I am the one. It. Hello, gorgeous human beings of I am the one masterclass. Well, I cried a bunch yesterday. Who here got really emotional watching other people trying to say I am the one? Who got emotional trying to say I am the one? That's not an easy thing to do, is it? It's something else. I didn't even realize how much of a thing it is to say it. And there's. As I tried to do it for myself, there were parts of me that were trying to make it more dramatic so I could it, you know, like maybe if I say it like a I am the one. Like maybe I'll be able to say it like that. Or if I whisper it or maybe if I say it funny like I am the one. Or maybe if I. I tried so many different ways until I could really feel it and own it. It was quite a journey. So I'm excited to see the evolution of people. I love the energy. I love how vulnerable you are. I love how much you've heard already. Thank you much. I really enjoy the frequency of this group. I want to thank you for who you're being. I think it's just a perfect container for the energy of what we're going to be going into right now. But thank you for being here for another day live. So many beautiful faces here. Always so good to see you all. All right, so we had a pretty emotional call yesterday. It was quite fabulous. Quite beautiful. Very emotional. I'm very excited to get into the meat of things. But before that, I want to ask you what. What did you get from yesterday? And it may not even be something I said. It may be something that you just got from it. Like you made your own realization from whatever happened yesterday. She's going to open the chat here. My story is my treasure. I love that. Marilla. I'm about to create my own story. I love that I'm already the one for so many people. That I have a story to tell. That I'm creating my story that I can calibrate like a guitar. I'm the one who makes it happen. I'm in the middle of my story. I was born to be the one. Wow. I love that. Be consistent no matter what. Decide how my life unfolds. No matter what. Be proud of my story. I love that I have always been the one. Oh, that gave me chill. Yeah. Tell my story. Keep going. Even when I don't feel like it. My story's becoming clearer. What if I'm responsible for my outcome and to be proud of my Life. My story can help someone. Cora says I got. I'm the one who makes someone feel like the one. What if I'm the one? I love that. I'm the one who decides. Transformation is emotional and it's okay to feel that is so big. I'm the one who changes the world. And if it's not me, then who else? Yes. Live my life with the view of telling the story of it. This is one of my favorite quotes in my brand. Live your life the way you want to tell the story in hindsight. Live your life the way you want to tell the story in hindsight. I'm the one who inspires women over 50 to do it. That's so good, Yvonne. I love that so much. I'm the one. Me being the one gives other permission others permission for them to be the one. Yes, Rena. And I love that so much. It's the small moments that change your life. Acceptance of not being. Okay. We are in deep spiritual metamorphosis. Yes. Life happens now. I am the one who creates new codes for a life sustaining paradigm. Vanessa. I'm obsessed with. With that. That is so good. That answers the question you asked me in Unity today. Exactly like that. Just. I felt the alignment in that. 100% take action in alignment with the story I'm creating. Kim. That is next level. So good. When I realize my power, I give everyone their power back. Oh, hallelujah. We are beyond the archetypes. Ooh, I love that. Ooh. French. I love it. I'm the one who breaks Generational trauma creates generational wealth. That is so big. Mmm. I love it. So one of the big pieces of the puzzle is deciding that we're the one is that we're afraid. We're not. This is what it boils down to. The only reason that we wouldn't want to claim that is what if I'm not? If you look at any person's life on the planet, you look at your life. If you think of the things that you allow yourself to do and the things that you don't allow yourself to do. You revoke permission because you're afraid that it won't work for you. If you think about it, it's the only reason to not do what we want. Because it might not work. What if I wish I could have this, but I'm just not the one that could make it happen? This is our greatest fear. Because if we were just willing to try, if we're just willing to just go for it, and in the worst case, we fail, but, like, it doesn't matter. Like, let me just go for it. What is there that we wouldn't do? There's nothing that we wouldn't do. But we say, I really want to write a book, but what if nobody buys it? I really want to become a mom, but what if I'm not good at it? I want to get married. I want to settle down, be with the right guy, but what if get my heart broken? What if I meet my dream partner and she decides that she doesn't want to be in a committed relationship and I've said, I love you, and she's not ready? I want to be best friends, but I've had awful experiences with women in the past and they've always broken my heart. So I just don't want. What if. What if? Every single thing we disallow ourselves to be, do, or have in our lifetime, we do so because we're afraid that it won't work. So this means that the single most important thing in the history of all things for us is to believe in ourselves. This is the work. And when I talk about energetics, a lot of people ask me, like, what's the strategy? How did you get here? And one of the things I've tried on, because I'm. I'm a very balanced energy. I believe very much in masculine energetics as a container, and feminine energetics is the flow on the inside. I like the balance. But what I've come to understand for me is that every single strategy I've ever tried works in the right energy. So it's not that strategy doesn't matter. It's that all strategy works in the right energy. I have yet to try something that failed once I got the energy right. So what is the energy? The energy is I'm the one. I'm the one that makes it work. Of course it's going to work. And if it doesn't work the first time, I'll tweak it and it'll work after. Why? Because I'm the one. Of course it's going to work. It's going to work when we claim that other people agree when we say it, and we need other people's validation. We say it with an energetic question mark. We don't even realize we're saying it with an energetic question mark. We're saying, I'm the one. I'm the. I'm the. I'm the one. No. Am I not one? Like, why? Why not pick me? Aren't I the one that's the Energy we're presenting ourselves with. And people will say, well, I don't know, prove yourself. Or I don't know, are you? Or I guess if you don't know, I don't know, I guess not. If you were the one, you wouldn't have said it like that. So I guess no. But when we say, I got this because I'm the one, people are like, okay, there is a tone to certainty. There's a frequency to certainty that overrides all things. But if we're not certain and we're the one that goes first and then the universe responds, then we are the one that needs to know that we're the one in order for the universe to respond that, yes, we are. How do we do that before we have evidence? How do we do that when we're uncertain? This is the goal of this masterclass, to decide that even in the mishaps of your journey, they're part of the story. When you look at your life more so like the story. If you look at your life more like the story than the moment, you'll realize you're building the story in the moment. Whether the moment is good or bad doesn't matter. Whether the moment you succeed or fail doesn't matter. In every story, there's success and failure. If the big picture is writing the story where you succeed, so what, that there's a moment of failure? Is any good story without one of those moments? What? Tell me one good story that you love where there is absolutely no what's going to happen now? Moment be boring. Life is like that. We learn who we are in the ups and downs of life. We shape the story in the ups and downs of life. And you know what else? The duality creates a contrast that also in turn creates beauty and gratitude. The duality, like, do you even know what cold feels like? If you've never been warm, do you know what warm feels like? If you've never been cold, do you know what light looks like? If you've only been ever been in the light? If you've never seen darkness, do you even understand light? If you've never had pain, do you really understand pleasure? If you've never had pleasure, do you even really understand pain? Duality is where we become wiser and deeper and more capable. It's where we find ourselves, and it's where we define our standards, how we teach or how we treat ourselves. Rather, how we treat ourselves when times are hard is how we model for the world to treat us. If I'm so awful to Myself when things are difficult. How can I set a standard that people treat me with respect even when times are hard? How can I command respect? I don't even give myself. I decide I'm the one first. I decide I'm the one who's worthy of respect. Then I attract people who treat me that way. Every single thing we do, we've got to be the one that decides. And sometimes we've been put on this planet for things so big it's hard to even understand. There are women I work with in close proximity that I believe were put on this planet to change generational paradigms in so many huge conversations on this planet is out of this world. Women who are meant to change the conversation around race, women who are meant to change the conversation around sexual orientation, women who are meant to change the conversation about womanhood. There's big conversations that are in transitions of change right now. Being the messenger for those conversations without knowing you're the one is just a very strange journey of confusion and constant stress. But if you're the one, when the bad stuff comes, you're like, well, of course, of course it's not all that shocking when you see yourself as the One. And the, and the, the obstacles come, because how would they not? How could they not come? If you're declaring yourself as the one that's going to change the world, you think you're going to do that without obstacles, you're not really playing the big game. You're saying, I'm going to be the one as long as it's easy for me, see how long that lasts. But I'm the one. So bring it, bring it, bring it. I'm the one. There's nothing that can break this. It is the journey of my lifetime to become the One. Now there's different frequencies to this energy and I want to clean them up before we go even deeper into this because there's mostly women in my world. More and more men are starting to join my programs. We even have, for my bigger programs, different groups for men to be able to follow along. Because regardless of me speaking to women, men are like, this is just. I want to be a part of this. And that's amazing because really the goal is that we do this together. But one thing that's specifically to us, and men do this as well. But as genders, what we do is we pit against each other to be the one best. And there's something that I found on my journey to absolute mind blowing growth is that I go so much further when I Want to be one of the greats rather than the best. And this is something we talked about in Season of Legends for those of you who did seasons of Season of Legends with me. So we talked about, rather than trying to be the best, yay. Instead of trying to be the one best, it's about being one of the great. So when I'm saying I am the One, you also get to be. I am the One that is a part of something so powerful, and together we rise. I am the One who collectively brings people together for a collective ascension. I am the One who is a part of a whole that makes everyone feel like the One. In my presence, we get to be the one to lead our lives and what we're meant to be here for as a collective. The collective energy of the power of one is the most powerful equation on the planet. The power of one. All of us utilizing our power, seeing ourselves as powerful as the One and every one person as their own power to be one. When we understand how much power one has and we bring all the ones together as a collective, we've created such a huge surge of power. But when we bring a bunch of people together with everyone trying to be the best, we're actually dismantling all of that vortex energy that we're creating by saying, you're the One, you're the One, I'm the One. And together we're creating this thing and we're changing the world because we're all taking ownership of what we're meant to be doing here instead. It's like, yeah, you're the One. It's cute. Just be not too shiny. Because I'm the One move. I'm the One. And that creates this disconnect like, we are the One. But as long as I'm the one best, the magic is in the collective energy. I am the One. You are the One. I see your power. This is my power. I'm the only one like me. This is where I shine. But I see your power. And I see your power. Equal power, but different. Walking shoulder to shoulder. Equal power, but different. With an absolute respect for each other. This matters so much because in the changing of a world, if we only see ourselves as needing to be the One best, we miss out on huge opportunities. I am the One. For me, for you, for us. I am the One, the best I can be. And as I do that, I impact my life entirely. I impact your life entirely, and I impact the collective entirely. It's a multidimensional ownership of self. It pays off for the entire world, for you to claim yourself, even the people who are uncomfortable with it, it's actually changing their lives underneath the surface. If you're the only one in your family to break free from old financial paradigms and you become wealthy as the first person in family to crack that code, you're going to disrupt some energy. People who've worked all their lives, two, three jobs, who've gotten divorced over money issues, watch you emancipate from the. The laws of money. You think they're going to be just happy for you. Like, how do you just live a life that I. How did you just get freedom over something I lost my life for? And can you give me a minute to be proud of you for that? Can you give me a moment to grieve? What I realized now, I could have done? Because the thing with calibration is the closer you are to the person who does it, the more you realize you can. That can be a very hurtful truth for many people who think it's too late. It's never too late. And we say that, and it's written in every book and every little quote thing. It's never too late. But tell that to a woman who feels like it is that she doesn't look the way she used to and doesn't feel the way she used to, doesn't have the energy that she used to. And she's supposed to start over now. It might take her a second to find her power. So in your anger and your annoyance at their lack of happiness for you, you detach from the opportunity of being the one. The one who not only was the example, but also the tender heart that had them believe they could do it, too. I have been the trigger for so many women on the Internet. And in the beginning, it broke my heart to the point I couldn't sleep over it. I used to try to prove myself all the time that I was kind, that I was nice, that they were getting it wrong. I'm nice. Why don't you like me? I'm a nice person. I don't understand. Then I realized I represent something that hurts sometimes. And if I can have the compassion to hold that as well as the inspiration, then I can make a change. If I'm only willing to hold the energy, as long as I'm being applauded, I'm not Melanie M. Layer. I need to be able to hold the pain as well. I need to be able to hold the projection. Because when someone watches me and feels anger, I need to be able to have compassion for that emotion, knowing it's a passing one and knowing it's not targeted to me, but I'm in that moment, an opportunity for calibration through pain and guilt and shame, which are very transformational emotions when you let them go. Very destructive energies when you hold on to them. But it's not easy to be the person. It's not easy to be the one that people look at, to decide whether or not what they're doing is right or wrong in life. Because here's what happens. You see a person doing something and you immediately pass it through your life filter. She's doing something. It's different than what I'm doing. Who's right? Want to take a guess what people aim for first? So the people who are proud in the not so great definition will say, let me find everything wrong about this person so that their truth doesn't overshadow my truth. Take a person with very low self esteem. They say, see, I don't know what I'm doing. She's the one that knows what she's doing. I know nothing. It doesn't feel good always to see a person that's inspiring, yet so many of us want to inspire the world. We don't understand the energetic flip side. Before you inspire, you may trigger like crazy just for. Just for being who you are. Because how could you do something I could never do? That doesn't make sense? And you're not prettier than me, and you're not smarter than me and you're not as educated as me. And, oh, and you don't have kids and you don't have this. And let me find all the ways that you shouldn't have what you have. If I've worked so hard and I don't have it, but then eventually, if I keep my heart open, there's a calibration available of, oh, I was wrong. Oh, I didn't know who you were at all. I judged you based on stuff. I like to play this game with the Alpha femme brand. I create something that's so beautiful and so intentional. I want to be the one that makes people dream. I want be. I want seeing the Alpha femme brand to be something that's like, wow. But then the duality is, when you meet me, I want it to be like, whoa, that is the most normal person I've ever met in all my life. Like, it's out. It's extraordinary at a first glance. And then it's just normal. Instead of trying to shine, everything be shiny, shiny, shiny, shiny, and then everything feels out of reach or trying to make everything normal and then not be able to catch your attention. I give my heart and soul into this company and what it looks like. My, my graphics like myself and my sister Shannon is the one who does all the brand and the design for the company. And it is a huge part of our work. We spend a huge part of the day creating the image of the brand because it's what transfers the energy of what's possible. We created something extraordinary and we're the same loving, quirky, fun loving humans. We just created a masterpiece. My team, the way they show up, the way they show up for you in the inbox, it's, it's the most important thing in the entire world. They will show up world class. And then if when you build a relationship with them and you eventually find out who they are and you kind of see who they, you're going to just love them. They're, they're the most professional, extraordinary, kind, quirky, hilarious, fun loving people you'll ever meet. That's the, that's the game in business. Be intentional about what you put out there, but back it with a good heart. And it's the same thing in life. Yeah, give a great first impression, sure, be polished and put together for a first impression. But don't fake your whole life to try to impress people. It's cool to have really beautiful, intentional things in your life. It's also really cool to be able to just be who you are and give people permission to be unapologetically themselves so that you can find yourself in your life. One of my favorite things about this company is it's allowed me to be everything I am. I can talk about money and wealth, I can talk about social media, I can talk about sales, I can talk about quantum leaps, I can talk about relationships. And through all of that, once you've been in my world for a little bit, well, you're going to find out that I also, you know, talk about finger monkeys and baby goddesses and banana monkeys. The get stuck their hand in a coconut and all kinds of quirky little things that I talk about. I call the universe with my dry shampoo. Like I am a multi dimensional human and I don't try to fit myself in a box. But I do the best I have in everything because what else am I going to do? What else is there for me to find out about me if I'm not constantly looking? This year around the holidays, my family, we got, we got Covid. Enter the family and we had to dismantle Christmas. And when New Year's hit, it was very, like, energy and kind of sadness and all the things. And I didn't have a program starting until later in January. And I got a sense of what life would be like if I didn't wake up every day for coaching calls and programs. And, oh, I'm so grateful. I'm so grateful because I realize how much more joy I have in my life. Having something more to uncover and become and think of and strive for new people to meet, relationships to deepen people to care about a world, to change my identity as the One here gives my. My life such a quality. It's such an incredible thing. But when I turn my phone off at the end of the night, it's about being the one for Kevin. And when I spend time with my sister, it's about being the one for her. And when I call my brother to see how he's doing, it's about being the one for him. And when I have my parents over, it's about being the one for them. Because when I do that, it's mirrored back. The intentionality of not just being in a space, but being present in a space. I care that you're here. There is nothing more amazing on the planet than the experience of someone caring that we're there. You walk into a room and no one notices. You walk into a room and someone notices, someone lights up, someone goes, hey, there's a soul awakening feeling to that. And we get to be that for people when we're just present. This isn't hard at all. It's literally acknowledging people's presence in your life, acknowledging your care for people in your life and when they do something great, to see it and when they say something great, to hear it, to be present with the people that you're with makes you the One. Makes them the One. And it changes the entire energy of everything. Now, there are moments in history where people who thought they were the One were approached by someone who thought they were the One. For a collaboration and because of ego, there was no collaboration. And it changed the course of history. So even if you show up as the One and you present yourself as the One to a person or a place, and they don't acknowledge you, if you really feel like the One in your life, you will go on to do great things. If when you show up as the One and you don't get acknowledged, you get deflated, defeated, and don't go for what you wanted because someone else didn't acknowledge You. You will pass. You will step aside from so much in your life and lose so many opportunities. So many opportunities. So one that I. Is brand new to me, I'll tell you that. One second. I'll go with the one that I've heard so many times before that I'm like, this is such a great example. Who here knows about Blockbuster Videos? Who's ever heard of Blockbuster Videos? Who's ever went, gone to the video store and rented a video, right? You walk into the video store, you rent the movie. Sometimes they had a two for. For. You know, you rent three, you get it for the price of two. Maybe they even throw in a popcorn. What are we doing tonight? Going to Blockbuster Video. We're renting a movie. It's going to be amazing. We all go to the Blockbuster. We go down the aisles. People are saying, I want this movie. I want this movie. We're grabbing the movies off the shelves. We're walking to each other in Blockbuster. How about this one? No, I've seen that one before. Oh, you walk back, you put the movie back. You look for the ones with the little tickets. They're green, they're new. It's fabulous. Blockbuster. So Netflix approaches Blockbuster and says, knock, knock, knock. Blockbuster opens the door. I am the one. Netflix is like, yeah, that's so great. I am the one of the future. Blockbuster's like, no. Netflix is like, yes. Blockbuster says no. Netflix says, yes. Blockbuster says, no. I am the future. This is. Imagine this. Imagine if people, when they don't want to go to Blockbuster, who wouldn't want to go to Blockbuster? I don't know. I'm just saying. Let's say they're at home and they're chilling and they want to order Netflix and chill. That will never be a thing. People love Blockbuster. We are the one. Who's been into a Blockbuster recently. They are the one. No more. Because instead of collaborating and seeing people and their power, instead of equal power, but different, instead of shoulder to shoulder, they saw, we are the one. Your competition. We are the best. No go. What a shame. But Netflix is real happy because they would have had to probably do a very big profit share with Blockbuster. Instead, they're doing the moonwalk all the way to the bank, going Blockbuster. Who? Thank you. 100% profit. Because guess what? They were going to be the one, no matter what. They were going to be the one no matter what. Whether someone saw their potential or not, it didn't matter. They said, we are the one. Do you want to play? Do you want to collaborate? We see your power. We love it. We have this now. Is Blockbuster wrong? No, they're just out of business. Was Netflix wrong for approaching Blockbuster? Nope. It could have been a great collaboration. They're also perfect solo. You are Netflix in a world of Blockbuster and you're thinking, yeah, but there's already movies everywhere. People are already watching movies everywhere. Who am I to start a. You're the one. There were taxi services all over the world before Uber existed. And Uber said, we have an idea. We have a technology. How about we do this? And then, well, they just built it for themselves, made tense money. You can be the one where people say, you're so great. Can we? Can we take your idea? Can we pay you massively? Do you want an opportunity? Let us put you on our stage. Let us do this for you. And it also may not work out that way. You may have great ideas in your family and try to get all your family excited about it. Like, how about we do this? And they're like, no, but are you going to keep doing it or no? One of the most recent stories that was brought to my attention that I absolutely adore. This is my client and my Unity mastermind, Xtina, who shared this with me on Instagram. So Lamborghini was actually not a car person. It was a guy who drove tractors and he was really fascinated by cars. And he went up to the guy who had Ferrari and he went to see him and he was like, I have an idea on how you can make your systems better. Ferrari was like, I am the one. Lamborghini's like, I know. That's why I want to bring it to you. My extraordinary genius. I want to bring you it because you're the best. I want to give it to you. Fire said, we don't need you. We're the one. How easy would it have been for a Lamborghini dude to say, just a tractor guy? Nobody cares about me. The best cars in the world have already been discovered, man. But instead, Lamborghini dude said, all right, Ferrari, I'm building a dealership right next to you. I'm calling it Lamborghini. It's going to be fantastic. And what does Melanie Enlar drive? Not a Ferrari. No, no. She drives Lamborghini. The person, the underdog, the one that had a great idea that the big one wouldn't see. People and their power. People and their power. Can you see power or do you fear it? And this isn't just about in business. This is like in relationships, in friendships, this is in your family. People who want to matter to you, who are trying to push their way into your life. Like, I'd love to spend more time with you. And you're like, yeah, no. I, before I was successful, had a few friends that I always tried to get together with. And they would cancel on me all the time. Sometimes even right before we were supposed to meet, I was already dressed up and about to go to the restaurant. I would get a text message, like, 15 minutes before, like, yeah, turns out, can't go. My 21st birthday, every single one of my friends canceled. The night of my 21st birthday, I had eight friends who were all supposed to go out by 8pm Every single one of them had canceled. They. When I was sleeping in my car, there is no one who knew, not one person. At that time, I didn't let people in close enough to me to even know what was going on in my life. I would pop into people's lives, in and out. There was no way for them to know. I didn't let them be the one for me. I wasn't the one for them. Now the friendships in my life, people would know within hours if something was not okay with me. I would have someone at my door. When we got sick, Emmanuel and Vanessa both showed up with Christmas gifts and food and cake for Kevin's birthday at the door with masks on, like, it didn't matter. Something's not okay. They're right there in the inbox on the phone at my doorstep. But I let them be the one for me. I'm the one for them, and they're the one for me. There's months I used to not speak to my little sister. Months. Months when I was sleeping in my car, my sister did not know. We would go months without talking to each other. We're six years apart. She's six years younger than me. And I always used to think I didn't matter. I was just the boring old sister. Her life was so cool. She went out with her friends. She was trendy and fashionable and all the things, and I was just the boring old sister. I never called her. I never shared things that weren't right with her. Now if something isn't right, she is the first person I call and she is on my couch before I can blink. But I matter to her and she matters to me. Can you let people be the one for you? It is the greatest pleasure of their life. And there is a difference between the only one and the one. The difference between you need this person because you don't let anybody else in versus every person who walks into your life, you give them the honor of mattering. You want to see human potential? Care about people. You want to see your world change? Care about people. Acknowledge people when they walk into a room. Listen to their ideas. Pay attention. Share yourself. Be vulnerable. Don't try to keep everyone at an arm's length trying to look perfect. You're far more powerful in your imperfections than you are in the image you're trying to create. It's the fact that we're not perfect and we're still doing this that makes us special. It's the fact that everyone's got stuff going on and we do too, and still we rise that makes us special. Not that we're perfect. I've had so many leaders on my journey here tell me that I share too much, that I shouldn't talk about all the things that maybe I shouldn't have said that or done that. Where would that leave me? Worrying about when you ever found out that really I wasn't all smiles all the time. Worried about the fact that you'd find out that one day I slept in my car in a parking lot. Worried about that. There's so many things I still work on on myself because I am not perfect. And I only lead in the areas I've mastered. Afraid that around the corner you'd just not like me as soon as I slipped up. I prefer to be all of me and know the people who love me really do. Like is a button on the Internet. I don't really care about being liked. I would rather be loved by the right people and completely not matter to everybody else because it doesn't matter. There's enough of us for everyone to have their ones, their people. Being liked, we can all. We can all exist without that. But love, that's only something you receive when it's real. So you spend the rest of your life trying to gather likes. You never actually open your heart for love, and it pales in comparison. There will never be enough people to like you to make up for one who loves you. And love comes from connection, real connection. You can't make that stuff up. We live in a world right now where we don't need to be put on a pedestal in order for people to listen. We don't need someone to say, oh, yeah, you matter. I am giving you a voice. You get to speak to people. You're packageable. You're this. We're living in a world where we are breaking down the barriers. We're reclaiming things. We Were never allowed to claim before. It's your time to be the one who does it. It's your time to be the one who does it. There's no one else that has your life. There's no one else who has your experience. There's no one else who has your story. You're the only one that can bring to the world what you can bring to the world. And when you understand that, and she understands that, and she understands that, and she understands that, and she understands that collectively, together, when we bring our absolute power, the world will change. But this will no longer be the time of one leader who changes the world, because it was them all by themselves, and everyone listened. This is the time of people who move, ignite movement in others. She who leads herself. She who leads herself, who ignites that passion, that power in the other one who says she can lead herself. I can lead myself. It's not about leading people because they don't know where they're going. It's about leading yourself to remind people they can too. And as the collective we walk, as a collective, we move. As a collective, we rise. Because I am the one who moves myself. I am the one who leads myself. You are the one who moves yourself. You are the one who leads yourself. But you're imperfect. And there are days you won't want to do this. Who will remind you. How easy will it be to stay reminded if she is the One and she is the One. And she is the One. And she is the one. And every day, there's women reminding you every day that you've got this. But if we see it as competition, you're surrounded every day by people who remind you that you're not the one, they're the one. Because there's only one. One. And it can't be you if it's her. We're wrecking the collective excellence by trying to strive to be the only best instead of creating a collective magical thing to be a part of one of the greats, one of those women who made history, One of the women who changed the path for four. Four. Four. The one who. The one who. The one who. The one who. There's so much that needs changing in this world, and together, we will do it. Not if we're fighting each other, though, then one or a few survive. But together, if we are able to inspire each other to actually own our power here, it's unstoppable. And you wonder, maybe, like, this is so much. This is, like, intense. I built my brand like this Alpha Femme I have a group on Facebook called the Alpha Femme Group. I give the floor to women to connect, to celebrate, to talk, to break free from things. It's not about me selling stuff, talking about stuff, being in there. Like, it's literally a collective group for women to come together so that you can't forget power. When you're in that group, it just reminds you every day. It's just a group to connect with powerful humans. And it fuels me every day to see how many of you are breaking through new heights and new levels, sharpening your conversations, sharpening your skills so that you're speaking value and not sales pitches. Refining that with the Alpha team, like, what makes it through seeing so much diversity grow inside of that group? I want to see, I want. I want when people come into the Alpha Femme world that they can see themselves on camera. That's my dream. Even they're not. They're not on camera, but they see themselves. She looks like me, she talks like me, she feels like me. There's something about her. I feel myself is in this group. I see my shape in this group. I see my accent in this group. I see my skin color in this group. I see my preferences, my orientation, my mindset, my convictions in this group. That is how I believe we will change the world is by having places where many people can find a home where everyone belongs and stands for something with unity and diversity. That's the power of duality, is unity and diversity. I've built my business on genuinely caring about people and showing up for conversations that matter to me and letting people matter to me. The Alpha Femme brand is built on connection rather than a website with buttons. You have humans in an inbox and it spread like wildfire. Doesn't that tell us the world wants more connection? The world, people want to be acknowledged and seen. We don't want to just be another number. We don't just want to be another link sent. We don't want to just be another lead. We want to be the one. We want to be the one. The one. So how do we manage, how do we treat people that way when we don't even treat ourselves that way? How will I ever learn how to let you be the one around me when I don't let me be the one for me, I'll always push back. I'll always push back because. And this is what happens with the majority of the people who are not happy with you claiming your space is. How can they be okay with you being the one if they still haven't Figured out how to own their place. It feels like with every woman who becomes the one around them, their chance of becoming the one is smaller until they understand what we're talking about today, which is we set each other free. When a woman, a person, a human like you in this world does something and that person reminds you of you, there's a code there that's like, whoa. And it could be like she lives in the same town as me. I have set so many people free. Last summer I got picked up by a newspaper because I had bought a house where in that segment of town. That was the biggest real estate purchase in this little segment of town. And it had this uproar effect in my community of like, who is she to buy a house like that? And then trying to dig dirt, trying to find out what's wrong with a 33 year old woman buying a $5 million house, which is in every other part of the world, would just be okay, but in that area, create a lot of chaos. And the way the articles were written about me and the way that radio interviews were conducted was in a very attacking way. But here's what happened. It drew a lot of attention to the entrepreneurs in my area. It drew the attention of women who had been afraid of this happening in our area. If you guys come from a small town, you know, success isn't always applauded in a small town. In a big town, you go to Hollywood. People want to know who's hot in St. Jerome, Quebec, Canada, people want to know, who the heck does she think she is? Very different. So I showed up there with all my heart and soul. And what ended up happening is I became a calibration portal for every woman from my area who said, you're from here. If you can do it, I can do it. I've been told my whole life I wasn't allowed to dream like that. Are you kidding me? I had women early last year, came to me, said, in France, nobody buys big stuff like this. I want to be the one for France. I said, let's do it. The France community in the personal development world in the last year has turned on its head and all it takes is for one to do it. And people say, you can make it in France, you can make it in Germany. How thought only Americans could do that. You can make it in England. Brits don't buy high ticket stuff. Brits don't buy that stuff. Sure do. All it takes is one. When you can be the one, you show evidence and then it's like popcorn you are evidence. Just by people being here. I'm already seeing we have. There's a whole Latina community inside of the AFE that get together and mastermind. We have a Latina, like a little mini Latina mastermind that God created inside of my community. I saw it in the AFB the other day. I was like, yes, this is so brilliant. Latinas represent. We need examples everywhere. So when women are looking for an example, they find one. But we also need to redefine the message. I am the one, but you are also the one. And together, when we both own that, we will make magic happen. Can you imagine if Ferrari had seen Lamborghini and said, you are the one, I am the one. Together we will create the greatest vehicle ever made. Can you imagine if Blockbuster had said, I am the one and you are the one, and together we will create the greatest entertainment company the world has ever known. Can you imagine if there would have been recognition of power instead of competition? We could have found Masterpiece companies. We've had some really good ones. But who knows what would have happened with collaboration? And this is what happens in the coaching industry, in the mentoring industry is it's a collaborative world. You're the one in your life. You know all this magic. I'm the one in my life, I know all this magic. We come together. There's so much. There's so much. And even if, and I can understand if Blockbuster is this huge multibillion dollar company and little cutesy Netflix comes up, but at least say, look, we're looking to do something like that. Why don't you come and intern with us and talk? Like, let's, we'll, we'll teach you the ropes. We'll do the things, we'll evolve. Like, it was just. There was just, it was just a no. We see no value in you. We are the one. Are we looking at collaboration? Are we looking at togetherness? And the number one way we change that is being in environments with other women and dismantling that feeling of competition. The real truth in your heart. How often do you feel a sense of competition in your body? Like, does it just give me a yes? Do you feel a sense of competition in your body when you look at the people around you in your industry? Just other women, the way they look, the way they earn, other mothers, if you've got kids and the mom of your best, of your kid, best friend, like the best friend of your child, her mom is so cool. And you're like the one who's able to be more bendy at yoga, the like, whatever it is, we have been taught to compete and in a world of competition we have still managed to create so much beauty. Imagine what would happen in a world of collaboration. Now the other thing is this because it's a two part agreement. If there is no collaboration, then what are you going to do about it? When I first came into the coaching industry, I was all about collaboration. I went and I spoke to some of the coolest people to see what it would look like to work with them and I was treated like not the one. Any question I had about anything got met with a lot of resistance. I couldn't get answers to any of my questions. I was dismissed. As soon as they looked at my profile or found out how much money I made, they didn't care. They dismissed me. If I was willing to pay, I could have gotten in. But there was very little chance of being respected and coming in. No one was excited to welcome me. They were just like, well I mean if you can manage to pay me, sure, but like not really cool enough. And I decided that I was going to build something extraordinary that would hold all women, that women could come into our world and be treated with respect. Whether they bought nothing, whether they bought a free thing or not a free thing, but like $111 thing, whether they bought a $500 thing, whether they bought a $5,000 thing, whether they were an AFE, they would get the same respect. They may not get the same level of customer relations. I mean obviously if you're in a higher end program, you're going to be with the team more. But the quality of the interaction and the respect, the care. I said I want to create something where no one feels the way I feel right now. And any one of those women that I had reached out to for coaching before who would come into my world would be treated with so much respect because that's what we stand for. And I hope I can inspire and I can be the one to show what it looks like to be treated with respect. We have women in my community who came in for free masterclasses for so long and never bought a thing. For years they never bought a thing. This is their first thing. And you have, you have been. Sarah says I still have a voice message in my messenger from Melanie. Best touchpoint company ever. You know, sometimes I go in my inbox and I don't, I don't say who I am, but I respond to stuff and I give links to stuff and I let people into groups. A few of you didn't get emails to get in here. And I opened my messenger and people were freaking out and I was like, oh, no, let me look into this for you. What's your email address? It was actually me going in the inbox. It matters to me how we speak to you. It matters to me how you feel in our presence. It matters to me. It matters to me because it mattered to me then when no one saw me and it matters to me now. Now where I could have really messed things up is to go fight against the coaching industry because something that I didn't like happened to me. And this is where a lot of us fall through the cracks. Instead of claiming that we're the one, you point fingers at who we believe is not who we believe is falsely receiving credit, love, admiration or money that shouldn't be. And we want to unmask what we don't believe in instead of filling the void. I didn't go talking about, this person did this and that person did that and I'm appalled. And here's a post about all the things I just built. What I wanted to see. You're the one who's able to have perspective on what's missing in this industry or any other industry. You see something, you say, I love this, I don't love that. And that's what you're the one to do. Where the void is. I would love to be a network marketer, but there's just a way that they do that well, this is an opportunity for you to be the one. I love the coaching industry, but I feel everybody talks about this too much and I feel more people need to talk about that. Well, be the one. I love the fashion industry, but I feel that it's not inclusive for women like me. And I wish there was just be the one. Be the one. There are so many things in life that you know could be better, but you're so busy being annoyed that they're not, that you're not building the solution and you are the one to build it. And with the correct collaborations, it will be easier. And with no collaborations, you will be the one. There is no losing. This is an innovative world where when we all claim our power in it, everything can be changed. Everything can be changed, everything can be altered. But do you claim your position as the one? And why wouldn't you? Because what if it doesn't work? Does that really feel like a vision that's going to help anything move forward? What if it doesn't work? The odds of that are 50, 50 it's like, it might work, it might not. So what are we going to do about that? But what if it doesn't work? Well, if it does. Oh, yeah, like it's a 50, 50. You can think about what if it doesn't work all day long? There's not going to change anything. You can think about what if it does all day long and it still won't change anything. The one is the one who gives full devotion to the thing they are the one for. I choose my partner. I choose Kevin to be my partner. I am devoted to my relationship, and he is the one for me. He's chosen no other woman, just me. That is such an honor. So how am I the one for him that honors that choice? That he feels love every day of his life? Because we've decided we were going to be in a monogamous relationship, I made that deal. Which means the source of external love and romance is me. How am I doing about that? If you look at the relationships in your life and the power that you have already, do you even own it? If you look at the position, the positioning in your life and how much love you already have, do you feel it? Do you let it in? When your kids look at you and they literally tell you like, you are the greatest human in the world. You are the most beautiful mom in all the world. You are my mom. You are perfect. Do you know they're. They're. They're telling you the truth. You are the one for all their life. You take that role seriously. There are so many people in the world that you matter to. How much do you surrender into that? And how can you let that grow and own that? The key to being the one on a big scale is learning to be the one at home. So yesterday I gave you a homework to try on being the one in different situations in your life. At the gas station with your partner who tried that on just a little bit. Did it with your son. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. What did you notice in doing it? What's something that you noticed? Did it with your boyfriend, the lady in the insurance company. It was gratifying. You had a deeper connection, more joy with your son, with your husband. Made you giggle, gave you confidence. Your posture changed. You showed up differently, more present, bigger smiles. There was a ripple effect in the mirror was harder. I believe that it was amazing. I felt really grounded. I was present. I had more joy. I was more humorous. It was light. It was freeing. I felt sparkly. My husband acknowledged it. I felt tenderness. My heart was Full. Can you imagine who you would be on the planet if that's the identity you walked in? We are trying to make global impact. We're trying to make a difference. We're trying to build a business, we're trying to do these big things and the tools we already have to fuel our confidence, we don't utilize. It's like you're a builder that leaves all their tools in the car. You show up on the building ground like, all right, let's do this. Just wish I had hammer. Should get myself one of those. It's in the car. Your tools, the greatest tools of your life are there at the gas station. Where do you try this on? I'm going to give you the same homework again tonight. I want you to try this even deeper. This is not even just for your own self actualization. This is for me, for you, for us. Do you know what would happen inside of the group if everybody actually did the homework? First of all, when you watch everybody do it, here's a fun question for who did you only do the video because you noticed how many people were doing it? Be honest, you probably wouldn't have done it, but then you saw how many videos were going up and you were like, okay, okay, I'm doing it too. Look at this. This is so powerful. You look at the group and you say, okay, if she can do it, I can do it. Maybe you saw someone cry and were like, okay, if she could do it and cry, then I can do it. Because I wasn't going to do it because I was going to cry, but now she did it and she cried, so it's fine. Then you saw someone with a strong accent do it and you thought, oh, gosh, I was so shy that I couldn't do it because my English isn't perfect. But like, if she did it with not a great English accent, I can do it. Then you had someone else do it. That didn't nail it. You could tell they were nervous and you said, gosh, if they can do it, I can do it. Some people did it before they said, anybody do it? This is the magic. Some people did it in their native tongue, some people did it in English, even with their accents. We. It blew my mind to see the beauty of that. What would happen if the whole group did it? What would happen if not only when you did it, you took a time to see a couple of other people do it and give them love. What would happen if 1500 people walked into the world able to see people in five days from now tell me there's no ripple attached to that. I don't know what it feels like to work at the Starbucks, but I can tell you that when I show up at that window every time the barista looks like she's won the lottery, like, thank you so much, and here's your coffee. And have a great day. And like, please come again. Now, there's jobs in this world where people are literally treated like robots. Like, you're doing your job. I don't care. Here's here, here, here you see people you care not so that you look cool, so that everybody is just real. Like, I acknowledge that you are a human and that you exist. Thank you for making my coffee. I hope you have a great day. We don't even show up with that energy, but we want to lead a world. We want to lead a company where people recognize our brand. We go to the store, we buy a bunch of stuff, there's a person there scanning every item and putting it in a bag. And we don't say, thank you so much, have a great day, and mean it. Why? But then you want to go online and ask people to like your status about your new business. To the level we see, we are seeing. To the level we feel we are felt. To the level we know we are known, there is an energetic match in the universe. The other part of this is not everyone who's successful is happy. The work I do in this world is not just about you being successful. It's about you being happy. And if being financially successful makes you happy, I want that for you. But not at the cost of your marriage, not at the cost of your well being, not at the cost of your confidence or your kindness. It's a package deal. In our world, money is the byproduct of the women we become. And that's. This is what's so magical about this world. And this work is. I really profoundly believe we will be one of the first generations to be wealthy and happy. We have the power to redefine money being the root of all evil, rather than being just add money to a beautiful life. Good people who attract money through the laws of the universe. This is an entirely different game we're playing. But for that, we need to develop our skills. Because we have skyrocketed. Artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence is at a standstill. And for the world to really change, we're going to have to raise the bar. But this is us. It's our work on the ground floor. Together, shoulder to shoulder, equal power. But different people and their power. I am the one. You are the one. We are the one together for the collective. That's how we make the change. So there's a couple of things I want you to work on today. The first thing is I want you to really sit with yourself and think about the times where other people not giving you validation actually took you out of the game. You showed up like Netflix, Blockbuster said no, and you went home and canceled the whole project. And be really honest with yourself about that. You have to look at that. Where have I honestly shown up and been deflated by other people's lack of acknowledgement? Notice those things. Where in your life were you presented with. Most people would have quit or failed, and you didn't. Meaning you showed up at Blockbuster. Blockbuster said no, you said yes. And then you made magic happen in your life. This could be a relationship where the partner left you, and you were like, please don't leave me. We can make it work. And the partner was like, no. And you're like, please. And he said, no. And you said, fine. And then you became fabulous. It could be about a job. They fired you from the job because you were too innovative. And you're like, I have great ideas. And they're like, you are. You are not listening to the hierarchy and you are being insubordinate. So you are fired. And you said no, and they said yes, and you said, fine. And then you became fabulous. Those times, there are both. We need to get really honest about both of them. And then the overarching homework that continues through this program is deepen your connection to people. You are the one. When people around you are with you, they are the one. You are the one. When people around you feel like they are the one. You change the world by doing that. Try it on even more. Not for fun and not for. Not for show. For real. Not to just. I want to make her happy today. Not like, I'm the. I'm the one that's coming in to save the day. I'm the one that's going to be so nice that I'm going to make your life better. Not like that. Genuine connection. I see you. You matter. For real. Because when you let people matter, you let yourself matter to people. There is an energetic frequency that courses between people who actually acknowledge each other. The hardest thing about my entire business has been becoming having so many people that I can't look at every single one of you in the eye and tell you I'm grateful you're here, because there's a time I could do that. I could. I could say every name on the screen and say, I'm so happy you're here. The hardest thing has been continuing to care that much without being able to tell you and for you to feel it. I'm going to continue to work on that for the rest of my life. But my life gets continuously better as people matter to me and I let myself matter to them. I am the one. I am the one for my partner. I am the one for my parents. I am the one for my siblings and the one for my friends. I am the one for my clients. I am the one for this industry. I am the one for the world. But if I. If I were trying to be the one for the whole world and felt alone at home, I would be reliving an old paradigm of success that's all too familiar. We hear about the successful people who take their own lives because they felt so alone, they felt so misunderstood, and it makes no sense because they were so great. Like Robin Williams. That was such a puzzling one. Like, you made people laugh, you made people smile, you made people. But you didn't let yourself matter to anybody. You didn't let it sink in. You could let yourself be impactful to others, but you didn't let it land how much you mattered. And in the end, you thought you didn't at all. Let yourself matter to people. It will change your life and it will change theirs. There is no greater pain for the people who loved me to find out what happened to me those years. There is no greater pain for them to know that they were so far from me that they didn't know. Every single one of them now says, I wish I would have known. I didn't let them matter. And I robbed us both. In the end, it all worked out. But I think so I could share this message with you. And luckily I had the power and the will and the desire to make amends with everyone so they could share that with me and be honest with me and tell me how they feel and so you don't make the same mistakes. Let yourself matter to people. The easiest way to do that is let them matter to you. When you realize that it's possible to care about people, you will believe it is possible for people to care about you. And this matters at every level. I will give this. I will have this conversation with women who are making multimillions of dollars a year, because if you don't really integrate this now, you will become successful and think that's what your value is. And that would be such a sad thing. You are the one, because you are the one. And then we add money. We just sprinkle the money on top. We are so much more than that. We are wise, beautiful, powerful, deep, emotional, connected, loving, profound, caring, compassionate, generous beings. And money makes us more of that. And if we're struggling with being resentful and scared and dull and bored and annoyed and frustrated and rude and vengeful, well, when we add money, money amplifies that. So let us work on our identity so that when the money comes, we can explode that into a next dimension of magic and power into the whole world and everyone benefits. That you becoming a wealthy woman, that you becoming a wealthy person is good for the collective because money in your hands is good for the world. Power in your hands is good for the world. Impact and influence in your hands is good for the world. And to become an energetic match for that, it starts inside. You are building the story of your life. Every single thing, good or bad, that happens is part of the story. And how you respond is part of the story. Will you be proud of how you tell the story? In hindsight, write the story the way you want to tell it. Let yourself matter to people. Practice by people mattering to you. You are the one. Enjoy this. Spend the rest of your day in these energies. The more you claim it and the more you practice it, it becomes your identity. It's not about what we do in life. It's who we are when we do it. I am the one gives you the identity that fuels this work in an aligned way. So the things, the people, the places, the circumstances you attract, they hold an energetic match to what you want to create. You go first, the universe responds. I look forward to seeing your homework in the group. We'll be sending the replay through email like we did yesterday as well. If you're not connected with me on social media, I'm going to be writing a fun post. I have had some issues with my Facebook groups, unfortunately. So if I comment too much on Facebook groups, they block me on Facebook. I don't know why this is happening, but what I like to do during a program is I'll write posts on social media, like on my personal profile, either on Instagram or on Facebook, that have to do with the program. Kind of cryptic for the rest of the world, but we get it. And then you can talk to me on that and I go in and interact so I can at least talk to you. If you want to talk to me me on there, I'll make a post, you'll know it's about this program and we can interact on it. So I have my Melanienne layer Instagram and my Alpha Femme Instagram and then Melanie and layer on Facebook. You're more than welcome to join our Alpha Femme group as well. I just started a LinkedIn. If you feel like connecting with me on LinkedIn, just have one of those now. So thank you for being here. Thank you for this conversation. Go. Be the one. Do it with your energy. It will change everything and you will. You will never retract entirely from this. Even if you just do it in this program and you forget about it, you will grow your energetic range in these five days. Take it seriously. Take it to heart. You are the one. No one can do this work for you. No one else can stretch your power. No one else can stretch your range. No one else can change things for you. This is you. You got this. And I will see you tomorrow for another amazing module of I am the One. See you soon. I am the One.
