Let's talk about difficult conversations and conflict management. Now, as someone who has had a pattern of conflict avoidance and people pleasing, I mean, I am the peacemaker in my family. I'm the youngest of 3 daughters. I'm very much the neutral one. There was a time where both my sisters were fighting with each other on Thanksgiving and they were airing all of their grievances in our sister group chat and they were going back and forth and saying all this stuff. And you know what I did? I sent a GIF, GIF, whatever it is, of Homer Simpson backing into the bushes. And that's all that I contributed to that conversation.
