The One - Day 5 Part 1

Heather Hales leads a guided visualization to heal past shame and reclaim personal power. The session combines personal stories about leadership and authenticity with a meditation exercise designed to help you move through old pain and step into who you actually are.
I am the one it.
Hello, gorgeous human being of I Am the one. After that, there's a lot of things.
I want to tell you today.
Gonna be an interesting module. All kinds of stuff that need a singing like that. How do I. I need my sexy tech over here.
Making a dinger. But I'm not sure. Sure I'm not annoying.
Okay.
So there are so many.
Interesting turns of events that have occurred in my life since I started reading it. And I want to start this module.
By having like a behind the scenes conversation with you. I want to talk to you like Melanie. So when. When I decided that I wanted to do this, I really didn't know if it was going to work or not. It really wasn't guaranteed that it might. It really. I really just didn't know how to do it yet. But I wanted it to work and I wanted to know how to do it. And I had all the same feelings, I think all of us feel at some point, no matter how successful we are on this, which is like, but how, like, how do I break through? What do I have to do? Where do I. What I have to say?
What do I have to post?
What do I have to. What I have to change? What I have to fix? Like, what is it though? And even though things brought me really close, when I checked in with myself and I'd be like, was that it? Did I break through? Was this it? Like, I was constantly looking for, have I done it? Did I change?
Have I grown?
Did it work? It was never this, like, trust and consistency. It was always like checking this. Did it work? Am I it? Did I change? Did it work? Was it worth it? And what I realized is that I was living my life as though something was supposed to change in a second, instead of living my life as though I was changing every second. Can you feel the difference in that? Kind of like a little kid that wants to measure himself against the wall every day. Did I grow yet? Am I taller yet? Did I grow yet? And it's like, you're growing, but you haven't grown yet. Since yesterday, but you are growing. How's that possible if we can't see it? Can't explain it, but it's totally happening. You will not be 4 foot 1 for the rest of your life. I'm telling you, there will be a shift. It's happening. You just can't see it. Next day, I'm a taller yet. No, not yet. And it's like we do this when we are in our childlike wonder for growth and we are so excited to grow and we are so excited to see change and we are so excited for it to be visible. We are so excited to feel it. We are so excited. We are so excited. Oh, it is Monet's birthday. Happy birthday, Monet. So we're so excited to see growth that we're impatient about it. Like the kid in the backseat of the car who's just left and there's a three hour road trip and within two minutes goes, are we almost there? And you're like, oh, no. Like, we are not almost there, but we are going there. We are going to get there. But please, please don't ask me that every two minutes or this is going to be a very long car ride. We want to know, am I almost there yet? Have I grown yet? Are the cookies ready yet? Is it time yet? Is it baked yet? Can I eat it yet? Is it Christmas yet? Not yet, but that doesn't mean it's not coming. It just means it's not there. Our issue is we're constantly looking at what's not there yet as evidence instead of what's brewing under the surface. And this, this has been, for me, the biggest thing to lean on even now because my life still continues to unfold while I'm leading this, which is so interesting. Like, I've chosen to lead on the ground floor. So the way I, what I wanted and how I crafted my position in this industry is I really loved the idea of the coaching industry. I looked at it and I was like, you know what? That this actually a really cool, amazing thing. But then I looked at how I felt around a lot of the coaches that were successful and I was like, but that doesn't. I don't like that. I wish it was more like this. I wish it was more like that. So what I did is I tried my very best to create something that I would have wanted to have for me. And I think this is how we become the one. We're drawn to a thing and then we tweak it the way we wish it was. That's how we make it unique. There's always something missing. Even when you're watching me, even though I have a really successful brand, you'll see things that you're like, I love this, but I would have done this. And even if it doesn't show up right away, even if it's not like the first day you meet me, you might be like, see, she's done it perfect. There's nothing to change. Hang on, wait. You'll See, there's something you'll see, you'll say, ah, if she could have done that, it would have been even better. And that's your opening to say, I'm, I'm looking at what the best is out there and I'm innovating on the best. I'm going, and I'm putting myself in the places that are the most attractive to me. And then I'm, I'm modifying them and I'm, I'm adapting them to even better so my people get even better. Like, that's how we innovate this industry.
Right.
So what really has been interesting for me is one of the things I said is I'm going to, I'm going to lead on the, on the ground floor. I'm not going to just make the same things that I always do and that are automated and that are just like something that works, that I keep selling. I'm actually going to continue to grow. And, and as I continue to grow, I'm going to create new stuff. Every time something new happens in my life, every time something powerful occurs, I'm going to lead in it, through it on the ground floor. So it's not perfect and polished and refined, but when I say I only teach things, and you've heard me say this, and I know for some people it's a little jarring when I say that, but I only teach things that I've mastered, I believe I've mastered evolution and growth over a lifetime. So even though the thing that I'm, that I'm teaching is new, it's in the context of something I've mastered, which is I'm teaching you something in the context of something I'm mastering. So I'm giving you an example. Let's say someone wants to teach on money, just money as a frequency. The question is, like, have you mastered money? Maybe not. But if you want to make a course about how to make $5,000 months, have you mastered that? Yes. So there's always something you've mastered. There's always something that you're in the process of. Like, I have really worked hard and I've worked aligned to learn how to do this thing. Hey, channel sisters in the house. I have worked hard, I've worked aligned, I've worked for me to be able to get to this stage. This is my stage of mastery right now. But what we want to do is, yeah, but this isn't that. And that is what people want and that I haven't mastered. So this I can't talk about because it doesn't matter. And we sell ourselves short for what we've done instead of realizing there are so many people on the planet that wish they could do the thing that you know how to do right now. And there is a time not long ago, you wish you knew how to.
Do what you know right now, but.
We forget that once we're good at it. So for me, it's been these two currencies in my life. The currency of constantly evolving and mastering every level, and also the real truth of when something's happening that's like, I'm processing this, or I'm struggling with this. I want to be honest about that, because I think that in the business, because my area that I speak about is mostly how to become a woman who builds her dream life and business. There's things in that that sometimes I'm processing. And it's so interesting because right before a program, like, if I do Alpha to Alpha, which is my leadership course, I'll have something that, like, knocks me in the teeth about leadership like the week before or like the night before we launch. And then my brain wants to say, why is this happening to me? And I'm like, because I'm the one it needs to happen to in order for the world to change. Because this thing happening is going to change exactly the course of this program. Now, these things happen to me at this level because I've asked for them. And I also need us to remember this. I have asked for massive opportunities for leadership, massive opportunities for growth. I have asked to be a person who can lead. Before, every. Every time, before I come on a live call or coaching call, I'll take a second and I speak to whoever's listening. I say, please give me, you know, the words that these people need to hear. Thank you for lending them to me, and I promise to give them back better than you lend them to me. I know that there's something that's working through me, and I've declared myself strong enough to go through a lot of these things. And there are times that I could kick myself for saying that I'm in. I'm like, why did I put myself in this energy? And then I go through it and I'm like, this is why I've got this.
I've got this.
So it's so funny because this. This master course took a spin that I was not expecting, and it went in a direction that was real, because something happened in my life, and I. I just led with it. But when this happens, I always have to sit with myself, like, why did this happen right here, right now? And. And. And there's. When I. It's on unprocessed. And when things are happening in the moment, there are sometimes ways that I'm going to express something that's like, the way I'm feeling it in the moment. And it will be captured by different people in different ways. And then we go in a direction maybe that wasn't perfect, it wasn't ideal. Then I've got to lead myself there. So yesterday I shared a story about how I was greeted, let's say, in a kind of aggressive way from a person that I. And it jarred me, and my family was a little jarred, and it was all weird. And there was a response in the group. One of the participants was like, but what if. What if I saw you? Like, would you be disgusted if I hugged you? Is that what you're saying right now? And when I read that, I'm like, oh, my gosh, like, how do I get these things so wrong? Like, how do I say something like that? And that's the. That's what. That's what's received. Like, that's not. That's not it. I was having a conversation with my sister, and she said, can I point something out to you? And I said, yes. She said, you're forgetting an important detail about how. How all that happened and why you. You felt. We all felt so weird about it. She said, the girl wasn't a person that followed you on social media because of alpha femme. What she said to you was, you're the girl who bought the $5 million house, and now I've been following you, and you're legit, and you make so much money, and you're my idol. And that was the thing. So she was not a person that loved me. She saw I'm rich, then she saw alpha femme, then she saw me in real. And it was like, oh, my gosh. And that is one of the things that made me realize I don't think I want to be famous, because this didn't feel like a love of me or a care of me. It felt like an outside person who just wanted to. Like, I don't. I can't explain it. It was just like the weirdest experience. There was no connection. It was like an ownership of my identity. Like, I get to grab you, touch you, hold you, yell about you, talk about you. I know you. I've seen you. You're rich. And it was just so, like, this is where. When we think about fame. People don't really know me, but when I think of us, this is so different. You're coming into my world to learn about my stories, my life, my teachings, what. We're seeing each other, we're talking to each other, we're cultivating something and ins. And I've never, in all of my. My time here, been afraid that, you know, someone's gonna. I don't know. There's a feel, there's a feeling about this group. For example, even there's 1500 people in here. There's a safety in here because it's like we're here for the right reasons. And I feel like I'm able to express what I want, and I'm able to bring us back to the floor together and say, we're all sitting in the living. And it was the first call. I said, I don't want this to feel like I'm on a stage. I want this to feel like we're all sitting in the living room together. So you can imagine if that's my goal for the world, that being stopped on a. You know, by a lake, by someone who's seen me in a newspaper and loves me because I'm rich, is like the polar opposite of that. So when I see that, the billboard downtown Montreal, there's. There's a duality, and here's what the duality is. I'm the one that inspires the women who want to be the one. I'm the one who ends up on a billboard and didn't have to pay for advertising or marketing. I just shine my light and someone says, we want you in the magazine. I end up being the front cover. Then the front cover makes a billboard. I end up on a billboard. I don't even need to pay for it, really. It's the dream somewhere for a lot of people. And I'm the one that models that in our community. I'm proud of represents that I've done good work. It represents that I'm being loved for what I've done. It represents that I'm being seen for what I've done. But on the outside world, I'm a girl on a billboard, maybe looking for attention, maybe looking to be seen, maybe claiming things. And it puts me in that same state of panic as that. That newspaper. It puts me in the same state of panic of, like, out of context. I'm giving bedroom eyes to a camera on a big billboard outside the Four Seasons downtown Montreal. Like, you know, it's out of context. Who the heck am I? To be put on. Like, anybody in the world, anybody in Montreal drives by that and sees this picture and is like. And I know that, and I feel that. And I'm a human. So I'm telling you the real truth of the real things right in our community. I own it, because this is my work. But without context, sometimes it's like, oh, gosh, there's fear. There's fear that people will imagine that because I'm on a billboard, I want attention, and that it's okay to come get me like that. That because I'm in the newspaper, I want attention, and it's okay to get me like that, out of context. So it's. Being the one has its flip side. And I've read a lot of your stuff. What makes you scared? What if I lose myself? What if I stop being, you know, me and it goes to my head? What if everyone expects everything from me and I feel like I'm stuck and I've got to give everything to everyone? What if people, you know, give, have judgments of me and they start looking at me a certain way and they expect things of me? What if I don't have time for my life anymore? What if I have to give everything I've got to everybody and all I end up doing is being the one for everybody and not having time for anything? What if I become too driven and I lose connection with my family and my kids and I forget what really matters to me? What if? What if? What if we all have these things, and the bottom line is it's our job to navigate the flip side in a way that works for us. And it's so easy to look at what someone else is doing and to imagine that they're doing it. And they're clear. They know what they're doing. But me, I don't. But her, look at her. She's so clear. She's on a. On a billboard. She's got this huge business. And I would have to be as clear as she is in order for things like that to happen to me. Well, here's the. Behind the scenes, I'm still not clear. I'm still working through it. And of course, it happens during. I am the one with all these feelings where I'm leading. I am the one. And then, like, process this, Lenny. Like, okay, I see you. Like, so we've got. We're constantly evolving. And the crazy thing is, as you grow and as you evolve, you're going to realize there's so many different levels of being the one. And what you think you want right now is based on your current level of understand. Understanding. Once you achieve a different level of understanding and another level of life presents itself, you're going to want to be the one in something else and something more. Because this is a constant evolution and growth. We don't just get to a point where we're done. So no matter how advanced you are, no matter how much you've done, once you get this, the next level is going to be like, how do you be the one here? And how do you. What's the next level of the one? I never in my life thought I would be here with a company that touches all the world, Programs, people all over the world, the level of financial success, the size of my team, even. I remember building this on my own. I never thought I'd even be able to trust this many people. Getting here has been such an incredible journey. But then now that I'm here, all of a sudden I'm hearing people that are making in different industries, but still, like, $100 million a year. My brain can't comprehend that number. A billion, like, people are billionaires. I'm like, I don't even know. I can't. I don't even know what that number means. Like, how do you know? You know how many zeros there are? Like, how. How do you even. It doesn't even make sense. So really, when you get to a certain point, you realize there's more and more levels after, and you're like, gosh, really? This isn't even. It's big. It's not even that big. So I'm processing things now, knowing if I wanted to go further, there's still so much more. I would have to be able to acclimate to. I would have to be able to acclimate to so much more than what I'm capable of now. And it makes sense why I've grown to the level I am now. And it makes sense that I am at the level I am now and not beyond, because I can still feel in my body, there's stuff to process. I still feel in my body, there's still places I need to lead myself. But so far, so good. And then now, what can I lead through? Being misunderstood? Can I lead through being in a group of people where I. I'm like, these people understand me. I'm just gonna say it. And then it's like, oh, no, that landed wrong. Can I have. Can I be courageous and be like, okay, let me just bring back the thing I said wrong? Let's Dissect it. Let's go back to it. Instead of just being like, let's just forget all about that.
Most people are okay.
Let's just. There's so much about this. There's so much. And for some people, it's like, it didn't land wrong for me at all. I got it. And for some people it's like, thank you for addressing this. Because I was. I felt bad about it and now I feel so much better about it. So we've got to learn. Because there are times in my life where I don't know if I would have been able to address this. There's too much stress. What if I say it wrong in the way I try to fix it? There is stress. And when emotions are high, intelligence is low. This is one of those master courses that I have so much I want.
To share with you.
And somehow in the middle something happens and we end up taking another trajectory. So important announcement is that we're actually adding days to this master course. We're adding three extra days, this master course. Now, you've got to know something about me is these master courses exist for a very specific reason. And there's a transmission I know I need to give and when I give the amount of days, it's because I believe that I know how to deliver that transmission in that amount of days. If it shows up that I am wrong, I add days. And I realized with everything we've been through that there is an entire new module that I want to create based on what happened. And two, that ended up not happening the way I wanted because we changed things. But I think everything happens in order. And I can't imagine what would have happened if I would have ignored what happened in my life and just bypassed it. It would have not been possible. So we're going to be extending the masterclass. So I'm going to have my team put the times in the group and we will also email them to you. But we have got, we're going to take a break in between so I can also process and just let things land for me and come back to you really, really strong on this. Okay, so we've got the weekend and Valentine's day on the 15th. It's my dad's 60th birthday. So we're going to start back on Wednesday and we're going to do Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and those three days in a row. So the teat them calls will be added into the group. And I've got, I've got one brand new module I didn't think I was going to do. And then two of like, re navigating this to where I wanted to take us originally. I want. I want to model something for you that's so true here, is that you will make mistakes for real. Like, you will. You'll make mistakes when you think you're not. And then you will have the opportunity to make them right. You will also have things happen that make your stuff better, your life better. It'll be like a fork in the road or a detour that you take. And it actually makes everything better. Even though it makes it longer and you take more time. You're gonna be like, this is actually amazing. It's okay if things take longer. It's okay if you make a mistake. It's okay if you change trajectory. It's okay if you change your plans. This is a journey of evolution and growth over a lifetime. There is no such thing as just success and failure over a lifetime. You can fail a conversation. But then if you believe in evolution and growth over a lifetime, there's a moment to breathe and to make it right. If you believe you are the one, then there's always a way to make it right. You may need a few days to relax. You may need to get your mind right. You may need to change things. You may need to add things. You may need to do things differently. You may need to apologize. You may need to go back and re explain. You may need to do a bunch of things that make your body inside be like. But when you do it and you come out on the other side, there is a power in that. I have made mistakes along my journey. I have had to course correct. I have taken the long. The long way. I have had detours. I have. I have. I have had so many things. For those of you who were with me in 2021, there was a lot of this. 2021. In the middle of one of my programs, I got a concussion. Actually in the middle of two of my programs at the same time, I got a concussion. I had to reorganize things and. But those ended up being some of the most pivotal times in my life. But in the moment, I felt like a failure about 100 times because it wasn't going the way I wanted, it wasn't going the way I thought. Attuned to fortune and cash both at the same time. Two huge important programs. And it's like, why is this happening? But if I respond to it like the leader than I am, that I am, it ends up happening for the good. So I remember in the beginning when I was thinking to myself, oh yeah, and then there was the invisible offer needed to be pushed. Everything got. Everything, everything got hit, which ended up being fempire and my matrix ended up having to be pushed. It happened in the. It happened when I was just about to start a matrix mastermind. I had the invisible offer was just about to turn into fempire in the middle of a tune to fortune and cash, everything at the same time. And then it's like you are not able to. You're not able to be on the computer, phones or anything for this amount of days. And you can't do this, you can't do that. And it just in, in the end, I handled it with my heart and it changed my business. If I would have handled it with my ego, I don't know what I would have done. Maybe I would have pushed myself beyond my capacity. Maybe I would have. I don't know what I would have done. But I had to trust. And I channeled the sentence when it happened and I wrote it in my little green book. I. I have this book. There's actually another thing. I don't know. I'm tangenting on this, but in the Alpha femme notebooks that we have, I have this one green one. It's like a light sage green book. And we created the green one because I kept having this vision that I tracked money in a green money book. When I was little, my mom used to read us a book and it was the green book. And every night we would ask for a story from the green book. And there's something about green books that can't explain it. There's a connection to green books. I wanted a green book in the Alpha femme store and I created this beautiful sage green alpha femme notebook. And the first month I tracked my finances in that notebook, I had a million dollar month. And I've been using the same green book and writing all my, my money goals and my breakthroughs in it for so long. And it just, it ended at the end of the year, this, this green book. But in the green book, I channeled. It was like a voice in my head that kept saying this. And it was like, everything is going to be okay. Everything is going to be better than okay. As long as you take care of what is at hand right now. But everything is okay. Everything will be better than okay. And it was like I knew if I just took care of me, it was going to be better than okay. And that's what happened. So I Actually closed the green book and put a string around it. And we're opening a new one today. And I'm. I've been like procrastinating, starting a new one because I've got attachment to this old one. That's my. All my own stuff. But I'm ready to graduate into a new green book and there's new. There's new celebrations to come in my life. But I have all these moments in my life that are so real. I'll show you. I'll post it in the group. I'll show you the old ragged one and I'll show you that my new.
One that I'm starting.
So we have moments in our lives, things that don't feel like they matter until we say them. Things that we don't think matter until we live them. Things we don't think matter until we change them. Things that don't matter until. Until we claim things like it doesn't matter until you tell the story. But you've got. You're the only one that can make it matter. Who cares about a green book. But if I had to tell you the stories about green books in my life, it could probably make you cry over a green book because it means something to me. You have a connection to things in your life and as you speak them, people get more connected to them. You will help people understand things with your heart. You've got to be willing to be real and to course correct along the way. One of the most seen things I saw in the group about being the one and the fear around being the one is, what if I mess it up? Like, what if I just make mistakes? I hope you do. I hope you do for so many reasons. Because you may wish for it to be easy right now, but when you become successful and if you can just like really hear me when I tell you this, when you become successful and you will and you start telling people about what it took for you to get here, you will be grateful for the stories. It won't feel the same if you're like, yeah, it was actually really easy. It won't be the same if it's like, I don't know, I just said I wanted it and it happened and I have it. That's not it.
It's my pleasure.
So what I want for you is that when, by the time you tell the story, you say you want to know, pull up a chair, I'll tell you the story and that someone is changed by that. And that doesn't happen. If there wasn't one that doesn't happen. If you didn't meet yourself somewhere that doesn't happen. If you didn't take a wrong turn, end up somewhere else, have some crazy story, and come back stronger than ever with something. There is no, oh, I think I've frozen. All right, we're back. My apologies. Crashing the Internet again. Can everybody hear me properly? Okay, so what I was saying is we're going to come to a place in your story where you'll have succeeded and what you'll want more than anything. When people say, you know, how did you do it? There's a feeling that comes with, let me. Let me tell you that story. Let me, like, pull up a chair, sit with me. Let me tell you a story. Instead of like, I honestly, I don't know. It was just so easy. You'll be grateful for the stories then you'll be grateful when a person, when your people in your life are like, I'm going through such a hard time and it's not working for me, you will be grateful that you can say, I don't even worry for you. Let me tell you my story. This is how it felt for me at some point. Here's the mistake I made. Here's the turn I took. It's part of what makes you so unique is what you've overcome and how. So if you're trying to bypass all of that to be perfect, what's the story? There is no story. It's just a girl who got everything she wanted. The end. How? There's something missing. So when you're going through a difficult time, just know if it's a for me, for you, for us kind of thing. You're. You're cracking codes, you're cracking your own code so that one day when someone who's an energetic match for that lesson comes into your world, you can give them something. There's something for you to give them. There's a difference between. And this is something actually that I profoundly believe. And I was just writing an endorsement from my client's book, Jasmine, my client Jasmine's book. And she. She talks about this a lot in her book. She talks about, like this. You can. You can go through ups and downs in life, but is the suffering necessary? And for me, this is a big thing. It's like, I have been through so much, but the suffering stopped. When I chose myself, there was still pain, stress, anxiety, fear, but the suffering stopped. Because what I realized is that we create the suffering. It's in our dialogue that the suffering is made you can have pain without suffering. The pain will pass. The suffering is the ongoing narrative that keeps us in it. It's the submerging into the pain. You can have a pain that changes the world, that makes you stronger and braver and bigger. And you can be proud of yourself for overcoming that pain. You can be an energetic match for whatever comes, whether it feels good or it feels bad, without the suffering. If we're brave enough to say, whatever it is, bring it. Because I'm the one. I'm the one that's meant to transmute this. I'm the one that's meant to understand this. It's happening to me because through me the world can change. And it's a difficult thing. It's not an easy thing. But why else would you be here? Why else would you feel it in your soul that you were meant for more, for just to just be easy? Like, what is. How is that more? And we see rich people all the time that are dissatisfied with their life with no purpose and no journey. This isn't about the money. It's about the self actualization, the breaking free, the breaking through, the rediscovering, the rebirth, the growth, the transformation, the meaningful magical thing that occurs when you break free. And then the money is a byproduct of the woman you become. So be okay with the turbulence. There is no suffering required. But you will go through pain. And your strength through the pain will make you so much stronger and it will pass through if you're not in resistance to either having it or not having it. And some of us will struggle and suffer more than others in our lifetime. Some of us will have more pains than others. Some of us will have more successes than others. That's why it's so important that we hold ourselves and hold each other together, because together we're stronger. And for one person who's going through a difficult time and we can all come together. That's part of why we're here in the first place. Even when I was looking at the thread of the person who was like, ouch, like, does that mean if I want to hug you, like your, your whole family is going to cringe at me? How many extraordinary comments were on that thread? It blew me away. I was like, this is, this is amazing because I know many places on the Internet where that would have been posted and it would have either gotten crickets because people would didn't want to get involved, or it would have only got people who supported, or it would have had a bunch of fights and bullying in the comments, and we didn't get that. We got real, honest, truthful feelings with support and listening and compassion and opinions and coaching and magic. And I was absolutely honest to goodness, blown away by that. But that's what happens when it's like, she matters. And I think I can say something that matters. This is how we come together. This is how we come together. So if there's anything that doesn't feel right in what I'm saying, there's two parts to it. It could be that I didn't express myself correctly, and I really do apologize when that happens, because my. My greatest desire is that everything I say lands, but it doesn't always go that way. So bear in mind, if I say something that doesn't land, well, I probably didn't express myself properly. But also, you're welcome to express yourself. And this is not about if you don't feel good, you're wrong. And if you don't get it, you're wrong. This really is about an experience of togetherness and seeing where all the blocks are. I've seen posts of women be like, I feel so bad to say this, but, like, I feel jealous of your billboard thing.
I wanted to be the one on a billboard.
I'm trying to listen from you. I'm trying to learn from you. And there's this big voice in my head that's like, you're taking the thing I want. You know how much courage it takes to post that. And I get it. And I honestly, I get it. I hear the pain, I hear the fear. I hear the stress. I just. Is that a swan? No. Okay, that's it. That's a cat. That is the cat's tail. I was like, there's a swan on that desk. This is the weirdest thing I have ever seen in all my life.
Sorry, Manuel.
Your cat distracted me. Okay. But we are the catalyst for growth for so many people through positive breakthroughs and through difficult breakthroughs. And if we're willing to be the one for that and trust, everybody gets to be okay. And we don't need to fight. We get to just hold space for each other. So today I want to do a visualization with you. I'm going to take you through three periods of time, and we're going to go do some. Some searching. And if you bear with me, we're going to do some time meddling. So the first thing I'm going to do, I'm going to take you to the past. We're going to do, like, the ghost of Christmas past, present, and future. But it's not Christmas and they're not ghosts. But bear with me.
This is the vibe.
We're going to go into the past, and what we're looking for here is a moment where you felt a level of shame that scarred you. So this can be something about in grade school. This could be something like a parent that told you off, but in a public place. Or it could be like a sibling. It could be a boyfriend, something that happened with a person, a test you failed, a humiliation, something that in your body, the feeling that you feel is so not good that you wish. I wasn't asking you to do this. That's where we're going. You're welcome. Okay, so first we're going to take three deep breaths. And I know it's like, how do I just pick one? But the great thing about this is you have lifetime access to this. So if you want to rewrite them all, you'll be able to rewrite them all and do this as often as you want. It's going to be great. So you're going to take three really deep breaths.
So you fill your lungs.
You can sit up, you can lay down, whatever is best for you. Just be in a position where you can surrender into this. Really breathe. Now, the kind of breath I want you to take is the kind of breath a small child will take when they are stressed. You know, like one that fills your lungs like. Like that breath. Like, put yourself back in a state of stress. You're okay. But put yourself back in a state.
Of stress because we need to go there.
I want you to feel in your body, the shame is coming. You might even start to feel emotional.
Just breathe.
As fast as you can. Take yourself back. I want you to bring yourself right into this feeling in your life of absolute. No, this can't be happening. This is so bad.
I will never survive this moment. Now, I want you to do something very special. You're gonna separate yourself.
So I want you to be in.
This moment with the small version of you it happened to, whether you're a small child, a teenager, whatever it is. But I want you to keep the consciousness of the grown woman you are in the room with you. Now.
We're going to go in the version.
Of you that went through this first, relive it for a second part of peace, and reframe what happened. Whose fault is it? Why is it not fair? Why shouldn't it happen? Why shouldn't it have happened? Why? Who could have done better? I want you to Feel this feeling in your body. This is one of the feelings that you live as a grown up to avoid what you're feeling right now. This is one of those feelings where you wish no one could see, no one had heard. One of those moments kind of wish for invisibility. Now, as you're sitting in this moment, I want you to let the feeling that you're feeling actually take over you, like, remember how it felt. Where in your body do you hold the shame, the anger? I'm going to ask the grown up version of you to assess this situation. And the moment you bring your assessment to the situation, I want you to notice how the energy changes hold perspective, something we don't have in the moment. However tall you were when this happened, I want you to get eye level with yourself as the grown up that you are, and I want you to just look at yourself in the eyes and give yourself the energy. One day, okay, maybe not today, but one day you're okay. But this version of you who didn't get anyone, who got it in the moment, couldn't explain, express how she felt.
Couldn'T go to anyone or anything for.
Help because it didn't make sense. The fear, the shame. You didn't even want to talk about it. Let her be seen in this moment by the strongest, wisest version of you you've ever been. Breathe into being understood, Breathe into feeling staged. You're able to just see what the fear really is for this version of you. And what, what will she now try to do to protect herself from doing that again or having that happen again? What was the defense mechanism that was put in place? How did you change in this moment? There's a link, golden link that's gonna appear in the room. This link represents a piece of you that you gave away. There's an energy in the room. It's like, can I reclaim this? Am I ready to reclaim this? Sit with yourself until it feels like you can take the link in your hands and you've reclaimed that. Whatever she went through, just be less of who she is for that. And you know that you did it. But you know that and you reclaim that link in your life and ask the older version of you to say, I no longer need to protect myself from this ever happening again. I realize now this part of me is required. When you feel ready, I want you to take this gold link in your hands and hold it tightly with both hands. There's an energetic charge in this link. It starts to repair things energetically throughout your life. All the places that you could have acted with this you've given away. It's all restored. Whatever you gave away is back. You can decide those stories are rewritten energetically. They can be from this point forward. Anytime a story comes up in your head and you remember it, this link missing, you can now change the story in your mind of what could have happened had you just kept that part of you alive. Are you gave away? This is your link. Take a moment and breathe. There you can settle the energy in the room. Allow yourself to hold the link. Allow that younger version of yourself to.
Feel safe.
Now, that old version of you. When you're ready, gonna go back into the past and rest. Because she's been waiting for you to come back and fix this for a while. While. So hold her hand. You can kiss her on the forehead. You can hug her. You tell her you're gonna find yourself alone with yourself in that same room. And a big mirror is going to appear in front of you. Now this time you're alone with yourself. And you're alone reflection. And when you open your hand, you see the link. But in the mirror, it's not there. Got to do some reconciliation. How is your life different right now? You claim this missing link in your life today. How would the energy in your life be different if that link were a vibrant, existing part of your life? I want you to get really clear with yourself that there's a part of you that you gave up for a very long time, but it was not taken. No one can do that. Gave it up because you thought it would be better for you to do that. Now you have it back. I want you to let the energy of this link fill your body, reclaim a piece of you that was long gone, and just let it be here with you. There's a word that comes up as what you would describe this link to be. Say it. Sentence. I want you to experience reclaiming this link not just in the past, but right now. You can imagine a desk show up in the room with a beautiful box, most beautiful jewelry box you've ever seen. Go over to it, open the box, the link right in the box. The only thing that will be in there, shiny, beautiful, safe. And the next thing you're going to see going to be in a place, one where you tend to have a hard time embodying your power. This could be like in the grocery store. It could be in a mall, it could be on a social media, it could be at an event, could be at a family dinner or gathering.
Just put yourself in a situation where.
You know you're usually not your most powerful. Walk around that situation the way you normally would. I'm going to count to three, and on the count of three, you're gonna imagine that link just flying right into your heart, taking over your body. On the count of three. One, two, three. How are you in that room now? Breathe. I want you to practice walking or sitting, whatever you're doing, but with this missing link integrated in your body is yours. Feel it. You'll be energy of it take over. I want you to smile to yourself.
A funny little smile, like I could have done this the whole time.
I'm back. I also want you to get clear in this moment that this is your link. It has always been your link and you were the one who decided to put it in. You are the one to take it back. Say I am the one. I am the one. I am the one. You get it? Feel that frequency of the sentence in your body. I am the one.
I am the one that can take my power away.
I am the one that can take my power back. I am the one. Let it resonate in your body. Take three more deep breaths and imagine the link dissolving into your DNA. Exhale. Open your eyes.
