Hey guys, Israel here. I'm shooting this video real quick because I want to touch on something really quick that a lot of guys I think really miss in their training regimen, and it's really affecting your mobility and your strength in your shoulders. And there's basically 4 key exercises that are going to be critical and crucial for you to really strengthen what's called your rotator cuffs. So if you don't know what those are, those are the internal muscles inside your, inside your shoulder. A lot of times we want kind of the beach body, we want the nice rounded cut shoulders, so we're working our deltoids and we're doing military presses and lateral raises and all that cool stuff, that's just great. But if you're weak on the inside, which for a long time I neglected that when I was working out my 20s, and I didn't work and strengthen my rotator cuffs. So I'm going to go over 4 exercises that are really, again, critical and crucial for you to really strengthen that from the inside out so you have the strength, mobility, range of motion that you really need, that your body is wanting, in order for you to be internally strong in your shoulders from the inside out instead of just looking all cool and big and strong. But really you're weak on the inside. So that's what we're going to cover. So come with me, we're going to go inside right here where I like to work out, and we're going to make it happen.
