good leadership takes people into account

a trauma-informed work environment looks like at the very core, simply recognizing and identifying and acknowledging that we all have a nervous system. And a lot of us have nervous systems that are pretty activated by work or supervisors and money. And so just creating space to acknowledge that and using that awareness to align our business practices. We're in the mental health field. What an opportunity to practice what we preach with ourselves and the clinicians who work with us, not just with our clients. The culture that you set for your work environment makes the work environment. It attracts certain kinds of clinicians. It attracts certain kinds of clients. It attracts longevity, sustainability.
