Can you look at ways to become more of the conductor rather than staying in the orchestra? Because for me, the level of burnout I experienced, it was like subtle and insidious, and then it was all at once. It reminds me of the line from The Fault in Our Stars, which is a book slash movie, and she's like, Shailene Woodley slash the author of the book was like, falling in love felt like falling asleep slowly and then all at once. What a line. Burnout felt like falling asleep slowly and then all at once. So again, like, can you look at ways that you're acting as the the entire orchestra. Can you think about down the line, especially when income increases, where can I be delegating these things out? I did not do that. Would have been great if I did that.
