I'm so grateful. This is such a beautiful day to be here.
I'm so happy. I would love for us to share. Okay, let's put some context onto this. When did you join the afe? I'm trying to remember. It was last year. In.
It was the beginning, I think, of last year. Well, I think it was February, April.
Okay. And so when you joined the afe, what was your business situation?
Yes, I was doing practice as a doctor. I had a private, private practice and I was considering unifying all of my life and really stepping boldly into my soul's mission and having that done, you know, just on the Internet for the whole world to see, just going big and bold. And I wasn't quite sure how that was going to happen.
Okay, so that's like basically a year ago, more or less. And so at that point, what would have been your biggest month ever? Ever?
Oh my gosh. I mean. Well, I just had a $299,000 day and that would have been my year at most if, you know, considering if overhead had me actually be able to receive that money. Right. Overhead and student loans and all kinds of things.
So recently, in the last few days, you have just had a $299,000 day.
Yes.
And a year ago, if the profit was 299, that would have been mind blowing. Now you make in a day what you almost made in a year.
Yes.
So when we're looking at 299, we're looking at like 20 to $25,000 a month. That was like the range, let's say last year in your practice.
Yes.
Do you remember when your first six figure month was?
Yes.
When was that?
Let's see, let's see. So I believe that was October.
So in October, the first six figure month comes and what was your feeling when you hit it? Was it like, I'm going to do this again forever, it's so easy. Or were you like, I hope I can do it again? Like, what was your feeling around the first six figure month? Do you remember?
I thought it was a fluke, of course.
Like, this is a. How did I never do that again? Okay, so when did you do the next six figure month? November and then December and then. Okay, so the fluke continued in the. In a good direction.
Yes.
And then you started also doing private work with Cassie.
Yes.
Yeah. And then now Last month you had a record month.
Yes.
What did you finish your month with?
Last month it was over 500,000.
So when you said that in Unity, I think all the girls almost fainted because it was like. How, how did you. What? Wait, what? Like you. We came in from 100,000 to 500 very fast. Right. It was like, it was very. And this was cash, not sales. It was 500,000. And so do you remember what you said to me when you had that month? You said this was a. Luke. Luke. And so where are we at now for this month?
So we're almost at a million.
And so then what does your mind tell you about this month?
Of course it's a fluke.
Of course it's a fluke.
Right.
So the first hundred thousand was a fluke and the first five hundred thousand was a fluke. And then now this month is a fluke because of course it makes perfect sense.
I'm shaking so much because I wasn't sure even if I wanted to bring it on because I celebrate privately with my love. We have the most beautiful, the most blissful life and we're building such beautiful things and I get to celebrate that privately. But you know, the mind wants to justify and say, well, this month was different. This only happened because I was about to raise my prices and my current clients wanted to then lock in the current prices. And so they all just came in in a big influx of cash for the business.
And so play a game with everyone on here. Who here would have a million dollar month if all their clients decided to continue? Would it just be like that? You just have a million dollar month because your clients decided to keep going with you? Look. Nope, nope, nope, nope, nope, nope. Something that our mind does to us. And the reason it does this is to try to avoid disappointment. So when you have something that's as big as a million dollar month on the horizon, like you were very close, you just had a $299,000 day and your, your month was already going very well. And so we are getting very close to that million. Like we're very, very, very, very, very close to a million. And the brain wants to hang on to the tr. The bad direction so that you can just be like, I'm expecting that this will never happen again. Because then if I expect it's going to happen again and it does, I'm going to be disappointed. But if I expect that it won't, then if it doesn't, I'll be able to say, I knew it. Right now, here's the thing. Who would love it if Andrea was making. What's the best way to pronounce your name, by the way? Is that Andrea? Andrea.
Oh, my gosh. Thank you so much for asking it. You know, I've had an international life in so many different places. It's been different ways, but I was born in Brazil, and there I was named Andrea Grundy.
That is beautiful. Okay, so Andrea is all about, you know, protecting her heart right now and protecting other people from thinking that she's fabulous? Because can you imagine how disappointed we'd be if we found out last month that she's not fabulous, that it was a fluke, and that a million dollar month was an accident and we had nothing to get excited about? She's just a normal person. So she's protecting us. She's being very nice to us. And so what would happen if instead of protecting that, she came on and was like, I am freaking out. I'm about to have a million dollar month. These are some of the things I'm going through. These are some of the things that I'm thinking. These are some of the things that I've realized. Who would love to follow her on social media if she was sharing some of that? Right. And so when you think about the mentor energy, a lot of the times there's this feeling like I have to.
Be.
Perfect or I need to be certain before I can mentor. But that's not true because you can mentor uncertainty, and you can mentor uncertainty, especially for people experiencing uncertainty. So if you were to, like, really tap into your feelings and your protection, because you are a very. If there's something that I've learned about you in the short time that I've known you is like, you care so much about people's experience, their feelings around you, how they feel. Like, what is it that you're most wanting to protect? Can you tell?
Yes. Yes. I have guarded my heart so much in this work because I truly wanted it to be for the highest good of all. And it's funny that we're talking about duality today, because this month has also been the month where I was sobbing inside of Unity and all of Unity was holding space for me, as there was a very difficult situation where all my worst fears came true, where an old person in my life was using my work and not in the. In the highest good of all framework, and then navigating through that, having my heart completely broken, not only for the copying and, you know, and I have a lot to say about that, but just because of the work that I do, there is a big impact, there is a big ripple effect of the fields of consciousness that we are. And so if we're flowing that and it's not clear and it's not unified, there is a big ripple. And that completely broke my heart.
And so can do you see after this conversation of today how powerful it is to be able to hold that amount of pain and still hold on to the celebration with your loved ones behind the scenes and celebrate? Because you could have completely disconnected from everything good and just focused on all the bad.
That's right.
But because you held both, you got stretched at hyperspeed. Like very rarely does someone go from a $500,000 a month to a million dollar month. Right. Like that just plus the 5 came fast. 5 million like that is a hyper stretch.
Yes.
So it takes a lot of duality to hold that amount of duality, you know. But here's the thing. And this is where I really believe the universe has got, has got us and God has got us. Can you imagine if you would have had the million dollar month and the month after this would have happened? Then there's the fear of losing the million dollar month.
Right.
But the fact that you were given the opportunity to have a million dollar month while this was happening has given you something that you never would have known. That you have this certainty that people cannot break you or your business. It's not possible. Even if your worst fear comes true.
Yeah.
You're still a match for a million dollar month. That is a gift.
I'm gonna start crying right now. Yeah, yeah. And how it has truly. I see evidence for it every day. It has truly worked for the highest good of all, even of that person, which is what I wanted. You know, it's not a, okay, you did this. You were a bad person. Let's, you know, whatever that. It's not like that at all. I actually was in a position of how do I navigate this? Because I truly, truly desire the highest good of all. And I do want this to be an expansion and an overflow of what we've created, what we get to create in such bliss.
And you see for me when I hear you say that, and I'm sure the people listening here are going to be able to completely see like there's a level of power in that that if you hadn't mastered, you probably wouldn't have hit that million dollar month if it would have happened. And you would have gone into like self righteousness and anger and ugliness. It, you would not have been ready. But the fact that you're a person who can hold a million dollar a month business, even when your heart is shattered, even when bad things are happening, even when your worst nightmares are coming true, the universe can say, give her. Give her the success because she can hold it through pain. This is good for her. This is good for her clients. This is good for the world because she can hold it. She can hold it. And the pain when we're only able to hold a million dollar month as long as everything is going well, but when we're able to hold a million dollar month, no matter what, give it to her. If she can hold it even when it's hard, give it to her. And so now, although you have held this duality so beautifully, there has been, and I noticed in the way that you wrote your post in here, when it was like, okay, it was like, I have not even told my mentors how close I have $2 million. And what was it that, that held you back from celebrating outside of your bubble? Like, what was the feeling of like.
Part of it is wanting to make sure. I am not sure. I think part of it is people see my bliss and they ask me all the time how it is that I can hold it, how it is that I can be it. And I think part of me is also trying to protect myself from answering the how question. You know, how to hold a bliss, how to make this money. It's like, well, it's an overflow of who we are. And we get to create for the highest good of all. We get to create infinite things. There are no limits. And even with my mentors who have created an even more expensive and even more beautiful place in the mountain, right? It's still, do I get you? Do I get to really celebrate this publicly and have it be from a place where people will see that it is bliss? I see celebrations where I see the duality in them. I see where they are perhaps wanting to be at a certain stage in the mountain, but are still very much immersed in the how. And I would love to, when I come out and celebrate, I would love to, as the projector that I am, to be seen for the fullness of the actual bliss, that it's not only about the money, it's really about who we are and what we create and what we overflow and the beautiful ripple effect that money creates.
So who thinks this, this conversation could change the entire course of the industry? If Andrea said it publicly, like, if she decided to actually say that instead of Nothing. I think it would change the course of the industry. I think that whenever you have the intuition to be silent because you're afraid of what people will think of your words, say more words. Don't just celebrate. Give the entire speech you just gave. Talk about how you've been holding on to a celebration for a very good reason. And here's the reason that when you do celebrate, you don't want people to see just the money. You want people to see that in a life of bliss, wealth is available and that you would prefer to protect the bliss than to have a public celebration because it could very rapidly be taken down by people bypassing the bliss to access the money and you're not available for that. That the work that you do is money and bliss or none of it. And you would rather not talk about the bliss or the money rather than to talk about just the money. And people misunderstand your mission on this planet. And you've often been silent. But no more. But from this point forward, people are interested in learning from you. May they be sure that they come for the money and the bliss, or don't come at all. I think you have the power to change the trajectory of the entire industry with this conversation because there are so many people that are just choosing their mentors for the money over and over and over again. People are just choosing their mentors for the money, but you don't do that. And that's also something that you're able to talk about. You know, you chose for a feeling.
I did.
And so you talk about why you chose your mentors. You talk about why you desire to be chosen. You talk about the real work that you do. You talk about it's a package deal for you. You know, blissful and wealthy, or none of it. It's a package deal. Don't just come for me. Don't just come to me for the money. And I'll know. I'll know when you just come to me for the money. Because. Because literally, this is the thing about you, is that you literally are. You play in the field of energetics. Like, you can tell a person's frequency when they open their mouth. You know why they're there.
Yes.
So if you trust in your power, I think the most important thing for you is to create very beautiful ways that people come into your world. You know, like, there's got to be an application form where you ask specific questions. Maybe they have to answer them vocally for you so that you. You get it. Tell me why you're Coming to me. What are you choosing me for? What's your vision? You'll feel it right away. You'll feel it in your body right away for you. And your projector is not. There's an intuition, there's a feeling like this person isn't here for the right reasons. Maybe you can move them to one of your programs or maybe you can move them to one of your things. But I think your job, for this to not be a fluke, is to not be silent about the success and to also not just talk about the success, but to talk about the whole story. The whole story?
Yes. There is so much to the whole story. And it's true. I've kept it just very sacred and very private. I mean, my love and I have the most blissful relationship. It's just. If I were to try to describe it, I couldn't. Just that I didn't know what love was until I got to experience it overflowing from me to him and for him to me. And what we're creating together, the conversations we have, the mornings we have, the meditations we do together, the channeling we do together, that we just got a home just right on the water for the summer because we, we could, we could be anywhere and then we wanted to be just right by the ocean when we have this private beach where we'll go for walks together and we watch the sunset together. And there, there is so much that, that I guess I, I haven't shared. And you know, this all has been there before. The money and even the, the. The six figure months. I built that without a team and it all happened very quickly. And now I do have a team and there is a new level where I get to experience a new level of relaxation in my body. My whole field is just wide open for this goodness, for these next level creations to come through. And I just overflow with gratitude. And I do want to overflow that to the world. And it's true. If you look at my profiles, there's hardly any posts there because a lot of it has come through the referrals, some of it on my email or stories. But having this conversation with you has me realize that I am ready to show more. I am ready to be more visible in my life, in this bliss, in this creation that we all get to have. There is nothing special about me. There is nothing that. I mean, we're all expressions of the divine. We're all here in our own unique, blissful creations. And I would love the world to get to have days like, like, like, I get to experience. And so if that means then I get to be more visible and be more vocal, I am very much accepting this mentorship and I will actually continue to show up in all of these ways inside our mentorship, inside my mentorship with Cassie and then in the world as a mentor myself.
Yes. This is so good. This is so good. And you will see when you allow yourself to keep talking, it won't feel like a hit or miss. It'll feel like a storyline, an unfolding of a longer term. When it's like, I'm holding on to this month and I'll see what happens. Instead of opening it up to, like, let me, let me have an ebb and flow during this month that ripples effortlessly into the next month. And then the next month has an ebb and flow that ripples effortlessly into the next month. You're also going to have more of a pleasant experience for yourself and you get to tell people you choose me for all or you don't. There are, there are people who are so excited to just talk about the money. I am not one of those people. If you don't choose me for the heart, the soul and the money, then don't choose me. Like, you get to this, you are at that point now where you're not even gonna. It won't even hurt you to do that. It'll just do better for you to do that and you get to protect your work and you get to be clear about what you want. But that being vocal about that will actually do better for you. I don't think this is a fluke.
I love your face. I just.
So cute.
I can't handle it. Yes, yes, I accept that. I receive that. Yes. It is not a fluke. It is not a fluke.
It is not a fluke. This is the beginning of the greatest career and a lot of changed people. I love you. You're awesome.
I love you so much.
Everybody keep your eye on Andrea because she's going to be creating some pretty amazing things. I have a feeling. Keep your eyes on. I love you.
I love you. And I love everyone here. Thank you for being here on this beautiful day.
So I'm going to wrap this up for us all because I really do feel this was like the perfect example of duality. It's like you can be literally having a million dollar month and have half of you tell you it's a fluke. You can, you can have a six figure month and you, you tell yourself it's a fluke. And then you do it again and you're like, it's probably still a fluke. Then you do it again and you're like, it's probably still a fluke. And then you do it again. You're like, it's probably still a fluke. Then you have five times that amount. And you're like, oh, but that's a fluke. And then the universe is like, are you kidding me? God's like, still a fluke. I've given you five of that one, and now I've done five times this amount. It's a fluke. Okay, here, have a million dollar month. Well, that's probably a fluke. For the love of all things, at what point do you believe that you've done this? Right? At what point do you believe this is yours? And so it's like our. There's also a humble piece. And one of the big parts, one of the big things about Andrea that I love more than anything is her humble heart. Like the way she smiles, the way she laughs, the way she is. Like, there's something about her that you can just tell. Like, it's pure. It's so pure. It's so pure. And so there's something scary about owning something really big and being seen in a way that you're not. World does put people on pedestals, and the world does put people in boxes, and the people just decide who you are when you're wealthy. And that's scary for a pure heart. It's like, I don't want to be misunderstood. I'd rather be invisible than misunderstood. But in mentorship, you're going to be misunderstood when you're ahead of your time. And so be clear. Choose more words rather than less. Craft the understanding of you rather than pull yourself away. Because when you have a frequency that the world needs and you hide it, everyone has less for that. When you have a frequency and you're brave enough to bring it forward, the whole world is blessed by that. And so I know that on, on some level, so many people will relate to this conversation, even if it's that you had your first 10k month and you're like, maybe it's a fluke. You may be telling yourself that when you're having million dollar months, you might as well embrace it now. You might as well find a way to speak about what it is that you. That you desire. But I think the most important thing, and I'm going to make this caveat, this note, so important, I want. There's one thing that she said Is the one thing she's trying to protect herself from is the influx of people who message her to ask her how she did it. So we're going to have. I broke up. I'm going to say it again. One thing that I ask and I ask everyone this like hand on heart is to have a lot of respect for Andrea because what she said to all of us is her one reason for hiding her almost million dollar month is the fear that people would go and try to take from her by asking, how did you do this? How did you do this? Which we've talked about in the mentor program. It's not the vibe, it's not the question. It's a huge responsibility to receive that question. And it's like it's not the right question. Right. And for projectors, it's very much on her energy. She's got limited energy to create everything that she's done. So respect for her. If you admire what she's done, you can send her love, you can follow her, you can watch her stuff, you can purchase her stuff, you can, you know, do all the things people do with a mentor. But if you're only at the how did you do it? Stage, keep watching. Just don't be one of the people she was running from. Have the wherewithal to have that discernment. Because this was a two sided mentorship conversation. You got to see what people are actually afraid of. We're afraid of that influx of questions that aren't right to answer. And so when you're still in that phase in your body where that how is still the question. Keep listening and let's honor the hearts of the people who are willing to compromise their growth to not feel overwhelmed. Right. Like a willing to be invisible rather than to be used. How important is that for us to see and for us to know, like for all success. So important like the of I'm using you for your not your money. I'm using you for your mind. I'm using you. There's an energy about that. And so we were able to see the flip side of like, I live such a blissful life and I've been able to do this without any of that. I don't want it and I'd rather hide than track that. So we've learned two things. One, how to, how to break through from that, from that. And the other thing, like sometimes I might be taking part in this fear that a lot of the mentors have and I'm not even realizing I'm taking part of that. And so it's a double edged thing. And if ever, and this is something for me, like we talked about this with Delphin yesterday, when someone does ask, how did you do it? It's a beautiful way to answer that question, I think is like I recognized for myself that that was not the right question. I learned to ask different questions, better questions. I tried things and failed. I tried things and succeeded. I did long term vision work. Both of you are meant like you did a year of afe, a long term container with Cassie, a long term container. Like a year in unity. Like these are long term yeses. You went for the long term, not the short term. You didn't go for how. You went for the discussions and calibration. You understand energetics. That's a good answer. How did you do it? I didn't focus on the how, I focused on who, who I would become who I hung out with, who I chose who. Long term discussions, long term conversations. And I got out of the short term asking how because I know where that comes from. Like you get to actually share that with people and it will heal them in the process. And you can also get to ask your team to support you in that because having your team in the inbox that have a very well crafted response to that question also helps. But it is my intention that none of those questions come from women from this program. Okay. If you want to know how, you go and you listen, you learn, you watch. But that's not. Because the thing is that question is never an energetic match for a complete answer. You can't ask someone how and they answer it. That's why that question is so heavy. It's like, oh yeah, let me tell you, an entire life's work in two seconds. Like, it doesn't, it doesn't happen. So it's putting someone on the spot asking them a question that they have no answer to. And then their value in that moment is like, am I a bad coach? Am I a bad person? Am I about this because I can't answer this question that I wasn't meant to ask answer in the first place. So I want to thank you so much for this interaction. I love you. You're beautiful. This module just flew by so fast. So the most important thing for you to look at I think today is what duality do you need to hold in your life? Where do you see yourself actually having two complete opposite experiences? Like the million dollar month with the fear of being seen. The million dollar month with your greatest fear ever coming true. Like, whoa, where in your life is there duality where you might lose yourself in one, not let yourself feel the sad thing because you don't want to lose the good thing or not letting yourself feel the good thing because it feels like the sad thing's taking over. And what would happen if you held on to both and let it stretch you? And you're more than welcome to share with us in the group what you're going through, what your dualities are right now. The more you can hold on to both, the stronger you become. Thank you so, so, so, so, so, so much for being here with me, with us. Thank you so much, Dr. Andrea, for a beautiful conversation. I love you all. You're beautiful, you smell nice. And I will see you tomorrow for another module.
