Mm. Hello guys, welcome, welcome, welcome to all the people. Can you all hear me? Can you see me? Give me yes in the chat box if you can see my video, if you can hear me clearly. Wonderful guys, good to see all of the people who are present in this call. This is an amazing workshop. I would say the reason because this is an important piece of the puzzle when you're applying for the job process, okay, which is called the trust building. Today we're all going to be, uh, doing something called trust building. Okay, just a second. Yes, yes, yes. Welcome to this LinkedIn challenge, guys. And today we are all going to learn this thing called trust building activity. And I want every single one of you to confirm me that you are logged in with your laptop, okay? And you are also having your one project ready. Please confirm me. I mainly wanted that, okay? I'm going to be using your own project to pitch into a project. Evening itself you can start getting the job offers or interview calls, or minimum at least a design task. How many of you are really excited for this? How many of you would like to get the job interview call before today evening? Type evening in the chat box. Type evening in the chat box. If I told you the magic, if I give you the complete game plan how to do it, will you be able to, uh, implement this and make it happen? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Yes, yes, yes, Aditi is interested. Yes, yes, yes, Kumar Sami is interested. Okay, okay, okay, okay, just a second, just a second. I'm just— so, uh, team, can you please ensure all of the people are available? Okay, okay, okay, superb. I think all of the people are available here. Let's get into the main part of the session. I would like to ask you that, is my screen visible to you or not? Okay, just a second. Just a second. Yes, I hope it should be visible now. Is it visible now? Hackathon Orbit Shift, please do confirm me. Team, team, team, thank you. Yes guys, so you know the hackathon, how we are playing it. I don't have to explain you about hackathon, everybody is clear about it. But the one important reason why we are all connected here is because of the bonus mission. Okay, we have completed all the 9 missions, guys. In the last hackathon, we completed the first 3 missions of problem statement clarity. We all took the next 3 missions for doing project flow, information architecture, and prototype building. Next 3 missions, we all created testing, usability, storytelling, everything. Okay, so the one important piece of this particular project, I mean this hackathon is this challenge. Okay, so we are planned for 3 challenges. One is like Y coding on steroids. Like, let's say we had a portfolio creation challenge, which is like a Y coding on steroid, which we did it on March— like, in the sense, we did it long back, we did it on February end, and the people have participated in that. And now there is going to be something called a social media challenge, which we are going to do today, which is the most important thing. See, when you have signed up for this program I would have told you I will give you 3 important live sessions at the end of this hackathon. The first session is this, the second session is this, and the third session is job mela. See guys, listen very carefully. I'll set the context before we get into this session. It does not matter whether you today you started learning design. It does not matter whether you have 5 years experience in design. It does not matter whether you are already doing entrepreneurship stuff, you are nowhere related to design. For all the 3 people, this session is very important. Are all of you clear? Type clear in the chat box. Everybody is relevant to this topic. Nobody can tell I'm not relevant here. Are we, are we done here? For each and everybody sitting in this call, this is an important session. It doesn't matter whether you are doing a lead collection in the online business, whether you're doing a digital-based business, whether you're a designer who are looking for the job, whether you're a designer who are already in the job but you're looking for 3x salary, Doesn't matter. This formula is same for all the people. The science is going to be pretty much equal. I can give you one promise, guys, before I get into this workshop. If you master this skill, what I'm going to teach you in this particular session, and I'm also going to make you do an activity, for the lifetime you don't have to worry about job. Boss, please give me job. Boss, Jagadeesh, market is very down. Jagadeesh, I'm very scared how to really work. Jagadeesh, I am really, really afraid about this job market. You don't have to tell this for the lifetime. You don't have to have that beggar mindset for the lifetime. I'm telling this directly to you. How many of you are feeling super happy? How many of you are feeling super relieved? Jagadeesh, I wanted the skill to happen because, see, knowing about a subject is fine, knowledge is fine, but I wanted you guys to gain the knowledge in a way You are not going to be dependent on anyone. Are all of you clear about this context? Are all of you clear about this context? You are not going to be dependent on anybody else in your lifetime for this important skill if you master it. The reason why I am telling you with this kind of a strength is many of the designers are now learning their design concepts. It's not like they are not well-versed in their design, and everybody knows design concept. The biggest problem is how to take it into the market. Right, many people are good in communication, they are good in interview skills, all these things are fine, but the biggest problem is the visibility. The visibility is a problem with respect to even doing business or with applying for the job or getting the 3x salary or whatever. For those people, each and every element what I'm going to tell you, see, it's all very simple elements, it's not going to be very difficult, but when you implement it with a full Intention of what I'm saying, this is going to have a game-changing effect on you. Doesn't matter whether you're adding 3 LP or not. In the next 3 months, if you apply this method, you're going to get into at least 3x to 5x or even 10x salary growth. How many of you are ready for this? Type ready in the chat box. I'm going to be showing you live case study also, like how some of our students have created the impact of 2x, 3x. Some of the people, how they're in the college, have still got the job opportunity. Only because of this LinkedIn connect. How many of you are ready for this? Did I set the context clear? Okay, I wanted you guys to have a notepad and pen. Okay, if you feel this session is going to be very long, please have your water bottle, a quick snacks or something like a dry fruits in the morning, that will be better. And also have your breakfast. I'll give you time for the breakfast. I'll tell you about the agenda of this session. So please make sure you are available and sit and stand once in 30 to 45 minutes so that your body is getting exercised. Also, the blood circulation runs away. You're not going to sit exactly for the 5 hours fully like that, okay? You're gonna have a little bit of on and off breaks so that you're focusing on your health and vitality also, so that the entire session is going to be engaging for you. Are all of you clear? Because we cannot do it in the hackathon. Hackathon is something which happens on Monday from early morning, 5:30 to 7:30. That only the core topics is being taught— challenges, portfolio, LinkedIn. And next Saturday is going to be even more interesting session, okay? So this can only be taught in the holiday session like this. Okay, so please don't, uh, skip each of this part which I'm going to tell you because you will not be able to connect the dots at the last. Okay, is the context clear? For the first 10 minutes I set you the context. All of you type super duper ready in the chat box. Super duper ready. Type yes, Dr., in the chat box. Super duper ready. Yes, Jagadeesh, I'm excited to learn this. Okay, ready, ready, ready. Okay. So now, so the one-day job mela is going to be happening on April 5th, April 4th, okay? I already told this to you. So this is the whole agenda of these 3 important challenges, okay? I'm going to right now fold this. I'm going to right now fold this, okay? We're now going to get into the social media game, okay? Now listen very carefully. This session is going to go from 7 to 12, okay? From 7 to 9 There is going to be an important part of this core and context. You're going to understand, like, let's say, what are we really trying to do with our project. From 9 to 9:30, you will have a break, okay? You can go and have your breakfast. From 9:30 to 12, we'll do the main part activities. This is where the challenge is going to be very, very interesting for all the people. We'll do multiple activities, but I'll tell you how you can able to go and start working on this part. Are all of you clear about this timings? Are all of you clear about this timing? Plan your breakfast or your things accordingly. Okay, ready? Yes. So now I'm going to be talking about how this LinkedIn algorithm is going to work for each and every members who are present in this call. Okay, so You can ask me, Jagadeesh, why you are saying that LinkedIn is going to be an ultimate game for this social trust building? There could be many other platforms. Yes, it could be many other platforms, but predominantly I'm going to be taking this tool called LinkedIn. But the science is same. You can literally do it for any industries, so any platforms, with any people, with any messaging. The concept is same only. But now the LinkedIn is one of the highest rated trust platforms. For the job seekers in India. Okay, so that's the reason we are taking. Okay, so I'll tell you how this particular— sorry, sorry, yeah, I'll tell you how this particular platform really works. Okay, in LinkedIn, in LinkedIn, there are 60 to 70% of the users who are like not using at all. Are all of you clear? LinkedIn algorithm works in a way— it doesn't work for 60 to 70% of the people who have just created account but they don't use it. All of you clear? You might be in that category, it doesn't matter. Listen, then another 20, I would say 22 25% of the people are not consistent. They are just on and off. Clear? They are going to be completely coming to the LinkedIn, they have just used it for once or twice, every 15 days they operate, or 30 days they operate, 40 days they operate, every 5 months once, 6 months once. They're like very, very on and off. Second category of the users. Third category of the users, okay, I would say 5 to 7%, okay, who are very consistent. Mostly people like you, okay, you would be a very consistent user. Doesn't matter Okay, so you are very consistent. You are like, uh, commenting on the people's post. You are just regular engager, and you are also using the LinkedIn to a greatest extent because you have been utilizing the advantage of this platform. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear? This is the first category of the people. The second category of the people, third category of the people, and the fourth and the last category of the people is 1%. These people are creators. Are we clear? Okay, are we clear about this? This particular people are the people which LinkedIn is going to help. LinkedIn doesn't care whether you are not using their platform or whether you are consistent on and off. Whether you are consistent engager, maybe LinkedIn will little bit support you. See, we are not talking about LinkedIn Premium or LinkedIn Business, or I am not talking about any premium versions here, okay? Understand my intention of you getting into this session. Understand my intention of you getting into this part, okay? My intention for you to learn this particular skill is to get the algorithm, get the trust building factor, get your LinkedIn off working for you. The faster you're able to understand this, even LinkedIn free itself will work for you. But there are some advantage with the premium, there are some advantage with the business plan, there are some advantages, a career plan. You can go forward, that is different, clear? All of you clear? We are not talking about premium or something like that. You don't have to burn a lot of your money over there. You just have to understand the basics of it. Okay, why, Jagadeesh, LinkedIn only gives a support for the creators? You can ask me that question. Ask me why in the chat box. Why LinkedIn gives only the premium support for the creators? Not only LinkedIn, guys, every platform in the world only supports the creators. Why? Because of them only the platform is growing. Because of them only the platform is monetizable. Because of them only the platform is getting more visibility. See, how you wanted to make money by earning job or doing business, LinkedIn also want to make money, right? Right or not? LinkedIn only earns money by creators. That is why the algorithm is designed in a way to work for creators. Now, okay, Jagadeesh, instead of becoming a designer, can we become an influencer? Ask me. Possibility, right? I told you this is a very important thing. We want to make the LinkedIn work for you. You can become a creator or an influencer, right? See, our job is not to become an influencer. There is a difference between the designer and an influencer. How many of you don't know this? There is a difference between a designer and a celebrity. Okay, influencer, they don't sell anything. They just sell the concept, or they sell the only— like, let's say, hey, this product is great. Hey, this particular conversation is becoming viral. Hey, Iraq war is like this. Hey, global economy is like this. Hey, this product is beautiful. Their intention is to influence. They don't want to make you buy anything. All of you clear? But you are meant to sell something. What are you selling? Can you give me in the chat box? Oh, what are you selling? Tell me, Vinod. Tell me, Saranan. Tell me, Yogita. Tell me, Hemlata. Tell me, Karlam. Tell me, Hitesh. Tell me, Nitya. Tell me, Farha. Tell me, Siddharth. Tell me, Akshay. What are you selling as a designer? Good, my talent. Thank you, Asghar. My skill. Saravan, thank you. Noor, myself. Yes, brand. Noor, you're perfectly right. That's what I'm expecting from you. You are selling yourself. Are you clear? There is a difference between an influencer and you. You are the brand here. You're not selling other brand. You're selling yourself. You're not selling any information here. You're selling yourself here. So LinkedIn has 3 different sectors. One is for people who are looking for the job. Second, for the people who are looking for the recruiter. Okay, this is the science behind this. LinkedIn has 3 people to target. One is going to be for the job-based process. Second, it's going to be for the HR-based process. Third, it's going to be for the business-based process. LinkedIn has a specific program for these people, and they have created the tariff also, how these people can get the maximum out of their products and services. Okay, they don't help any other people apart from this. Either they help recruiters connect with the job seekers, or they help job seekers connect with the recruiters, or they help business people to generate more leads. See, this is not very famous in LinkedIn. Of course, Meta and Google are the biggest platforms in the world for advertising, but LinkedIn is also creating a big traffic through this. That is why we have LinkedIn Premium called LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This is for LinkedIn Premium for recruiters. This is for LinkedIn Premium and Career for job seekers. Are we clear? Super. See, you need to understand why the platform is existing and why we are all not influencers, why we are all designers. Again, we are not celebrities. You can become a celebrity, but there is a stage for it, okay? I told to the squadron members also 2 weeks back how to become a celebrity in design, how to really create that impact by getting into a TED Talks, by getting into a next generational of your grind to become a celebrity. That is the next level. Let's not talk about that now. Let's first build the basics, brand, and then let's sell to the people. Then we'll become a celebrity here. Okay, that's the next level. So now what I wanted to tell you is, if you want to become a creator in this LinkedIn, you got to become a one-person guy. What are the characteristics of a one-person guy? Tell me, what are the characteristics to become a one-person guy? Can anybody give me that in the chat box? What should you do to become a one-person creator? What should you do to create a 1% creator visibility? No, I'm asking activity. What you need to do to become visible? That's my question. What you need to get exposed to do, Siddharth? Like, in order to get you exposed, what you need to do? That's what I'm asking. Build a system around us that works for— what kind of a system? Give me the simple action plan. Surrounding our interaction and more connection. Okay, that's great. See, I'm just going with the audience. Okay, interaction and connection. Okay, okay, more, more. Post. Noor. Noor is perfectly on track. Whatever I'm expecting, Noor is getting that pulse of me. Good. Consistency is the behavior. In order to become consistent, what will you do, Asghar? Sharing our learning. Bharat Gajula, you are perfectly right. Creative unique thinking concept. Creative unique thinking concept. Okay, fine. Building trust. Karlam, I really like your answer. Trust. How will you build trust? That's my, that's my question. Post our ideas. Sneha Rao, good. Posting ideas. Posting ideas and post is the same. Provide latest info, trend. Yes, Sakshi Bhulan, perfectly good. But nobody is giving me that very core answer. Nobody is giving the core answer. What are the characteristics to become a creator, 1% creator, to make all the SEOs work for you? How will the SEO work for you? Tell me, how will the LinkedIn algorithm come and serve you. Yes, boss, there is a person called Akshay Bhulan who is searching for the job. Let me help Akshay Bhulan connect with the right value, with the right person, for the right salary, for his right skill, for the project what he has in his LinkedIn. What will you do to make LinkedIn work for you, boss? LinkedIn is also expecting that only. What will you do? Hidden market. Whoops, people are not giving the correct answers. They are— they are— you, you guys are like a word cloud. You guys are giving me the clouded answer, but give me that one specific answer. How does LinkedIn work and how the creator is influencing the LinkedIn? See, LinkedIn doesn't care whether Farha is messaging or Yogita is messaging, okay? LinkedIn doesn't know you are a creator or an influencer. How does LinkedIn know you are exactly the person to help Tell me. Not followers, boss. Not impression, boss. Not engagement. How impression will happen? How engagement will happen? Tell me that. Give me that one word. Hook is something which— how will hook work? Tell me. Who will just like that go and do? Exactly. Atvik is the one person stands as a second person who got that. Keywords. Are all of you clear? We are all talking about keywords. See, we know design. How many of you are there in this last 90 days of hackathon? We did close to 90 days of hackathon. You understood what is meant by problem statement, you understood what is meant by ideation, you understood how to build a prototype, you also understood how to build a system, how to build a usability, how to create a storytelling, you know how to build a portfolio. We all saw the session Portfolio on Steroids. But throw that away, it doesn't matter. Now you got to focus on keywords. If you're not creating the keywords, your hook is not going to hook. If your keywords is not suitable, nobody's going to make a visibility for you. If your keywords is weak, LinkedIn will never treat you as a creator. How many of you are ready for this? How many of you ready to learn the keyword strategy, how to work on the keywords? So I'm telling you the flip side also for it. Like, let's say, see, I know personally, um, I know personally Atwik. Atwik has participated in 2 hackathons, very, very consistent guy. He's very good in design, okay? He's a career transitioner. I know Manoj Yadav, he's a very experienced, 10 years experienced guy, okay? He knows about all the concepts in design. Prajay, Prajay is a fresher, he knows a little bit, he is a little bit little bit partial hackathon, partial squadron. He's like a learning, learning, learning. Okay, Vishwak Sen, he's a very— he's a design college student. I know personally he's a design college student. Okay, Nitya is a career transitioner, graphics to product. Hemalata is no way connected to design, she's just learning new. So there are 5 personalities I've explained you: super designer, okay, experienced designer, okay, transitioner, Again, one more transition from graphics. No knowledge in design, okay? 5 people are there. Listen very carefully what I'm saying. If you understand this, this session is going to be smooth for you. 5 people are there. LinkedIn doesn't care who is messaging. Are we clear? Okay, let's add one more person, okay? Instead of career transition, we'll add one more person— business people, okay? Same like Stans, or even Rachita is also building her profile in LinkedIn, okay? Snehal is also building her profile. Shivraj is also building her profile. These people are working in the entrepreneurship program of us, okay? These people are now searching for clients through LinkedIn and online platforms. Okay, 5 people are there. LinkedIn doesn't care who is sitting in front of the laptop. LinkedIn only cares what these people are consistently messaging. Okay, now Jagadeesh, I am a designer, I should get 12 LPA job. Jagadeesh, I am a super designer, I should get 24 LPA. Manoj Yadav can say I need 24 LPA, my last CTC is 20 LPA. Hey Malata is saying Jagadeesh P also fine, just get me. Nobody is talking about any CTC expectation here. LinkedIn is going to only work based on the quality of the message what you create. Let's say if Hey Malata has only completed this hackathon 45 days or 90 days and she is creating a beautiful message through her project— I have built a platform, it can help all of the business owners save at least ₹10 crore every month using my SaaS platform. I built a solution for it, I built an interaction design for it. I built an experience for it. Would like to test drive my product. The recruiter is now seeing this message. Another message is coming. Manoj Yadav is experienced designer, but he's saying, sir, review my portfolio resume. If this portfolio is really super, give me a job opportunity, an interview call. Very weak messaging, generic messaging. Why would somebody review your portfolio? Tell me. Okay, weak messaging. Manoj Yadav is expecting 24 LPA. Expecting 6 LPA only. Okay, but the other person in the business, okay, he is telling that, uh, I want clients, I want clients, I want clients who is ready to go automation with my experience, with my expertise. See, 3 people are now messaging. I'm narrowing down to 3 people. Now a public is viewing this audience, I mean, when they're viewing this 3 message, and the public is recruiter. Okay, I'll see. I'm not looking— I'm looking for people who are looking for the job. I don't think these 3 people are Now I am a designer, okay? I want to make positive connections in LinkedIn because I want to build my brand. I'm also a mid-scale startup owner, something like that. Now I don't worry about the Stan's message or the business owner message. I'm really hooked to Hemalatha's message. Why? She's telling business owners like me can help get connected with the platform, whatever she's having. So now I'll reply to Hemalatha, could you share that portfolio or that message with me? Could you share that prototype with me? Can we have the quick discussion? Now it doesn't matter, hey, I have 1 year experience or 3 months experience or 30 years of experience. This person has got this connection done. How does this connection happen? Tell me, how does this connection happen? Give me a correct answer in the chat box. How does this quick connection happen? See, Nobody has seen him, whether she is a 10, a 20 years old, or 50 years old, or whether he's a 10 years experience or anything. How does this quick connection happen? Tell me in the chat box. Even though this person is experienced, the business owners, nobody has saw their message, or even they've seen but they have not got the hook. Curiosity. Okay, more essence of the concept and adding value. Quick solution which save money. Okay, go one level below. Akshay Bhulan, why would that message pop up? Fulfill the need of the customer. Because I use the keywords which is framed to hook them. Problem solving. Release to them. Aishwarya SM has got the right answer. This is relevant for me. All of you type relativity in the chat box. So first, what we discussed is a keyword, okay? I'll go one by one. Please understand this concept, okay? I'll go one by one with what we discussed now, okay? So I would say this is the magic. The first, what we discussed is keywords. Keywords is already discussed, boss. I told you I'm I'm gonna save money by showing automation through SaaS solution. Message is powerful, keyword is super, but what is super without connecting to the relevant person, right or not? The next keyword is relativity. Jagadeesh, how to frame this kind of a message? I'm coming. Wait, I have not started the session yet. I'm just setting the context only. Relativity. Your message is very clear enough to hook the right person in order to bring that relativity to them. Third, what is the third layer? Why did that person talk to him? Tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me. Give me the correct answer. See, I'm just breaking down the psychology of how to persuade the person In order to hook— see, it doesn't matter. Today you're doing LinkedIn, tomorrow you're doing ConnectIn. I don't know, some other platform could also come in the future, but the science is same. Neuroscience works immediately. Story, Asghar, you are jumping to the 7th step. Impact, as Atvique, you're jumping to the 4th step. Give me the next step. If a person is looking for the keyword, LinkedIn will project it to the right people. Then that person is seeing that relativity, and then what happens? And then what happens? Hmm. Hmm. After relativity, what happens? The hook is already done here. Hook is already done. Because of that hook worked, only relativity happens. Connection between both. First is keywords, second is relativity, next comes curiosity. This is what is going to make people to get in touch with him, okay? Some kind of a curiosity is important for any person to talk to you, or else why would they get motivated? People need reward, people need motivation to talk to you. Why would they talk to you? You are building money as an angle, am I right or not? See, Why would somebody talk to you, boss? Very simple. You need to have a reward. After curiosity, what happens? Tell me. After curiosity, what happens? Trust. I'm going a little fast. The reason, because if I keep on asking, then you guys will go for the big toss. No problem. It's very simple. It's not a very difficult thing. So people instantly reply only when the trust is built. For trust to happen, what should you do? Tell me, tell me, tell me. For trust to happen, what would you do? You need to have a good cover picture. You need to have more posts. You need to have your bio updated properly, or else why would they reply to you? Boss, your message is good, your hook is great, relativity is there, right person, curiosity is there, but but this profile picture itself is not there. What if he could be a hacker who can come into my system and also hack? They could also take your money, they could also take your business data, they could also hack your site. Yeah, there are many hackers also. Why would LinkedIn give you that benefit? Because you are consistently posting messages. That is why I wanted you guys to work like a creator. Are all of you clear? Or all of you clear? See guys, nobody gets into a discussion or nobody gets into a job. People need trust. Trust is the currency. Trust is always a new currency. Money is not the currency, boss. If you're thinking money is the currency, death of your design career. Nobody cares about money. People care about trust. Have you had the correct cover picture? Have you have the post? Are you— is your bio updated? Are you regularly creating post? Are you very consistent in the LinkedIn? See, LinkedIn will only trust you if you are consistently posting, or else LinkedIn will also not give you, uh, the visibility what you're really looking for. See, LinkedIn Premium can say I am 10x visibility, I am 5x visibility, fine, but if you make the post only, it will be visible. Are all of you clear? What happens after trust? Give me the right answer. What happens after trust? Keywords is super, relativity is super, curiosity is super, trust building is super. Next. Hmm, what happens after trust building? See, till now I don't care whether Hemalatha is experienced designer or naive designer or anything, it doesn't matter. See, opportunity is done. Opportunity is already got, boss. Okay, opportunity is already done. Tell me what? Tell me, tell me, tell me. After people trust you, what would you do? Conversation. Okay, conversation is already happening. Give me the— okay, value, delivering value. Okay, delivering values, you guys are getting into the next, next steps. Pitch. Okay, okay, just go step by step, guys. See, that is why you are not able to consistently maintain the relationship with the people. See, in our community I have something called, uh, circle of influence. How many of you have used it? If you are coming into the squadrons, you will come to know what I'm talking, okay? There is something called circle of influence. How many of you have interacted with that? How many of you know that? I always tell people to use this circle of influence because you don't understand how the circle of influence works. Now we have built it in the DFCOS, but I just wanted to tell you that how it is working in our Excel sheet. See, I have something called circle of influence, COI. You are average of your 10 people. You are not just circle of influence you are building for getting one job. That is a selfish game. I am not here to teach you to get the job or to talk to the people and get the job. I am helping you to build the connection for the lifetime. Are all of you clear? The process why I am doing this much of things to explain you is you are going to build a meaningful connection for lifetime. If you build a meaningful connection for lifetime, year long, you are not going to become poor at all. Every day, every hour, people are going to come and help you because you are also going to help them. See, this connection is going to go from 200 to 250. I need 250 people here. Why? Because if you build that kind of a connection, only ultimately you're going to sustain in this game. Are all of you clear? And that 250 connections is going to only happen when you go layer by layer. It's not like impulsively you're getting into a connection. After trust, what happens? Tell me, tell me, tell me. After trust, what happens? Intent. You need to clearly tell what is the intent. See, that person has had a relativity, that person has understood your importance, that person has now built a trust by talking to you. The first conversation they make, you need to build the intent. Are all of you clear? Yes, belief. Thank you, Dasari. That trust is very important when you also give it back to them. Hey boss, see, I'm here to just talk to you about my job. Tell the intention clear. Hey, I'm going to just ask you for one business collaboration. Hey, see, I'm here to just know about your inputs. Yeah, it could be anything. You could also do some kind of interview for all the squadron members. I normally tell these people just do informational interview. What does mean by informational interview? Informational interview is just knowing about that product, knowing about that role, knowing about that particular job description. If you wanted to get a job in fintech, it's not very easy to do it. You need to do at least 20 to 30 fintech designers' informational interview. Hey boss, my name is Hemalatha. I'm going to become a fintech designer. I know you're working in Razorpay. Could you please tell me your experience? Could you please tell me your knowledge? Could you please show me your portfolio if it is okay to share? Could you please tell me what are the top 3 skills a fintech designer is needed? Tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck. Could you please tell me the top tools which fintech designers are using? Tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck. Thank you, boss. Thank you. Bye-bye. All the best. Let's stay connected. If you need any help, please, please ask me. Designer number 2. Hey, my name is Hemalata. I'm going to become a fintech designer. I know you're working in PhonePe, GPay, whatever, Google Pay. Now, could you please tell me what are the 3 skills what a fintech designer need to have? Could you please tell me what are the 3 tools fintech designers using? See what is happening? The top 3 projects, the top 3 problems. You are building a massive reservoir of information about the fintech niche. See, I am not teaching all the niche-related topics here. I am teaching a general framework in design, but every niche industry requires a very specific domain knowledge. Medical domain requires very specific keywords and terminologies. Fintech designers are requiring specific terminologies. E-commerce designers are looking for a specific terminology like drop-in, opt-in rate, and all these things are very, very specific to that metrics. So you can only do that kind of an informational interview when you talk to the people. How would you talk to the people? How would you get this information? ChatGPT will not give you. Real human who is working in the design studio will only give. How will you get this information, boss? Tell me. Nobody's going to throw you this information. You You have to find out this. How many of you are now clear? If you want to get into the subject matter expert, getting 20-25 LPA, you need to do a lot of information interview. All of our squadron members knows this, okay? But informational interview is a one part of it. There is something called HR interview. That is next level. After you get more and more and more clarity, then you go and talk to a HR, then you go and talk to a Tech HR, which is a product leader. When you are becoming a senior person, you will talk to a PM, you will talk to a design lead, you will talk to a CEO. That intent is little different. So for different, different people, your intent should be very, very different. Am I clear? Okay, intent is set for a different, different persona. Then what happens? First is keyword, next is relativity, next is curiosity, next is trust building, then your intent is clear. Then what? Hmm, then what? You're setting that intent clear now to the person. Next, what? Intent is clear. In the chat box, give me the right answer, guys. After intent is set, what will you do? Give me, give me the right answer. Conversation. Boss, conversation is boring. Ramakrishna, we are all discussing conversation only. Okay, already conversation is happening. Please give me the signs. This is where most of the designers are failing. Can I tell you what is that? Nobody will guess this answer. Nobody will guess this answer. To a certain extent is guessing because he participated in many of the squadron calls, but nobody will guess this answer. I am giving in writing for you because if you have guessed this answer, nobody can touch you. Can you give me the right answer here? Consistency. No, this is where you need to be very, very clear on this thing. This is the only unique factor. Ask for reference. This is why people are neglecting your messages. Atwik is almost getting the answer, but help them first. Boss, don't get help from others. If you implement this one method, guys, you are a DFC student. If you're asking for referral, probably you're not aligning to the value of this program. It always value first. You got to help them. Boss, why would they come and talk to you? Please tell me. Please, please think like a nature. What does nature give? Nature doesn't expect anything, right or not? Have you seen nature? Always, day 1, day 2, day 3, disease day 0 or anything, nature always produces fruits. Nature always produces everything for you. It doesn't stop, it doesn't stop, it doesn't stop. Whether you are going and bitching the nature or not or something, nature always produces, produces, produces. So work like nature, always help, help, help, help, help. Jagadeesh, if I start helping, then when will I get help? Don't expect that. They will itself ask you, sir, how can I help you through my skill set? Please tell me. I know you're 15 years experienced. Is there a way can I help you? I really admire your projects. I really admire your work. Would you be really interested to get any support from me? Would you like to have any referrals or something? Because I, I am working in DFC community. My mentor in the community has a lot of referrals opportunity. Would you like to go for any other job opportunity? Please let me know, I'm happy to help. That's it. Always be the first person to offer help. Rather, if you are asking for referral, that relationship is going to cut from there. Are all of you clear? You cannot build this circle of influence beyond 10. You cannot build. Why? Because you are having the mindset of getting, getting, getting. That is not going to work here. Help them first. Are all of you clear? Yes. How will we help them if they are senior than us? You find out a way, Naveen Raj. You find out a way. That is where your creativity is important. Sir, can I give you one suggestion? I seen your portfolio in your LinkedIn post and all. I think you are not using this tool called Claude AI. If you could use your project in Claude AI, you will get a summarized user journey. See, Naveen Raj only taught all of us how to use cloud AI as a tool to generate a customer journey mapping very easily. Even I've also learned from Naveen Raj only. I am a senior of Naveen Raj, but did I learn something? You have helped me. Find out a way to help them, boss, if you need that person to the lifetime. Are all of you clear? Have you seen mother? Mother helps. Mother doesn't expect. You should be like that. Mother Nature— why do we call Mother Nature? Always help, don't expect. That's it. So when you're looking at a profile, you can also take their projects, put it into Cloud AI, and give them a little report. Hey, there's a small surprise I have for you, sir. Use it. How is this? Cloud AI is now building a lot of platforms. Or use it, all the best. See, do you think that person will stay silent? Immediately they will ask, what are you doing, Naveen? This is where your conversation is starting. This is where that person is starting to know about you very, very clear. Or all of you clear? Okay, okay, Jagadeesh, what if that person is not replying? Follow-up. Am I right? Follow-up. What if that person is not even replying for the follow-ups? 3 times follow-up. After that also, that person is not replying. What should I do, Jagadeesh? Tell me, what should you do? What should you do if the person is not replying? Go for the next person. Yeah, that's all. Don't marry them. Fine, you have to really give them a help and support and everything, but if they are not replying after 3 times, Leave them. How would we find a person to really reply us properly, Jagadeesh? See, listen carefully. If a person is posted more than 14 days old, leave them. If they have recently posted any message in the last 14 days, message them, reply them, 3 follow-up. These people are going to help you a lot, and they will also give you a lot of support, and you can also help them. They will respond. But more than 15 days, if a person has not posted anything in LinkedIn, it is calling to a mobile which is switched off. Do you think you are going to get any response? Nobody is replying me. Boss, first get rid. You are wasting time. Are all of you clear? That's it. This is the simple psychology behind trust building factor, layer by layer connecting with them, doing a follow-up, and getting ahead into the next game. That's it, guys. The first part of the session is almost clear. Is anybody having a doubt here? You can be very creative. See, people are asking me in the chat box, how will I help people? How will I help people? You can give them a portfolio support. Yeah, if they're a little bit in your same level, you can give them a voluntary support. You can tell them, I have a very magical tool called this, this, this. Would you like to know about this? Give them— see, tell them that your intention is to talk to them about the fintech industry because you need more knowledge in that. See, be clear. No, that is why I told you your intent is very clear to talk to them. Then they will— you will not have any friction to talk to the people. See, there are many people in our community who are introverts. Okay, this introvert-extrovert game and all doesn't work. You want job or not? Simple. You want job or not? Please talk to them. Do whatever I'm saying. That's it. Put your brain in the freezer and put your characteristic also in the future. Just be like a machine. Do it. All right, if you're clear. If you just keep on telling Jagadeesh, what if that person says I'm a scammer? What if that person reply, doesn't reply? I am a very shy person. Jagadeesh, if somebody doesn't reply, I feel very fear of neglect. Was— please don't tell all these things, just do it. That is why I have a formula for you. Wait, how to get rid of this mindset in the, in the next, next part of the session. So when you're talking to the people, when you're really interacting with them, make sure you're not only talking to them for referral. Your, your intention is directly going to that. That is why you are not able to sustain that relationship. You are talking to that person to know about them, to build the trust factor, to also help them, right? When you do that, the next thing you can ask is, can you help connect with more designers who are also going to hire people like me? Don't ask them to refer, they will not do it. Ask them, can you refer some other friends who is also ready to refer people like me? I know you're working in Razorpay, 'Can you tell me, your friends, is anybody hiring?' What will happen when you ask a question like this? They will tell no or yes. That is different. But they will ask, 'Why don't you refer to my company? I'll refer you.' Success. Again, that is not your intention. You have to make them trust you first. Then this will happen organically. Don't worry. And your intention is finally not that also, boss. Your intention is to build the trust for the lifetime. The person asks you or not, that is different. You can also ask them after 1 or 2 layers of conversation. In the 3rd layer, you can ask this: hey, can you also check if any opportunities is there at your end? Yeah, that should not happen in the 1st level. That should happen on the 2nd or 3rd level. That's a byproduct, guys. Don't expect that. I'm not telling about this in the mind map itself. That is outcome. Okay, if you all wanted to become a designer in a very particular niche and a micro niche, you need to talk 2 people like this, at least 30 people every single day. How many of you are— oh, 30 people? How much time it will take? It will take time, but you will get also 3x salary. You want 3x salary or you're worried about burning time? Tell me. You need to do this 30 people connect till the time what I'm telling you, when I'm telling you, okay? I'll show you the timeline also, how much you have to do it also. When you interact with the people, when you talk to the subject matter expert, Like, let's say, what are the niche you wanted to target, guys? Can anybody give me that niche? Noor, what niche you wanted to target? Dasari, what niche you want to target? Naveen, Raj, Siddharth, can you give me the niche what you want to target? SaaS, edutech, healthcare, SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what niche you're having. You need to find out these people, okay? You need to find out these people in edutech. Talk to them, talk to them, talk to them, talk to them, talk to them. The more and more you're able to talk to these people Vijay Varma or Dasari or whatever. Vijay Varma is saying automotive, doesn't matter. Talk to, talk to, talk to people. Automotive, what's happening? What are the top 10? Oh, automotive, HMI. HMI means what are you doing? Human-centered design. Okay, fine. Human-machine interface. Okay, what are you doing? Okay, interaction design, experience design, touch controls, haptic. Okay, okay. See, the more and more and more and more and more you're talking to the automotive designers, automotive designers, automotive designers, you're repeatedly hearing only the 3 keywords. Human-centered design, human-machine interface, interaction experience design. Now Vijay Verma can come and start working on the skills, right or not? Instead of randomly learning any other tools— 139 skills are there in the market for a designer to learn— you don't need to learn all these things. 67 tools are required to become a designer— not at all required. You just talk to the people, you just talk to your niche people and do this messaging. You will come to know repeatedly all the healthcare designers are only telling this thing tools. Repeatedly, all the healthcare designers are telling this— 3 skills, 3 skills, 3 tools. That's it. With this only, you are going to get into the 15 LPA job. This is called informational interview. I cannot do this, guys. ChatGPT cannot do this. Only you have to do this. This is why I tell all the people, when you come into the squadron, the first activity I tell them is to connect with 30 people to do informational interview. You should not apply for the job. Wait, you have to make the LinkedIn work for you. When you make the LinkedIn work for you, things will start happening magically. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear what I'm telling? Are all of you clear what we are discussing now? Okay, now we have almost brought the method for you to do it. Okay, now I told you about the characteristic, I told you about the magic. Now all of you, please take your profile picture All of you open your LinkedIn. Please log in, log in, log in. All of you take your summary. All of you take your cover photo. I wanted you guys to also open your profile, like in the sense your projects, what have you created, the post, what have you created. Open, open, open. Very, very important. All of you please open, okay. All of you, please open. Doesn't matter. We are talking about human connections, Naveen. Certification and all, not at all required. I still did not know whether Hemalata is a boy or girl or a designer or an experienced person, right or not? But did I get hooked or not? Did I get the intention right or not? I don't really care about certification. I only care about the next, next steps, right? Superb. So, so, so, so So please, please take it, and I want every single one of you to post in the chat box. Post in the chat box your cover photo, profile picture, everything. Do it. Take a screenshot, post it in the chat. Your LinkedIn profile with a cover photo, something like this, something like this. Can all of you see? Cover, copy paste, copy paste. See, I am posting mine. See, oh yo team, why it is happening like this? Team, why the copy paste is not happening? No team, something is happening. I think I have to attach based on— okay, I want all of the people to, uh, message your— I mean, copy paste your unable to post. You can attach, you can attach, guys. Okay, post is not coming. See, I've did that. Okay, team, can you please adjust the setting please carefully? Not getting option to attach. Team, can you please look into it? Is there any way which audience can able to do it? Team, team, team, Suresh, Shivraj, could you please do it? Yes, yes. He knows the Zoom settings clearly. Okay, okay, doesn't matter. Fine. So now I'm going to give you a very simple activity for all of the people. Are all of you clear about this? Are all of you clear about this? Are all of you clear? Have you taken the LinkedIn profile picture and everything? Okay, now I'm going to give you a small activity for 10 minutes. Okay, 10 minutes. Listen very carefully and observe what I'm doing now. 10 minutes only I'm going to give this activity. Now I wanted you guys, okay, to take your one project. Everybody who's sitting in this call has a one minimum project from your earlier course, from your earlier institute, from your rough case study, from your hackathon case study, from your hyper hackathon case study, from your squadron case study, from your experience in your project in your office, your dummy case study, doomy case study, anything people ask, right or not? Find out who is your one target user. Find out what is your one problem statement. Find out how can you take that metric in one line and find out what you have not solved it. Create that 4 lines for you. It should be in one slide. Can all of you do that? I'm giving you exactly 10 minutes to do this activity. I'm just keeping the screen paused for you. Super clear, all of the people? One target user, okay? Maybe in your hackathon project also, it's really good, okay? Individually, no team, individual. One problem statement line, one metric. Using this problem statement, I am increasing my user engagement to 15%. I have increased the drop— I've decreased the drop-off rate by 10%. What you are not solving, your scope. You should be a little clear about this, okay? And one slide and one problem clarity, one line or one slide also, it's enough. Good, no problem. All of you clear? Can I give you exactly 10 minutes time for you? Exact 10 minutes time. You have to now take this message. Now with that, we are getting into the LinkedIn profile page. Keep your LinkedIn open, okay? Don't do anything here, just take a screenshot and attach. But please take your 10 minutes timer. Okay, team, I'm not able to see anything for the timer and all these things. Team, why? Team, team, team, any project you take here, any project, ah, related to niche, not related to niche, anything, but I'm not open— able to open the timing here. Where is the timing option? Team, can you please open the application and install the timer? That will be better. It's okay, it doesn't matter, we can still do it. You can still do it. We can still do it. Inside the Zoom setting, we have to enable that app. Okay, team, can you also try it please for me? I'll be better. Give me a second, I'm just switching on. Okay, all of you, 10 minutes. Can you look at my screen? Wait, I'm just switching on the timer first. Wait, okay, and I'm going to share my screen also. Wait, can you see the screen? I'm going to share the screen. Just do it. I want you guys to take one target user, one problem statement, one metrics, what not you are solving, and what are the one slide for your project. I'm going to help you construct your messages from here. Are all of you clear? Clear. I'll give you exactly 9 minutes time. Go to your hackathon projects case study and I'll do it. If you're not able to do it, just attempt it. I'll come back and I will teach you there from there. Okay, with that message only, we are going to go to the next level. Exact 9 minutes left. Do it and have a cup of coffee, tea, or something while you're doing it. No problem. Okay, I'm just being mute. I'm here only. It's fine. Is everybody doing it? Anybody has any kind of a doubts? My project was hypothetical, so I don't have any outcome metrics for that. What should I do? Fine, Akansha, good. You can take one hypothetical metric itself. Can you give me the problem statement? I'll give you the example. Okay, target user means somebody is going to use your product. No, Farha, Hamid, who is that user? Don't tell user. Who is that user? It could be Uh, like let's say it could be business owners, it could be like let's say, uh, uh, like let's say corporate workers, it could be mid-career professionals if you are building an edutech platform. Like some user will be there for your project, okay? Build that, okay? Do it, do it, do it. All the best, all people. Find a Kancha. You can take one one, uh, like, let's say one outcome. What is the scope out, sir? What does the scope out means? The question is not clear. Can you tell me what are you trying to ask? Outcome means, like, let's say, have you cleared out— like, let's say if I built a product, there should be some output, right? I'm not doing a project for just a completion sake or something like a time pass. Some output should be there in the project. What is that one output? I have increased the customer acquisition rate. I have decreased the drop-off rate. I have reduced the number of steps from 10 to 5. Some output metric should be there. Okay, I'll tell one example. In the hackathon team, people are building one project called this migrant workers empowering themselves by showing their clear work visibility and helping them. So you can say I'm improving the visibility of the mid, uh, what do you call this, uh What is that? Migrant workers to get more trust on government documentation process. Something like that. Okay, that would be the outcome for you. You have to write one. See, most roofing business doesn't have a leading problem. You have to fix this. Okay, fine. Stance is, you are perfectly correct. Can you, can you all see Stan's output as well? That's also very good. Okay, in software and drugs, they can call users social dilemma. Good, that's also great. Do it, do it, do it, do it fast. One metric. If you don't want to mention the scope also, it's totally fine, ignore it. Okay, but try to have a one line because I'm going to be telling you how from that one line, how can you get it forward more. It is very difficult, right, to do it. It's not very easy activity. Very easy to do a 90-day project, but it is very difficult to write that project in one line. I'm going to be coming to that. Wait, I'm going to be telling you that first. I want to make you feel uncomfortable before I get into the main part of the session. Okay, helping workers, professionals build a trustworthy platform, thriving. They can buy or sell products. Good. I can't show your problem statement is clear. Who is the target user? Working professionals. Good. What are the outcome metrics? You are increasing your trustworthiness by creating a a simple workflow for them so that they can purchase a product in one day, or in one minute, or two minutes, using an e-commerce platform, whatever. That is the outcome metrics. If you're not able to take the outcome metrics, probably you have not done the hackathon fully correctly. I think you're a new member in the community. It would be better if you can also work in the particularly, like, let's say, hyper hackathons or hackathons to do one real project. Because when you do a real world project, the conviction of you to tell about the outcome metrics should be very, very strong. A lot of you clear? See, that conviction, how it will come? When you do something only, you will talk. If you've not done something, you will be like, Jagadeesh, whether it's correct or not, whether this message is right or not. You will have that skeptical feeling. You will find out other person also can find out this is a trial project. Yes, Jagadeesh, doesn't matter. We are all here for that reason only. But But let's find out. Saran and Aad, beautiful, excellent. Outcome metrics should be in percentage, Saran and Aad, that would be better. Okay, Vegeta, you also. Outcome metrics can be in percentage or value or number or some stat or metrics or math should be there. Okay, fine. Akansha, you're almost there, but just wait. Okay, Sriram, you're okay. Stanz, you're okay. But outcome, see, outcome metrics should be in— see, I'll read the Stanz outcome metrics. Recover missed opportunity and increased booking jobs by 20 to 40% within 30 days. This is what is called outcome, right or not? Right or not? Vinod Kumar has perfectly written it. Increased successful status check by 40% with reduced assistance dependency. Superb, Vinod Kumar! Vinod Kumar is ready to get the interview call before today evening. Oh yeah, you are also amazing! Reduce response time by 50% and increase success rescue reporting by 60%. Superb! I've already gave one very good homework for all of the people, right or not? I know you guys will ask me this. That is why I tell you, please complete the homeworks then and there. Don't keep anything pending. If you keep anything pending, it will reflect in this only. Like this, see, I told you after the mission itself, after the hackathon mission, all of you please watch the hackathon 2.0. I told you or not? I told you watch the hackathon 2.0. Metrics Mastery. I told very clearly to all the people, where is that? Hackathon 2.0 Metrics Mastery. How to calculate metrics for your design. Are all of you clear? Metrics Mastery in Design. How to take numbers for your project. 2 hours 20 minutes, next level session. This is— it will not show because I'm sharing the screen, but it will show in your dashboard. If you just watch this one mission, Metrics Mastery, you'll clearly understand how to articulate your value of the project. See, don't tell I did a project, nobody cares. Tell very specifically using your project what users have got the benefit. My users is happy. Don't tell happy. See, that is the difference between a graphic designer and you. Tell on what user experience factor which is making the person become happy. See, at least by learning this LinkedIn method You should understand metrics is important. You forgot it in the project, no issues. At least do it now. Right now you go back to your project, take one tangible metrics, and then bring it back to the people to start talking to them. Am I right or not? So that's beautiful. Beautiful. You are also beautiful. Superb. See, almost people are getting it. Fine. Now Almost, almost, almost all the people are doing this thing. Let's get into the next part. Observe very carefully what I'm doing. This is the most important part of this session, guys. Please observe very, very carefully, okay? After that, it's all going to be a complete activity-based, okay? So now, so now what we have seen is how the LinkedIn profile and everything is there. Okay, I'll give you a little bit science about how to do it, how to keep your LinkedIn profile active, and why the compounding really works for SEOs. Like I told you, if you start posting in LinkedIn, if you start creating comment, if you do this— not— it's fine, Naveen, no problem, leave it. Okay, so it's, it's not about you getting the hooks and messages. You need to make the SEO work for you. After 15 days only, LinkedIn will start working for you. How many of you don't know this? Why Jagadeesh, 15 days? After 15 days only, LinkedIn will recognize this guy is a human, this guy is a consistent guy, this guy is doing something, let us start helping them. After 45 days, it will yield your results. How many of you don't know the science? How many of you don't know the science? It will give you a lot of gifts. How many of you don't know this? You will get a lot of amazing connections, opportunities. See, last Monday also we had a person called Dinesh Deva, okay? You know how he got the LinkedIn job? I mean, the first job. I mean, he— it will be explained, but I know how he did. You can watch the Momentum session also by Dinesh Deva, okay? How he messaged the people, how exactly that LinkedIn will work after a few days. 3 months he's not getting any offer, okay? After 180 days, what will happen? After 180 days of you working in LinkedIn, what will happen? Please answer me. Snehal, fine. Mukut Rao, welcome, welcome. Good, good, good. Now you have understood the example. Thank you. Okay, let's come back to the topic. Wait, what will happen after 180 days? Guys, you need to know this, why compounding effect is very important. See, first, even if person is coming into the squadron, the first activity I make them do is LinkedIn. Resume, portfolio, right or not? Parallelly you can learn the skills, doesn't matter. 15 days is enough for you to learn any skill in design. I don't really bother about you participating 90 days, not at all required. 15 days, one hyper hackathon is good to go for you to start the activities. Everything is there in our LMS. But what is not there in LMS is LinkedIn. You got to practice this. I have also given you a little clarity about LinkedIn, but your LinkedIn will only work when you start working for the first 15 days. This is called optimization. Initial 15 days, you got to optimize this, okay? After 15 days, LinkedIn will start working for you. It will find out your identity. After 45 days, you will definitely get positive connections and everything. If you do it for 90 days you will get surprisingly lot of, lot of gifts. Like in a sense, suddenly a person will call you for the interview. Suddenly you will know that one person wants to review your portfolio. Suddenly one person is going to give you 2x salary. You will see like magically things are happening. Why? Because you have not stopped it. You are optimized it, your profile, in a way so that people are giving you massive, massive gift. After 180 days, magic will happen in your career. How many of you don't know this? After 180 days, you don't have to do anything. All the SEOs will only work for you. LinkedIn will come to your home and it will work for you. LinkedIn entire algorithms will only work for you, boss, because you are the ultimate celebrity here. See, I'm not talking about celebrity, I'm talking about you being a creator. Creator is already done in this space, but 180 days, if you've created, guys, you will see that your seed has started germinating the plant now. I mean, started germinating the results now. So that is why I always tell, LinkedIn is not a hunting game. LinkedIn is a farming game. All of you type farming in the chat box. All of you type farming in the chat box. Agriculture. You're sowing the seeds, boss. Your seed will only start germinating after 180 days. You will see huge magic will come to you. You just sleep. LinkedIn will bring a lot of opportunity for you. Not only LinkedIn, many other algorithms. Even YouTube works like this way. Even Instagram worked like this way. Again, we are not influencers. Don't go for Instagram and YouTube unless until you are very passionate about doing something very phenomenal. You don't have to go to this platform, but you as a designer have to be there in LinkedIn. Superb. Readiness is clear. Okay, Jagadeesh, what does mean by optimization? I'm going to be talking about that one by one by one. Wait, I'm going to be talking about one by one by one by one. Just a second. Wait, wait, wait. Okay, okay. Now the actual essence and the core is going to come now. Okay, listen and observe carefully, guys. If you just go through this part, you are almost done the thing. So the main objective what we are talking about is to connect with the people and build the trust. That is a new currency. And I've also told you, 30 people per day you need to connect, and you have to make it as a habit. I don't know whether you're going to do it or not, but if you're there in the squadron, this is a non-negotiable activity. I've removed people from the WhatsApp groups by not doing this. Are all of you clear? How many of you are getting a little scared? I wanted you guys to connect with 30 people. If you're not connecting with 30 people, I'll cut the call. Jagadeesh, tomorrow I'm attending interview. Jagadeesh, many squadron members, you ask, know how the— how I react. Jagadeesh, I am feeling stuck. Jagadeesh, no opportunities is coming for me. Design for Change is not working for me. The first question I ask, are you connecting with 30 people? You participated in hackathon, I know you've done design already. Are you connecting with 30 people? No, Jagadeesh, how many people you are connecting? 2 people, 3 people. Cut the call. I don't talk to them after that because nothing is going to work for you if you're not doing that. Tell them you connect with your commander, you just become activated, talk to Gokul and come back. Don't waste my time. Nothing is going to work if you're not doing that. When you start connecting with 30 people, non-negotiable, you will start receiving many interview calls. Your visibility, trust, wealth, everything grows. That is an outcome. Let's not talk about this. Let's get into the main science of it, okay? The objective is this. So there are 5 different ways on the science you got to get connected. First, you got to understand you are building a history to connect with the different, different people. See guys, particularly when you are becoming a visibility guy, like let's say, hey Jagadeesh, how to build a visibility? You got to create post. You got to build a post which is like a historical post. Don't write 5 trends in the market. Always create a post in a way so that people are becoming very addicted to your content. People are really learning that content. SEOs will only work if your content is classical. If you're creating a content in a way which is like 5 hacks in Figma, tomorrow Figma is not going to be there. How will your post yield you result? I am going to help you now to structure a post so that you are going to get a year-long results from there. How many of you wanted to know how? How many of you wanted to know how? Ask me how in the chat box. Can I show that to you? Can I show that to you? Observe what I'm going to do now, okay? Observe what I'm going to do now. All of you open ChatGPT, okay? Open this thing called GPT. Okay, type out LinkedIn in the chat box. In this GPT, professional LinkedIn writer post. Can all of you see this? You can use ChatGPT's viral engine. See, 200K+ people are using this, 50K+ people. I want to use this professional LinkedIn writer. Okay, somebody has already optimized it for the ChatGPT. I don't really mind using that, but it's open for public. Dimitri or somebody has created this. Now I'll take one example. Just observe, guys, what I'm doing now. Okay, why is not coming up, guys? My voice is coming, right? Hello, hello, hello. Okay, fine. I'll take one example. I'll take one example. Okay, I'll take one example of Noor. Fine, I'll take an example of Noor. Or should I take Noor or somebody else? Maybe we'll take example of one person who was very unconfident about the metrics, right? Okay, I'll take Noor itself, no problem. Okay, listen very carefully. Observe my prompt. It's a very simple prompt only. Just observe. This is a post which I'm going to create in the LinkedIn. Okay, now in order to make this post visible to most of the recruiters in and around this particular niche, what kind of keywords should I use to create a post? What kind of exact lines and the hook and the metrics should I create in order to make this post visible for the lifetime in LinkedIn to hook me a lot of recruiters and design leaders to get a job opportunity from me? Please write a viral post for me so that it has to become viral in LinkedIn. Provide the output now. See guys, Noor has created women on a career gap. That's her problem statement, right or not? And Noor wants to build— when women step away from the work, there is no system that keeps their professional identity intact during the gap, so they arrive at the re-entry with nothing to show. That's her problem statement. The outcome of the particular project what Noor is trying to build is women are 3x more likely to re-enter the workforce and documentation proof of the professional activity, then who navigate the gap alone. That is the metrics which you want to build. 3x visibility using her platform. Superb. Her visibility— her platform is not going to get them hired, but her platform is to only get them visible. Clear? See, are all of you clear? I have created the prompt for it. Now I'm going to put that into— see, I don't have to talk about LinkedIn, you make it algorithm work. I don't have to do anything. Why? Because this professional LinkedIn post writer has been imbibed with this kind of SEO in the background. Now, can all of you see my post is ready? I don't have to do anything. I just have to copy paste this. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear? Look at this. Career gap, career gap break should not mean career erased, yet for millions of women it does. When a woman steps away, this is the problem— her professional identity is lost. This is this. The real problem, there is no structure. So I asked, what if the thing outcome— I built a complete platform so that you are a design leader or a recruiter. Please get in touch with me to talk about this. Superb. In just 30 seconds, my post is ready. Am I right or not? Now I'm going to go to my LinkedIn post, okay? I'm going to go to my home. What is happening? These people have created some post. See how squadron members are doing this e-commerce quadrant. Why, why are they doing it? Tell me, why are they doing it? They are making their LinkedIn work activated for them. See, got the offer recently. Rahul Shakya is in the final rounds. Suvetha is getting the interview calls and everything. Sneha is also— this Sneha is also going to get one offer. So, Sahana— so all of the people are now in the e-commerce quadrant and they are meeting every single day and they are also posting it. Why? I taught them how to do it, why LinkedIn will work for them if they start posting the content. Okay, I don't know about the other people, but those people have started creating the post. Ankita is also our student. See, one small change improved in UX. Why are these people doing? She's in the healthcare squadron. Okay, Bhushan, he's in the core product design school. See, whatever he is doing, he's just posting in the LinkedIn. Why? Because LinkedIn requires you to be a creator. Now I'm going to show you how to create. I got the content now, right or not? I'm going to just create, copy, paste. Okay, now GPT is only for the plus— it's open for all the people there. You can use it. Okay, use it. Fine. Use that Go also. That's also very minimal cost. You can use that. Okay, now I need a picture. I need a picture to do it. Noor, can you send me one picture of this particular project showcasing the creation application for it? Okay, now ChatGPT is also giving me what are the keywords to include. It's already written, you don't have to do anything. It's a viral post creator, you just have to copy paste it. Okay, if you want, you can additionally add it, that's up to you. See, I'm going to do it in the next page, not here. Okay, I'm going to do it in the next page. Now what I'm going to do is I wanted a very simple image for representing how this particular UI can look like for the people who wanted to get the 3x growth for the visibility. I built a platform in a similar way. So please provide the one particular key screen of the mobile app and the women who is using that in a very simple hyper-realistic render way so that people are very tempted to come and click my picture to see my portfolio case study, to get the hook and talk to me. Okay, and then press this option called plus. Okay, it's not coming. Okay, ideally speaking, the image should come because I'm using a LinkedIn viral post, so the images are not going to come. Fine, give a prompt, it will come. The image option will not appear because I'm using a GPT Chat? No. If I'm using a native ChatGPT, image option will come. Okay, I'm just taking an example, guys. You, you know your projects better, you know your wireframes better, you know your case study better, right or not? I'm just taking an example. You can do it on your own, really, really clear and simple. Okay, Nur, can you also share it to me in the WhatsApp chat? I can also use your image if your image is better. Okay. Fine, wonderful, right or not? My picture is ready. I'm going to download this. Clear? Download. Now take it to the LinkedIn, put it here. Done. Are we clear? So easy, right? Where is that? Here. Next. Now my picture is there. Always credit this, okay? Don't claim it is your picture. If you have done this picture, you can use it. If Noor has given her picture, I would have done it, but I'm just taking a ChatGPT image, okay? See, 5 projects completed, add project, skill update, something very key screen, whatever your thing is there. That's called a hero screen. Hero screen means in one screen itself I'll know that this is a worth of the project to really invest. I'll show you an example. What is mean by hero screen? Okay, see, this is an iPhone. Listen what I'm telling now. Okay, this is an iPhone. Maybe I'll take this example, iPhone 17. Okay, lot of benefits is there by buying this product, but look at how the designer is going to create one key image to show the ultimate importance of this UI. Okay, wait, I'll take the UI screen. Maybe you will understand better. Wait, huh, look at this. Can all of you see this? This is called key screen. Okay, maybe some map navigation is there, some SOS, keep pointing at the satellite, some main image is there. Now they have changed the wallpaper in which the wallpaper can also move like an image, and they have created some more features with a glass mode with some effect and something. And now the new calendar app is also going to be coming coming like this so that you can create an event from the series directly. So instead of you explaining the full case study, you need to choose one screen so that people can get the quick flow of you obtaining in the LinkedIn. Are all of you clear? Huh, maybe I'll take this example. iOS. See, iOS is a bigger change, okay? But look at what they have created as a key magical screen. This is called key magical screen. Are all of you clear? In one image, I can understand iOS is very different from the iOS 24. See, nobody has a time to scroll through it, read it. Maybe some user will read it, but 90% of the users wants to know what is the Quick Update box. Oh, I can see all of my notifications running here, thank you. Oh, I can see glass mortise effect there, oh thank you. I can see all of my application also in a tile format so that I can able to see my map, see my, uh, what you call, climate, and I can able to bring my app. Oh, I can also have messaging like this. With the voice note. Super. Oh, I can also play something like this in the glass one. Super. Are all of you clear? This is called hero screen. See, iPhone designers have created this key important screens to show the complete iOS 26. You as a designer have to choose that key screen. This is called key screen, magic screen. Are all of you clear? This is called magic screen. One important visual. Don't show your entire case study, guys. Nobody is there to see this. You got to select one image. This is the exact design system you created. This is the component you built. Show that important element. Are all of you clear? Then only your engagement can come. Let's say you built an application for calling. Show that particular screen how you wanted to show it to the people. Are all of you clear what I'm talking about? You are the ultimate designer. Okay, doesn't matter whether you're building a watch app, whether you're building a phone app, whether you're building a desktop app, whether you're building a car navigation HMI also, you need to show the key screen which can the users able to understand this. See, I can also even click iPad, it will come in iPad. See, multiple flow of application is there. That's a new update what they got. I can also crop an image from here. See This is called hero image. Is anybody getting confusion here? Don't put your portfolio link and get lost. I have not asked anybody to put your portfolio link here. The moment when you share a portfolio link, you will get only one reply: I'll get back to you after reviewing your portfolio. Nobody will reply after that. How many of you are already getting that? Yeah, Jagadeesh, I'm already getting that kind of a feedback only when I start sharing message to the people in the LinkedIn. They are telling me, I'll get back to you. Currently my company doesn't have vacancy, but I will have your portfolio. I will get back to you. Am I right or not? Please don't do that. You are killing yourself. You're putting the knife and you're killing. How many of you are already killing yourself? Type me in the chat box. Is my voice clear, guys? All of the people, team, team, team, can you just confirm me? Yes, yes. How many of you are already killing yourself by just sending a portfolio link to the recruiter? How many of you are killing yourself by just sending your resume? Never send your resume portfolio to anybody. First important rule, okay? Rule number 1 in Fight Club. Never tell this to anybody. There is to say, right, you should never send your resume portfolio to anybody. Jagadeesh, then how can I get the job? That's what I'm telling you from the morning. Build the trust first. Show one hero's image. Show one-liner metrics. Okay, the moment when you send portfolio, people will tell you, we will get back to you, I will get your portfolio review, no vacancy is there. You do it, you will come to know what I'm telling. Okay, so see the key screens, hero screens. If you want, you can show GIF also, no problem, but hero screen. Ultimately, why have you built this iOS? I need to see it in one go. Ultimately, why have you built this women app? Tell me that in one screen. Ultimately, why have you built that migrant workers app? Show in one screen. If you're not able to bring that in one screen, LinkedIn will not work for you, boss. You're confusing LinkedIn, you're confusing the other person, you're confusing your own life itself. Be clear. Superb. See, the ability for you to build this one screen is very important. Yeah, carousel also good only, but quick attention should be there. If you're not able to build this, I can tell you that you have not done the project. You're just taken from online ChatGPT and then you're randomly doing it. It's waste. Don't do it. Don't come for this session. This session is only for the people who did one project, at least one project. If you have not done the real world project, please do it. Who stopped you? Please do it. No, then you can come for the LinkedIn stage. That is why I'm not teaching you this mission on the first day. I'm teaching you here, right? See, using AI also you can build this and show it, but when it comes to people talking to you in the interview process, people will throw you out just like that. Or maybe luckily you got selected by using your hi-fi English. First day, first week, first month itself, they'll come to know you don't know anything in design, they will remove you immediately. That is the flip side of using this LinkedIn message. Using this powerful hooks and techniques and visibility and everything, you can get selected. You are not going to grow there. People will immediately throw you out. This person doesn't know anything. He doesn't know what is mean by design, what is process, what is mean by design thinking. He is not able to build solution on his own. He is just a talker. He is just a branding guy. That's it. That is why I'm teaching you LinkedIn at the last, not in the first, because these techniques can get you a job even without a project. Hey Malata still doesn't expose herself. Hey Malata is still sitting, am I right or not? Hey Malata is still telling only one line. And see, from that one line I got a message. From that one post I got a trust. From that trust I started talking to Hey Malata. Now only Hey Malata has to go to the interview process, right or not? That is why I'm telling you, you don't need a college degree, you don't need 15 years of experience, you don't need a lot of things. You just need one right project, one right skill to talk to the people to get hired. Superb, fine. Can we get into this image? See, now put the credit, the image, the post is clear now. Okay, I'm going to go for the next step. What are the next step? You can also do one thing. You can also duplicate, you can also create the draft You can also post it later. You can also create a scheduled post also, no problem at all. But now I'm just trying to post it here. If you want, you can add an embed link. You can add your portfolio, uh, you can add your website link. Don't add your portfolio link, add your personal branded website link. Noor, have you had your website link? Noor is yet to come to Squadron, but Noor, are you having your website? No, Noor is yet to come. You can add a link You can add a divider also. You can create a code, you can do whatever you want. You can, if you want, you can able to create a point, shorter style, no issues. Now go to this. Listen, I'm going to copy paste this, okay? I'm going to copy paste this keywords as well. Look at this, how many people are going to reply for this the moment if I post it? I have no connection to this particular post, okay? You can also schedule it later. You can also rewrite it with the AI if you want, okay? If you want to just do it, no issues, you can just publish. So now my content is posted. I can also post it to my groups or whatever, okay? I can just get the link to this article, okay? I can also message to my network that, hey, I have created a post here. Hey, I can also share it in my group, doesn't matter. Now my post has come. Look at this. Where is my post? Whoa, is also in Squadron. See, look at this. Vishwara also has posted the which session. Oh, her knowledge sharing. See, this is called brand building. See, you can also do it because the more and more you're able to post some messages It's better. Darshan, I don't know who is he. Officer, see, he has become a creative finisher. So everybody is posting the messages, right? Fine. Let me see where is my post. My post has come here. See, look at my post. If a person is coming into my profile They'll understand this guy is not a joke. This guy is doing something seriously there. This guy is doing something in the morning. This guy is doing something with the students. He must be a coach or something, right or not? Am I right or not? My profile is getting visible because of this reason. This is what will happen to you as well. Are we clear? Type clear in the chat box. Your post is the first important thing, okay? Second, you need to create a wonderful image for you like this. A cover image which can reflect your personality, okay, which can reflect your credibility. You should not put your holiday pictures there. You should put a very professional picture there, okay? See, I put 30K designers, 13 years of experience, 25 crore plus cumulative salary impact, every Friday 8 PM open house. See, I'm keeping it open. I want to invite all the people. I don't want to restrict the learning for only my community members. I'm just inviting all the people. Right? So that is my intention. But you, as an intention of a designer, you have to create a cover image like this, okay? And your profile feature has to be next level professional. See, the heat map of the LinkedIn will only work for the people to look at you. They will look at your picture, they will read your name, they'll see this first line, that's it. Then they will see the COVID picture, then they will look at your summary, about, service, everything. How many of you don't know this? Your heat map of the LinkedIn work exactly like this way. Can all of you see this? See, people only look at your picture and your one-liner, then they look at your cover image, then they look at your next, next, next, next text. Are all of you clear? This is the heat map of LinkedIn. Your profile is only scanned through a human being with respect. That's why I ask you to go to a photoshoot studio, okay, to take multiple pictures, to have your multiple pictures in your LinkedIn, in your resume, in your portfolio, in your project, in your thumbnail, to give that brand visibility. How many of you don't know this? I told you about, uh, Swati Priya. She came and told last week she got 17 LP. Look at her, she went to a professional studio. She's having a book in her hand. This is not taken in mobile, boss. This is all photoshoot properly done. See, you need to spend little money to go to that kind of studios and think, think about it. I want to show one more picture as well. I— Yogita, can you share yours? Yogita Deshpande. Okay, I'll just see her message. Yogita, can you just message me if you're— I'll show Bhushan. Bhushan is our community member, okay? He's in the core product design studio. Look at this professional photo, right? Do you think it's taken in the mobile? Look at the dressing, look at the quality of the photo, fitness. So when people are looking at your profile on a website, they have to get that feel that this guy is a designer. They should not feel this guy is a holiday guy. Wandering here and there, right or not? That brand is very important when you're building this. Okay, see, I'll show you an example. Meanwhile, Yogita is our student. She's attending interview. Okay, Yogita, where is your portfolio? I mean, where is your Can all of you see? She has went to a product design studio to shoot like this. In fact, I asked her to add more pictures also in each and every of her work. She, she has added her gallery work, she has added her perspective sketches and everything. Right now, does it look like a portfolio or does it look like a personal brand? It looks like a personal brand. This is the link which you need to put it in your LinkedIn profile. You should never put your portfolio link. Why? People should not read your case study. People should get only curiosity. People should give you call. People should message you back. People should get that curiosity done, right? You can go and add your details over here. Yo, you can put your website link or whatever. Super. I can also put my latest website link. I have not integrated. I don't know why my team has not put it. Okay, super. This is podcast. Good. So when people are clicking your website, they'll be able to clear that kind of information. Are you— why it is not coming? Save. Okay, so when people are clicking here, they'll be able to see your website. You design for China, correct? Only— no, why it is not linking? Let's put the correct link. Wait. It's correct only. Okay, you can add your website link, you should not add your portfolio link. Are all of you clear about this? I think it will work now. So the moment when you are clicking like this, people can see your website. People will know, all right, this guy is helping people to get into a 3x salary using AI. Turn your design portfolio into 3x salary using AI. Oh, this guy has a community, he has a mentor, like he is a story is there. See, everybody will know what is their real thing. See, many students have got the success. See, I am able to build my trust because of this reason. Am I right or not? And then they will see my programs, or if this guy has a Silver membership, this guy has some getting started, this guy is conducting many events, this guy is having many free resources also. After that, people will engage with you. So the first layer is exactly your cover photo, your profile, and then your message like this. And then you got to go and change your about. Jagadeesh, how to write my about? You can go to your Codex chat, you can put your LinkedIn screenshot, and you can ask, can you write about myself to be uploaded in the LinkedIn? It will write it for you. Can you write about my top project? That is why your Codex is very important. How many of you have done with your codex? If you're done with your 3 codexes, your codex is now ready to give you all this output. In just 5 minutes, your entire LinkedIn is ready, provided if you have nice high-quality HD pictures, your optimization is clear. Okay, so just to brush up, what are we doing? Just to brush up, what are you doing? Okay, I'm just giving this optimization. Okay. I've showed you how to create a post. I showed you how to create a cover pic. I showed you how to change the COVID image. I showed you how to create a summary text statements from your codex. If you have not done the codex, please do it properly because your codex has all of your projects, okay? Or also you can go to ChatGPT, you can just polish your case studies and bring it in, but it would be better if you do it in Codex. Add projects, everything based on your Codex. Because the moment when you get into the Codex and then when you give your keyword, hey ChatGPT, please analyze my projects and give me LinkedIn optimized keywords for my project, your ChatGPT will give you exactly LinkedIn keywords optimized. Copy paste that, then only LinkedIn will work for you and it will bring the relevant person for you. See, in LinkedIn there is an option like this, okay, network. LinkedIn will not throw you random people. LinkedIn will only bring people who are very related to you. Are all of you clear? See, Manoj Yadav is our student, right or not? See, it will only show people— see, senior designer, experienced designer. These people are going to be my customers, right or not? One or the other way, those people are going to come and work with us on the silver membership or gold membership or diamond membership or whatever in the future. Why LinkedIn is suggesting me Jagadeesh these people are also interested in talking to you for your services, for your products, for your coaching. If you are a designer, if you are working on job, job, job posting, posting, posting, then LinkedIn will give you a lot of senior designers, recruiters, and design leaders. A lot of you clear? Are all of you clear? So your optimization will only work for this. Clear? Next optimization is all about persona. Okay, so first part I told you about initial optimization. Next part is all about persona. What does mean by persona, Jagadeesh? See guys, 60 to 80% of your profile should have only UI/UX and product design related content and users. You should not create any kind of random users and accept them. Oh Jagadeesh, I did my engineering 3 years back. Please don't accept anybody's friend request from now on, okay? 20 to 30% can be mixed audience. Jagadeesh, my friends, my cousins, my relatives, my family, my members, and everybody, my colleagues, my ex-colleagues is there. No problem. 10% should be random users. Your profile should exactly work like this. Why? If you're not keeping a profile like this, LinkedIn will not work for you. Your optimization is not very clear. Jagadeesh, how to keep this happen? Go to your friends request in your LinkedIn. Go to your connections. Go to your profile. There is something called connections. Can you see? Go and remove all the people. I'm not going to remove Vishwara because she's our student. I'm not going to remove Manoj, but I can go and check how is my connection. Jagadeesh, it's a very tedious task, boss. You want salary or not? You want 3x or not? Do it. 60 to 70% of the people should be designers, recruiters, leaders, designers. 20 to 30% should be mixed audience. 10% can be random audience. If you feel that this person is not going to anyway help you, then why are you having this? See, you're confusing the LinkedIn's algorithm. If you're confusing the LinkedIn algorithm, what will do? LinkedIn will not work for you. If you're creating 60 to 70% of the people— see, Kanji, Batkul, Divya, Vignesh, all these people are our students. What these people will do? These people will also look for job. These people will also post. These people also share our DFC learning hashtag, everything. So LinkedIn will understand, hey, because of Design for Change, Jagadeesh is doing something phenomenal. That is why his students are also creating more keywords, hashtag. Let's bring more students to Jagadeesh. Then only Jagadeesh will use more LinkedIn. Then only my users will also use Jagadeesh's services. He will also grow. I will also grow. Are all of you clear about this? Are all of you clear about this psychology? Are all of you clear about this psychology? Type clear in the chat box. This is the ultimate core crux of this first part of the section. If you are understanding this Session is over for you. Then it's all about activity. See, LinkedIn also wants to make money. You also want to make money. In my case, I'm doing a design-based coaching business. In your case, you are doing a 3x job salary. Okay, if you are understanding this, then your contacts, your search, your connections will do some activities. You will do some activity. All of your activities will yield you right relevant audience for you. Let's say if you're having random friends Let's say you worked in sales and marketing and you have not even removed them. Okay, Jagadeesh, if I remove them, will they feel offended? Nobody is going to know when you remove them. How many of you don't know this? Let's say if I don't like this person, imagine, okay, Yogita, if I don't like— example I'm giving, okay— if I go and remove the connection, Yogita is never going to be notified. Yeah, she will not know. She may go and find out my connection, the connection has left. She will again go and give the connection. Like this only I've built lot of, lot of, lot of, lot of connect in my LinkedIn profile. See, a lot of people. You will see close to 80% of my audience are very relevant. 10 to 20% will be a mixed audience. Another 5% of the people will be a random audience. Like these people have got connected somehow, advertisement, ads. Are all of you clear about this? How to clean your profile? Cleaning user persona. See, a lot of activities is there. You have to really make this thing work for you. Once you cleared this profile, once you cleared this persona, then you are good to go and start working for it. Then Connections, postings, groups. Okay, you can give 30 people per day, and you can create everyday post. Then you can join in many groups. What happens when you join in many groups? Your visibility grows high. Every group has an admin, every group has a code of honor. You have to follow that. It will take 1 or 2 days for you to join in that group. Every day give 5 requests for a group. The more and more groups you're joining, the more and more people you will also reach over there. The more and more connections you make, the more and more opportunities you also— you will get over the thing. Are all of you clear? This is exactly what is called implementation. Super! You got to do this activity. It will take 5 days, 10 days. That is why I told you 15 days is for your initial setting, optimization, profile picture, cover page download, uploading, optimization, keywords, doing a ChatGPT Codex research, connecting with more people, connecting with the more groups, cleaning your profile. 15 days is to make your LinkedIn work for you. Lifetime, you don't have to touch this. Are all of you clear? From 100 customers, from 100 connections, you'll go to 1,000, 5,000, 10,000. Again, your intention is not to grow your network. You're not influencer, you are a designer. Please understand this. You are just cleaning your profile to work perfectly for you. Why our community members, squadron members, are getting maximum LinkedIn connections where not even other people are touching the LinkedIn? Even if they work LinkedIn, they will not get any connection because I have told them how to optimize the profile. We do a very extensive activity every single day. People work in LinkedIn. Yes, that's a code of honor. That's a rule for all the people. So you need to also start this. See, I don't have any control whether you're going to do this or not, but I can only teach you. I cannot come and sit with you or every day give an accountability. Are you doing it? Are you doing it? Your messaging is wrong. Your that is wrong. Your this is wrong. I cannot do that for you. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear? So your SEOs will bring a lot of magic for you if you do all these things in an optimized way. Okay, clear? Almost we are getting the thing. Next. Next is geography. You got to find out, are you going to talk to the recruiter? Are you going to talk to the leader? Are you going to do some kind of insight research for it? And then to do with this, so now you're not going and talking to random people, you're talking to your niche, your micro niche, your relevant audience. That is why I tell all the people, take 300 companies which you want to target for your niche. Take 75 to 100 companies where you wanted the first position. And based on that, 75 companies, talk to 5 people per company. 75 into 5, how much? 375. 375 divided by 30, how much? Okay, let's have 400. In next 15 days, you can reach this position. 15 days is optimization, 15 days is connections. 30 days, you will get a lot of callbacks. How many of you are very clear about this number math? Okay, I told you first you got to take 200 companies, okay, 300 companies, 75 companies you have to narrow down. Per company, you talk to 5 people. Approximate 400, right or not? After 400 people you talk, okay, it will take 15 days for you to get it done. After this 15 days is done, out of this 400 people, close to 120+ people will give you positive messages. Every day it will happen. Out of this 120 people, close to 30 to 40 people will give you next layer messages for design task, for interviews, for referrals. Out of this 30 to 40 people you will get at least 5 to 8 plus third layer calls. What is third layer calls? You are attending interviews now, you have got a trust building meetings, you're doing an informational interview. Out of this 5 to 8 interviews, can't you crack 2 to 3 offers? Tell me yes or no. Tell me yes or no. This is how the numbers work. I will only talk to one person, I will attend only one interview— that and all doesn't work here. You got to go in bulk, okay? For certain people, I tell them do it for 45 days. Their connections is more than— you know Naveen, our Figma coordinator? He did 1,000 people connections. His LinkedIn doesn't work because he did not do this optimization initially. After 1,000 people only, he started getting the connect. Fine, it's okay. Now he is getting a lot of opportunities. He is not able to move because his existing project is giving him a lot of learning. Yesterday also he had a conversation with me. Sir, people are reaching out to me, I'm getting opportunities, but I want to complete this project. This is a very good learning for me. I want to complete this. September and October, let me try for the 3x salary. See, if you're set it, you don't have to work on it every single day. Right or not? Not this Naveen Raj, our Figma coordinator. Okay, so this is how the game works. Whether you do it for 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, 90 days, and then 180 days. Jagadeesh, 180 days is very long, boss. 180 days after, what are you going to do? Anyway, 180 days is going to be off, right? 180 days is any which way is going to come in the September and October. By the time if you start doing it, at least you would have accomplished this, right? Rather than you telling in October, oh, if I would have done this 180 days back, I would be now receiving lot of, lot of potential magic in my life. Rather than that, you do it now. No, you will get the reap of the benefits in the 6 months. So start with this. And then you will get this connection. So, okay, good. Thank you. So this is the number. I want more offers. Jagadeesh, increase your connection. Go for continuous 30-day streak. Go for 45-day streak. If you do it for 45-day streak, 45 into 30, how much? You would have reached to close to 1,000+ people. Do you think out of 1,000+ people, 200 people would have not given you positive connections? Out of 200, can't you get at least 10 to 20 interview calls? After 22 interview calls, can you get 3 to 5 interviews successfully, offer collected? You will do it. It's all numbers. All of you type law of numbers. All of you type law of numbers. Law of numbers only works here. Nothing works. You are only messaging one day, next day you're going for a sleep, next day you're telling that nobody is replying me. I don't think this is going to work for us. You want a job or not? Law of numbers only works. Are all of you clear? When you understand this law of numbers, everything will start working for you in the world. Superb. Then there is something called psychological loop. You got to rewire something called rejection loop. See, when you are building a cue-routine-reward cycle, you should also build the habit of follow-up and rejection, follow-up and rejection. Why? Certain people will reply, certain people will not reply. Did I tell you out of 30 people everybody will reply? Did I tell you out of 400 people, 400 people will reply? No, only one-third of the people will reply. How to make the one-third of the people reply? That is going to come after breakfast. Wait, 17 hooks I'm going to be talking about. That is a very, very important core element of the session. I'm going to be telling that how to craft your message to hook the people, how to create that 17 hooks to get connected with the people, how to build that exposure. I've been now setting the context, guys. We have not gone into the core session at all. I'm just setting you the context of optimization, how the LinkedIn works, how the algorithm works, how to set yourself with the readiness of the mindset. Once I teach you the core connection formula, magic is going to happen. Fourth, you got to build a trust of neurochemistry. I also told about this already, okay? You have to hit the dopamine and oxytocin for the people. See, guys, when you connect with the people they get the dopamine hit. You also get the dopamine hit when you help people. You get oxytocin hit. They also feel oxytocin hit when you give them back, and when they also offered you help. Hey, hey, you're a senior designer. Hey, one of my friend is working in SAP. Can I give you job referral? See, he will feel very happy. He is 15 years experienced than you, but when you are giving— see why he is there in LinkedIn, please understand. For just like that, he is also there in LinkedIn to get the job, boss. Right or not? Doesn't matter he's getting 45 LP, he also want to go for 70 LP, right or not? He also want to build his visibility. You help them, they will also be very happy. So get that thing done for him and make sure your rituals release the serotonin and calmness mechanism. 30 connections. This is the 5 things which we discussed in detail. Discover, connect, conserve. Okay, there are only two platforms available: LinkedIn strategy, Glassdoor strategy. See, if you're working in LinkedIn, you need to have your description, headline, cover page, summary, cover pic, whatever. I already told you about this, but yeah, there is something called three circle. Okay, this is called inner circle, circle of influence. How many of you don't know this circle of influence? Guys, I've taken a very detailed master class for it. If you are there in Squadron, you could have already read this session. You could have come into the Squadron only by watching this session. Circle of Influence. See, boy, how many of you know this? If you go to the Squadron incubators, you will see a module called Circle of Influence. Circle of Influence. Boss, this is the most, most important session of the entire game. If it is that important, you have to choose the book. You don't choose random books and waste your time. Very trustable. I only watch her information, that's all. Because going and binge-watching 10 people and finding out the truth, rather than you focus on one person who does a proper research in the stock today. To do is you have to just absorb it, but you have to do it. I've told you why circle of influence is very important. See, I have also drawn that circle of influence for you, and you will not believe, guys, in this session I made 15 to 20 people do a live activity, okay? You know what that activity I did for these people? Portfolio is not aligned. You know what I did for these people? I made them write their top 10 salary holders for their contact. I made them write top connections and the relationship status and the income status and the health status. There is a real data which the people got. Everybody has got the same salary or the average of 10 people. There is one guy who is out of the job for 1 year, okay? He was getting 28 LPS salary, okay? 28 LPS salary. He's out of the job for 1 year. He joined the community. He was in that Circle of Influence call. That is why certain incubation call is important. For squadrons, I kept that. Go and watch that. You will be mind-blown. How many of you watched that session? How many of you watched that session? Type MB in the— you would have mind-blown with that session, okay? So that person has did this activity. Okay, I don't want to name that person. You watch that, you will come to know. So that person, after doing this activity, he is too much knowledgeable. He is very good in typeface, he's very good in colors, he's very good in, uh, what do you call this, typesetting. He's very good in graphics, UI, product design. He has a lot of projects, portfolio, resume, everything is there. But he has a big problem— mindset block. Okay, he is just only talking to the people, helping doing social service is fine, but not at the cost of your career. Okay, he's doing a lot of social activities for the people, but he's not taking care of his profile. I told him, boss, you are a senior person, please get yourself a job. He's only talking to people. You know what is his average salary of 10 people? He got ₹40,000 per month, 5 LPA. Okay, he got shocked. Not only that, when he is talking to the recruiter, people are giving him only 6 LP as a salary. Why? Because they consider him like a fresher. Boss, you are, you have completely gone out of the career, now you are restarting. I don't want to give you the senior leadership position. You just start as an intern. If by seeing your profile confident, then we'll hire you for 28 LP. His salary has come down to 6 LP. He got vibrated, he got little shocked after doing that activity. You are average of 10 people. Why I say is because of this reason. How many of you got a bulb on right now? That is why you need to be very mindful about the circle of influence. Okay, okay, Jagadeesh, what is the connect of circle of influence to LinkedIn? Wait, I'm coming. Circle of influence is very important. 250 people, if you're not talking to 50 people, if you're not messaging to 50 people, if you are not interacting, your circle of influence will never, never, never change. Change. You got to master the circle of influence first. If you need to first master the circle of influence, first you have to watch that video, okay? Second, you got to go for middle. What is this middle? Now you are becoming a designer-based creator. This is where in LinkedIn you are going to go for 1,000+ connections. Superb. What is outer? This is called designer celebrities. You will go for 10,000+ connections. You will get 1 lakh+ connection. This is how your game will grow. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear why I'm talking circle of influence is very important? Everything starts from here. You cannot build 1 lakh connections, you cannot get into TED Talk, you cannot get into 1 crore journey Look at my screen. You cannot get into 1 crore journey by just having a LinkedIn profile. You got to do a lot of optimization to build your brand, to take your message to the next level. Then search, scan, send, sustain, spark. We'll see that in the upcoming days. I'll tell you how to go for the 42-day script. Then we'll see in the upcoming session after 9:30, okay, 9:35. How the 17 hooks work for you. Okay, superb. Are all of you clear? After that, we'll see some case study. I'll see some prompts and everything. I'll tell you how we can start doing a 45-day sprint, how you can fix your lifetime LinkedIn strategy forever. After this session, you don't have to work at all. Superb. Are we ending to the first part of the session? 2 hours, 9 o'clock, for 6 minutes we have delayed. Now I'm going to give you 30 minutes break. Go have breakfast, coffee, tea, or munch onto something, or whatever is your break you are having, please do it. And exactly 9:30, 9:40, we'll meet, okay? 9:40, we'll meet. Once 9:40, we are meeting, after that we are going to go rocket speed, okay? We are going to go rocket speed, and then you are going to understand how to talk to people. See, I have not talked about anything about how to interact with people, how to say hi, how to hook, how to break your shy game. I have not talked anything about it. It's going to come now, okay? Once you understand this particular part, guys, that's it. Lakshmi Devi is going to come in your design career. Lakshmi Devi is going to come and get you a job. I don't know whether real Lakshmi Devi is going to come, but when you do this, real God will come and help you to get you visibility, get your job, get your clients, get your leads, get you 3x, get you 5x, get you 10x. People have got 10x after implementing this formula. Okay, how many of you ready for this? How many of you ready for this? Take break exactly 9:40, we'll catch up. Okay, relax and come up with a lot of freshness. And please bring your one project, one case study, one LinkedIn profile, whatever you're having. Probably if your pictures or anything, whatever you're having, I'll tell you how to go for the next, next level. Okay, take care, and I'll give you time for 33 minutes. Your time starts now. Enjoy the music. 9:40 will meet live. Mm. Wonderful, guys. Good to see you. Good to see you, all of the people. Welcome back. Welcome Welcome back. Superb. Are you ready to get into the next part of the session, which is the most important part which we're going to do now? Are you ready for this? Are you ready for this? Type ready in the chat box if you're ready for this. Type ready in the chat box if you're ready for this. Okay, okay. Okay, wonderful, wonderful. Good to see all of the people again. Have you all had breakfast? Have you all had breakfast? No? Yes? You're my car. Oh my God, something has happened. I'm really sorry. Wait, wait, wait. Connected properly. Wait, wait, wait, sorry, give me a second. Is it better? Give me a— Yes in the chat box if it's as usual my voice. Type yes in the chat box if it's okay. Not just better, it's same like my old voice, right? Yeah. Yes, man, thank you so much. Yes, yes, yes, good to know. So now we're coming to the second and the last part of the session. See, more of me telling you about LinkedIn LinkedIn, LinkedIn. It's all about you doing it, okay? That's what is going to happen now. So all of you just get ready for the action and be ready for also coming to the live, because I'm going to suddenly put you into the main spotlight. You're going to answer my questions, you're going to do it live in front of me as well, okay? Because when you try this hooks and everything live, then only your messaging quality will improve, or else you won't be able to get ahead with anything, okay? Are all of you clear about this? Just to recap what did we saw from the morning. Okay, just give me a second. Okay, just to recap from the morning, what did we saw? Okay, we understood the agenda clearly. You also understood how the LinkedIn will work, okay, based on the algorithm, and how SEOs can work for you or work against you based on the strategy what you're having, and what are the characteristics for connecting very successfully in the LinkedIn. We all understood that, and we also saw more about optimization, how the optimization can work for you, and how the LinkedIn has a layer by layer to peel, okay. And we also looked about how the particular characteristics can work for your profile picture, for a summary, for a cover photo, for your projects, for your post and everything. Okay, and why the compounding effect of you working in LinkedIn is very important? Because this is not just only for LinkedIn, guys. I want to tell you, even if any other portal, if you are working, still this method applicable. The reason because you got to use many— see, I'm going to be telling about another platform called Glassdoor. Okay, you have to do more of research in that glass doors as well in order to find more opportunities and the cultural fit for you. Particularly if you're targeting more than 10-15 LPA, you need to know more about the role. No more general connections is going to work for you. You've got to be more specific towards your role and the person whom you're connecting. Then your chances of getting hired will become high. Are all of you clear? So that's why we discussed about how to optimize our LinkedIn. Initially, how to choose a persona and clean our profile, what are the connection target, 30 persons per day, 30 people per day, and how creating the post and how connecting in the group can work, and what will happen after 15 days, what will happen after 45 days, what will happen after 90 days, what will happen after 180 days. This is how your magical game will start working for you. Clear? And also we understood the objective. We also saw the 5 different connections of how the LinkedIn works. And we also understood how you can able to tap the zone of numbers by getting into this count of 300 companies, targeting only 75 companies, and connecting with 400 people from there. Okay, maybe I'll put it here itself. From there you reach this position like this, and from that people you will get 120+, 40+, 8+, 2 to 3 offers, and then the law of number works. Are all of you clear? So this is what we've been discussed in the first half of the session. So all these things boils down to one thing, is your quality of connections, is your steps in which you understand the LinkedIn and the 5 connection behind it. Now what we're going to discuss is something very, very, very, very, very important, which is a core elemental message— how to talk to a person. Okay, now understanding all these things, you should be asking one question to me: Jagadeesh, how exactly I have to open up the conversation? How exactly I have to talk to the people? And how to get the conversation flowing? What are the method? What are the strategy? Right? So that's exactly the question you might be asking. See, I discussed about one thing for you, which is LinkedIn. In LinkedIn, we have understood that the profile, the message, the heading, the landing page, the COVID page, everything is very important when you're going and applying for a job, right or not? That's what we understood. And also I told you about the circle of influence which you are doing it, and the middle, which is like a layer of your influence, can only be built through LinkedIn. This can be only built when you are going viral. This is like a celebrity level. Let's not worry about this. Let's only worry about the creator level for the 1,000+ people. Okay, and also there is something called Search, Scan, Send, Sustain, Spark. You will cover it, you will come to know how to do it, and we will do the 42-day sprint activity also at the last. Okay, now I'm going to be telling you another platform called Glassdoor. How many of you know this platform? How many of you know this platform? How many of you used it? Okay, fine. Okay, good. So Glassdoor is not a LinkedIn, okay? Glassdoor will give you the inside talk of the organization. Glassdoor can help you before you start networking with the people. So you are not going and spending your LinkedIn strategy, a magical strategy, by talking to bakwas people. You're talking to people who can help you, whom you can also help, and they will get the benefit out of it, and you will also get the benefit out of it. For that, you need a research, okay? And also Glassdoor helps you to understand the clarity between the companies, how people are using that company, and what are the positive feedback, negative feedback. See, you may say Google, Google, Amazon, Amazon. But when you go to the company at the back end, you'll be shocked. Oh my God, a lot of negative comments is there. It's not about brand name, it's about the work culture inside the organization. How will you know the work culture of a company before you go and work there? Tell me. Gee, boom, bah, magic. No, only 20 to 30% you can understand about the company's work culture by these platforms— Glassdoor, talking to employees, talking to HRs. Of course, every HR will say our company is the best company in the world, right or not? Did anybody say— any HR says our company is shitty? Employee may bitch, but the HR will never bitch. Why? Because the HR is trying to constantly market about that company to make you come inside the company. Am I right or not? How you are putting your best foot front Hey, I'm a designer, I have portfolio, I have case study, I'm a Superman, I'm a Spider-Man. Same like that, they will also put the best forward to make you hire. But reality is shit. All of you type shit in the chat box. Reality is shit. You know who you are, company also know who they are, right or not? You come to know only about a company after you start working there. Very difficult to predict it. That is why only 30% you can guess, and that 30% has to be clear. Rest of the culture can be only understood when you go and fit there. That is why for senior level people, HRs think and take a lot of time to hire you is because of the cultural fit. Skill is already— you have no— why would they bother your skill after 2 years of experience? Nobody cares about your portfolios. How many of you don't know this? Don't waste your time by doing this portfolio again and again. It's a waste of time. People care about your fit, fit, care about your cultural alignment to the organization. If you're a fresher, maybe 10-20% your portfolio is important. That's it. So why we are talking about this cultural fit is exactly because of this reason. This is why you need to talk to the relevant people to get this information before you go and talk to a company. Okay, and then you can also compare. Hey, when you're doing a salary negotiation— see, yesterday Yogita is there in this call. Yogita, Yogita, are you there in this call? Yogita Deshpande? Yes, Yogita is there in the call. Yogita, can you also come? I've just unmuted you. Can you come? Hello? Hi, can you hear me? Yes, yes, I can hear you. Okay, so Yogita was attending one XX company. Okay, we are targeting an XX salary. That's not the point here, but the discussion what we had is, Jagadeesh, I don't know how to project my CTC. She was actually telling that. Okay, there are certain things which you need to get the budget from the HR first before you telling your number. That is fine. But let's talk about this LinkedIn connections and how it is helpful. Let's say if Yogita would have discussed to 5 employees. Hey boss, my name is Yogita, okay, and I'm here to help. I'm here to understand about certain things because I'm going to attend your company's interview, so-and-so XXX company. And if you could able to provide me a help, it will be a great support for me. Thank you so much. Tomorrow is my interview. Imagine person 1 is working in that XXX company as a senior designer, whatever. Person 2 Hey boss, I'm attending your interview in your company tomorrow. Could you please help me about what kind of questions they will be asking? XXX. Third, fourth, fifth. If Yogita would have asked 5 people about this role before, 2 days, 3 days before, along with the HR, along with the recruiting manager, Yogita would have had a lot of insights. Oh my God, out of 6 people whom I interacted, 4 people said this company is not growing at all. Their role is stagnant for more than 5 years. They did not get more than 3 'Oh my God, this is really a dangerous situation.' Okay, listen carefully. Next, after you talk to these people, you go and ask your salary. First of all, nobody will tell you their salary, okay? If you just ask salary, they'll cut the call, or they will not reply after that, because people get offended when you ask for salary. Ladies get offended when you ask for age. Am I right or not, Yogita? Right or not? Men get offended when you ask salary. Women get offended when you ask age. So how would you ask people salary? So when you are talking to the people, the first question: hey, how long you've been working in the company? Super. Are you seeing the growth? Super. What are the questions you've been asked in your interview process? Fourth: hey, could you please give me any suggestions? How else can I do? Who is going to come in my interview panel? Hey, this company, ah, only 2 HRs is there. Either one person will This guy is like this, this guy is a super guy, this is like a very nonsense guy, he will always ask you irritating questions, just be ready. This is what is called insider talk. How will you know this information before you attend the interview? Only through connections. See, or else your interview is a very costly process, boss. You don't know any of this information. If you go into the interview blindly, surprise and heart attack will come. If you talk to 5 people Many people will give you feedback. From there you can analyze, oh, if everybody is saying means is this a real point or biased point, or is it a fact? If 5 out of 5 people are saying this company is not growing, first of all it's a red alert. You should not attend that interview and waste time, right or not? See, you avoided your— you literally saved 5 days of your time. In 5 days you can connect with 30 more people, attend 2x more interviews. Without not knowing this information, you have spent 5 days and that company HR has also spent 5 days with you. For him there is no point. They will find another Yogita. Very simple. Already 5 Yogitas are there in pipeline. If Yogita does one mistake, another person will come. If Yogita says a bigger number of salary, thank you Yogita, we'll get back to you. They will hire another Yogita with a small number. If Yogita says less value, they will not also hire you. How many of you don't know this? If you tell less salary also, you will not get hired. You should exactly tell the optimal number. then and only your interview progresses. How many of you don't know this? This is why you need to connect with people. This is why you need to know how to interact with the people in LinkedIn. Once you get this Glassdoor insights from the people, from the, from the conversation, and then you talk to 5 to 6 people in the company interview, you will come to know, oh, this role, everybody is almost getting 10 to 15 LPA salary. Glassdoor is also saying 10 to 15 LPA or 10 to 18 LPA salary. See, 2 insights you got, okay? And then some of the people will not tell you salary. For those people, you need to ask, how much years are you working? 5 years. What's your designation? Senior UX designer. Okay, according to your level, Mr. So-and-so, what could be your CTC actually? You could be getting— I could have been getting more than 35 LPA now. Oh, SAP, this organization is not giving you this salary, huh? Uh, it is okay, but it is not giving you— okay, how you— how much your difference compared to your, uh, goal? Then that guy will say, I'm 2x less. Automatically you will know the salary, right? This is how you talk to the people. Don't ask them their salary, get the direct indirect numbers. See, we are not interested in knowing his salary, but we are interested in the role's potential salary. That is what we want. We don't care that person would have been coming from a career transition background, that guy would have come from a diploma background, his degree would have been not different, like he would have been in a very different position. But we wanted to know what is this role capable of getting in the market. So Yogita is coming to know this role is capable of getting 20 to 25, example, example, okay, 20 to 25. And we also analyzed in Glassdoor, 20 to 25. And this guy is also saying, ma'am, it should be more than 30 LPA, ma'am. See, this guy is saying from 20 to 30. His range is a little different. 3 data I got. 4th data, I'll call the HR. HR, what is the budget of this role? We cannot offer more than 16 to 18 LPA. Thank you, HR. I'll get back to you in one hour. See, HR is telling a small value, employees and portals are giving a big value, and the employee inside the company is giving a bigger number. Oh, 5th data, Yogita will again go to the ChatGPT. She'll go to salaryhike.com, she'll go to AmbitionBox, she'll go to LinkedIn Insights, she'll go to Glassdoor Insights, she'll go to payscale.com, and she will try to find out the exact salary value for the company, who are staying in Bangalore, who has a product design team, who has a cost of living with the rent, food, living expense, everything. For my current position, what is the expected CTC? ChatGPT will scrape through all of the portals, it will give you an average value. That value is 26. Imagine, now 5 data is there in front of me. How did you get this 5 data? You only got this 5 data by connections. With this preparation, if you go to the interview, literally you can bargain any salary. How many of you understood what I said? Type me in the chat box. Same skill, same portfolio, same resume, same Yogita, but the CTC is more. If Yogita doesn't know this, what will happen? HR will tell, Yogita, your current city, C6 LPA, 30%. Like, we are company, our company is not growing, uh, HR policy standard, 30%, 9 LPA, 10 LPA, that's it. Please, please, ma'am, please, please, please, please, please, please, please, ma'am, I already got many loan, ma'am. Yogita doesn't get loan, I'm just trying to say typical user persona. Ma'am, I already paid 1 lakh for a course, ma'am, please give me this salary. Do you think everybody will give you? Job or salary based on that. Nothing will happen. Rather, if you get this number first from the HR, I don't know if you get the number first before the interview, not after doing the interviews. That's a waste of time, because after you putting 4 rounds of effort, if the HR is saying 10 LPA, will you reject? Will you accept? You have to accept. There is only one option for you now, because you spend 15 days for the recruitment process. You got sentimentally attached to that one interview. Now even if the HR says 7 LP also, still you have to get it. If you reject it also, you will feel very bad. You— I put so much of effort, salaries. This is why information is very vital. You know, National Intelligence Agency, NIA. India is safer. You— we guys are sitting here safely because of NIA. We are on— we are not bombed by anybody because of NIA only, because National Intelligence Agency collects all the information by doing a lot of info about all the world people around the globe, and they wanted to secure our defense system based on the information. Am I right or not? Because of NIA RAW, we are all safe and secure in the country. We are all sitting comfortably and doing this Zoom meeting, right or not? Or else you would be running like Iran-Iraq people traveling here and there. That's it. So information is very vital. Information is the real, real game the correct information, okay? Not fake information. You get only the correct information when you talk to the correct people. In order to talk to the correct people, your LinkedIn connections has to be very, very high. Are all of you clear? All of you type 3x in the chat box is equal to correct information. 3x is equal to correct. Type it in the chat box. Your 3x salary can only come not by just doing a— we are not doing a boss, boss, you give me tomato, onion, This is not a bargain game. Don't do this cheap behavior. Many people, designers, are doing this cheap behavior with the HR. They will never respect you when you are inside the organization. They will never respect you when you are in the projects. Whenever March or April comes, they will never respect you. You have to be very professional. So the 3x salary can only come when your information is correct, okay? And that information can only be obtained with the right people. Right people can be found when the connection is right. Right connection can be found when the trust factor is right. Okay, from the trust factor has to be right. First of all, you as a person has to be very right. I'm not talking about that. If you're a fake guy, if you're somebody who's like very, you know, you're like very selfish, you're like very monotonous, you are not trying to help others, that you will reflect the person accordingly. You will also attract the connection accordingly. He will also ditch you back, don't worry. That is why I'm telling you, work on yourself first. Before you getting into this LinkedIn game, please correct your personality. Because when your values are very clear, you also connect with that person very emotionally. You also connect with the right person. When you are not like that, you will also attract person like that, right or not? So everything starts from that first game, okay? Anyway, I don't want to tell goal setting, values— that are all different. Let's come to this point. I assume you are highly valued person, okay? From there, the trust building, connection everything happens. When you build this information before the interview comes, you'll be like— you'll be going like a king to the interview. Hi ma'am, how are you? I'm Yogita. Yogita, what's your expected CTC? Ma'am, what is your budget? No, no, we won't tell you that, Yogita. You tell me your budget. Ma'am, it would be better if you could tell your budget, because if I tell you any random number, then it would not give you any kind of a benefit. Instead of telling you 50-60 LPA, I would like to quote you correct number. You know my experience, you know my last CTC. If you could tell me your budget for this role, I could prepare my strategy. No, no, no, you attend the interview, then we'll tell the number, ma'am. Let us be very clear, if the salary range is not matching, let's not move the interview forward by attending 4 more rounds, by taking your 15 days, my 15 days. Let's be clear here. Please, ma'am, could you give me the exact salary range? I don't know the value. Then who knows the value, ma'am? Please tell me that. Only the senior HR. Who is that senior HR? Mr. Ramesh. Where is the number of the Mr. Ramesh? Immediately talk to Ramesh. I understand, ma'am, you are not the decision maker. Could you please give me the number of Ramesh? If you're not ready to give the number of Ramesh, or maybe the value, I would say we can drop this process now itself, ma'am. You can find another candidate. I would like to know about the process clearly before me investing a lot of time in the interview. It is wasting your time also, ma'am. It is wasting my time also, ma'am. Let's be professional. On top of it, if that person is not saying— that is not the right company for you. Leave it. Don't get sentimentally attached, right? If that company is still not giving you the proper info, I don't think any professional company will do like this. They'll be very clear upfront. When they say this value, then immediately you tell, ma'am, I just need one hour, I'll get back to you. Give me a second. Okay, so when you have this kind of a clarity before you get into this round— just, just a second, okay? When you have this clarity before you get into any round, you will come to know HR is saying 16 to 18, employees are saying 20 to 25, portal is saying this, ChatGPT is saying a more value. Then, hi ma'am, ma'am, I did my research and I'm kind of— see, I understand I'm coming from Delhi. Bangalore is a relocation, okay? I need to spend for my rent, I need to spend for my cost of living as well. I understood from my experience the market average value based on payscale.com is 20 to 25 LPA. I can show you the proof. Second, your company is already a very grown company. I understood your revenues and the growth and the investments what you got in the last quarter, okay? This is how exactly Charvi Jain got as a fresher big salary. How many of you don't know? I exactly gave her the script. Go and watch the testimony of Charvijin. I mean, she will exactly tell you this, okay? And then I tell like, then you have to say, ma'am, based on the company's growth and the investments and the experience, for me I should be getting somewhere around 25 to 32 LPA as a range. I'm not asking 25, you give me 22 LPA. You are psychologically moving the scale of a needle of the HR to the next one. This is called salary bracketing. And then you bring back Then the HR will say, okay, no, Yogita, we will give you 21 LPA. Fine. From 6 to 21 is great, right? Almost 3x, right or not? Because they said 16, something like the very different number. At least we moved to 20. You need to understand, this data can only be understood when you talk to people, when you understand the background of the company. That is why connections is important. There are many people who are attending the interview without connecting any person from the company. I tell them, please cut the call because you are not giving me any info. If I am asking you a lot of questions, if Yogita is, sir, I don't know, sir, sir, I don't know, sir, sir, I don't know, sir— do you think I'll guide her for the interview process? So do you think I'm a magician? I will ask first, ask how much people are there in your design team, how much salary they have quoted, what is your expectation, Yogita, and did you do the research in the online, and to then only I can also guide. I don't know. So information is very vital. Your true information can only give you 3x salary. Did you understand this case study, an example, what I said? Yogita, did you understand more than anybody? Yogita, are you there in this call? Yes, sir. I have pinged you the details. In the where chat box? In the WhatsApp. In the WhatsApp. Okay, she'll get back to you on Monday. Yes. And sir, I had also talked to— yeah, I had also talked to the LinkedIn Insider Talk. As you mentioned, I had connected with 3 people who work in my, you know, targeted organization. So they were also senior UX designers. I tried to ask them, you know, how I should do and can you like give me a range. So I do have a fair idea. So I think it should go as we expected. We will do it 3x. Yogita is going to come and share her testimony. Now see, Yogita, I declared in front of all. Now you have a real pressure to get that offer. Okay, all the best. Thank you. Thank you. You will get it. If you're not getting this, you will try for one more. Because see, my intention is to get you offer. My intention is to teach you the right skill. By using this, you can get n number of 3x offers, Yogita. Am I right or not? Whether one interview fails or not, who cares, right? Yogita, clear? Yes, thank you, Yogita. Thank you, thank you. Superb. So please understand this point, guys. Everybody is trying for a bigger game, but that bigger game starts with the small information what I gave you till now, okay? So see, the reason why I explained you with this 3x salary and this LinkedIn is using the connections. This is possible for you. Not only this, this is one thing, hundreds of benefits is there if you connect with the people properly. Not only your salary hike, your entire career growth can be in the next level. You can get positive connections in your business. You can get a 1 crore deal How many of you wanted to get a 1 crore project deal through a right connection in LinkedIn? LinkedIn is not a joke. Connection is not a joke. Trust building is not a joke. It can yield your lifetime benefit, provided if you learn it properly. Let's say if you are a person who is completely fake, who is only selfish, you will not be able to build the trust with anybody. You will not get any opportunities out there. That is why it is your internal game also. Which needs to work for you before you get into this thing. Okay, no, Farha, you are in the very elementary stage. Okay, you got to go through these things in the community, you will understand. That's not the big deal at all. Nobody can able to copy your idea. Okay, so now let me get back to the topic. Now you are going to find out the industry information, you're going to compare this, and you're going to merge this insights into DM. So I'll show you a simple example. Okay, glass doors. What happened? It's a community-based chat, okay? It's not like an exact LinkedIn, it's like a career-related chatbot conversation. Company data, everything will be given based on the data which has been fed already by many employees, okay? Just give me a second, it's opening. Just give me a second. How many of you know there is a portal called Wineyard? How many of you know there is a portal called, uh, Pyjama HR? How many of you know there is a portal called, uh, Vineyard, pyjama.hr, AngelList? All these things are very similar, okay? All these things are very similar. There are a lot of portals also available. You can just do it, do your own way of research and everything, okay? So now you are trying to find out what exactly let hiring employees find you. That's okay, fine, you give whatever you want. So now you can find out whatever companies you are looking for. Like, I say, give me a name of the company in the chat box. Give a name of a company in the chat box. Okay, you can use this community option, jobs, companies, salaries. Okay, let's talk about maybe salary. Like, let's say senior UX designer here. Bangalore. Look at this, 10 to 24. So you are getting one number, right? So in Glassdoor, you don't have to find the company data, you can find the insider talk of the company. See, many people are also messaging about that company. See, some of the people are saying My current CTC is 26, where 22 is a fixed, remaining are variable. SAP MM, 7 years. Currently I'm working in Deloitte. Could you please help me how to— so like, it's not only this, many people have also shared their insights for your company what you're attending. Like let's say you could be attending Deloitte, you could be attending, uh, Product Design Studio, you could be attending Lollipop, you could be attending Morgan Stanley, Cognizant, anything, right or not? So when you research about that you will find a thread of conversations happening for you. See, anyone need a referral, please let me know. Okay, can someone refer me to— just try to find out if anybody discussing about Morgan Stanley actual salary. People are only talking about referral. You can just read any conversation which is related to salary, right? Ah, see, this person is attending the interview. I don't know who is this person. I have interview scheduled at Morgan Stanley. You can say, hey, Let's say if I'm also attending Morgan Stanley interview. You would call? I've experienced 10 years in maybe design. I can say core 5 years medical. Okay, so now this guy can able to reply me, right or not? Because this guy has attended the interview and then I'm asking him, hey, could you please help me out how you are being asked a question in that particular company and please give me the output? See, many people have even shared their insights as well. So Glassdoor is one of the platform where you can also connect with people to get the insider insights of a company. Not only that, guys, in, in Glassdoor you can even find the cultural fit. Cultural fit in— you can just find any conversation with respect to whatever you're looking for. Let's say if you're very skeptical about a work culture, if you're very skeptical about the job, that HR, the company, the design studio, You should be little careful about analyzing these things before you get into the interview process. So because based on all the strategies, guys, we can create our DM message accordingly. Are all of you clear? You can use multiple platforms because there are close to 47 different job portals available. You can apply for you as a job as a designer, but 2 platforms have took us an example. You can explain, but now let's get into the basic part of this. Are all of you clear? Now we are going to understand a very basic important element of you to be working as a designer. Are all of you clear? Ready? Okay, we understood the complete context. We also understood why it is very vital by showing you a case study. Now it's all going to come as how. It is very, very easy, guys. Don't worry, just observe each and everything whatever I'm telling you. GFI, GHFG, Okay, fine. So now there are 17 different types of hooks which you can talk to the people. Okay, so I guess you guys have already taken your project, right? I'll go for the same Noor's example. Okay, I have the same chat ready. Okay, now I have to create a hook for this message. How should I create a hook? First, let's understand why hook is very important. When you're talking to people in the LinkedIn, the one line is important what you talk. Out of this one line, the first 3 keywords is important what you talk. All of you type 3 words in the chat box, the first 3 keywords. See, when Manoj Kumar is messaging, I'd like to know about only the first 3 keywords. If these first 3 keywords are interesting, I will go and connect with Manoj. Or else why would I message him? It's a waste of time for me, no? If I am able to find out all the people, can you see? 1, 2, 3, 4. Maximum 4 to 5 words will only come. But the first 3 words is very important. Shubham, I want to get an independent reference. See? Head or not? Price please. She is asking for some prices. Nithya is saying, hello Jagadeesh P, you are doing well. Asan is saying, your services. See, the first 3 keywords is going to make me go into the person. If Siddesh is asking, sir, please, sir, my portfolio, sir, give me job, sir, I won't even open this message of Siddesh. Sorry, Siddesh, if you are there, I'm just taking an example, right or not? This is why people don't reply you when you message in the LinkedIn, okay? Who is this Nitya, by the way? I don't know, Nithya is— no, she's an NID student. Okay, good. So this person is messaging me, I just want to check in about the session you mentioned, I want to attend it. Sure, yeah, happy to for you. See, she's one student, she's asking me, how are you connecting this? Why this inquiry came? Because I've been consistently posting in the message in the LinkedIn, and that is why she also is looking for a kind of a support. And she look, she has even shared the contact number. If a person is very trustworthy, then not only they will share the contact, right or not? And then I'm sending her the link of the webinar. Let her come and watch. If she is interested, she'll come into the Silver membership. If she's very interested to work with me in one-to-one, she'll get into the Squadron, right or not? It's a business for me as well. See, I have not did any advertisements or anything, but people are getting in touch with me. This is for the career perspective. I'm saying, if it's a job perspective, if Nitya would have messaged in the job perspective, Jagadeesh, could you please give me the portfolio review? If I'm a recruiter, if I'm looking for a person like exactly Nitya, then I would take my discussion in a different way. Could you please share your reason why you wanted to attend my company? Could you please come on a quick call with me? This is my phone number for a screening. If you could come for a design talk, I would take my conversation into next level, right or not? So the first 3 keywords is very, very, very, very important. Can all of you see? Did you understand why I'm talking about 3 words? That is why the 3 words, if it's interesting only, people will open your profile. See, Look at this. Okay, I asked Sharvi also to check that. Okay, good. So any design students, like let's say recently— I did not have recent conversation with my team, is only actively posting. Okay, at a point of time, if you become a big celebrity, you don't need to do it regularly, your team can do it for you. To do it, but initially you will have to do it. Clear? Are all of you clear? Okay, now Shweta is looking for some service. I found your service, very interested in working together. Please give me my project and submit a proposal, learning to work from you. See, Shweta is also interested in the program what we are offering, right? I can accept Shweta's request. Let me understand what she's asking, right? So LinkedIn can work for 3 different people, as I said. One is job, another one is HR, another one is business people. Our objective is to only do the job-related process. So now I wanted to do a post. I created a post. Now what I was about to say— yeah, the first 3 keywords, correct. I'm talking about the first 3 keywords. If you have to really construct the first 3 keywords, I can go to LinkedIn— I mean, I can go to the ChatGPT, same project only what Noor has shared. Listen to me carefully how I'm going to give the prompt. Based on this entire chat, okay, please give me a one-liner hook. How should I talk to a recruiter if I have to create a curiosity for them? Okay, and make sure you keep that first 3 keywords very interesting so that they are interested to open my message, they are interested to see my one-line hook, and they are interested to reply me back. Provide 3 variations of the same. Can all of you see? I just gave a prompt. Career break is not equal to career gap. I built a system that turns into proof. Let's say if you're interacting with the person— let's say if Noor is interacting with the person who's building an LMS platform who is a competitor of LinkedIn. Imagine, okay. A competitor of LinkedIn, who also are looking for designers who can exactly work with their nature of projects, they will get instantly hooked with this message. Jagadeesh, how are you confidently telling that? Listen very carefully, there is no randomness here. I'm just telling you very properly only, okay? I would like you to also research about all of the edutech industries and the job search platform builders in India right now who is looking to build women-based visibility more in the job portals, and also looking like a competitor of a LinkedIn or Monsters or Job or Indeed or any other platform, who is the current startups and growing industries in India who are constantly building a platform to get their visibility for their customers who are applying for the job through their portal? If you could list me the 25 companies in the tabular column format, it would help me to start applying for the jobs with them. Because I got on a project which can help women get 3x visibility in their career because of the unique solutions what I'm building. So I need to go and talk to the people about this project. So I need exactly the people and the company name to hook to them. Provide me the output in the tabular column. Clear? I'm not doing any blind spot research. I'm just doing properly in the ChatGPT, right or not? See. ChatGPT is going to scrape through all of the recent investments, recent companies, recent startup. It will go through Ministry of Corporate Affairs. It will try to find out the startups in the last 2-3 years. It will also try to produce all the startup companies and the mid-scale companies who are working in a similar platform like LinkedIn, so that Noor can exactly find out the companies and she can able to target the organizations accordingly. See, I'll tell you one example. Recently I had a one-to-one with Noor. Okay, recently I had a one-to-one with Noor. Okay, so Noor was very interested to go for healthcare. Example— I mean, not example, this is real, by the way. Okay, this is her one-to-one mind map. She is targeting in the healthcare industry. She wanted to go into fitness and wellness industry. Okay. Okay, so that's her niche and micro niche. Next, based on that, I asked her to take 300 Codex companies. Are all of you clear? See, this is a strategy I'm helping the squadron members also do exactly that. So first, you got to find out your niche, you got to find out your micro niche based on your portfolio and project. You can literally target these 300 companies with the same project. No, you don't need to change a project, you don't need to change the messaging, you don't need to change the lines. You just have to start messaging this one project to n number of people until you get the offer. All of you type simple in the chat box. Is it simple? It's simple. No, you don't need to build everyday projects or every week projects or every month projects and get lost. You just need one project with your niche, with your micro niche aligned. Automatically you can use it. How does the other person know what you message for the other person? For them it's a fresh message, right or not? Noor can go and talk to any job portal vacancies like this. See HerKey is a new platform which is open. My avatar, she work beautiful, right? Now Nur can copy paste this. Look at this. Founder, head of talent, best person to pitch is founder, head of talent, product manager, women talent staffing. She works focused on women hiring and return to office workflow. Its site's content and directly aligned with the women returners and visibility. See, beautiful competitor. If she goes and talks to SheWork organization employee or a designer, immediately they'll tell, Noor, can you come to the interview call? We are looking for people like you. Am I right or not? This is how you get the hook, right? How many of you got a bulb on right now? Yes, Jagadeesh P. I am able to understand how to choose the companies to talk to the people, right? Her second innings, see jobs, Fluxybees, Job for Women, OYO. How many portals are there? Naukri, Founded, Apna, Work India, Startup Huge companies are there, boss. Now I'm going to go to LinkedIn now, okay? What is that company? SheWork, staffing and recruiting, correct? London, I don't know. You find any Indian companies, guys? Okay, so just find out any Indian companies. But when you're looking at our profile, always first symptom, look at whether this profile picture and everything is properly there or not. You need to only trust those page accordingly. Go and see how much post these people have created. If the posting is not done, no, please never go and interact with them. It's a waste of time. Are all of you clear? I'll go for the next company. There is no only one company available in this world, right or not? There is no only one company available in this world, boss. I'll go for Herky. I'll go for Flexibees Human Resources, Singapore-based company. It's okay, fine. Post. See, these people are posting consistent messages one day before. So that means they are seriously working on this platform, right or not? Then I will have to go and check about the company, whether that company is real or not. I don't have time, Jagadeesh. I can do it, right or not? If you are very fixated on a company, if you really wanted to connect with them, just do this. ChatGPT will analyze the company and will give you, but on the first layer you do it on your own. Okay, and then the website. Let's see the website. See, 11 to 50 people are there. It's founded in 2020. It's mostly work on this staffing and hiring. Okay, and look at the post. Currently there are no posts. We are not looking for job post here. Okay, now we are trying to find many people of there in that particular company. Now I am finding out this company has a business development, this company is having human resource, sales, consulting, lot of opportunities is Okay, now I wanted to understand, recently nobody has got hired in the company. Hiring is very, very slow, right or not? Because the company portal is also very, very slow. Let's go for the other company. See how I'm shortlisting the company. That is why you need to shortlist only out of 375 companies. Let's talk about avatar, because I need to go and work in a company where I am promoted faster, where I am paid 3x salary, and I am growing faster. Was more than the time I am spending with my wife and kids and family. I am spending majority of the time in the office. I need to do a lot of research before I choose the right company, and this research starts now. How many of you don't agree what I'm saying? Everybody will agree what I'm saying because that is true. You are spending more time in your office only, so you need to know, find a— see, Indian working women, I think it's a perfect opportunity for Noor, okay? Okay, look, myavatar.com, super. 50 to 200 people, wonderful. Chennai headquarters, it's okay, fine. Noor can travel to Chennai, no issues at all. See, our own story. Discover inclusive opportunities that empowers you. Search job by preference. About the company, right? See, this company is consistently working for women-based people to empower them to get the job. She is a founder, Soundarya Rajesh. And also I can find more insights also. What are the insights? Insights means this company has a lot of opportunity, but they have not got any kind of a funding recently. If any funding is there, it will be listed over there. Okay, some of my connections— connections is only few, no need to worry about this. Okay, what I'll do is I'll go for Soundarya Rajesh. Okay, go and follow this person. Now I'm going to message Soundarya. Listen what I'm doing now, okay? What is the problem? Are you really lying? Are you doing anything fake? You are trying to help genuinely this platform to improve using your design skills. What are the platform you built? Now go to ChatGPT and You can go to this image, okay? Copy paste this. Go to Soundarya. Super bright. Happy Women's Day. Soundarya, right or not? 3x visibility for career gaps. I designed a way to show growth, not gaps. Okay, and then, and then I can also write one metric which can help them hook. Okay, listen. Now I got a hook message. Could you please give me a one-liner metric? What I have to exactly message to the job portal companies, like let's say my avatar, if I have to pitch this project to them? Give me a one-liner hook with a metric so that that can bring me a lot of reply messages. Listen to me carefully now. What if 60% of the inactive women candidates on your platform could return with a verified activity? I have designed a system that drives 3x entry readiness. Now I am going to message to Soundarya Rajesh like this. If I put an enter, do you think Soundarya Rajesh will not reply me? Type yes or no in the chat box. Tell me, you think she'll not reply me? I'm not talking, hi Soundarya, how are you? Happy Diwali, happy— that's what people— could you refer me? You are a CEO of a company, this is my portfolio. People get irritated when you message like this. See, I got to the point directly because of Happy Women's Day. Just now Women's Day has gone. 3x visibility for career path. I've designed a way to show the growth, not gaps. What if 60% of the inactive women candidate on your platform could return? The moment when she sees that, she'll be very curious to know who is Noor. I'm not going to do that. If she asks me portfolio, I don't have that. Like in the sense, I don't have any project. I'm just showing an example for you, okay? But you can make it more meaningful. She will immediately click to Noor profile and she will see who is this Noor, how she got an authority to talk to me like this. By the way, This is Noor profile. She's our student already. Okay, if she opens the Noor profile, she's going to talk to Noor now. Noor, product designer, inclusive design, health, education. Oh, she is interested in education. Acha. Visual storytelling. Soundarya will think, do we have designers in our team? Yeah, we don't have. Can we bring this person to the interview call to know what is she doing? Immediately she'll message you, yes, Noor, we'd like to discuss about you. Or she will tell, this is my HR number, could you please talk to her. Or she could say, Noor, could you please connect with this designer in my team to propose your idea. Or she could say, can we connect in a Zoom call because I am also a designer, please explain me what is your workflows, what is your wireframes, what is your flow, what's your system, what's your solution, what's your assumptions, why How do you say that these people are having problem? How are you confident that my portal can bring 60% more people into this visibility? How many of you got a bingo right now? This is the core, this is the magic, this is how you can talk to the people. How much time did it take? 20 minutes I took to start a company, to research the company, to build the trust, and to do it. Now for the second person, I don't need 20 minutes. My messaging is clear. Boss, open another profile, find one more. Yes, find one more. Soundarya, find one more. One more. One more. Anita, one more. Savita, one more person. One. Talk, talk, talk. Copy paste, copy paste, copy paste. Same message. How many companies are here? How many companies are here? Close to 50 to 75 companies are here. This is called meaningful connections. When you talk to people like this every single day, 30 people, guys, tomorrow when you open your LinkedIn, 15 people would have replied. 30 to 40% is a show of returns, okay? 60% and all, if you are getting, means your messaging is really cool. I'm going to help you do that. I'm going to teach you a hooks technique where you can get 70% return also. But 100% people will not reply. That's not how the LinkedIn works, okay? So 30 to 40% are replying means People like Soundarya Rajesh are waiting to hire you, to talk to you, to understand what are you trying to really offer them for. So don't go for design colleges or degrees or any kind of a job portals, or don't go and cry, guys. Just, just do this. See, till now also I have not proven myself as a designer, whether it's a Hema Lata example or whether it's a Yogita's example or Noor's example. I have not shown my design degree. I have not shown my experience, I have not shown my portfolio also. Did I get the interview call or not? Tell me yes or no. That is why I told you yesterday in the video, even if you don't have a project, you can still get the job. But I will not allow that to happen. You need to go through hackathons, you need to complete the basics, because after people talk to you, they will understand you are a zero guy. So that trust has to be very honest. Are all of you clear? Don't use these techniques to manipulate people. That's not correct. All of you type 'no manipulation' in the chat box. Can I get that promise from you? Before I start teaching you the 17 hooks, I need the promise from you. You're not going to manipulate. You're not going to put your shitty messages. You're not going to get your reputation ruined because of using these manipulative techniques and get negative comments. Please don't do that. So Bob, now I have shown you the possibility. Now I'm going to hand over the secrets for you. Listen carefully, okay? Now, first hook is actually called curiosity hook, okay? When you talk to the people, you need to send some kind of a curiosity, okay? See, I'm gonna rocket speed point out many people. You can do it, Farha, Hamid, if you are really clear about your design concepts. Okay, yeah, so the first hook, I'll just point out people randomly, guys. Okay, just get ready, you got to just unmute yourself and give me that example. I'll point out anybody. Aditi Bakshi is there in my list first, Yogita Sharma is there on the last. I may scroll up, scroll down, anybody, and I'll silently make you ask. Okay, first I will give some example, from second You should start giving me examples. Are we clear? Can we do it alone? All of you, please keep your microphone ready. Please keep your camera ready. Please keep your content ready, okay, for your project, whatever. So now, first hook is all about why. Second— first example, now you're talking to a big senior. You're asking, sir, is it possible to get 1 CR in product Imagine when you talk to a senior designer like this, do you think he will not reply you? He'll be very curious to know. Boss, I'm also not getting once here, but it is possible. This is called curiosity hook. You make the person ask why, how, some kind of a very interesting thing. How many of you are clear with this first hook? Can you give me one example in the chat? Aditi, can you give me one example in the chat about a curiosity hook about your own project? Go ahead, Aditi. Would like to unmute yourself and talk? Hmm, go ahead, go ahead. Aditi, are you there in the call? I'm not able to hear you. I think she's not there. Okay, let's go for Aishwarya SM. Aishwarya, are you there on this call? Example? Oh, go ahead, go ahead. I don't know whether people are active or not. Anybody who's interested to give me an example in curiosity, how will you use your curiosity hook for this project? For even you take this project, Noor's project. Go ahead, go ahead, raise your hand. I'll unmute yourself. You just raise your hand, Noor, I will unmute it for you. Hmm, give me a curiosity. I will give one example why women always struggle for visibility. Miss Soundarya Rajesh, have you also been struggling like that? Am I right or not? Am I right or not? I am creating multiple hooks for her. Soundarya Rajesh, I am able to create multiple hooks for her. Second, learning and share discovery hook. This is a very important hook. Hi, my name is Rachana. I have come across this tricky word usage, shopping, which made me wonderful. I have learned recently, I found delivering this on Thursday, which can happen. Right or not? Hey, I found something LinkedIn is missing. I would like to share for job portal owners, right? Is it really a hook message or not? Tell me. See, I've learned something. Did you murder your plants? What is this? Murdered your plans. Murdered your plans. Karlam rakshita. I don't understand what I think. Okay, so now you are using a second hook called discovery. So you're telling— see guys, always don't connect with the people with just one-line messages. Try to understand a personality and change the message. Some people say she's in a CEO level, managing director. You should not talk, how are you ma'am, you know the Figma hacks. Talk about a high-level stuff. That's why I give a high-level stuff. If she's like a very junior level, then you can talk, would you like to know the top 3 AI tools which is helping you to build a video visibility for your projects? Would you like to know that to make your portfolio? She'll be interested to talk to me. How many of you are very clear what I'm talking? You need to craft the hook for the person whom you are interacting. Can we get into the next hook? Can we get into the next hook? Next hook is empathy. Now I want the people to give me the example. See, I'm not going to do an example now. I want all of the people to talk. Go ahead, go ahead, unmute yourself. I'll suddenly call your name, okay? Go ahead, share empathy hook, a genuine price. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. I'm giving permission to all the people to talk. Anybody can unmute and talk, no issue. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Anybody can talk. Ah, go ahead. Uh, sir, uh, I really liked your XYZ project. Uh, can you, uh, explain this part to me? It's really very interesting to me. Okay, very good. So Sir, I like your XYZ project. Or maybe you can praise about a post also. XYZ post. Can you explain me what tool you used? Can you explain me how much engagement you got? Can you explain me how much days you completed this project? This is all genuine praise, am I right or not? Thank you, Vyasi. I think Vyasi, right? Who talked this? Yes, sir. Thank you, man. Thank you so much. Wonderful. One more example. Fast, fast, fast. One more example. I— sir, I came across the recent post you worked with the disabilities. So why can't we explain— why can't we explain a positive design to the students, people with disabilities? 'Why can't you explain' is not the correct word. Listen, see, 'why don't you explain,' 'why can't you explain' is a little harsh. How you can do instead is you can say, 'I came across your project, which is phenomenal. Could you please tell me the design process You followed. Is it polite, right? Why don't you explain something not correct? Okay, and why should you not— a little impolite way of telling. Rather, you change your tonality. Same meaning only you and me are saying, but I am rephrasing it in a different way. Fine, Shriram? Good. Fine. Super. This is how you practice. This is what we do in the squadron also. We do multiple drills. We do multiple drills, left and right and left and right, because the more and more drills you are doing, the better your messaging will become. Now let's go for the fourth hook, very important hook. The fourth hook is data points. What is data points? When you go and talk to people, you give an example. Can anybody give me the data hook? Sidhesh, you want to talk? You have to unmute. Yes, yes, go ahead, Sidhesh. Give me data, facts, proof. Huh? Good. Hello boss, actually I recently go to a Play Store and watch your application And I saw the reviews from the users. Uh, there are no— out of 100, 60 users says that there is a problem in onboarding screens. So yeah, they just drop there. 60% people drop-off happens on your onboarding platform. Yes, I would like to fix it. This is also very impolite. Can anybody give me the polite way of telling this? If you go and talk to any designer who has designed a product, you say 60% of your users are dropping off. That's a complaint. How would you, how would you rephrase this? Siddesh, give me— Siddesh and anybody. Stans, you can also answer. Go ahead. Uh, I don't have this one, but yeah, I would ask over a post, um, Ma'am, I came across your post recently. I love, uh, your AI voiceover post. How are you measuring ROI of it? Any numbers on lead or conversion? I would like to— Yes, that's good. Very nice. Wonderful. How many of you understood this example? Stance is asking, your project is amazing, ma'am. You can also blend one or two hooks, nothing wrong in that, okay? How do you measure your usability for your AI interactions? What tool are you using? This is called data, fact, proof. Am I right or not? How are you measuring your AI interactions in this platform? What Sidhesh said is actually a little complaint. Rather, you could ask, hello ma'am, Okay, your platform is exceptionally good. First, appreciate, appraise, praise. I would like to know what is the drop-off percentage for your platform? Some of the comments I've observed with the mix and match— some of the comments I've observed with mix and match, could you please tell me the drop-off? First, you get the number from me. I'm using this word called mix and match. That is a very safe way to say, don't complain. Instead, ask a question. Instead, ask a curiosity. Give a fact. I mean, you can also quote 60%, but in a different way. You can say, all the e-commerce platforms are close to having 60-70% of the drop-off rate. That includes their platform also, no? You are becoming little smart. Could you please tell me why, ma'am? Could you please explain me how it can be improved? I have a solution. Sidhesh Simpi. My name is Sidhesh. 2 years experience design. Could you like to see my idea? See, all of you clear about this examples? You have to practice this, guys. Every hook you have to practice at least 3, 4, 5, 6 times. Then and only you will be able to get the flow. Next, we'll go for story. How would you say a story hook? Go ahead, anybody would like to share? It's a very difficult thing to do. Anybody would like to share story hook? Fast, fast, fast. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Unmute yourself. Premium subscription. I used it to get more courses and landed on jobs. It was a great moment for me. But that is not looking like a story. Story. I want a story hook. Story, story, story. Anybody? Story, story, story. We discussed about storytelling last week. Tuesday also we had a session. Friday also we had a session. I don't know. How would you tell a story shortly? Your app is amazing. I still wondered how only 60% of the using. That's also great way, Gayatri Devi. Correct. Gayatri Devi is also correct. How would you tell a story, guys? Come on, fast. This is my favorite audience. Ah, uh, hero or villain, remember? Ah, so I would like to share a story. Madam, I saw your design piece. Honestly, it's a kind of work people, people really like it. I have seen with a similar brand, a lot of that interest stays as appreciation and doesn't convert. How are you guiding the attention into actual number of orders? Superb, amazing. All of you type MBTY 2. Stance. Beautiful. See, actually it is 100% not fully correct because the story is fully not formed. Story means a story needs to have a hero, villain, afterlife, and a goal. We all discussed in the last Monday about the detailed framework. Tuesday also we discussed. When you tell a story, like let's say I'll give you one more example for this women-based thing, okay? Say I'm telling a story like this. All the women are having this problem. They are not able to get the visibility in the market. I have designed something for them to get the 3x visibility. Would you like to know my idea? This is story 1. Is it okay? Fine. Not that great. Option 2: Ma'am, I built a platform for 3x visibility of the women, which 60% of the women are completely unemployed in this entire India. And you will not believe, many of the male domination is happening because of this reason. Now I have built a platform for them. Independently they can able to get the job, they can able to even save their money, and they can lead a comfortable life. And this platform is going to empower the 60% of the women in India. Is this better? This is okay. First one is better, second one is better. Tell me. I've used 2-3 hooks, and that's a story format. I used the villain, husbands are the Right or not? I use the villain carefully. Third, listen carefully. Third, I'm building another story. My mom has been in the house for more than 40 years. She's very intelligent. Unfortunately, she's been told by her mother that she has to get married in 18. There are close to 60% of the women like that. I'm building a solution for them to empower their lifestyle around them. I would like to change the women's life. Can we have the discussion? This meeting can change a lot of women's life. Which one is better, first one or second one or third one? Third one. First one or second one or third one? Everybody, this is impactful because this is a storytelling with an emotion, right or not? So by the way, it's, it's true for my mother. I have not told any false here, right? So when you resonate your story with that emotional impact, that is why I tell people, go to the field, talk to customers, talk to people, do research. First mission, second mission, third mission. How many of you felt very lazy? Now you are not going to get the benefit out of it because you will not talk in a real way when an HR is asking you. That is why I asked all the people to go to the field every Saturday, Sunday. I asked to go to the field because of this reason only. You will really empathize who is the migrant workers, who is the poor students, or who is the person who is not able to get— that story will only come when you empathize. Story hook is my favorite hook. You can get anything done when you use this story hook. Ready? How many of you wanted to practice this? It will not come in one go, it will come multiple times. One time, two times, three times, four times. The more and more you're able to practice— and see, Squadron people are doing the interview drills in this last week. Okay, next I'm going to start something called a storytelling and this 17 hooks. Once you start rehearsing this mock-up drills, mock drills weekly, 4 days with your commander, you'll be like a next level. You cannot do it or you cannot practice this alone, guys. 100% not possible. It can only come when practicing. Somebody has to correct. You can also use Jack AI, for your information, okay? You can also ask me, I'll also correct because I fed this 17 hooks already inside Jack AI and it will give you exactly— in fact, more than 17 hooks also I've integrated. So when you, when you, even if you're doing Jack AI, you need still a human to reflect that. When a person is giving you a feedback, when you're correcting, you learn a lot. If I keep on doing this practice for all the people, guys, everybody in the call will be next level. It's a lifetime. You don't have to worry about messaging another thing at all. It'll be like very clear because the first half is all about context, the second half is all about the last half, it's all about the That's exact core. This is a core of you sending messages universally. You don't have to do anything else beyond this. This is how you build the trust. It's not only for building trust to the recruiter, it's also to build trust to your own managers when you're working in a company. It's on your clients, your business, everybody. It is the same. Every business has a story, boss. If you're not able to find the story, it's waste of time, right or not? So now we'll get into the next part of the session. Listen carefully. Favorite, like everybody did the story here. Now process. Can anybody give me an example of process? Process, process, process. Anybody would like to give? Please try with the people who have not attempted, okay? Let's give opportunity to other people as well, okay? I understand you guys are interested, enthusiastic, but let's give opportunity to others. Go ahead. Story, uh, story, uh, process hook. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Yeah, so, uh, I can say that I, I've been following your work since last few months, and, uh, the— I'm also trying to replicate that in my case studies or however I'm going about in my design journey. Uh, one thing I would like to highlight you, that, uh, can you, can you work on these niche sector, or can you give more post on these niche niches so that, you know, people like us who are following you on a regular basis can also understand more about the in-depth knowledge that you're giving in this? Very good, perfectly good. But I would say, Kajal, rather, see, what you're saying is okay only, there's nothing wrong in this, but it will not lead you to the next conversation. We have to go to the next conversation. If you message like this, no, it will take 20 days for that person to get that alignment from you. In 3 days, you should be able to build a referral trust and go to the next level. That is why the hooks is important. You should not use the hooks to— okay, fine, I understand you are going in a very organic way, but that will take a lot of time. Rather, you could tell like this: hey, your process is amazing. I mean, seeing your post 'Could you please also review my work if I followed your same?' First layer of trust is built. You're asking for help. Second, 'I could also find out the heuristic analysis of your process.' Second layer. Third, 'Could you please help me refer to any organization in your friend circle?' In the third day itself you can do this, okay? But if you do like, uh, it's good that if you post it, what will happen is it's a weak message. It's not a very strong message. They will not understand who is Kajal. They'll forget in one day who is Kajal. But if you message like what I'm saying, they will remember only Kajal for a long time. Tomorrow, oh, there is one person who said that I have to do this. There is one person who have given you the reference. There is a person who gave me the correction. Who is that? Yeah, can we have this? Imagine if that person is a recruiter. Suddenly he may even interview you. Hey, could you please come to my organization? We are looking for a fresher role. Kajal will be like, Jagadeesh, my resume is not ready, my portfolio is not ready. So your messages can turn as a friend or as an enemy or as a recruiter to get ahead. But use your messages strong, okay? We are not doing LinkedIn for time pass. We are doing LinkedIn for more and more and more faster connection. It's fine, everybody starts like this only. Not only Kajal, I also started like this only. I don't know how to get the hook right. I will message but the intent will not be clear. That person will not reply. I have also learned all these things trial and error. And then when I get a formal training and then when I connected, magic started happening. So now, KJ, when you are coming into the squadron, you have to practice this drill again and again and again so that your messages become strong. Once your messages become strong, by the time you close your laptop, that person will ask you for the next question. That's the kind of hook I want because we don't want people to just go for a workaround. They have to give you callback fast. See, most of the designers use double diamond thinking process for solving. I'm disagreeing that. Share below. This might be the next level process to improve designers. See, you are giving the session. Now the next question will be, can you show me that nonlinear process? People will reply you that, right or not? They will not tell, okay, I'll post later. They'll tell, oh, can you please show what is the nonlinear process? I know double diamond for a lot of time. What are you talking? You are using process as a hook. You are commenting on their workflow and everything. Are all of you clear? It's a very interesting technical hook. These are all little technical hooks. Okay, next let's go for result. What is the result example? Can anybody give me that example? Result. Go ahead. That's good. Can I say— can I— can I— go ahead, go ahead. Yes. Ah, yes. Hi, thanks for connecting. Really like your focus on accessibility and available design systems, especially your work around design tokens and semantic variables. I have been working on AI-driven UX and content systems, and I'm increasingly seeing how accessibility features need to be embedded at the token system level rather than handled later in the year. Curious to hear your perspective, how do you approach integrating WCAG It's really fast, like in the sense, I mean, it's really long. Sorry, if it's really long, people don't read the message. Bhavesh, first of all, this is not curiosity hook, this is outcome hook. I'll tell you an example of outcome hook. Yes, Asghar, you want to tell outcome hook? Listen, Bhavesh, listen, you're making little mistake. You have to observe. Yes, Asghar, go ahead. Yeah, uh, hi, name is Asghar Ali. I noticed your company is scaling fast. I recently restructured a SaaS interface that went from zero engagement to 50 leads in 2 weeks by simplifying the user journey. I would love to connect and share the metrics behind the shift. Next level. All of you type MPTY to Asghar. Perfectly right. One line, and that too the first 3 keywords what Asghar used can able to help you, help Asghar to understand the complete example what he's trying to quote. I don't need to see his portfolio. That is next. Next, everybody will ask Asghar's portfolio, but Asghar should not send. Asghar should say, can we get on a call? What? Can we get on a call? My portfolio is confidential, man. Can we get on a call? I would like to show you in the Zoom call. Build the trust and then share your portfolio. The moment when you share portfolio, what will happen? Either they will take out your ideas, or they'll tell you, we will get back to you, Asghar, or they'll tell you, Asghar, right now we don't have vacancy. They'll tell something, they will ignore you. Very simple. Because you have built a project for 3 months, 6 months, 2 years, 3 years. You built your entire portfolio for showcasing your design skills for close to 3 years, 4 years. How come a person will judge it in 30 seconds? You should never reveal your portfolio to anybody. You should never allow that to happen. Rather, you have to keep on building the curiosity, and when they come on a Zoom call, they are very serious. Then show your work. That's why you need to send your website. Your website will have only minimal details. You will not have full case study done, right or not? When you create that call to action to them, then they will come and talk. Then you can show, see, this is the key screens I created. Ma'am, who are you? First of all, are you designer or a recruiter? Oh, recruiter. Can I explain you technically? Will you be able to understand? No, I won't be able to understand. Could you please arrange a technical interview with your company? I'm Azgar Ali, I'm interested to talk. See, gone. I'm going for the next level now. I am a technical person, I can explain. Now, if you're the technical person, will you be giving me a confirmation that this is a confidential data which I built? I need some kind of a clarity from you, and we are not going to take it to the team. It is only for the discussion point of view, okay? Because I'm very interested in your role. If you are very eager to have a person like me, why not just be me? Can we have the discussion in the interview process? In the second discussion itself, you are poking the crowd— I mean, you are poking the ice. See, for certain people it takes 3 layers to break the ice, but certain people it takes 2 layers. Layers. For me, it was only one layer, that's it. I practiced it. But I'm not saying you will also be like that. I am saying you will be initially— see, there is one person in our squad, and I don't want to tell the name. More than 3 months, this guy was struggling with LinkedIn. He's not able to get the conversation with anybody. Now he's getting every single day, a lot of people reply. It took a lot of layers of him to break the ice to the other people because he himself was an introvert. Guys, there is no introvert or extrovert. You just have to use this hook, start talking to people, shut up and do it. That's it. If you just keep your brains— I am an introvert, what if the people will say, I am not very good in English— boss, please, we are living in the 21st century. Just start going and applying all these things and get the job. By the time, people will never know you're an introvert, an extrovert. They would have given you the offer itself. So don't tell that. It's your— in your mind block only. Okay, so Asghar has given an example of my SaaS can improve 0 to 50 leads in one day. Super. Failure hook. Failure hook. Anybody? This is very easy. I don't have to tell you this. Failure hook. Anybody tell me? Hello? Oh, go ahead. Hi, I see your app got dropped, has been, uh, from drop has been from 50%. I would like to know what are the lessons you have learned. That's what I would like to know, that You have to share that lessons to them. Like, let's say, see, by using this lesson learned, you should hook the person. Our objective is to hook. Our objective is not to show. Our objective is not to brag. Our objective is to hook. See, we are all discussing about hooks, right or not? It should give a call to action clearly. Call to action is like, let's say, if you're saying I did a project, okay, I did a hackathon project for 90 days. I understood it can be done in just 2 days. What I did is just a templated process. One final day, my mentor called and said, unless until you go and meet the customer's life, you are not going to understand design process. Immediately I went to the customer, and that's where my entire design destiny changed. I did 25 projects right now, and the biggest lesson is go to field, meet your customer. See, now if you talk to a recruiter like this, that guy will really trust faster that you are a hands-on person. They will understand you are a hard-working person. They will understand you are very good in terms of getting the real data done. They will be happy to have you in the UX team. Instead, you can ask the last question: are you having the scope to go to the field and talk about the customer's need and pain points? If it is there, then I am the perfect candidate for you. If that scope is not there, then I don't think I will stick with your company for a long time. I'm not looking for a service company, I'm looking for a product-based company. See, you can even tell and reject the people also. This is called rejection hook. How many of you don't know this? I'm going to come— wait, rejection hook. That's why I told you, out of the 17 also I have designed a lot of hooks. You can go and listen to Jack AI, you will come to By rejecting also you can attract people. It's a very simple psychology, right? Next, tool shared. It's a very simple, guys, I don't have to tell you this. It's a very, very simple, okay? Challenge. You invite participation. Like, let's say, hey, I'm building something which is phenomenal. I would like to know what is your feedback on this. See, if you wanted to see, let's say if I'm, if I'm Yogita, I'm attending one big company now. Okay, and that guy is from Google or something. I am very scared to talk to the big, big people. Imagine I'm a very introvert. You can use this thing. Hey, my name is Yogita. I'm doing one educational research platform and a national level survey with many designers. I would like you to click this Google form and please answer this one question. You take on a rough project or dummy project, guys. Okay, you just keep that project, put a Google form, put a name, email ID, phone number. By that you can collect their phone number. When they click that Google Form, they'll be interested to see the project. They'll be putting their name, email ID, phone number. And you can say, if I have to reach you for getting the feedback of your input, how should I reach you? Phone number. Then you put your project screen, and then you ask, what are the 3 insights you find in this? How do you want to revolutionize the education industry? You are the senior designer. Get that response. Call them. Sir, thank you, sir. I'm— my name is Yogita. Yesterday you filled my form. Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Your feedback was amazing, sir. And then you go and find out It took— sir, sir, sir, you are an educational experience, sir. So you are having 15 years experience, sir. I'm only 3 months experience, sir. Could you please tell me, sir, what tools I need to learn as an edutech designer? Could you please tell me, sir, what are the skills I need to learn as an edutech designer? Sir, could you please tell me, if I have started with your level of experience in the thing, what would you have done differently, which is suggesting for me? Please give me your advice, sir. Sir, thank you so much, sir. If you talk to this like 15 to 20 people Nobody can touch you in edutech niche because you know exactly what's happening in the edutech niche. Use challenge hook. This is a more safer— this is mainly recommended for introvert because you can use this hook. People will not suggest you're talking to them, people will suggest they're taking part in a challenge, right? Or not? Tell me, guys. Gratitude hook. Thanks. I'm very thankful to my existing boss who made me push the boundaries. And I'm able to complete the project in 20 days. It's very easy. I don't have to tell you. Trend hook: you know what, 10 things I have learned in 10 UX things I've learned in the wartime. Go to ChatGPT VS, it will produce the output. Where is that? Super, that's it. You don't have to worry about content, guys. Just copy paste this. I am asking you to just post. I am not asking you to work on any quality here. We are not talking about quality at all, right? Next, question hook. Sir, I would like to know about— see, this is what many people have used in the sense, I'd like to know about your company, I'd like to know about your company position, I'd like to know more about your work culture. That's it. Teach actionable tip. Implement these 3 tricks, your portfolio is ready by storytelling format. That's it. Mostly I use this because of the content creator coaching nature. Behind the scenes, many times this works. Now hackathon is getting completed, you can all create a small GIF video or a time-lapse video of your team, and you can say this is what took me 90 days to build a project like this. Yeah, you can do it. How many of you are getting bulb on right now? All these things are crazy hooks. All these things are crazy hooks. So it's, it's very, very important. And to do it, next is called a vision hook. When you're talking to a CEO, when you're talking to a big company vice president, you have to always think, sir, I really admired with your vision of building a women-based platform for job hiring process. In the future, my vision is going to be merging with yours as well. I would like to know how can we discuss together. When you talk about vision, mission, guys, make sure they are not freshers. Talk to very senior people. If junior meet, they will laugh, they will not understand mission, vision and all. Okay, talk to matured person about this vision, mission. Finally, measurable impact. Sir, I've created a big impact in the SaaS industry. Would you like to see what is that? You can use impact as a word. Are all of you clear about these examples? How many of you are so happy? Yes, Jagadeesh, I am super excited by using the 17 hooks. Can I give a little prompt for you? Can I give a little prompt for you? Copy paste this, okay? Based on this hooks, whatever I attached for the same project, could you please build two variations for the 17 hooks so that I can able to talk to more and more people today to get the job faster. How many of you are going to get mind blown with this prompt? I've just copy pasted every prompt, every hook, and now for each of the hook I'm going to get a DM. Curiosity hook, learning hook, empathy hook, data hook. How many of you are laughing right now? Jagadeesh, is it so simple? Just copy paste it, guys, for all of the people whomever you are interacting with. Go to a profile, see, I'm just, I'm just trying to be very cautious. Like, let's say if Noor is a recruiter— imagine if Noor is a student or somebody who's— I'll just go and research about her. Oh, Noor, she's very interested in UX research, she's very interested in— she studied at Media Arts, she studied at Bachelor of Fine— creativity, creativity, creativity. What kind of a hook should I use for for, uh, for Noor? I can use empathy hook. No, no, she's an artist, right? I can use something called storytelling hook. Artists like stories. Suddenly I can go to the other person. See, I'll go to— I'll go to maybe Nitya itself. Wait, okay, maybe I'll go to this particular person. Wait, I'll just show you every personality can be hooked with a different, different level. Nitya studied from NID. Oh, NID means you can use relativity hook. 'Hey, I also studied at NID.' You can start the conversation anywhere, right or not? She's also from NIFT, NID, and GM Modular. 'Oh, GM Modular, that's like a very good hook.' You can say, 'Hey, all of my switches in my home is made by GM. I'd like to know what kind of a technology are they using to design the switches. Are you a visual designer? Are you a product designer? What is your current role there?' This is called relativity hook. You can also use that kind of hooks. Right, you can say if that particular person has a very relatable skill, like let's say, ah, she's good in Illustrator, design thinking. Analyze their profile, find out this. That's it. See, I'm doing more, I'm doing more. Example, let's say I'm going and talking to this, uh, somebody, okay, experienced researcher, strategist, mixed method. Let's say you want to talk to this person, okay? She has studied at IISC, okay? She is consistently posting in LinkedIn one month, it's okay. She's been given stage talk and all, you have to be a little careful, okay? She could be a— okay, she has worked in PayPal, fintech designer, okay? She's worked in Ningsing IQ, she worked in OomDaddy as a lead product designer, she's a placement coordinator at IISC. She studied at this, this, this. Oh, architecture! Hey, I am also an architect student. Tell me what made you to come into the design field. My name is Aditi Bakshi, I'm coming from so-and-so. Could you please explain me your insights? How many of you are clear? You can use any hook. If it's architect, I can use any kind of a hook. I can go and talk to these people, I can get n number of hook. I can talk about failure hook. Hey, I also failed as an architecture student, but now I'm interested to come into product design. Right or not? You can use question, you can use teach, you can use whatever you want. You can able to create guests. Any people you can able to hook with any angle if your messaging is clear. See, Suganta, I don't know, I'm just taking some example. Machines of Loving Grace, ex-Netflix, Eightfold AI. I don't know how she will help you. Okay, let's say if she's working in a company where you wanted to get connected You can just talk about her. She's from UK. LinkedIn profile is there. Nothing is there. I pay for Amazon Prime subscription, but I still not rent the movies. Okay, 14 hours before, she's an active person in LinkedIn. You can just read it. How many of you know in LinkedIn you can also install this particular extension called Wait, I'll show you. You can also install this extension called— hey, what is this here? LinkedIn extension. Can you give me that? Uh, Engage.ai, right? Is it really live? I don't know. Merlin is old, I guess. Engage.ai is good. Okay. Engage AI. Just click this. Okay, it's a very beautiful tool. I don't know what happened. Engage data, I have already talked about it in the LMS. Please, you can go on, uh You can go and learn there, okay? No, no, not this one. You can go and learn from there as well. I don't know, today it's not allowing me to log in. I have to— I have already logged out, boss. Why it's not allowing me? Okay, I'll tell you the basics of this platform, okay? The basics of this platform is if you just have a post in LinkedIn like this, okay? I'll just open this. The beauty is when you extend— when you install this extension, Engage.ai or Merlin, or Reeti. Thank you, Kumaris. Okay, 3 platforms are available. You can just go and click this option called Read. It will completely analyze this entire post. It will give you 3 suggestions how to message this Sugantha. Are all of you clear? It's there in the bonus file, guys. Please go and do it. I've already shown you. Okay, or you can also copy paste this message. See, also copy paste this message. What is the suitable hook for this person to talk in LinkedIn? That's it, right or not? See, I'm building something where career breaks into proof, not gap feels very aligned with your solo until not that. Superb, right? She's a solo designer, I think. I'm applying to that system that makes women more 3x visible. I'm currently in the solo unit, not face, building a system that converts invisible career gaps into— would like to talk to you about that. See, so she's talking more about solo, she's just talking more about something like individual contribution, so ChatGPT can also do it, but if you use this ritty.io or engage.ai or Merlin, it will exactly give you answers here itself. You don't have to even take it to ChatGPT at all, not at all required. It will only available here. So you can also increase your speed of connection with the people. How many of you don't know this? Because when you're connecting with 30 people, you should do this kind of tools and integrations, then it can bring you more and more and more speed-related things, okay? You can use Merlin.ai. See, I've added to the Chrome now. Okay, just give me a second. Okay, my extension is ready, I guess. Okay, I have to go and refresh my browser. That's it. It will automatically come in your chat when your Merlin.ai is installed. It will automatically pop up here in your chat. See, look at the smiley. It will come exactly next to it here. Okay, right now I think I have to open the browser again. It's already there. Can you see there is a message is coming here? Let's say, okay, I'll take a very big very complex text. Ah, she's one of my college junior, okay? Her name is Anushree. She's doing master's in some institute or something, okay? Look at this. Now I'm gonna message her, okay? I'm gonna take this post. So she is saying something like, uh, I attended my first 18th, 17th International Women's Day, whatever, okay? I don't even read this full. Now I just want to— oh, she has blocked the comment. Too much comment has already come. Okay, maybe only connections can come. Okay, I have not connected with her before. Find one person who is writing very, very technically complex things like this. As a designer, for them this kind of a post works. Ah, maybe. Look at this. How I work with my client. Let's say if you wanted to get in touch with this guy to work as a designer in Webso, imagine, okay, this is your potential contact, okay? Now go and read this guy's post, okay? How do I read this comment? Now If I have to really say, see, for more senior people, always put a reverse comment. For more junior people, always put positive and encouragement comment. Don't do ulta, because senior people will always get positive reply only. But you do little reverse. Junior people needs encouragement, okay? So now I'm going to give a thoughtful reply for him. See, now Merlin.ai is analyzing this post. It is giving— can you see? You don't have to read the post. Your insights truly resonate. It's refreshing. It's refreshing to see see such a nuanced perspective on this topic. Thank you for sharing. That's— they are encouraged deeply reflection. They're encouraged deeply reflection. I would like to show my work. Super comment. If you don't like it, regenerate. Or all of you clear? It's a very simple thing. You try it out because it's not about 17 hooks, it's about how much fast you're able to build this kind of a connection. To get into it. See guys, how many of you know our student Sai Teja? This guy got phenomenal results because of storytelling shift. Giridhar, how many of you know? These people have come to the live stage and talked. They've only got job because of LinkedIn connect and everything. And D, I'd also like to say Ishwari Kulkarni, right or not? Am I right or not? Tell me yes or no. She came on the Inner Circle call. E, can I say one interesting thing? Swati Tadipriya also got the opportunity through LinkedIn Connect, right or not? Tell me yes or no. Yeah, Dinesh Deva has got 3x salary because of LinkedIn Connect. Swati got 2x. Ishwari got almost 3 years of career gap, I guess, 2 to 3 years, I don't know, like you can check with her. Okay, career gap. So people don't care whether you are having career gap or something like that, 3x salary. And then there is one more person also whom you will be shocked. Deepika Chaudhary, she got it through her personal referral of Connect. It's a 3x salary, but she got it through circle of influence. How many of you don't know all these things? You're only applying in job portals, boss. That is why you're not at all getting selected. Please understand this, and this is not a one-time game. Are all of you clear? This is not a one time— I can keep on listing, guys. Our entire community people, 80% of the people have got jobs only through LinkedIn connect personal interactions, not because how great you are or how great your portfolio is. That and all comes very later. How many of you are super happy now? Yes, Jagadeesh, I am able to now see all of these things very clearly. Now it's a very simple activity for I wanted you guys to copy-paste the 17 hooks which I copy-pasted for you, okay, in the chat box. I wanted you guys to really find out for one project what you took as a matrix and try messaging at least one, one person for one, one hook in the next 20 minutes. Can you do it? Can you do it? Can I do it? I'm copy-pasting all of these things in our admin group. Can you check that? Fine, good. It's not possible for me to do it in the chat box, it's quite higher. Okay, maybe I'll do one thing, I'll do one thing. I'll take a, I'll take a screenshot. Okay. And you can just go to the ChatGPT, okay? And you can just go to the ChatGPT and you can say, using the 17 hooks, give me a one-line message. I'll also paste that prompt for you in the chat. Wait, use the same prompt what I give. You don't have to do anything, okay? Wait, wait, wait. You will also get a mind-blowing output of what I got. Okay, I took the prompt. Just attach this document which I sent you in the Zoom chat. Okay, so it's a very simple activity. Do it. I put in the chat box. Attach this in your ChatGPT. Put this prompt. You will get 17 different variations for 17 different hooks. At least message 11 hooks to 11 person. Next 20 minutes, I'm going to be giving you a timer. 20 minutes, you message to 10 people. Spend only 2 minutes for one person, for your relevant audience. Okay, you know who is your relevant audience, or you can just send it to your designers as well, no problem. The practice is to just send a message to find the right hook. It's not about a precise messaging. Can we all try this? Can we all try this now? Can we all do it faster? It's a very simple activity, guys. Please do it. I just want to tell you that this is a good practice for all of the people. To get these things done. Superb, superb. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Any other doubts is there? Clarification is there? Go ahead, please ask. Okay, I'll brief the task again. Okay, you need to just copy paste the screenshot in your ChatGPT and use the prompt which I gave, and then just get the variations of the hooks and try connecting with one, one person for one, one hook. That means You can do 17 hooks also for 17 people, no problem. But at least first try with the 10. That would give you a lot of clarity. Okay, find a person, start talking. Find a person, start talking. Find a person, message him. That's it, Siddharth. Okay, clear. Exactly, 15 minutes I'll give you. Fine. No, 20 minutes I'll give you. Do it. Timer is there. I am live in the call. Okay, no problem. Do it, Snehal. Do it with the current connection. No issues at all. Okay, if you would like to see— if you'd like me to see your hooks, copy paste it. I will also give you a correction live if you are— if you are not confident about that. Do it. It's not going to be any problem. ChatGPT is going to give you the prompt. You don't have to put your brains at all, okay? Doesn't matter if somebody is messaging you, Noor, can I see the 3 accessibility, uh, project for the women what you built? And they're messaging you at 11:27. Can I tell you one thing? I've talked to all of the squadron members, a session. How many of you are there in the squadron? How many of you are there in the squadron? Listen carefully. Rapid portfolio, how many of you are there? I took it in October '23. Rapid portfolio, if you just implement this technique, Noor, by 11:27 she's getting a message. Hey Noor, you talked about 3x visibility women project, where is that? It does not matter whether you have a project or not, at least if you start 11:27 Evening 6:27, you can send the portfolio, you can send that project details to him. How? Because using that one-day technique. How many of you would like to see that? That session is already there in your Fractal folder. Go and watch that, it's already there. And don't ask me to teach it here, this is not— this is a very different intention session, okay? It's just a— in one hour or maximum 2 hours also, you can do your mini portfolio. Actually, based on this only, we created Hyper Hackathon. For your information. Okay, a very quick way of doing the projects and getting into the market. You don't need to do a 90-day project to get the job, my dear boss, my dear students. That's okay. People are— I don't know what is design, Jagadeesh. Fine, you start from 90 days, no issues at all. But you don't have to only use that project to get the job. You can literally message anything. If you're finding is edutech industry, if your niche is very clear, micro niche is very clear, You can create hundreds of problem statements in Edutech and talk to hundreds of people. If somebody is positively replying you, build a case study on that day using this one-day technique. Tomorrow itself you can start talking to many people using this project. How many of you got a bulb on right now? How many of you did not think about your design process like this? How many of you are putting a mind block to you? You need a design degree to get the job. You need 90 days to do a project. You will cut short your mind. You are cut short your thought process if you are there in the community with the accountability like that. You're working alone, nothing happens. Okay, you're working alone, nothing happens. Superb. Anybody else would like to ask any doubts or show their curiosity hooks or whatever? Please, please, please, go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. I'm happy to help you, happy to help you. Fast, fast, fast. Fast, fast, fast. Super, wonderful doubt. Now, Noor, I clarified you. What if I don't have portfolio? This is how you do it on that same day, okay? So anything can be messaged. And you can do it on that same day itself. That is why I tell all the people, make portfolio changes only before the interview day. Don't do portfolio changes before and get lost in your career. You have to make the portfolio changes before that interview day. The reason, because then only you will come to know more about that company, and then you can make the relevant changes to talk to the people if your information is right. Randomly, if you make on— keep on changing portfolio Who cares? Tell me. Your time is only going to be wasted. Unable to copy prompts? Okay, I'll copy this in your admin chat. Clear? So that— take it for all the YouTube live guys. Team, could you please copy paste in the YouTube live this particular attachment as well as the prompt so that people are watching this YouTube live also later they can understand? Okay. Mm. Superb. Yes, Nehal, we can do it, no problem at all, completely fine. And I put something in the admin group. Can you all check that? Can you all check that admin group message? Huh? I would like to show this to all the people. Maybe I just read this post in the LinkedIn. I don't know, somebody posted. So please ask questions now. 13 minutes is left. I hope you have already started messaging to the people. Superb, superb, superb, superb, superb. So please go ahead, ask me whatever questions you have. Just give me one minute, I'll go for a— just give me one minute, okay? I'll be back and I'll be answering all of your questions. Just put it in the chat box and just message me how many people you have done, okay? 10 people I'm asking you as a target, okay? By this time you could have messaged at least 3 or 4 people. Fine, good. If you're having any problems, message, I'll be right back. So now, should I send messages only to mechanical engineers because my target audience is different? You can talk to designers. Please don't talk to engineers again. Why would you do that? That's not correct, okay? You have to talk to people who can help you get more visibility in your design field, not in the other way around. Okay, clear? Yes. Please go ahead, ask your doubts. Snehal has got a lot of messages. Just short hook line here, why would it create this much of bigger message? Create a one-line hook with a 3-keyword. Okay, use that 3-keyword method. Okay, maybe I'll share the Noor's chat with you guys. Is it fine? If you can able to copy paste from that chat, it will be better. Can I, can I copy paste it for you? Will you be able to use that? Use it. All the people use it, no problem. I've given all of my prompts in that particular chat. Okay, all of you look at it in the chat box. I've given you, use that. You will get a one line. See, right now your message is very, very lengthy. If you just message like this, then nobody will read. Okay, no problem. Prepare the portfolio before that interview. No need to worry. You will have a pressure only. You will also do the work. If tomorrow interview is there, you will somehow complete the project case study and you will be ready. Okay, if nothing happens, we will never move. So do it, do it, no problem. Yes, any other doubts? Most important, final, final, final session is going to come now. Get ready for it, get ready for it, get ready for it. Okay, all of you clear? Get ready for it. Noor, can you open that ChatGPT chat? Tell me correctly. No, no, no. Superb. Anybody else ask any kind of a doubt? So are you guys doing it? Can you please share your message? What are you doing in the chat box? Can you please share your message? What are you doing in the chat box? Do it, do it, do it. Can you please share me your message? What are you doing in the chat box? Your hook. No, Ramakrishna, don't do it. Don't share your portfolio, project feedback. Use hooks. I have not given you any hook for this thing. I'm actively looking for opportunity. No, don't do that. You will never get any reply. Please, Ramakrishna, change your hook fast, fast, fast. Use the 17 hooks what I've created for you. Please don't use this, I am actively looking for the job. Why would somebody reply you? Yes, yes, yes, share me the screenshot or the message. What are you messaging? Share me your hooks, guys. Another 5 more minutes is left. All of you please stand up and maybe if you want you can able to a little bit relax, stretch your legs, hands. You want to do it, that would be better because we've been sitting for a quite long time. Just do this relaxation if you want, and then you can get back to your chat. We have a final session. I'm looking at how products teams work re-entry as a product designer team organization. Okay, Noor, there is no metrics for it. Try to create a specific metrics. If they are posted or opening in the LinkedIn, can we send them the portfolio? Right, no, don't send it. Vishwaksen, get the phone number and call them first. Don't send it to Then you will get rejection email. Oviya, I came across your post on Pixel and we possibly— how they're gonna be curious— how do you personally balance? Super, wonderful, Oviya. Perfectly understood what is mean by hook. Very nice. I really appreciate Oviya's, uh, what do you call, message. Babish, designing healthcare taught me reducing steps to access report. Super. Good, good, good, good. Thank you guys, thank you. I think people are getting the clarity here. Siddharth, I really admire how your team designs your first project. Weak hook, make it strong. It's like you're just appreciating, that's it. You have to give a call to action to get that appreciation back as a message for you. I would like to work in such an environment, how do I do something? You have to create that hook to talk to them. You're just informing what is— what are the It's a weak hook. Make it strong hook. Can you simplify this fintech plan into 3 steps? Super, wonderful, Vinod. See, can all of you say Vinod hook? Next level. Given your experience in healthcare, I came across your work in healthcare. Big message, Yogita. Try to make it short, one line, that will be better. Kajal Jain, yours is really good. I actually recommend a friend. Really good. Siddharth, 80% of users drop off apps in first 7 days. They designed a solution. Ah, this is amazing, Siddharth. This is a strong hook. See, perfect hook. So that 80% of the users drop off fitness app in 7 days. I have designed a solution to reduce the drop. Can I show it to you? That's it. You are, you are literally— guys, I'm telling you, with this one line, Siddharth, in the next 30 days you can bring 30 interviews. Can I promise to you? Next 30 days you can bring 30 interview calls. Healthcare, fitness, wellness, all industries will hire you. After this, it is your technical skills and everything. I can tell you, you will go for the next step. That's it. This is a next level hook what Siddharth has given. I've seen a 15% rise in people actively improving diet care just by simplifying the process. Okay, good. Yes, yes, yes, perfectly good. More, more, more. I want more and more people to message. Where are you? Why are you not messaging? Anita Pandey, why are you not messaging? Aryan Nagap, why are you not messaging? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Bharat, why are you not messaging? Go ahead. Babisha, you are active, okay. Bhavana, why are you not messaging? Bishma, Bhushan, Bal, why are you not messaging? Chitra, yes, why are you not messaging? Divya, Kunuru, I am not seeing your message. Yudhil, where are you? Why are you not messaging? Farha, Hamid, you are very active but after that you stopped. What happened? Show me your hooks. Gayatri Devi, where is your hooks? I am not seeing your hooks at all. Komal is active. Kumari is active. Loganathan, where is your hooks? Show me, show me. Ekta, where is your hooks? Nagamalishwari, where is your hooks? Namrata Malik, where is your hooks? Where is your messages? Please show me, show me. Nandika, where is yours? Nehara, where is yours? Yesterday Nehara missed the weekly winner by just 100 points. Nehara, little bad luck. Okay. It's okay, I'm just kidding. Okay, PS, where is your messages? Ramakrishna, you're messaging. Remo World, man, Remo World, please message Remo World. Sasi Kumar, why are you not messaging? Shreya Bagli, I'm not seeing your message. Shubham Divedi, why are you not messaging? Shamrao, where is your message? You are silent, guys. If you're there silent, then I would say please, I want every single one of you to be active. Vigneshwar, where is your messages? Vijay Kumar, where is your messages? Vinod Kumar is active. Vishwara, where is your messages? Initially you are active. Ishwaksen, you're okay. Vayasi, you're okay. Yash Machi, where is your messages? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Deepangar Halder, where is your messages? Itesh, where is your messages? Kajal is active. Sakshi Koba, where is your messages? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Guys, don't make me say, you have to come live. That's it. Jagadeesh, I have, uh, added one new hook, but it is continuing in my mind from 3 to 4 days. Like, automation is raising nowadays, but, uh, habits are building in still human. So how to fill that gap? Good, but it's, it's, it's only for people related to automation it will work? No, rather than automation, like, many of nowadays, uh, trend is is getting more better and better nowadays. But why we are still designing UI screens? Like, in future, people, if there is a new trend coming, if people can think also, they can get the data from that. Like, healthcare is developing some kind of nanochips which are installed in the brains. I heard an article related to that. So in that advanced level, AI is developing. So are there still news of, uh, screens of— No, see, make it— you shortly message in one line. Go to ChatGPT, tell this, and ask ChatGPT to give you a one-liner. Then you can make it as this hook to send to all the people. If you talk like this, it's— you can do this conversation over the phone call, no problem. Once that person is getting in touch with you, or in the phone call or GMeet or something, then you can go a little detail. In one-liner, it should be one-liner. Clear? No other option. Okay, but it's good you are in the path, like you are getting that flow. Please do it. The more and more you do it, it will be better. Okay, here, all the people, superb! Are you guys learning something massive in this session? Are you guys getting into the real, real, real point of why are we doing this kind of a, a very important activity? Please give me a Yes in the chat box. Are you, are you able to find the connect? Why it is very important? Why did I take a lot of time to explain you this, not in the hackathon? So you will also get this 2x, 3x salary, guys, but you got to become good at it. This is a lifetime skill. This is not a negotiation. Oh, Jagadeesh, I'll learn it later. Design thinking also, I would say you learn it later, but this is a very mandatory soft skill which you need to develop if you have to really get into a job. Okay, many of our students, they also got internship, like, like Vijitha, Shivareddy, many of the Vishwaksek, they have all got internships and other things. But the point is they can also move into a full-time job if they use this LinkedIn methodologies carefully, because opportunities are there everywhere. Huge opportunities are there. Opportunities are there like hell, a lot of things. But how you wanted to get back, I mean, get into that matters a lot. Okay, so there is no codex for your information. What codex should I give? No codex. You have to form the questions, that's all. No codex for you. Just use this prompt, whatever I gave. Build more presence of mind more than using codex. That would be the one advice I would give for you, because the more and more you are able to learn this, it will become a practice for you. See, guys, how many of you understood that it cannot be done live. It cannot be done by you. It cannot be done by you. You need to also have a system to do it properly. Okay, I can give you about a marathon practice, but I'm not sure how many people are going to do this. But it all depends on you and your consistency and persistence. Okay, yeah, there are some magical prompts which I'll give you like rewrite about as a narrative, turn rejection story into post, create 3 DM messages from data, summarize 10 DM gratitude notes. This and all I will not give you. The reason, because you have to use that 17 hooks and start connecting with the people. That's it. There is no other prompt beyond this, guys. You can use that Noor Chat and you can also find it. Okay, Asghar, what else you want apart from 17 hooks? Just use that hooks and start creating multiple messages. That is why I told you, you use this thing in your codex chat, because your codex chat is already intelligent. You've been fed your 3 codex data, and then you are feeding your identity codex, then you are feeding your, uh, what do you call, uh, niche potency codex, then you are feeding your storytelling codex, career transition codex. Your codex is very, very intelligent. Now, if you use the hooks, take all of my projects, let's say if Noor is messaging, take all of my projects 'Give me 3 different hooks for all of my project.' Noor will get almost every project getting the hooks data for you. She can message to multiple people in a day itself. She can very daily message to 30 people. See, that's also another way to get the job opportunity. Is there any other level we need to avoid messaging hooks? After 6 months, you don't have to use this. Automatically people will put a hook for you. Naveen Raj. Okay, you can go and have the fruits after you plant the seed. So you're telling without planting seed, how will I get the fruit? That's not correct. You have to plant, you have to nurture, you have to do for 6 months. After 6 months, people will come and help you. Don't have to worry. Clear? So I'll give you a simple implementation plan. I can only tell you guys, but it's up to you to do it. Okay, Divyanshu, do you know 70% of the elders struggle? Thank you, thank you, Divyanshu. Thank you, thank you. Now people are messaging, a lot of folks. Thank you guys, let's all stop. Let's come back to the session. Okay, yes. Oh, I think, Naveen, I misunderstood your question. Is there any level we need to avoid messaging hooks? Level means you're asking designation, ah? Clarify the question clearly. Yes, my question was about designation level. Ah, that's what I, I misunderstood your question. There is nothing like that. You can message to anybody, but your message should be very matured. If you're talking to senior person, talk about more of, uh, like vision, mission, metrics, data. If you're talking to a strategic product manager or somebody like a design lead, talk technical things. You're talking to a junior level, talk about hacks and tools. So connect with the various level of people accordingly, then they will feel that relativity, okay? Super good. Yes, Aishwarya, perfect. Good, good, good. Let's, let's go to the implementation plan. See guys, first all of you update your profile— photo, banner, text, everything. Then start messaging to 30 people. You can even message to recruiter also, no problem. Use any 3 hooks what I messaged you earlier. Study 5 companies in Glassdoor and other platform and apply. Guys, I'm telling you, you have to create some kind of informational interview. Okay, you have to create an informational interview. You can create something like a HR-based interview also. You can create something like a designer-based interview also. Informational interview means you are getting some info from the people. And please share your learnings also in the LMS. Let me see how many people you connected. Reflect and join. That will be really, really better because when you do the 7-day implementation plan automatically before next Saturday your LinkedIn will start working. See, now itself you can start seeing the result for what you did. If you would have messaged to 30 more people in one day, you will see a lot of people will reply you back, a lot of people will message you before evening also. Am I right or not? You will see the magic. But I'm saying this is a little implementation. So what is happening biologically when you're doing like this? You are building a very strong habit loop inside your brain. See, Q, set a morning slot every day, spend 30 minutes to 60 minutes for this activity. How many of you did the one-to-one with me? I tell exactly people for this only. See, few days back I had a call with Shirley, okay? She's our squadron member. See, I exactly told her this one. I told her how to list the company, how to target this. how to get it approved, how to— you have to get it approved from me, the Codex companies, and then you have to message to the people. How much time you have to spend for post, chat, comment? How much time you have to use LinkedIn? What are the tools you can use for LinkedIn? How is the metrics, job portals, follow-up? How to create traffic? You need to spend— this is the time for Everyday Connect. See, so when you are getting this precise guidance, guys, do not expect I will do it for all the people. It's not possible for me to do it. There are many people who are in the basic level. There are many people who are in the squadron who are very seriously getting into the next level of game. So I'd be able to give to the people whoever is in that particular need. So this is the metrics for them. Set a routine, 30 to 60 minutes or even more than that. Reinforce this activity by participating in your squadrons. I'm not sure whether you can able to do it in hackathons. In hackathons, people are not even implementing the technical things. I'm not expecting more than that. At least you implement your hackathon project, I'm happy. But if you could go one level above, like, like this Team 5, Bhushan and this, uh, Jagadeesh P, I could see their team is really good. Like, you guys can even take a challenge for you to connect with yourself in an accountability, to start messaging to the people in the LinkedIn. You can do it. Many of the Hackathon teams are not comfortably doing their works. I'm not expecting you to do accountability there, but I'm expecting if you are completing the project, that's okay. But one level above You want to be accountable for LinkedIn, please do it, because that can help you get the job. Because not a lot of people can come into the Gold Certification Plan, am I right or not? We are also not encouraging all the people to come. We are thinking and we are taking only people who can spend time very consistently and come inside. We are giving scholarship also. Many of the people are getting the scholarship also, but this is a game of time investment, very hard work, heavy work, boring work. That is why we don't want all the people there. See, we all make a very clear strategy and a position for them. If you are able to spend time, you come into the squadron, because your energy will deviate the other people as well. We don't want that. See, if this much of activity is done, only you will be able to get the job. It's not very easy to get the job. It's very easy to make portfolio, it's very easy to learn design. It's not very easy to connect with people, convert that opportunity into an interview, apply in the job portals, connect with the recruiters. Convert that opportunity into 3x. It takes time, it takes accountability. You cannot only do it with my support, you need a community and an accountability to do it. If you would have done it alone, you would have already done it. No, one or the other way, many people might know this technique as well, right? It's a psychological loop which you need to create in your brain. For that, you need a very strong accountability, right? Markup sheet, it's already there. And also, you need to keep a routine for 30 people. How many of you don't know that we have built something very special, engine called Circle of Influence? How many of you don't know this? We have created this exactly in the DFCOS for this. How many of your squadron have started using this? Many of the squadron members have started using this already. We have created the squadron for e-commerce, SaaS. I think 3 squadrons have deployed this. Remaining 3 squadrons is yet to deploy this. See, so here you can add your contact You can add whether it's a LinkedIn friend or Figma friend or course friend or relative or hackathon, anybody. You can keep on building your circle of influence. Soon I'm going to also bring the hooks for different, different people, how you can able to message the hook. So your circle of influence can also be tracked very easily here, and your commander will see how much connections you're having. For everybody, I kept a target, 250 people. See, for first lot to happen, 20 more to go, right or not? I initially give 25 contacts. After that, there is a target for you to reach another 250, 225. So your next level, your one-to-one itself, will be unlocked when you complete the 25 contacts initially. Boss, if you don't know 25 people in and around you, then are you really living in this world? I'm asking a simple question. Circle of influence is very important, right? And all the data is going to be there in your thing itself. But again, this is the only point of discussion what we are having— circle of influence. Previously what used to happen in Excel sheet, now it is converted into DFC app. How many of you started using DFC app? Type me in the chat box. All the squadron members, almost half of the squadron members have started using it, right? So you need to keep that as a biological routine. Why it is important to keep that routine? Because if you're not keeping that routine, every time you will feel lost. Nobody is replying me back. You will feel zero suddenly. That should not happen. That is why you need to keep a biological hoop— hoop loop for it. Okay, so the mantra is very simple: connect to find opportunity. Connect with 30 people daily, 900 people monthly, 10,000+ people yearly. 2% conversion happens also. 216 people are going to open their doors for you. Am I right or not? How many of you are laughing right now? 216 opportunities in a year you can get. Do you think you can't get your 3x in just 200 opportunities? Simple question, simple question. Can't you get your 3x opportunity in one year? This is why I tell anybody who's coming into the community, it's a one-year journey. It's not a 3 months, 6 months. Yeah, you stay with me lifetime, that's different, but the one year is the growth what I'm able to promise for you. Beyond that, you will know what to do, right or not? Parallelly, you can build your one mini project, right or not? Parallelly, you can build your one mini project. And then once you do all these things, guys, automatically you'll see the output. 3 interviews you should be able to get every single day. Maybe I'll, I'll check this one thing, okay? Metrics, correctness. Clear? Metrics. In a week, you know, Noor is able to message me something. Jagadeesh, now I'm messaging with a hook. If people are asking for the project, what should I do? Do it now. That's called a one-week project, hyper hackathon. Very simple. Do it now. No problem at all. Nobody's stopping you. Do it. If you do this messaging, if you do the project in a week itself, you should be able to get at least 2 to 3 interview calls. Not only that, first I'll tell you how this goes, okay? Maybe I'll message like this. Listen very carefully. First, you will be able to connect the project like this, okay? I'm just putting a simple matrix for you. 2. Second, you'll be able to get 7 to 10 inquiry calls per week. How many of you are not getting 7 to 10 inquiry calls per week? If you're not getting 7 to 10 inquiry calls per week, then your profile is very weak. You are dead, okay? From the 7 to 10 inquiry calls, you should be able to convert it as a 2 to 5 design tasks. If you're not able to convert that as a design task, then your communication is weak. Superb. You're not able to answer to the HR very clearly. If you can't convert the 2 to 3 design tasks into an interview process, then your design skills is weak. You should improve your speed. See, everybody lacks in one, one place. It's not an easy— it's a one, one step. You have to take from there, right or not? Your design skills is weak, your speed is weak, you are very, very weak in your conversion of your output. In a week, if you're not able to convert the 2 to 3 interviews into one offer, I would say in 15 days You should be receiving 1 or 2 offers. That's the plan, okay? Then you are weak in negotiation. Negotiation for your profile, negotiation for your skill set, negotiation for your salary, negotiation for your career transition story, negotiation for your career gap story. You are completely weak in that negotiation. Are all of you clear? Are all of you clear? This is the weak matrix. You should have completed a project. You should have got 7 to 10 inquiry calls. If you're not— if you're able to get 2 to 5 design tasks, if you're able to get 2 to 3 design interviews, if you're able to clear at least 1 or 2 offers every 15 days, then your profile is very, very, very healthy. If not, then you need an audit. Somewhere you're lagging. Maybe your resume could have a problem. Maybe your portfolio could have some issues. Maybe your messages is weak in LinkedIn. Maybe your communication is not strong, right or not? Right or not, boss? Tell me. This much of problem is there. I'm not a magic man to find out. You got to connect with me to understand where are you lagging. If I audit only, I can able to understand the problems. So the only measure which I want to tell you is in a week you should be able to get 7 to 10 inquiry calls. If your LinkedIn messaging, resume, portfolio, everything is ready, it should yield you this one metrics. That's it. If this metric is weak, everything goes wrong after this. If you get this one metrics right, guys, guys, rest is very easy. I'm telling you very honestly because I'm here for you in all the steps. Personal guidance will be given. But if this step is not there, you got to really work on something which is your resume, portfolio, skill set, or somewhere you're predominantly lagging, or maybe you've not even applied for the job. That is not in my hands, guys, okay? 30 days, you should be able to get an offer, as simple as that. At least one offer. I'm not telling two offers, at least one offer. 30 days. Can all of you see the time when you completed your learning? 30 days, DFC can able to get you the offer? Type 30D in the chat box. 15 days also possible, people have done it, but I will not expect all the people to work like that. 6 hours, and nobody can work every day. There are some people who are like very aggressive, but I would say on average you relax, you spend 3 hours with me, 4 hours with me, 30 days, you should be getting the offer. For learning design, yeah, it takes 60 days, 90 days, hackathon is required. I'm a 12th standard student, I don't know anything. You need 90 days to prepare. From the 90th day, you work on 30 days, I'll get you the offer. My responsibility. There are people who are coming with the basic knowledge. Jagadeesh, I already completed design course, I already have 1 year experience. For them and all, 30 days is a time. 30 days, if you are not getting the result, you are, you are cheating me, you are cheating yourself. You have joined the program but you are not working. You're just dragging here and there. You're, you're trying to cheat yourself, the people around you. You're just trying to fool everybody that you are working, working. Where is the result? How will you not get result? My question is that If you do these things, whatever I'm telling you, how will you not get result? So the game is very simple. I wanted you guys to play this game and get the results very, very faster. So end of the day, I want to tell you, your project is going to be turned into a trust, right or not? That's what we are discussing left and right, right? So when you're able to build this kind of a messages, when you're able to talk to the people like this When you're able to understand the method and the process what I've told you, there is no way that you will not miss out, guys. Everything is based on practice. Everything is based on practice. See, there are multiple deeper levels also. Like let's say you can write 3 bullet explanation, next level conversation. You can also outline one screen flow. You can just show one particular detailed UI also. You can show a rough wireframe and a Figma sketch also, no problem. You can do multiple things because recruiters sometimes want your clear thinking. This is the next level. Recruiter wants some kind of an assumptions what you took. Recruiter sometimes want a logic. Recruiter wants a systematic flow. Because if you're talking to a technical person, they would require a next level of game. That is where you need to talk about the context, a pain point, a solution, an impact, and a format. And the flow happens automatically. Today this much is enough. These are not required for you. You learn this first. You start messaging to the people. In the second layer, you got to message like like this. In the third layer, you will definitely get the callbacks and everything. In the first layer itself, many people will get the job, I am sure. But certain people, they are like very technical, they want to understand about the project in detail. For them, it requires little time, see. And then your messages has to be very hooked. What does mean by dolphin hook? Dolphin is context, relevance, curiosity, call to action. Context, relevance, curiosity, call to action. That means you should message in a way the context and relevancy is clear, curiosity is there, people has to call you back. How would you make a person do that? Like, let's say many wife knows how to activate their husband, right or not? They will message, they will call, the husband will not pick. But one message that wife will send, that guy will immediately Oh, hello, hello. That is called call to action. You need to create that kind of a hook so that the other person gets drifted and they will call you back. Okay, many of the wives knows that technique, but you as a designer has to know how to activate a recruiter to give a call back like that. Because you need to tell, hey, whatever you need, I have it. Would you like to talk to me? You need to prove that left and right. The more and more you're able to getting more faster into Building that trust faster. Literally 100 out of 100 also people will reply. You guys, how many of you are super happy? I'm a designer working on this problem. I built up a quick solution around it. Would like to share a 2-minute overview relevant to it. I'm not asking for a job, I'm asking for a conversation. See, clear, right? This is how you hook. I did not have time or else I would do it live. You know, in fact, for the Squadron people, I do the second episode, third episode. I do DM messages for the recruiter. I give a 50-50 percentage, like 50% recruiter, 50% designer. You can do multiple level of messages. You can talk to a relevant person. See, 50% PM, 50% recruiter. You can do this. Where to find them? You can find them in the mutual connections. You can find them in the friends, job description, company portal tab. Like, there are other ways to also find out. You can able to do it like this way because it takes a lot of time. Right now we are all drained from the morning, so it's, it's enough. Okay, so So you can also map the hook to the different, different people to talk to them, and you can very clearly do it. So you can plan that messages for your niche and talk to the relevant people on that time. So you will get a very quality inputs, quality replies that can convert as an opportunity. So what I would say is I can give you one small activity. Please do a LinkedIn marathon tomorrow. Fine, everybody is interested to do it. I won't be able to be there with you, but you can do it with your hackathon teams. Okay, please do it. Hackathon commanders and captains, take a lead and make sure that you are talking, you are setting the context for the people. From morning breakfast, you start. After that, you start till 9 o'clock, and you take whatever breaks you want, but connect with 100 people in a day. Even if 2% of the people replies or convert as an opportunity You will get one interview call on Monday, right? Right or not? Right or not? Let's say if our entire hackathon members are interacting, close to 5,500+ conversations are going to happen because of this 17 hooks, right? So do it. I can only tell you, do it. But I'm not sure whether you will be able to clearly do it or not, okay? But I've given you the formula, I've given you the mantra. It's there in the YouTube live also. You can just go and see the recording after after this call is done, please make sure you message the people and hook them so that you are getting into the right angle for them to message and reply. Superb! Are all of you clear about this? Are all of you clear about this? Type yes in the chat box. Type yes in the chat box. Yes, Jagadeesh, I'm super clear. I'm super happy for this, right? So how many of you are really excited for this session? Yes, Jagadeesh, I've learned a lot of things in this session. How many of you would like to continue this momentum? How many of you would like— see, guys, I'll tell you one thing very honestly, it's all about accountability. When you have accountability and when you do it, you'll see the magic coming into a ripple effect. Okay, I'd like to bring few people, okay, because you will not understand why I'm talking about accountability. I'll bring few people who can give you that clarity over here. Okay, is Sweta Shankar there on this call? Ah, we'll bring Asghar Ali. Asghar Ali, I would like to unmute yourself. Can you please come to the— Yes, are you here in this call? Yeah, yes. Okay, so I'd like to ask a few questions for Asghar Ali. Okay, listen carefully. Now, Asghar, what is the difference between you working alone in the LinkedIn And what are the differences between you working with an accountability in the squadron? Are you seeing some difference? Yeah, actually, in the squadron, actually, whatever I'm doing, I'll have to explain everyone. And people are asking me, why you are doing this? What is the purpose of, I mean, this point? And why you want to bring this topic? Or, you know, this method. So each and every moment I have to explain my, uh, credibility or whatever I'm doing actually. So whenever if I'm doing anything wrong, then because of their question, it's getting to the right mode. Correct. So yeah, in that way, accountability is very much needed. Superb. And you are also learning a lot of things, am I right? Yes, yes. That's the point. When you have that accountability strong, you will come to the sessions on time. You will not fool around. Yeah, other members may fool around, but you will not fool around because you are the person who is starting that. And when you are having that accountability strong, then there is no other way you will make a mistake. Superb, right? Let's have one more person. Thank you, Asghar. Let's have Atwik. Atwik, are you there on this call? Can you unmute yourself, Atwik? Can you unmute yourself, Atwik? Atwik, can you able to talk? I'm not sure whether he's available on the call. Hello? Yes, Atwik, what is the difference between working alone and in the squadron accountability? Tell me. Your voice is breaking. We had the I've got a better guess. You'll get the things much faster than doing it alone. Get the things much faster, huh? Your voice is actually breaking. And I would say, uh, um, am I audible right now, sir? You're audible, but your voice is very poor actually. You have to connect your mic, correct your microphone, okay? That'll be better. Okay, no problem. Tell me, huh? Yeah, right now. I felt, uh, the accountability is more than that. Uh, someone has to be work along with you. I, uh, I am able to find those kind of people with me that helps me, uh, do things and move my, uh, job search and my, uh, upskilling much faster than, uh, correct, all the things alone. So if you have worked alone Atwik, you will not be able to do it. I know from the, from the beginning I've been watching you. You're also getting delayed results because you are a little bit on and off for that accountability. When you have that accountability strong, you will get magical results, right or not? Yes. Superb. Thank you, Atwik. I'll bring one more person. I'll bring a very fresh person here, okay? Prajay— not Prajay, I would say Vigneshwar. Are you there in this call, Vigneshwar? In fact, I would say one important thing for Vigneshwar, okay? This person, in the accountability of his squadron— in fact, their squadron is a little bit on and off here and there, but you have to understand, this guy, every single day he messages me, every single day he replies me. They can say, hey Jagadeesh, I'm doing this, I'm doing that. Vigneshwar, are you there in this call? Yes, sir. Look at this chat, look at this chat. He's messaging me. In the last week, he's been very consistent. Last week to 10 days, he is messaging me, Jagadeesh, I'm attending interview, this is what the task I'm doing, this is what is the priority, could you please give me correction? I go have a voice note. So this is very important. Could you talk about that, Vigneshwar? Are you feeling a difference between you working alone and accountability? He got many scolding also with me. If there is definitely, like, after updating, after being accountable, I got, you know, many perspective from many others and also from you So I started up playing with your, you know, correction. And I, today morning also, I got a phone call from 2 HRs. So, wow, amazing, super. So this Monday morning, I have one interview. So I will update regarding that to you later. So I got 2 phone calls from HR, and yeah, I'm following the LinkedIn messaging and also applying for job portals. Yeah, super amazing. I am so happy, Vigneshwar. I'm sure next week you're going to get the offer. I told him, now you're connecting with me, I could sense that in the next 15 days you're going to get the offer. If I'm saying, it will happen automatically, okay? So Vigneshwar, I'm waiting for your results. Next week you have to come and reveal to the community you got the offer, okay? Yes, sir. And for your information, Vigneshwar got into final rounds. A few mistakes, he slipped off. I've already got the offer, but don't worry, Vigneshwar. Everything happens for a reason. Universe is preparing you for a bigger game. I wish you all the best, okay? Thank you, sir. Thank you, thank you. Take care. And see, in his command— in his squadron, his commander was— right now he got into a full-time work, he's traveling into office, he's not able to come. But because he's connecting with me in the squadron so that the accountability is maintained, right? So how many of you would like to become very accountable for this system to start working? We are inviting 5 more people into the squadron this week. Okay, we don't want more people. We would like to have 5 people. My team will give you the Google Form link. If you're really interested, please come into it, because what we did is we, we had merged one squadron with another squadron. Okay, we have now made it as a one squadron together. So we are inviting 5 more people for this particular process so that we are going to reform this. In fact, we have deleted this career transition from engineering because there are not much people there. There. Okay, so only 1 or 2 people there. I've put them into SaaS, and now we are opening up another squadron for the new members. So if you are like, Jagadeesh, I have completed this hackathon, I have enough accountability to move faster, I need to learn interview skills, I need to learn LinkedIn formula, I need to connect with people, please fill that application. Okay, yes, all the people, my team, can you please send the Google Form link? Please fill that if you are interested. Definitely we'll get in touch with you, we'll help you. It's not about money. We'll definitely give you some scholarship or anything, that is different, because I am still yet to reach the 100 offer challenge. I'm looking for many, many people. Close to 15 people are in the final stages of interview. This 15 people I'm meticulously following because that 15 people is the offer count for me. If I reach 15, I'll cross beyond 65. Actually, 65 is my subconscious target I kept. 100 I told in the public, but 100 is like really— I mean, that much of students also should be there. Like in squadrons, currently we are working with how much? 46 or 47. Okay, 12, 13 people are not active. Any which ways, the 10, 20%, we cannot touch them. Okay, they are like, doesn't matter what you tell, that they are like completely inactive. So there's 47 people, we have to make sure that 65 offer is closed. So if you're really interested, get in touch with my team. Team, can you please paste the link for the form to write all the people? Yeah, even if you're a gold member who have not yet been into squadron, please fill that form. If you're a silver member, please fill that form. If you're outside public, please fill that form because we are only taking your application process to find out who is the relevant audience and then we will put you there. Please mention there is a question called niche because we are only taking you based on niche. How many of you don't know this? We are not taking anybody randomly in squadrons nowadays. We have clearly mentioned you that we have something called a 6 niches. See, listen carefully. Like, let's say we have something called 6 niches, something like this, okay? Yeah. So we have the names of the people also in that particular squadron. And this is the thing, we're having a fintech squadron, SaaS. SaaS is joined into 2 parts now. Healthcare is joined to two parts now. E-commerce is already working, 2-3 people have got the offer. Core product design studio, we are trying to mold it in a different format. UI to product and abroad squadron is also molding into different format. So please mention that particular squadron, what you wanted to get into it. Don't put I want to become a designer, that's not going to help anybody. Okay, see, please fill this form like this. Okay. What's your expertise? I definitely wanted this. If you're telling that you're a very different, interested niche person, I'll see how I can creatively work with you, okay? Because I'm also very excited to find out what kind of an interest and curiosity you have as a designer, okay? I want to make a healthcare app usable for everyday elderly. Like to talk to— okay, good, good, good. Oh, earlier you sent idle. Okay, okay, okay, no problem, completely fine. Thank you. Okay, and please fill these questions relevantly. If you are selected, definitely I— we will get in touch with you for this program to get inside. Okay, because you are going to get this kind of an amazing app. How many of you don't know this? Last week only we launched it on Ramzan, and many of the people have also missed the Ramzan offer because of multiple reasons. Please get in touch with our team, fill that form if you're really interested. We'll get you into this Ramzan offer. And not only that, you can also unlock your 3 salary based on the profile. Not only that, you are going to use something called Jack AI. It's an interview analyzer. How many of you have tried this? How many of you have tried this? You have to go and try. I've integrated the Jack AI also. Last week we did not have the Jack AI because of some API issues happening. Now we have completely integrated it, okay? And now in the next, next week's resume analyzer, portfolio analyzer, communication analyzer— see, there is a reason why Why I kept all this analyzer? Because each and every stage of interview when you go, you needed this kind of a support, right or not? And based on your output, you will be given a game plan. From this current CTC, how are you going to get this? See, and when you also create your profile in the DFC OS, you will also be given a dashboard like this, right? And every day there'll be a schedule coming, there'll be a squadron call coming. It will be completely given after your one-to-one call is there, okay? Then you can even find the job readiness protocol lot of benefits. I think I have explained you in the last week. You can go and watch the video also one more time. So see, fintech, SaaS, healthcare, e-commerce— we are only splitting you based on squadrons. Are all of you clear? We are not splitting you generically. Idea Doc and everything, I already said that. See, you can also get in touch with a lot of people inside the community like this. Superb. Yeah, yes. So I think close to 20 or 21 people have integrated this into their system. Yeah, another 25 people are yet to get deployed. Once they start deploying, this app will become more and more and more intelligent. The more and more this app becomes intelligent, what will happen? The kind of people who are going to use this, they are going to be getting mind blown. Already the insights is very, very specific. How many of you have tried this interview analyzer so far? Can we try to do one more thing? Yogita has attended one more interview. Can we try with her? Because recently I am getting Yogita's, uh, how do I say, interview call only late. Okay, Yogita, with your permission, can I do it? Another interview she attended, mean the third or fourth round. Okay. Just wait, wait. All of you just look at the— compared to last week, let's see what's happening. Analyze. Your interview was not weak. You have a clear communication skill. Okay, communication speed. See, again this communication speed is coming. What speaking fast causes? What you should do instead? You need to consciously slow down about 70% of your current speed. Okay, lack of structure in answers. Your answers are good, but they lack structure. You're not explaining the context, UI, explanation, process. Are you clear? This is what I tell all the people, even in the Interview Monk drills. This is what we practiced. Idea structure. Okay, she's— that's actually good for her. Your biggest miss, you explained what you did, but you did not create the impact. Very nice. See, Example, instead of this, you can say this. How many of you want this customized input? Type me in the chat box. You're going to get a complete insight. And not only that, 2 days before, I created one final insight also based on all this chat. Please give one student what is the final insight. In fact, if you are not able to read the full, at least you can read the final insight. How many of you are really mind-blown? When you put your interviews transcript, you will also get an output like this. You are not lacking in capability. You already have the foundation. You need to get hired. What is missing is clarity, structure, positioning. Once you fix this, you will move ahead. Super, super. I mean, I hope you guys are waiting for the portfolio analyzer also. Portfolio analyzer is going to completely spit on top of your face if you put any project without physics, chemistry, biology. If you don't put your project in STAR model, if you don't put the project in storytelling, it will spit on you. Because I've created the conditions for the API to work that way, because I've created my engine, Jack AI, and I created a repository of Google AI Studio prompts so that your exact portfolio will be analyzed based on my rules and conditions, and it will give you this is what you're lacking. It will also give you the deviation. You are deviated 50% of the Jagadeesh process. You have deviated 25% of the process. How many of you would like to know that? We are in the testing now. We are not able to completely launch it. We'll do it in the next 1 or 2 weeks. It's going to come, okay? So you also need a system to completely do it. Every time you cannot come to talk to me, sometimes I'm also in the good mood, bad mood. I may review your quality, not— but when you have a system in place which is going to give you a repeatable feedbacks, you feel very consistent. And that's what I want to do with all the people. Guys, I'm telling you one thing, from the month of May May, from the month of May, hundreds of squadrons are going to come. Because once this DFC voice is perfected, I mean, I'm not needed much in the system. I'm just needed only in few places. In a week, once you meet me, it's enough. So now is the time to come and work with me in the one-to-one level. How many of you are having the pending one-to-one? Complete it in this month, because from May month it's going to be very different because we are launching the entrepreneurship program. I am needed there for the design entrepreneurs more. More than you. So please get in touch with me and complete all of these requirements. The faster you're able to get ahead, it's better. Because I'm not saying I'm not going to give time— the time is going to be very constrained. From May month, 100% the one-to-ones will be removed from the squadrons. So whoever is coming inside, they are very lucky people. And how many of you know our community was there as a lifetime before? Now it's not that. Things have changed. Our community membership pricing was very different. Now it's different. In the future, in the May month, it's going to be even more different. So take faster action, come inside. We are happy to completely help you get ahead in this journey. The faster you're able to go ahead, the better it is. Superb. Any other doubts, clarifications? Any other doubts, clarifications? Please go ahead, ask me. Yes, yes, yes. Now if you have already filled it, leave it, no issue. Okay, can you confirm that you have done the form? Type yes in the chat box. You're having any doubts in filling the squadron name or niche? If you, if you're not sure about the niche, at least try to put what niche you are currently having. That's enough. Then we will refine it over the time because I am also going to do the one-to-one with you before I put you into the squadron. In that one-to-one, I'll refine down which niche is okay for you, which niche could be a second option for you, which niche could be your first option, so that we can have the clarity over there. Superb. Done, team. Anything else to share? Okay guys, I need one favor from you. Can all of you do this one favor for me? All of you come to the YouTube channel. Could you please share your learning over the YouTube channel, please? Okay, is it fine? Can you do this one favor? What have you learned in this 4 hours? I would say 5 hours, right or not? What have you learned in this 5 hours? Please, could you invite— could you please message me in the chat? Top 1, 2, 3 learnings. Please, please, please do it, do it. I'm waiting in the call. I'm going to give you 5 minutes, and people who are giving the longest learnings, my team is going to give you a small reward. Yes, team, please make a note of it. Shivraj, for the people who are giving the longest comments, we have to give them a LinkedIn career plan. 6 months, enjoy. Do it, because when you have a LinkedIn connect— see, the biggest problem you will have is after you started learning LinkedIn You will have another big issue. Jagadeesh Preeti is not there. These people are not— I am not able to message more people. I don't have the premium account. Invest, guys. It's actually a good investment. But we will also give you a small gift. It's not a big gift, but we will give you a 6-month plan. You can just use it. That's also could be a great— 6 months, you can get many offers. 2 months free is enough. People can get many offers. 6 months is good to go. Okay, so please go to the YouTube chat. Chat, type out your learnings, and I'm super happy to see that. Okay, not in the anywhere, just in the YouTube. In fact, one person has said, sir, you have no idea how much confidence boost you have sent by showing this project and make it so usable and progressible for my career. You opened my eyes regarding the possibilities of so many hooks and action steps. Thank you, Noor. I feel very happy. Could you copy paste these comments in the YouTube live? Thank you so much. Please do it. Okay. Good. And more, more. All of the people, please go to the channel, type out your top takeaways, and I'm watching each and every one of your comment before you drop off. And for the bigger comment, we are going to give you the LinkedIn career plan. Okay, do it, do it, do it. I'm waiting. For now, I mean, don't tell thank you. For now, I mean, tell your learnings here if you're recollecting your learnings. You will also be very much resonating that tomorrow, else you'll forget it, right or not? You'll forget it. Sir, I'm already a designer, but I'm just, what to say, a beginner. I joined as a junior product designer. Have you did any courses or something before? Yes, yes, Figma, Figma Advanced also I have learned. Now you just talk to my team because if you are having some basic level of skills, you can get into hyper hackathons and hackathons also, parallelly work in squadron so that by the time April or May ends, you can get the job itself.
