But what I have found is that instead of putting clinicians in a box of, are you this person or that person, we get to create systems and operations and supports to really help the therapist thrive and do well. And, you know, I already did a lesson on neurodivergence. And so I have really open conversations with the clinicians at Rose Wellness about where— how their ADHD comes into play or any other level of neurodivergence, or if they've got stuff going on at home. And, you know, there are levels to the human experience.
