The clinicians who work at Rose Wellness, they don't sign non-competes. They know that when they wanna start their own private practice, they can take all of their clients with them. There are enough clients to go around, and I help them start their own practices. While that may look like a poor business decision, and this wasn't even my motive, this just happens to be like an instrumental byproduct as a result of living aligned. The abundance that I bring into the group practice not only makes people actually wanna stay longer, but then when they do leave, I feel really good about helping them as opposed to this scarcity mindset, which is you work for me, your clients are my clients, the money you make is mine, how can I get the most out of it? It's like, I don't know, I think it's really easy to lose ourselves to the capitalistic, like, greed of our society. And what I have found personally is that it doesn't have to be that way.
