I am the one. It. Hello, extraordinary human being of I Am the One master class. Wow, this is really exciting. There are so many of you live with me here on Zoom. We also have a bunch of people that are watching directly streamed on Facebook. Thank you for being here. So many lady. Gonna scroll through and look at all your faces. How many people I know and love. How many new faces I've never seen before. Wow. Quite spectacular. Wow, wow, wow. Thank you for being here. This is extraordinary. Today's masterclass is a key, huge deal for me, for you, for us. And before I start, I want to take a second to speak with you, especially if I've never, never done a masterclass with me before. So out of curiosity, who here is here for the first time? You've never actually done a masterclass with me before. Let me see. First time for Oz. Whoa. There's so many. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Was not expecting that. That's awesome. Wow. Well, welcome and thank you so much for being here. I'm so excited. So I want to talk to you today about a few special things, because to run a masterclass like this is actually a terrifying thing. Out of curiosity, who here did the exercise? I had done a Facebook Live and I suggested some identity work that you might look at yourself in the mirror and try to practice saying, I am the one. For those of you who've tried it, we're going to have opportunities to do it later in the course anyway, so it's okay. But just for the people who did it, what was the feeling? How many tries did it take you before you actually felt it? Like the first time you tried, with all of your power, did you realize it was like, that's not as easy as I thought. So for those of you who didn't catch me saying that, what I asked and what I suggested, and I think this would be a really cool way to start the masterclass for everyone is to, even before the five days, start to see how it feels to say the words, I am the one. To look at yourself in the mirror, to look at yourself in a camera. Even more like to film yourself, look at yourself and really say it, own it, claim it, I am the one. And see how many attempts it takes you to say it. And if you really want to take this to the next level, film yourself saying it in the room when there's someone with you. Because it's one thing to do it when you're alone and there's nobody watching. But what if your kids were in the room? What if your sister was in the room. What if your partner was in the room? Could you still do it? So if it was easy for you to do it alone, I'd love for you to try to do it. There's someone else in the room. Want to know how I found out how hard it is to say that sentence? When we did the logo animation, I had to whisper, I am the one. And I couldn't get through it without crying when it. When it really mattered, when it was going to be recorded. I was so emotional. And we got it out. And then there was this intuition inside of the masterclass animation where I actually say, I am the one. And just trying to say that in my living room with Kevin next to me was the hardest thing. It's like, who the heck am I to say words like that? Who? Like what? It was not an easy thing to do. This masterclass is a huge masterclass for all of us because the reclamation of this sentence changes our life. And it's not something that you just do once and it takes you through the rest of your life. This is identity work that you're going to be able to do for the rest of your life. This is such a huge piece of work. And I can tell you, I work with women now that make $100,000, $200,000, 4, 5, 6, $700,000 a month, and still they have moments of like, who the heck am I to. This is work that we continuously work on. It is not something that you do once and it disappears. As a matter of fact, the more successful you get, the question gets even louder in your head. At the beginning, it's like, who am I to dream? And then one day it's, who am I to actually be? Can I. This is so big. It's evolution and growth over a lifetime. Not a quick fix, not something that you do once, but something that you commit to and that you. You devote yourself to. I am the one is a devotion. It is something that you claim for yourself and then practice believing in for the rest of your life. So this is such a beautiful day because as you look back on your life years from now, you may be able to pinpoint the moment you claimed this, the way it changed your life forever, and the way you started treating yourself entirely different from this point forward, from this conversation, in this five days. I have big goals for all of us. For me, for you, for us. There's. I've got a big intention. I would tell you the biggest intention I have for you during our time together is that by the End of these five days, you truly believe that there is no greater force on Earth than you. If you wonder if there's something that can be done, you realize who you are. And the question is, like, who else? If you wish there's something you could do in your life, you'd be like, well, that I need to just do it, because I'm the one. I want to give you the sense of ownership of your life that is so powerful that you just take it all, just take it all back. Everything you've ever given away, any. Any power you've ever given away to anybody else, any, anytime you've been smaller to appease someone, anytime you've not said the big thing out of fear, all that, like, we're just going to reclaim our power inside of this masterclass. Because my belief is if the 2000 people who are in this course, like 16, 1700 people that are in this course right now, walk into the world with the power I know is possible, there will be a jolt so powerful the world will feel it. Because we go first and the universe responds. What happens when so many of us go first at once? It creates a shift. We often wonder, who am I to make this difference? Who am I to make this difference? But the beautiful thing is when we come together and we all make a difference together, and we all raise the bar at the same time, there's a collective magic, a collective pulse in the universe that's just stronger because of the way we decided to show up. And my intention is that we create a ripple in this next five days that changes the course of. Of many things on this planet. It takes one moment to change your life. It's this one yes, this one, or this one no. In this one moment, there's a big yes to reclaim. In these five days, I want life to feel like an opportunity for you. Because if you honestly understand the power you have being you, the whole world is your oyster. You come out of this, you understand that there is no other person that can do the things that you can do but you. And the time is now. What is there to stop you? So we have got some processes we are going to walk through. We are going to do identity work as people, identity work in our closer vicinity, family and friends, identity work in our goals and our dreams. And then we are going to grow it until we are standing so strong on our knowing that we're able to touch that moment of unshakable. And that moment of unshakable is necessary just to. Just to know it's There doesn't mean that there isn't going to be doubt in your life, and it doesn't mean that you're not going to wonder sometimes if you can hold it, if you can still do it. But when you know there's that. That energy inside of you and just changing my rings realize I had them on the wrong hands. When you realize this energy inside of you is there, tapping to it is so much easier. Now. If you have never been in my world before for a paid program, this is the first time that you were really here with me. I'm going to take. I'm going to take some time where I don't usually take time to do this in masterclasses, but I'm going to take time to share a story with you that really matters to me. It matters because it's part of how the branding was made for this. I am the one masterclass, and it is the reason that I am who I am. And you may realize as I tell you this story that it is so incredibly simple and that anyone can have a story like this if they show up for it. But I want to share with you my story and I'm very nervous about it. And I also want to tell you something super vulnerable. And I don't think I actually have tissue, Kevin, if you are able to get me some, that would be really great. Thank you for loving me. I love you so much. I want to share the real stuff with you. Oh, thank you. Thank you. I want to share the real stuff with you because I think a lot of times we see so much success out there and we imagine that in order to be successful, we're going to need to be someone else because it's not possible that with what we've got, we could create something so epic. I thought that I watched people with big, successful stories and I thought, what is missing for me, like, I don't even know where to start. It seems like it's so. They're so incredible. How would I ever become so incredible? I would have to be that incredible before anything would change. And I don't know how to be incredible. So I guess my goose is cooked. But the truth is, you become incredible and successful and powerful all at the same time on the way. But you've got to decide first that you're the one. And I want to take you through a story of how I made that decision for me. And I am emotional because. And I'm going to share something super vulnerable in this masterclass. I have struggled with depression and anxiety in my life. And I remember the first time I ever found out this was a real thing, because I had struggled with it in silence most of my life. And I always felt very ashamed of the outbursts it would create for me. And I remember this. In 2013, I broke up with the partner that was just not right for me. And it had been years. We'd been seven years together, and I'd been trying to leave, and I couldn't. And I finally found the courage to leave. And it wasn't very long after I left that he moved on. And I wasn't ready for him to do that. You know, I was ready to break up, but I wasn't ready for him to move on. So I started getting panic attacks, but very violent panic attacks that were very debilitating for me. And I, at that point, had a 100% commission sales job. So all the money that came into my life came from my ability to sell, to perform, to connect with people. Like it all came from that. So all of a sudden, I am a human repellent. Is the only way I can explain it. Everything I've ever managed to do in my life all of a sudden isn't working anymore. Basic stuff, just showing up and saying the things that I'd always said. People weren't coming. I used to have to just stand in a store and do a live demonstration. People loved it. I'd gather 100 people in front of me and they'd buy all my stuff, and it was so great. And in a second, no one would come near me anymore. I was doing the same things, and they weren't working anymore, and the money in my account was dwindling. And the second I thought of what was going on in my life, like a dark cloud came over me. I couldn't breathe. And then I couldn't make money. And I'll never forget the first night I could not pay for my hotel bill. And I had to sleep in my car. I had to sit in the. Sleep in the front seat of my Honda Civic in the parking lot of the store I was working in. And I felt so embarrassed, and I felt so ashamed. And this one time, it hit me so hard, this panic attack. I thought I was going to die like I thought I was having a heart attack in my car. I went to the doctors. They kept me overnight one night, and they said they gave me depression medication. And I stared at the bottle for the longest time, and something told me not to take it. I don't know why I'm not Against any. I'm not against it. But for me, when I hold. I held the bottle and I saw my name on the label and everything in my body was like, do not take this. But I was struggling so much on the inside. It would have helped regulate what was going on, but I could not take it. There was just something pulling me not to take the medication. I kept it in the car and I looked at it for a very long time. I never took the medication. I had a very difficult few weeks in the cold of winter. We are in the month now. Like this is. It is exactly now, nine years ago that this was happening in my life. Exactly now. Month of February and it was snowing and I'm sleeping in the front seat of this Honda Civic. I'm at odds with my family at the time. I'm brokenhearted. I've got this depression medication in my hands. I can't do the job I've always done. And I really can't tell what the point is anymore. I don't know if any of you have had moments like this and seeing a few people who do relate and who've been here before, maybe not to the point where they had to sleep in their car, but the feelings are recognizable, right? And I just remember thinking to myself, like, I don't even think anyone would notice if I was gone. I don't even think if something bad happened that anyone would even know. So for a couple of nights I had some sad thoughts. And one night they turned into scary thoughts. Now I want to give you a trigger warning. I'm going to tell you a story that's jarring. So if you want to pop off for like seven minutes and come back, you'll miss the worst of it. If you want to sit with me through this, I'm going to. I'm going to share something that's triggering with you. So I'm sitting in my car and this one night, it just felt like too scary to stay there. My thoughts were running away with me and I just needed to move. So I moved my car and I parked it in the parking lot of a hotel. I fell asleep there. And in the middle of the night, around 4 or 5 o' clock in the morning, I started feeling really uncomfortable, like something was wrong. And at that time, it's so funny because I still use them. I have them here on the floor, but I have these great wipes. Kevin, do you want to come grab them for me? Kevin's going to help me out today with my prop master. I actually wash Oh, I have some more. Thank you. This is what I used to wash my face with. I had actually really bad skin at the time also. And they helped with my acne, but they were like my refreshing little towelettes when I didn't have a hotel. And I used to wash my face with these. Just the smell of them brings me right back. And I use them now because. Because of the smell. So I woke up, I took one of these out, and I just washed my face with it. And when I was done, I was looking at myself in the mirror. I closed the mirror, and I heard a crash. It sounded like someone had just thrown something out of a glass window. Like a. The visual I got was like someone threw a patio chair out of a patio door. And I looked up and there was someone falling from the sky. And she just fell three feet in front of my car. And it was me in my car. And it happened in such slow motion, I thought I could have ran out of the car and caught her. That's how slow it happened in my mind. And she, she fell. And the paramedics came and they tried to revive her right there in front of me in the dark. I'm sitting in my car, and they weren't able to revive her. They took her to the hospital. She passed. I sat there in my car for the longest time, and I could not move. And I hadn't spoken to my dad in weeks. And all of a sudden he called me and he asked what I was up to. And I could barely talk. And I answered the phone because I needed to talk. And the person I had been talking to every day for seven years could not talk to him anymore. So I answered the phone and I told my dad what happened Now. First question he asked me was, what were you doing in the parking lot? And I said, well, I had to work. And I had like, I, I, I'm in the hotel. I just had to go to the, the car. And anyway, he said, go to the front desk. They must have a trauma person on, on site when this stuff happens. They bring a trauma person. So I told the woman at the front of the hotel that I was there when it happened, and I saw it. And they sent someone into my car and sat in the front seat with me. And although this woman did give me some really great insight, the weirdest thing happened. She said to me, I have a very strange feeling. I need to connect you with somebody. She gave me this card. On the card was just a name, like 2T, something with a phone number and address. And she said, this woman, she is a spiritual healer, and I have a feeling she might be good for you. So goodness knows what I said to her in that car, but she felt she needed to connect me to this woman. It was a hundred dollars a session. I had no money. I hadn't eaten in days. Like there was no way I could afford this hundred dollar session. So I took myself back to the parking lot, gathered my strength, and went to work. And I could not sell for the life of me, every night I had the same reoccurring nightmare. I couldn't sleep. So I was making such little money that when a paycheck came in, it was like I had to choose whether I was going to eat or put gas in my car or go and see this woman. And I took the money that I made and I went and saw this woman. I arrived at an apartment, she was moving. She said, I'm so sorry, my house is chaos. I'm going to have to do the session in my bedroom. At this point, I don't believe in any of the woo woo stuff, but something tells me I got to be there. So I sit on the edge of her bed, and she sits on a chair in front of me, and she says, I can tell that you don't believe in this stuff, so I'm just going to tell you things that I can see until you feel comfortable. And she starts telling me things about my life and my siblings and my parents that it would be impossible for her to know unless she knew me. At this point, I have zero social media presence whatsoever. It is. No, it is impossible that she knows me. And at a point, I just had to surrender. Like, this is. This is like magic. So I'm gonna have to listen. During that session, this woman said things to me that made absolutely no sense to me at the time. I was hoping she was gonna talk to me about whether or not my partner and I would get back together or if I was gonna manage to start selling properly again, or if I was gonna make amends with my family or how the heck I was gonna get out of that parking lot. But that's not what she said to me. She actually freaked me out. She said, you, you're an angel, and you wear your wings in the front of your body. Oh, no. She said, you, you were born to help people transition either from life to death or from where they are to where they need to be in life. He said, I never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever want to see anything like that again. So I don't Want that. And I don't know how I'm supposed to help people transition because I don't even know what the heck I'm doing. And she said, it's already there. Like you're meant you're going to do such big things. And it felt like a horoscope reading. Nothing felt real. It was impossible. I was sleeping in a car. I had no food. I was fighting with everybody I loved. I was heartbroken. No point. There was not one ounce of me at that point where it would have made any sense that any good was coming from this situation. I had no hope. I had no vision. I had nothing like there. This all didn't make sense. And she said to me, you'll change the world. Where the mountain meets the ocean, there is no ocean in sight. I'm like, if you look at a map in Sherbrooke, Quebec, and you try to find an ocean, you're going to look for a very long time. There's no ocean. Like, what ocean? I said, which ocean? She said, I don't know. I can't tell you that. I said, but how do I get there? She said, you're there when it happens. So I'm here to change the world. Where the mountain meets the ocean. You don't know how I get there. You can't tell me, but I'm going to be there when it happens. Yeah. I left that session. I was so upset that I had wasted my money. I remember tearing the card up, throwing it on the floor. I was so mad, I cried. I cried, I cried. I was so angry at myself. It was the worst. And very shortly after that, I Googled how to make your ex boyfriend cry. That was not one of my very great moments in life where I was, like, looking for revenge. And in my search for how to make your ex boyfriend cry, what I found was like, how to have the relationship you want. What am I doing? So I started listening to personal development, YouTube stuff. At first it was Tony Robbins, Jerry and Esther Hicks, Rory Ray. I started to realize that I was just not owning my life at all. I lived my life for everyone else, and when they didn't give me the recognition I was hoping for, I felt empty inside. Everything I did was doing something for someone else. It wasn't ever about me. I didn't even know what I liked. I didn't even know what made me happy. I didn't even know what I wanted. And I realized in the front seat of that Civic that I had been doing life in a really weird way. I Started diving real deep in conversations about masculine energy and feminine energy, men and women, the dynamics, the polarization. I realized I had some really bad attachment things going on in relationships. Why was that happening? And for my own good, I started diving into this work of the law of attraction, the power of the mind, masculine, feminine, energetics. And my life started to feel better. Some nights I even had enough to go stay in a hotel. Other nights I stayed in my car. I will never forget before any of all the crazy stuff happened, I even had a thought. One day I was like, what if one day I become one of those people who, like, survive this and actually do something great? And it makes me so emotional to remember that because I remember what I thought the minute I said it. Who, like, who are you to ever? What would you even do? Like, you've got. You don't even have anything. What would you do? I stopped thinking about it now, although I was doing some beautiful work for myself, there were nights that was so bad and I was so sad and I would just cry. I would listen to the personal development stuff and it did not change a thing for me at first. So if you're in a similar situation where you've done a lot of the work and it feels like nothing is changing, changing, just trust. I've been doing this work for weeks at this point, and nothing. I would still cry. And something really interesting happened that night. This is one of my defining moments in my life that I still can't quite understand what happened. I have seen snow all of my life. I'm born in Quebec, Canada. It snows a lot. This one night, I'm sitting in the front seat of my car and the sunroof is open. Not open, but the glass is there. I can see through the glass. And all the parking lot spotlights are on and it's snowing, but it is snowing like big, fat, juicy snowflakes. And they fall really slowly and they fall right on the glass and they melt. And I was crying, like I had cried myself to, you know, like a small child when you're like. Like that kind of cry. And I'm just leaned back in the car and I'm staring through the sunroof to the snow falling. And I just. I just caught a snowflake with my eye. Like, I saw it from really high up and I caught it as it fell. And it. It created a feeling in my body. Like I couldn't catch my breath. Like, beauty. Like, take your breath away, beauty. And I felt gratitude for the first time in like ever. And it. It felt like a soul orgasm. Like, I can't. It was like a full body, like. Like what is happening to me? There was like a moment of like, something is happening. Like a deja vu, like a something. And I just started crying. I felt grateful. I felt joy. I. Nothing had changed. I'm still starving and sleeping in my car. Still have money. I don't still have anything. But I could. I grasped this feeling out of nowhere, in the darkness of my life, for no reason, I felt this feeling. And I had what I can only explain as almost like an out of body experience. I imagined myself above the car, above the parking lot. There was just this moment of like I could. It's like I could hear my own voice in my mind saying, zoom out, zoom out, zoom out. Until I visualized myself. I could see the whole of the town with this little car in the parking lot. And it hit me like, this is just a moment in time. And the thought that came to me is, what if I lived my life the way I wanted to tell the story? Like, what if I live this as if it really is that one day I'll tell the story no matter how bad it is now and regardless of the fact that that might ever happen. What if instead of all this googling how to make your ex boyfriend cry and wanting to quit it all, what if I just put the odds on my side and actually lived this as though if one day I had the chance there'd be a good story to tell. And I started journaling my experiences. And I listened differently. I started listening not just for me, but for me and the story, if it ever came to be. I knew right away that this was helping me. Because the feeling of impending doom I'd been living with for so long, it was lighter. Like somehow trying to get through this for more than just me, I could do that. And one day, out of nowhere, I had a friend call. She was going through some stuff. And based on everything I've been doing for myself, I gave her some coaching. And she raved about our call and talked to her friends about it. Next thing she wanted her friends, like her friends wanted to hire me. She was like, how much do you charge me in the front seat of a car? I can't charge anything. Can't tell her that because then she's going to freak out. So I just said, no, no, no, no, no, I'm not. I'm not doing that. I'm just doing it for me. She's like, no, you, you don't understand like a lot of the things you told me I'd heard before, but I've never heard them the way you told me. You know what I mean? I've heard them. I haven't heard them like that. You have a gift and I've talked about you and this girl, she needs you. And I just need to know how much you, you want to be paid and she'll pay you. And I started a brand called the Invisible Coach. From the front seat of my car, they didn't know who I was, they didn't know my name, they didn't know my age, didn't know anything about me. It was word of mouth only, direct payment, that was it. And I grew a six figure business from the front seat of my Honda Civic. From then, I was a digital nomad. I never actually went back to having an apartment of my own. I just drove that car wherever I wanted to go and experience for the first time in my life, freedom. Freedom and personal power. Now I spent most of the money on hotels and restaurants because it's not a very, you know, budget lifestyle to live in hotels and, and restaurants. But I had this invincible feeling inside of me, like I have lived with nothing. So at least now I have something. The beginning of my journey actually started not with building wealth, not with building huge impact and influence, but actually enjoying being alive, seeing the world, owning myself, doing what I wanted to do, healing the gaps in the relationships with myself, with the masculine. And slowly but surely over time, I started to develop a body of work that started to gain traction and attention. I spoke at conferences for companies, I spoke at retreats for other coaches. And eventually I decided to stop being invisible and to bring myself online. And the reason I did that was because I had a client that was doing it and I thought, how could I possibly lead her if I'm not even brave enough to do it myself? Started doing Facebook lives on social media, on Facebook. I was terrified. I was not very good at it, but I kept going. And in 2017 we launched the Alpha Femme brand. When I say we, I mean me because I was completely alone until 2019. I built this thing. 2018, we had our first million dollar year in the Alpha Femme brand. In 2019. It was a 2.5 million dollar year. And I felt like I was just. I'd changed my whole life. It didn't even make sense. I had changed my life. I met Kevin in the process. We got engaged, fell in love. I created a business that I loved. Like, how could it possibly get better? We Flew to Hawaii exactly two years ago last night. Today would have been our first day in Hawaii in 2020. Still digital nomads. We owned no properties. I never. I owned one luxury bag my sister forced me to buy and one pair of Louis Vuitton sunglasses. I didn't do designer brands. I didn't do luxury stuff. I didn't. I really cared more about life experiences. I spent my money on hotels and flights, and I didn't own anything luxury at all. Two years ago, I landed in Hawaii, and we went to one of the most beautiful hotels I'd ever seen, the Halekulani Hotel in Oahu. And we went into the elevator. I stood in the elevator, and I noticed everyone was looking at my feet. And I looked at all the feet in the elevator. They all had designer shoes on, and I was wearing Skechers on my feet. It was the first time in my life I ever felt subconscious about what I was wearing. I didn't want to buy the shoes just because they were, you know, I wasn't wearing good shoes. But there was a part of me was like, I am a multimillionaire and I am wearing crappy shoes. I'm willing to spend thousands of dollars on the hotel room, but not on me. Why is that? So tomorrow, Two years ago, we went and bought me Louis Vuitton shoes. And it felt like the weirdest experience to be walking on something so expensive. I felt like an imposter. Who am I to buy shoes like this? This is ridiculous. Who am I to be in a hotel like this? This is ridiculous. I landed in Hawaii. One woman I had had Vanessa and Emmanuel over with their partners. We had the most incredible trip. Shannon came, my sister. And somewhere in the middle of that, the world changed. And it was the weirdest thing because we had just rented this gorgeous villa on the big Island. Kevin, my sister and I, just for, like, four days to do photos, you know, as you do. Is it an influencer coach? And this place was costing us 3,500 a night. Us. And they shut the whole island down. No one could leave. I had to negotiate with my Alpha communication skills, which I teach in my Alpha communication program, how to please not pay that amount. It was very difficult, but we managed to bring it down to, like, it was either 1100 or 1500 a night. I was not prepared for that at all. We were grounded in Hawaii for over two months. We lived in a villa we could not afford, and we didn't know when we were going to leave. And I will never forget my sister Kevin And I had a meeting at the little swim up bar at this villa. And we made this decision, like, what if we really just go all out with the brand? What if while we're here, since we're spending so much, we just focus on it and we take it to the next level. And there was this moment where Shannon said to me, do you realize where we are? And I was like, well, we're in villa in Hawaii. And it was like, no. We were on a cliff where the mountain meets the ocean. And I said, we could make this a self fulfilling prophecy. What if we make it true? What a freaking story would that be? We could have spent those months lounging about near the pool and it would have been fine. But instead we chose to make a story, the craziest, wildest of stories, true from that villa in Hawaii. We entirely changed the brand. We up leveled it in every single possible way and we claimed ourselves as a brand that would change the world. Alpha Femme is the one for me, for you, for us. We started having million dollar months. We finished 2020 at 8.9 million, in 2021 at almost 25 million. And still I run my business completely organically. I run my business in a very different way than most. I don't have a website or very big sales pages. It's very much all about energetics. The things I teach, they're different, they're very real from my life experiences. But what I know and where the magic occurs in the transformation with people is that I'm very real about how it feels and what it is. So that you don't feel any kind of separation between what I'm telling you and what's possible for your life. I'm not interested in creating an identity where it feels like we are separate. I'm interested in creating a brand that feels like it could be yours. Because the closer I can get to your heart and the closer you can get to mine, the more, the more this feels real. I had never had a very wealthy person model money for me in my life. It didn't feel real to me. As a matter of fact, the good people in my life were very poor or they struggled with money up and down, in and out. I never met a good person that was really, really rich that could model for me what it was. Or I may have had a different thought about wealthy people. I really believe that what makes this industry so powerful is that when you fall in love with a person, a mentor, a person that's done something that you want to do and they feel like home to you. There is nothing that you cannot do. I know that I am not everyone's cup of tea because it's just not possible to be everyone's cup of tea. But if it's possible for you during this five day masterclass to humanize me as much as you possibly can, like imagine I am literally sitting in your living room with you. Something's going to change inside of you because I don't want to talk to you like a person on a stage. I want to talk to you like a person on the phone. Like, I want you to feel so comfortable on these sessions with me. I want you to show up to these like we're having a conversation. I want to calibrate at hyperspeed. I want, I want to collapse time around how fast we build a relationship in this program so that you can actually feel like we're having a real conversation. Not like I'm some sort of person that you don't relate to that's done something that's going to give you information, but rather we together are going to walk through a journey together, one of transformation for all of us. If you can manage to take away all the stuff you might think about successful people or people who've done something you haven't done yet, and you can relate to me as that, that woman that had the journey from just the car, you know, just like I got out of the car. Like, if you can just feel me as that, you'll tap into something about yourself that will make everything I say here so much more possible for you. This journey in the big scheme of things occurred over nine years. In the worst of it, stuff you might think about successful people or people who've done something you haven't done yet. And you can relate to me as that, that woman that had the journey from just the car, you know, just like I got out of the car. Like, if you can just feel me as that, you'll tap into something about yourself that will make everything I say here so much more possible for you. This journey in the big scheme of things occurred over nine years. In the worst of it, over five. It's going to be five years of alpha femme for the most exciting of it and two years in the life changing part of it. Two years ago today, I did not have a net worth. I didn't have money in the bank. I just spent whatever I made and went places and did all the things I always wanted to do. Now I'm a businesswoman. I own a multimillion dollar business I have properties and investments and I pay my taxes right. And I do all the things. And it's almost scary that I was bankrupt in 2013 and how fast things happened and the time I waited for the government to pardon my bankruptcy, I became a multimillionaire. No one tells us what we can do or when or how or on what timeline or what's possible or what's not. They can only tell us what their experience has been. Then it's our job to learn from their experience and craft our own. We're not meant to copy what everybody else is doing. We are meant to decide to have an experience as the one and only version of us. You have stories already in your life, but have you ever lived as though one day those stories could change someone else's life? Have you ever lived as though one day those stories could be printed? Not just thought they could be printed, lived as though they could? Because the difference in that is that you're still writing stories every day. I am. The one is something that you claim that is so big, but it happens in the smallest of moments in your life. It's not the grand gestures that make you the one. It's the small, insignificant ones that no one even notices, the ones that make you want to just quit, the ones that don't matter, the ones that aren't getting recognition as fast as you want. Those are the things that are shaping you every single day of your life. But we see final products all over the Internet. We see coaches celebrating huge milestones. We see relationships of couples in love. We see beautifully, perfectly edited photos of things. And those are still shots of beautiful moments. But they're not the whole story. If you want to understand how someone got to that beautiful picture, you've got to go and speak to them about their story. Too many of us just sit there looking at everyone's perfect still shots, thinking that's just the way it should be. That's the final result. There's so many things that I still continue to work on in my life, and I will for all of my life, because I really am committed to evolution and growth over a lifetime. But I've decided that I'm going to be the one. And when I say I'm the one doesn't mean no one else can claim this for themselves. I'm saying I'm claiming it for me. I am the one that will be brave enough to model success from zero and tell the truth about what it takes. I will be the one to continue to grow and evolve beyond my need for growth and evolution, but from pure desire. I will be the one to normalize huge money in the hands of women and to make it that women who are wealthy are happy and good and kind. I will be the one. I am the one. And in that I have choices every day that I need to make in order to be in alignment with those. Those big things. And it's not easy. And I still struggle with anxiety. This morning, right this morning I had a panic attack and all day there was a feeling in my body of like residual panic and my biggest sadness about having it was like I hope I don't do not enough on our first call tonight. But then I realized it may be possibly the reason it happened is so I could be the one that makes things happen no matter what. And I can be the one that can share with you that I've not. I've not created everything. I've created because it was easy, but because I didn't let anything devalue me. To me, I'm not less valuable because I struggle. Not less valuable because I feel fear. I'm not less valuable because it took me 10 years to get here and my clients are doing it and quite quarter of the time. I'm not less valuable because they don't look like one of those supermodels on Pinterest. I'm not less valuable because I didn't write a book. I'm not less. I'm not less valuable because they don't look like one of those supermodels on Pinterest. I'm not less valuable because I didn't write a book. I'm not less valuable because I don't have a Shining podcast and not less valuable because they don't have a best selling journal or a I'm the one that does it this way. And that's why it's so magical. Because when everyone gets to be who they are in all of their power, this world will be a different one when we claim the ownership of it. What it means. I am the one. I am the one who has up until now. I am the one who is in this moment. And I am the one who will dot, dot, dot. The rest is still to be uncovered. It is our journey that makes us the one for who we've been, who we are and who we're Valuable because they don't have a Shining podcast and not less valuable because they don't have a Beth selling becoming. And the more meaning we attach to this journey, the more powerful it is. But I realized on my journey through success, one of the greatest shocking things I realized is that I wanted to matter. And once I did, it was terrifying to not know what to do with that. So there are people when you will become successful, because you will. I feel it like this conversation is going to activate something for this entire collective group. I am speaking the power for all of us, and it's being received in a vortex where the more you get it, the more we get it. The more she gets it. The more I get it, the more we get it. Like we're creating power inside of this masterclass. But what I realized is that I always wanted to. To matter. And then one day I realized how much I didn't. I realized how much pressure that is. I wanted to matter, but I only wanted to matter as long as I could nail it. I've realized on the journey here how. How easy it is to disappoint people who you matter to. Being the One isn't easy because everyone has an expectation of how they should be treated by the One. If you are important to people, they want to be important to you. And as you scale, it becomes harder and harder to make everyone in your life feel important. You have to make peace with that. Asking to be the one, but not letting people be the one for you is not an energetic match. What if I'm the one for you? I matter to you. My posts, they make a difference to you. My lives, they make a difference to you. Being in my programs make it makes a difference to you. But I don't let my heart care about you. How could we ever have a relationship? This industry is really powerful because it's not just about one sided stuff. Like, this is not a show. This is why I love it so much. I love that I can see your face on the camera. I love that I can see you and be here with you because it takes away that whole I am on a stage and you're sitting over there and you can't talk to me and I can't really talk to you. And I can't see your eyes while I'm talking and I can't tell if you got it or not here. I can tell I can tell that for some of you it's like, I can tell that for some of you it's like, for some of you it's like, yes, like everyone is living this so differently. And I get to see that. And I have done this with audiences of 3 people, 10 people, 30 people, 100 people, 200, 300, 500. Now there's like 1500 people in this group or something. And it makes no sense because the evolution was so seamless. Sometimes it's hard to believe that I got here. You are the one because no one else can be you. With all the cards you were dealt. There's only one hand that looks the way yours looks, and it's yours. So you are the only one who can make the move that comes with the hand that you were dealt. No one else has it. You're the only one who can find out what's possible for you. You're the only one who can make a story about you come true. You're the only one who can do that. You are the one. The only one. The one. So what we need more than anything, our job is to believe in us more than we believe in any other thing. We can't believe in other people more than we believe in us. We've got to believe in us more than any other thing now. My first spoken and written language is French. Born in Quebec, Canada. I'm French Canadian. And one of the greatest gifts is that I fell in love with Kevin, who is pure English, does not speak French. And I had to really sharpen my English in order to feel adequate in conversations with him because he has very good vocabulary and he's than me. And it mattered to me that I sounded intelligent. I did a lot of word work, meaning when a word I didn't understand, I'd go and google it. And if there was a word in the definition I didn't understand, I googled that one too. And one of the definitions I heard a lot in my early coaching days was humble. Gotta be humble. And I, I did some research on this word, and what I found is that the antonym for humble is proud. I thought, that can't be right. Why are we not. Why can't we be proud? I googled the definition. I actually took grabbed it for us before I came on today because I wanted to read you something. I don't know if you've ever done this before, but sometimes reading words in the dictionary is quite groundbreaking. There's two definitions to the word proud. The first one is feeling okay, actually, let me read you the second one. The second definition of the word proud is having or showing a high or excessively high opinion of oneself or one's importance. And I can understand even in the energy that that's written in that we wouldn't want to do that because it's like it's that proud kind of thing. But listen to the Other one, proud, feeling deep pleasure or satisfaction as a result of one's own achievements. Why would I want to live an antonym to that? Why would I want to live in opposition of that? Why would I want to be not feeling deep pleasure or satisfaction as a result of my own achievements? So, in this program, we're going to put humility aside, and we're going to learn to feel so freaking proud of ourselves, of who we've been, of what we've been through, to be who we are. Right now, we're holding a hand. Right now, each one of us is holding a hand. And that hand is based on how the cards in the deck of our life was shuffled because of everything that happened to us. This is the hand we're holding. You may not be satisfied with every card in the deck. There may be things you still need to work on. You may be dissatisfied with the entire hand you're holding. I've been there. But it's our dick we get to reshuffle. We get to decide. But how can we do that, not claiming the best of who we are? So we're gonna. We're gonna move the energy a little bit in here. What if. And, like, humor me here. What if in nine years from now, you make nine. You make $25 million a year having the best relationship you could ever dream of. And your family life is like magic. You've built something beyond your wildest dreams. Your work is recognized all throughout the world in nine years. Can you hold the energy for that long? What if in five years from now, you create a brand that the world recognizes? Something that's so big that women, men from all over the world know the name of this brand? What if in two years from now, you could grow your business? 24. Well, never have I ever been booted off of freaking Zoom. What the heck? I thought it was Facebook issues. It really is our power. I'm not even joking. For people who know us, we crash the Internet sometimes. I never expected that to happen on a Zoom. I have never seen this in the history of life. Like, who. Who crashes a freaking Zoom? People. This is crazy. Okay, well, we crashed the Internet. Dana, I'm getting all the love vibes from you, and I love you. Thank you. Oh, my gosh. I'm so grateful for you guys. Okay, well, that was spectacular. So imagine that's. This is where we were. Imagine. Imagine if in just a few short years from now, your company's grown 24,000%. Would it be worth whatever ups and downs are brought to you from this point forward, like, can you actually see that, that it would if it were to all worked out beyond your wildest dreams. And I'm not just talking working a little bit. I'm talking like change your life, like completely life altering in two years and four years and nine years. Now in, in our head, we want to say, yes, of course, of course I would, of course. But then you would have to actually show up for it when you don't want to, when you think, why is this happening to me? Who has ever had this thought, why is this happening to me? Why is this happening to me? What if the answer to that question is it's happening to you because you are the one it needed to happen to for the world to change? I profoundly believe things do not just happen unless we have the power to make something extraordinary happen about it. I want to empower you to be the greatest, most powerful, vibrant, extraordinary version of yourself that you have ever been in your whole entire life. And to do it proud, loud and proud. To stand strong in what you believe in, unshakable even when the storms come. Because no one else can live your story. There's one of you. In all the billions of people on the planet, there is one of you here and now. What are you gonna do about that? Because no one can stop you if you decide that you're the one. No one has the power to counteract that. You can be self made. You can change anything about the world you desire to change just by being the one who did. So it starts in the little things. And if I can share one really big important part with you, it's this. We think we need to change the world and start with the big things, but it's actually in the smaller scale that we make the biggest impact. You are already the one for so many people in your life. You're a big sister or a little sister. You're a best friend, a daughter, a mother. You're the only one. If you're a mom, you're the one. You're the one. You're a stepmom. You're the one. Like there's mom and their stepmom. That's it. You're the one. Your wife. You matter to certain people in this world. Like you are the only one that matters. Same as the people in your life who are the one for you matter. And they could not be replaced. You are already the one for certain people. How do you treat that responsibility? So we're going to play a game between now and our next session tomorrow. You are going to embody being the one with all the people that you've potentially taken for granted. Being the one for. I want you to just try it on for less than 24 hours. You are going to claim how important you are in all these relationships. Not self important important. You are the one that can brighten someone's day. A phone call from you. It matters. You actually listening to someone like you're the one they're speaking to that cares that loves them. It will change everything. I want you to actually try to own your power every chance you have. What if you were the one best client at the gas station that anyone else had had that day? What if you were the one best interaction that grocery only one that matters. Same as the people in your life who are the one for you matter. And they could not be replaced. You are already the one for certain people. How do you treat that responsibility? So we're going to play a game between now and our next session tomorrow. You are going to embody being the one with all the people that you've potentially taken for granted. Being the one for restoreteller had all week. What if you were the one best client? The one. The one who smiled at her today. The one who had kindness and respect towards him today. The one who when your partner opens the door actually looks at him like he's the one. Actually looks at your partner like she's the one. You're the one who can make people feel like the one. What if you tried that on just for a few hours? Everywhere you go, walk with it. You are the one. And in your presence, people realize they are the one too. Around you, people matter. Because you're able to see the power in everyone. For me, for you, for us. You walk into a place and you realize your power. You give everyone their power back. Everyone's trying to be seen. What I want you to just try it on for less than 24 hours if you're the one who can see. I want you to try this on and just write down what your experience is between now and our next session. What changed? What did you notice? Were some people you are going to claim not capable of receiving it? Did some people receive it? What landed? How important you are in all these relationships. Not self important important. You are the one that can brighten someone's day. A phone call from you. It matters you actually listening to someone. That's one part of your homework. The second part of your homework. And I am going to be sending all of this in an email to you. So make sure you check your emails. The other part of the homework is I want you to record yourself saying, I am the one. Look yourself in the eye and say it. I am the one. It's okay if it's hard, it's okay if it's weird. Do it. And if you're willing to post it in the group, do it. Because by the end of these five days, we're going to have very different power and voices. I promise you, you will wish you had it. If you. If you make it to the end, you have it done. And you're like, I wish I did it. Do it. Even if you don't post it, do it for yourself. I like, you're the one they're speaking to that cares, that loves them. It will change everything. I want you to actually try to own your power every chance you have. What if you were the one best client at the gas station that anyone else had had that day? What if you were the one best interaction that grocery store teller had all week? What if you were the one best client? The one. The one who smiled at her today. The one who had kindness and respect towards him today. The one who, when your partner opens the door, actually looks at him like he's the one, Actually looks at your partner like she's the one. You're the one who can make people feel like the one. What if you tried that on just for a few. I am the one. As real as you can look yourself right in the eye. Even if it takes 10 times to try it. And if it's easy for you, I challenge you to do it when someone else is in the room. I want you able to own yourself, not just when you're alone and you're dreaming of who you could be. I want you to be able to own yourself in a room with the people you care about the most. In a room with strangers that don't even know you. There is an ownership of your power that is necessary for these next steps. And it's in the smallest life events that we have the most difficulty claiming it. There are even amazing people in the world that do big, huge things. And in the quietness of the stillness of their home, they still wonder who the heck they are. That's not the experience I want for us. I want us to build something that genuinely feels like, of course we did, because who else was going to? We were the one. We are the one. So spend time on these two things, saying it and being it. Until our next session, I have a huge piece for you in the next one. If you want to start thinking just to yourself some of the things that you've overcome in your life to be here. If you need just even the slightest bit of encouragement, it doesn't matter how simple the story is. I found gratitude for a snowflake and it changed my life. There are things in your life already that are groundbreaking. Let yourself tap into that. You are phenomenal already. And if there's anything in the way with me, like, yeah, but she remember me again as that girl just not long ago. Like you would have met me in that store selling lint rollers on, on a little stage doing demonstration hours everywhere you go. Walk with it and selling lint rollers and shamwows and you would have thought, bless her. Cotton saw it. You are the one. And in your presence, people realize they are the one too. Around you, people matter because you're able to see the power in everyone. For me, for you, for us. You walk into a place and you realize your power. You give everyone their power back. Everyone's trying to be seen. What if you're the one who can see? I want you to try this on and just write down what your experience is between now on. That was me nine years ago. I did something special, but I was a choice. So we. You can, you can relate to me at any stage of the game that makes it easy for you. If it feels like remembering me as that girl in the car, that's perfect. If what helps you is to imagine me as like little rock star doing a hundred thousand dollar year from the front seat of her car and you're like, that's pretty cool. Cool. I can. Our next session. What changed? What did you notice? Were some people not capable of receiving it? Did some people receive it? What landed? I can relate to you at that stage. Do that. If it's like, okay, I just started on Facebook lives and not rocking them. That's one part of your homework. The second part of your homework and I am going to be sending all of this in an email to you. So make sure you check your emails. I'm making some good money, but I'm not nailing my social media. And that feels good to relate to me at that point. Relate to me then. If it's when I created the Alpha femme. The other part of the homework is I want you to record yourself saying I friend. And it's like I did it. I created a brand that was so powerful, but I didn't know where it was going to go. Maybe you're at that stage, relate to me then. Maybe it's the Hawaii version of me. Maybe it's the version of me who's celebrating being a millionaire. Fresh seven figures, bright eyed, bushy tailed, so excited, traveling. Maybe it's the version of me that decided it was time and started to change things. Whatever version of me is the one that you can relate to. Pick that one. Try to just eradicate any kind of separation because there is such a thing as calibration. It's like when you fine tune a guitar. You take a sounding fork, you calibrate the guitar. The sounding fork makes a sound. You can the one look yourself in the eye and say it. I am the one. It's okay if it's hard, it's okay if it's weird. Calibrate the guitar, you find the note. Humans can do this, but there's something, there's got to be some sort of a connection. It can't just be a person. I know. Ditto it. And if you're willing to post it in the group, do it. Because by the end of these five days, we're gonna have a very different thing. So now I can. It's someone that you have some sort of emotion, power and voices. I promise you, you'll wish you had it. If you. If you make it to the end, you haven't done it. You're like, I wish I did it. Do it. Even if you don't post it, do it for yourself. Optional connection to like, I get it. And I want to create that with you over these next five days. Because it doesn't work the same if I'm just a girl on the Internet that did something. Connect to whatever version there is to connect to. Take away any resistance. Be with me like you're in my living room, I'm in yours. And do this with me for five days. We will both come out different people. Take the time, do the exercises, make this matter. Take this masterclass as though one day you tell the story of your life and who you became on the back end of this makes the book. This is how we change our lives. We decide it's changing and we make it so. Because we are the one. I am the one. I am the one. As real as you can look yourself right in the eye, even if it takes 10. You are the one. We are the one. And this is how the magic happens is with the times to try it. And if it's easy for you, I challenge you to do it when someone else is in the room. I want you able to own yourself, not just when you're alone and you're dreaming of who you could be. I want you to be able to own yourself in a real dedication and honoring of a con with the people you care about the most in a room with strangers that don't even know you. There is an owner concept and the concept I'm bringing to you today is I am the one. So play around with this. Enjoy. Check your emails. We will be sending you the replay. We will be sending you the homework and then the workbooks. My team will also be creating some beautiful workbooks and they will be available to you probably tomorrow because it takes a minute to grab all the good stuff and post in the group and you'll have lifetime access to all that good stuff as well. So thank you for the first module. If you enjoyed this, celebrate in the group. Let me know how you're feeling. If you. If you write anything about this, tag me. I want to see. Thank you for being here. It is an honor and a privilege to have this conversation with you and I'm so, so looking forward to the next piece. Thank you again for being here. I'll see you tomorrow. Ship of your power that is necessary for these next steps. And it's in the smallest life events that we have the most difficulty claiming it. There are even amazing people in the world that do big, huge things. And in the quietness of the stillness of their home, they still wonder who the heck they are. That's not the experience I want I have for us. I want us to build something that genuinely feels like of course we did, Sam, because who else was going to? We were the one. We are the one. So spend time on these two things, saying it and being it. Until our next session. I have a huge piece for you in the next one. If you want to start thinking just to yourself some of the things that you overcome in your life to be here.
