Yeah, for this time, when I got my first salary, the boss himself gave me the salary. He was very happy by my work. Like it was three days ago.

At that night, about 12 to 1am in between that, I got the message from company that you are selected as a UI UX designer in our startup company. You can join us from Monday. So in the next day I talked to you and we had, we discussed. And from Monday I joined there. And from day one, from first 15 days, I was like fully fresh, understanding the process. And after that he gave me a big project of designing a new website for their agency service. So I worked on that in three weeks.

Wow.

Yeah. And in that I fully researched and do all the processes. And in that, in that new design, I took some of that Things which are not there in other competitors website. And that makes that new designs unique from previous one. And when the my seniors shows my work to boss and my boss shows the work to other agency people, they really appreciate it.

I really like that. Yeah, you shared that experience with me. Wonderful, wonderful. I'm very happy to hear that. Because more than that job, you're making a breakthroughs in the industry by applying the principles, by applying the unique methodology. See guys, your career success will only come by doing that, not by getting job. Job you can start, no problem. Everybody will give you some internship or free job or maybe small salary, big salary, that's okay. But in job special, I've recorded a specific program on how you can able to improve your career inside your company. It's called horizontal promotion. Like let's say when people see your value, they'll give you a very good role. Very good project. Faisal got it in first one month. There is another student also in our program, Sneha. Ideally I asked her to update me for that. Because in the first one month you guys can able to fit somewhere really, really superb in your organization. Very crucial first one to three months. After that people will be like, little hesitant. But the first period is very crucial to get the maximum big project. And what happens, you get that big impression and then you are skyrocketing your career. Like anything that is very, very, very, very vital, guys. And a lot of people don't know about this. Lot of people think like, okay, yeah, one year they'll give me some increment this, that no guys, it will be very different when you guys attend. I mean, when you guys go for this kind of an approach, asking the right questions during the start of your project and assigning to the good projects and asking and getting the things done. Ideally, Faisal has got a very good opportunity. Because initially that time is a crucial time. Later after a year, like they'll be little hesitant. Maybe you have improved your skill. But the first impression is the best impression. Wonderful. Faisal And I wanted to ask you one question. Faisal, you don't have any degree, right? So did people ask you in the interview?

No, sir, they didn't ask me. Like.

I'll tell you, they have not asked you. I think your work speaks, your portfolio have spoken. Have you shared your portfolio before to them before the interview?

Yeah, I showed that portfolio before even that I was learning from you at that time, you know that that was not good at that time. And after that I showed them my work, they were like, okay. Then I Discussed with them about my process and how I approach super design.

Then they yeah, people needed a few minutes. This guy is okay or not. So that trust was quickly built for Faisal, I believe. Superb. So I wanted to ask you like what were the struggles, Faisal, you faced for getting your first job? Can you please tell that what were your top struggles and how did you overcome that?

Yeah, like first of all I was thinking that degree. Degree. Degree is main. So at that time I was thinking then you told me that the skill is the main thing. Then I focused on that and I polished the skill again and again and again. Then before that showcasing this time my work. I already have shown before to them. At that time there was and they were not like satisfied by my work. But at this time they were known that now I am ready for this job. So the time period between this my first interview and this time interview was my struggling period.

Superb. And I remember I had a conversation with you. I think it's two months or three months. I don't know like very. You have also participated in that 42 day intensive program, right?

Yeah.

Can you tell few things about that intensive thing?

Yeah, I think I have joined in June. It's like two or second or third June 2025 by first time. And at that time we were in morning booster sessions. Like I also that the lecture I took for the first time from you and that was about accordance. And I did the first activity for that day and I posted in the group. You also appreciate. I remember all of these things. And that morning booster session was about. I took for one month.

Then from the 15th of July the extensive batch was started. And in that we learn a lot about researching portfolio making, how to clear, how to like be clear on your goal and other. All other habits things in that in very detail. And also some of other big people like designers came for guiding us like Dr. Vijay Simkumar Mayur and other. I remember all of them. And that period was my struggling time. After that I was able to do this wonderful. Super. And one more thing I want to share that when before this I was like people asking to me that you are a failure guy. You will like some of my survey who taught me in 11 standard. Like I dropped my 11 standard paper for the first time because I was very ill. And at that time my father had died. Because of that I was not able to give the papers for the first time. At that time I was really stressed and people relatives and sir told me that you are not that guy who will do something in future do some work. And now they are asking me, please connect with me. I want to have a wonderful.

It was a really mind blown feeling.

Wonderful. You're just starting, man. You're way to go. Because I know your potential. You are completely getting undervalued right now in your job. This is not an ideal place for you. Your relationship, your health, your life, everything will be impacted for that. And in your case, you have a true testimony of that. From your success, what are the advice that you want to give them?

Yeah, from my side, as I told that I should say that these kind of people, like who really told you that you are nothing you can't do nothing should be there in your life. Yeah, of course. By that you will be able to get success. And that success is. Will be on another level. Yeah.
