Wonderful guys, good to see you on this particular open house. Welcome to episode 6. Thank you for all the public viewers also who is viewing our Design for Change channel, and we've been doing it for the last 5 to 6 weeks. Guys, thank you so much for this big support, and I could not able to even appreciate our community members also, more than happy to do it. In fact, this is a very open session what I'm creating for public, and also I'm taking this opportunity to appreciate the community members and the success what they did in this last week. Okay, so first of all, before starting this call, I just want to tell you a very happy news. One of our student, she got a 2x salary jump. All of you type 2x in the chat box. Today afternoon I got this news. So happy, so happy. In fact, this person has been working for the last 3 months very, very— I mean, I have to really appreciate this person. It's not like I'm the same, I'm teaching the same for all the people, right? There are many people are not coming to the sessions There are many people who are coming to session but not taking seriously. There are many people who are not taking it seriously, but they don't put the full belief. When they put— they don't put the full belief and they work really hard. So many, many people are there, but here one student has got this 2x. In fact, I would say 2.2x, okay? More, more. And, uh, it's a, it's a, it's a non-core to core, okay? That's a very interesting opportunity. Even I've been— I've from— it's a core to core only. But she's actually a career transitioner. So that's the another happy news which I want to tell you. And second happy news, one student got the internship. How many of you are crazy? All of you type crazy in the chat box. Okay, another happy news, one more student got an internship, but it's a— it's actually based on core product-based company. So I'm super happy that 3 offers have been confirmed with our students, and I also shared this news with my Family, they're also very happy about this. And, uh, another big happy news which I want to tell you is another 4 more people are also in the pipeline. They will also be getting the offer. How many of you are feeling super excited that you are in the right place? And tomorrow you are also going to come and share this news with me, right? I'm just putting my charts, you guys don't mind. Okay, thank you. Okay, tomorrow you're also going to come and put the good news. Sandhya is also there, Asgar is also there, Aditi is also there, Saiyanthini, Asma. A lot of people are going to come and share this news tomorrow. So I wish you all the best, guys. And everything starts here. One or the other way, these people have become weekly winners. One or the other way, they participated in hackathon, they participated in Squadron, they did a lot of activities inside the community, and they also relentlessly put their effort without measuring. Hey, I came for one class, where is the job, Jagadeesh? They did not ask that, right? Particularly this student, I'm going to bring her tomorrow in the Ramzan session, okay? So she has spent 8-10 hours like continuous sessions I mean, there is no excuse which I have seen from this girl, okay? So that is why the results also came without any excuses. And the one highlight which I want to make is, uh, anyway, tomorrow she's going to come and share the results in front of all, but she's been told by the HR that we are not hiring anybody after, after we had a conversation with you. That's where she got a 2.2x salary jump, okay? Super happy to announce this, guys. It has to be like a Very good inspiration for all the people. Please do it, and you will also be doing it along the way. Okay, I wish you all the best. Tatastu for all the people. All of you type Tatastu in the chat box. Last week Deepika came with 3x, now 2x, and people are also waiting for more salary, and, and they're also going to come and announce it. Okay, thank you guys. Let's get into this open house. So the code of honor of this open house is no self-promotion. Just make sure you only talk about design-related conversation here. And the goal of this session is I want to hear a lot of feedback from the public. In fact, in the last week also we had a lot of feedback like, Jagadeesh, take this, take that, something like that. People have also given us a feedback. We are cooking that feedback also, and the community members are also sharing a lot of feedback. Tomorrow is a reflection of that. How many of you are waiting for tomorrow? Can I, can I show what's happening? I'm going to reveal it at the last, okay? I'm going to give a small promo for you what we are going to do tomorrow. Okay, and this session will have a small 5 to 7 minutes of challenge, and finally we are going to celebrate the weekly winners. Okay, that was the main goal of this session. And also, there is no calendar for it. It's all fixed, every Friday, 8 PM. Okay, so far we did shapes, we did circles, we did combination, we did story, we did something called, uh, choosing, uh like let's say 3 emojis, and we did it. So a lot of activities we have, uh, did so far. That's what I could say has happened in these last sessions. But I just want to tell you, this session is a little different. How many of you are ready for this? It's a little lengthier one, I would say, but not too lengthy. I just want to give you a heads up, like please do join in the laptop. Are all of you clear? Can you all join in the laptop? This would be better if you could join in the laptop because you can do this activity It will speak. Are all of you clear? It's a 10-minute ad poster creation challenge. This is the time to use AI tools left and right. How many of you ready for this? Left and right. I'm going to tell a lot of tools also, but you guys can also experiment. Let me see how you guys are going to bring the idea out of it. All of you type ideogram in the chat box. Ideogram. All of you type nano banana in the chat box. You're going to practice, you're going to use these tools to bring a lot of images. All of you type ChatGPT DALL-E image creation in the chat box. This tool also you can use. Community members, please do switch on your camera, please, please, that would be better. Aditi, Asma, Sainthini, Pawan, Suman, Neha, Aishwarya, Abhijit, Namrata, Sumanth, go ahead. Okay, so you're gonna, you're gonna use a lot of AI tools, so it's better if you can log in with your laptop. It will be easy. Are all of you clear? Can we get into the challenge? All of you type ready in the chat box. All of you type ready in the chat box. Okay, it's a very simple instruction, guys. Just follow this. And, uh, just a second. Okay, I'm just giving you a hack also, how to do it. Okay, got it. Okay, all of you ready for the instruction? Super. So now listen very carefully. You're going to create a 10-minute ad poster challenge, but it's going to go exactly as we planned. First, you got to pick any object around you. Can you all do it right away? Any product and type out in the chat. I want every single one of you to do. In fact, I want to check the online also, what's happening. Superb. Yeah, many people are also watching in the online. I'd like to see what exactly is the product which you're going to take around you. Go ahead. Phone, mobile. Okay, what is this here? Take something else, very unconventional. Okay, do it, do it, do it. Water spray bottle, that's good. Asthma pen, boring. Take something else interesting. Hair clip, okay, fine. Avjit Datta, come out, come out of this mobile charger. Why don't you guys look around? If you're a designer, you need to have that eyes open in the backside of your— you should be like a James Bond, should shoot the person who is there. So you should be able to see through all the objects, right? So you have to find a lot of products. Like you can say mat, you can take, uh, something like a sticker, you can take something like a soap, a dishwasher, you can take switch, you can take light, you can whatever. Like take something off the track. Okay, now I'm going to give you 2 minutes time for you. Turn it into a new product idea. Are we clear? I'm just giving you an example. Wait, okay. I'm just taking this, uh, matchbox. Listen to me what I'm doing now, okay? Turn this into a new product idea. How I can create this matchstick into a brand new product idea? I'm just thinking out loud, but you don't have to exactly do what I'm doing. You be in your own way to do it, okay? There is no syllabus for it. In fact, 10th standard, 12th standard students will do better for this activity. If you're a designer who are making portfolios and case studies, you will be like a dumb. You will not do anything. I have seen many people, okay? So let's say if you are having this kind of a matchstick, match, uh, like you have to bring a new product innovation idea out of it. I'm thinking I can create, I can create something like an automated, like let's say a flame. You know the lighter, right? I'm going to build a lighter which can also match the thing. Okay, I'm bringing a new product idea out of it. Not only that, while I'm not using this lighter, this can work as a normal matchbox. It can just go up and down, right? That's my product idea. And I would like to also keep a key for my car. Or like, let's say, maybe let's say if you're, if you're using fire a lot of times, maybe people are doing smoking, they'll have— I don't encourage that, but let's say if the use case is like that if you're smoking too much, or if you're— if you wanted to have your car key not losing around you, you as a designer are bringing that close intimacy for that customer through the design of this product. Or are we clear? Did I build a story around it? Did I build a story around it? And give it a creative product name, like let's say matchstick plus lighter plus key holder. How do I come up with something? Please, please bring some crazy names. Get to ChatGPT, bring something crazy. Okay, that also you can do it on your own. Then you got to build one USP for it. All of you observing what I'm saying? Just listen to what I'm saying, then you can able to do it. I'll give you sufficient time to do for each and everything one by one. Once you create a one USP, like let's say this is like a— when I'm switching on, key will also come, fire will also burn. Something I can, I can just, maybe I can keep it in a concealed glass environment. Okay, maybe while I'm switching on the key, this light can go inside. This can aesthetically look good and people can just have it as a, like, let's say, holder on their table, or it's a little heavy so that they can hold the paper also. See, I'm just trying to build a lot of story and the use case for it. And aesthetically also, I can design it in the glass. I can give it a new outlook. For this one simple product, and then create a short catchy slogan for it. So the one license which I'm giving you for all the people is use any tools, okay? I'm just— I did not use any tools, I'm just trying to create a story on my own. So pick any object around you which you did, turn it into a new idea, give it a creative product name, write one USP. Are we clear? Create a short catchy slogan. Are all of you clear? Type clear in the chat box if you are super clear on this activity. Okay, Jagadeesh, I would have taken something else. Now you are thinking, I know you have to do with what you got. That is the constraint. You know what is mean by constraint? Constraint is a principle in design. You need to only make black and white buttons, no colors. Yeah, you have to design it. You should not say no, no, no, I like blue color, I like orange. If it's a constraint, you'll have to respect it and do it. Superb. All of you clear? Okay, now we are going to do one by one by one. First, this is done. I think all of the people have done. Now I'm going to give you 2 minutes time. I'm going to switch on my timer. Okay, I'm going to switch on my timer. It's going to be running in my back. Okay, running in my top. So now think about turning it into a creative idea. Are all of you clear? Your time starts now. Go ahead, fast, fast, fast. You can even roughly sketch it, or you can bring something. You can just use tools also to ideate or brainstorm. Do crazy stuff, no issue, but bring something innovative. You got only 1 minute 45 seconds. Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Don't think, just start writing and scribbling. You will get it. If you sit and think, nothing will come. That's the hack. Okay, small hack. When you're doing a brainstorming in your team also, you can use this hack. You just have to scribble, you just have to talk, you just have to search. When you do it on the floor, you will get ideas. When you're sitting, okay, let me get one idea, when you close it, nothing will come. You will— maybe burp will come. Maybe what you had in your lunch, that idea will come. Ideas will not come. So this is called getting into the motion. Okay, that's it. 2 minutes time. Do it, do it, do it. 1 minute left. Crazy! It should be like next level. I'm going to give that person the best weekly award. This time it's not going to be points. Many people are very afraid. Jagadeesh, I came to this call for the weekly award because my point is in first. Suddenly you are twisting this game. Let me appreciate the people who is in front of me. Okay, superb! 35 seconds left. Go ahead, fast! Do it, do it, do it! Suburb. 3, 2, 1, go! Time stops. Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. Don't do anything, just listen. It's fine. Now I'll give you 1 minute time. You have to create a product name for it, scan it into ChatGPT, ask multiple ideas, make sure it resonates with your personality. Like let's say if Asghar Ali is liking more of basketball, he's like a very personality towards fitness. Asghar is there in front of me, okay? So you have to create that product name in a way it has to be resonating that personality. This is how brand names are chosen, am I right or not? How many of you have seen Vande Bharat? You could have kept bullet train, right? Why it's Vande Bharat? It's very much resonating to the country's nation pride and also the language and the vernacular slang of it, right or not? So you got to create a name like that. It's not about designing a product, it's about building a story narrative around it to keep the name. Superb! Your time starts now. 1 minute time. Do it fast. You have to use any AI tools or anything, just bring crazy. Close your eyes and think. You will get it, maybe. Do it. Yep, yep, yep. Crazy name. ChatGPT can be a brainstorming partner for you for typing more names based on the personality. Can you all type out what is the name you got, guys? Go ahead. Quickie Matchbox. Thank you, Avjit. Wonderful. That is for me. Okay, good. More, more. Anybody else got their very catchy name? Can you please type out in the chat? Can I look at that? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Doodle Food. Wow, amazing, Aditi. I think Aditi is getting that flow. Umrah Pack. Okay, Focus Lens Pro. Hey, Asghar, next level, man. When you add this Pro, it becomes a little different. Chrono Clutch. Oh, see, it should not be totally different, okay? It should have some resonation for that, uh, that product also. It should be not looking like an alien. Smart Shield 360. Smart Shield 360. Little bit okay, like in a sense it's normal, but, but try to create something new. Okay, okay, no problem. More, more, more. Can I get more? Okay, now, now let's get into defining the USP. This is a very simple activity. What are the one USP for that product? All of you type out in the chat. What are the one USP for that product? It can have multiple use case, but what is the one unique selling point? For me, the one unique selling point is aesthetic and emotional. Because everybody has lighter, everybody has a matchstick also, everybody has a key holder also. What is my USP? I am creating an aesthetically minimally emotional— when people has to use this, they have to feel like they have to carry it, they have to be proudly showing it in front of all the people to keep it on the table. If your keychain is like completely rat has bitten that leather, do you think you will keep it on front of the table? Right or not? Aesthetically, emotionally, I am making that product feel good so that customer is ready to pay even ₹1,000 for a keychain. Aesthetic and emotional. You have to build for your own. Okay, maybe I'll give you 30 more seconds. I'll give you an example. I took a little time. Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it. What is your USP? Minimalist design, wonderful, Aditi. But, but make sure you are also building a case for it, use case for it. My use case is sorted. I'm just taking aesthetics and emotional. People has to feel more emotional. Okay, minimalist is a concept. Like you bring a USP for the product. If it's an umbrella, what is your product? Doodle Fold. I don't know what have you thought. You should not tell you minimalist, you should tell efficient or use something like that. You have to mention like 2x faster, something like that. Or if it's an emotional side, you can bring that. Okay, but anyway, it's a good— next, more. Asgar, what's yours? Sumanth, what's yours? Manoj, what's yours? Santini, Eril, go ahead. IoT and automation, that's good, great. Harjit, what's yours? Namrata, what's yours? Marjiraja, what's yours? Dhanishwar, what's yours? Okay, okay, fine, do it, no problem. Last activity now: create a catchy slogan for it. All of you clear? Your time starts now. Create a catchy slogan for it. How it can become a national movement, like in the sense Make in India, Incredible India. All these things are next level slogans. Everybody can remember this, right? Chakde India. How many of you know this? Hoodie Baba. How many of you know this Hoodie Baba? How many of you heard about this Hoodie Baba? How many of you have heard? Type yes in the chat box. Hoodie Baba is like the Splendor card. Have you heard about that, right? What is the slogan for IPL? Can anybody give me that? You have to create something like that if you are a product designer. Slogan: See less, focus more. It's too usual here. Make it like very vernacular. It should be like too raw. People has to laugh. People has to like tell Think a little bit. Yes, Sandhya, wonderful. Sandhya, what is that here? $500? Oh my God. Okay, I'll give you 30 more seconds. Bring your next level catchy. Bring your next level catchy. Please do it, please do it, do it, do it, do it. Unfold your ideas simply. Too usual, guys. Come on. Bring a next level, next level simplicity. Please don't do usual stuff. You are not going to be like, hey, I am UI/UX designer, I have a portfolio, MBA, and give me job. Please boss, don't tell that. You need to cut through this noise. Okay, look at what I'm going to do now. I'm going to redesign the matchstick which I have right in front of me, and I'm going to design a lighter out of it, automated electronic lighter. Comb, matchstick, and also I'm going to put my car key holder on it, and I'm going to make it design in the glass transparent aesthetic so that when I open the key, the spark has to go inside and fire has to come. Based on this, the fire has to inside— the fire has to go inside the glass box. So aesthetically, it has to look very, very beautiful and emotional. Can you give me an image for it? And also, can you give me a product name and, uh, eye-catching and a catchy slogan also? Okay, I'm also doing it along with you guys so you guys are also feeling little confidence. Right or not? Okay, do it, do it, do it. I mean, well, I'm doing it. You also come up with a next level logo. Chrono Clutch Kinetic Lock Bag. Whoa, Neha Rao, next level here. I really like your product. Beautiful. Created for clarity, designed for focus. But where is your product? Can you all share that? Can you all share that in the chat? See how people are sharing this? Amazing. Wonderful. Can you see my spark flame? Right or not? Something has come. Now I don't want this like a crystal igniter, modern magic. I want to make it rock so that each and every car owner in India has to buy this. Look at what I'm going to do now. This is beautiful what I've asked you. Now I wanted you to create a very, very catchy slogan. It has to really cover the entire Indian population who is owning a car, whether it would be a small car or an Audi car or BMW. Everybody, every language and region has to really get this vibe. So produce me a slogan and the product name in a very vernacular way so that it can able to attract most of the Indian audience, so that they are loving to buy this product just because of the slogan and the product name. Can you give me a picture and a product name accordingly? Hey boss, I am using ChatGPT. You use Ideogram, you use Nanobaran. I told you many things, please use it, okay? Feel free to use whatever. I'm, I'm not questioning that, okay? You can use, by the way, Ideogram also. How many of you don't know this? Start using it. It's a, it's a very simple tool. Just log in, create a Gmail account, start using it. Okay, it's a very simple tool. You can just create it. Next, you can go for Nanobanana. So it's an even more simpler tool. You can just try it. So feel free to use whatever you want. That's totally up to you. In fact, Copilot also has a wonderful image generation tool. You can also use that. All of you clear? So there are 3 AI tools. You can use whatever you want. That's totally up to you guys. Please don't be GPT, generate image. You can do that, it's totally fine. Okay, I'm just sticking to ChatGPT so that I'm getting a desi flame. Wow, I got it! How many of you are— what, what? Somebody can read this? Oh guys, I'm not that great in Hindi, okay? I have a little bit, first standard, second standard I've learned. Can anybody read this? Asghar, Sayanthini, somebody who knows Hindi, read it with that native slang, boss. Ah, how do you read it? Go ahead. This is like, what does that mean?
Suman, you created—
you, you, you said, okay, this little bit I understood. What does this mean? Can somebody give me the answer? Because I'm not good in Hindi.
Something used regularly.
Something used regular. Fine, right? So now I'm going to give you last 3 minutes, okay? I did something for you guys, but you have to be more precise on choosing your lines, colors, product aesthetics, or anything. Can we do it? Can we all try it? Everybody can implement this immediately, right away. Your time starts now. I'm going to give you 3 minutes. Bring crazy. I just want to see your output next level. Okay, don't bring this, uh, we are a Scandinavian design, we are aesthetic. Don't tell that. Give a raw. Okay, go to the next level. Okay, doodle fold, unfold your ideas simply. That's great. Okay, again, you don't have to always take Hindi, guys. I just used for a different vernacular thing, but you please use whatever is your persona and the product. Alert detected. Oh my God, next level. Focus Lens Pro. Ah, rain fold. Go, Sai Anthony, amazing here. Hey, but make it very royal, like rain cover and all. Like, ah, Madhmi can also get this, right? So something like that, you bring an advertisement for that, okay? Time is running, do it, do it. Neha, you also. Sandhya, you also. Let me see how many creative designers are going to bring something next level. Let us see that. Now what I have to do, uh, Jagadeesh, just create one poster which is like very connecting to most of your audience. You don't have to create it like a James Bond movie. Okay, that's fine, your product is like a James Bond, but if that resonates, try one more time and give your best. Okay, okay, super. 1 and a half minutes. Let's see who is going to cut through this. Let's see, let's see, let's see, let us see, let us see. 30 seconds. Bring your creativity, ready to post in the place where I'm telling you. Okay, that's it. Let me see the new people's creativity. Okay, okay, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it. Wonderful, wonderful. Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop. All of you, please stop. Done, done, done. So now what I'm going to do is don't share it in the chat box, just wait. I wanted you guys to share it here exactly. Go to the hero section. Can all of you see this? You have to go to this hero section. All of you click the link. Don't share it in the chat. I'm not going to review anything in the chat. I'm really sorry. Okay, go to this hero section and post what you got. See, I'm going to do it mine. Okay, I'm just creating a Save option. Okay, I'm just getting into this. Look at what I'm doing now, just creating this. Click the Post option, Add Photo. Okay, yes. And also I'm going to bring something like a Create a caption for the ad post. I'm going to take that itself, okay? Create a caption for the ad post. I'm going to copy paste this. Next level, right? Upgrade your keys, upgrade your style. I'm going to just go to this portal. See, I'm just doing it whatever I feel this product could have. Right or not? Yes, that's it. And I'm going to publish this. Done. Superb. And then once you've done it, I'll be asking you to present it for 10 seconds, 10 to 15 seconds. You should be able to present it and you should be able to give a demo for it. Okay. And out of this, people, I'm going to pick the top 2. And out of this top 2, based on the points, I'm going to give the top 1, like in the sense of weekly award. Are all of you ready? Can I get that post inside you? Go ahead, go ahead, go ahead. Last few minutes, post it fast. We're going to end this call. It's already going beyond 31. Okay, post, post, post to everybody. I want Asghar, I want all the people. Abhijit, Light Made Effortless. Okay, blood analysis. You will post it there. I have created a link also, check that. Aditi post is there. Someone posted there. Do it fast, guys, so that I can refresh it and see. And also, meanwhile, go ahead and mark your attendance. The additional points also. I think many people have started posting. That's great. Hero session. Yeah, go to the community, hero session. Wonderful. One person has posted so far, which is Edil Nilavan. Wonderful man. Excellent. Appreciate your idea— instant blood analysis using a smartphone. Next level. But where is the ad? Where— see, the challenge is not about creating a poster. The challenge is about creating a very attractive slogan and a product. See, this is an ad challenge, so not a product challenge. So try it out. Try with a caption which is very attractive. Don't be a usual guy, okay? See, look at how I did it, even though I don't know Hindi much. I just tried to use— that's it, right or not? Something like that. More, more, more. Go ahead. Asgar, have you did? Aditi, have you did? Sainthini, have you did? Wonderful! Foldable phone, calm sketchpad. Good. Unfold your ideas simply. Wonderful. Doodle fold. Amazing. Uh, Aditi, you are on track. Super. Like a landscape because you are an architect, so you're coming from that angle. Okay, got it. Okay, Sainthini, designed for rain, made for— guys, come up with something next level. Like, see, this is a very new product, maybe it's very difficult to get, but this is like, you can really bring a desi feel for it so that even uneducated people who don't know what is meant by raincoat and umbrella should be able to connect with that thing. Because many of the successful products in India have become only successful because of the slogans. How many of you don't know this? If you're working in a product-based team, if you're launching a product You will come to know what I'm talking. You and your team will be able to brainstorm along with your sales and marketing team before the product launch is happening. Okay, please know it. Tomorrow you will also do it along with your product team. Okay, superb! 3 people have done wonderful. I'd like to see more, more, more, more. How many of you are waiting for perfection? Kindly drop off this call. This call is not for perfection, okay? I wanted you guys to post it here. That's it. Here is heavy rain, thunderstorm. That's why I'm using my mobile, sir. No problem, sir. Use it, use it and post it in your mobile itself, sir. Why, sir, it's not coming? Okay, Sandhya, where is your post? Manoj, where is your post? Suraj, where is your post? Go ahead, go ahead. Two more people, let's understand. Have you made— guys, don't post it here. Yeah, go to the hero section, click that link, Suman, you will come to know. Go to, go to community, go to hero section, scroll down. There is something called Hero Session. Yeah, Hero Session, do it. You are on mobile, ah, very difficult. Anyway, try it. I'm not sure in mobile view it is there. You can try. Okay, yeah, so I think 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 ideas came. Totally 7 to 8 ideas. Yeah, this is good. 7 innovative product ideas, good. But I'd like to see more, like since very creative Somebody wants to connect in the very vernacular level. Oh, Neha, lock your bag with secret time password. Reaching the correct time, the bag is unlocked. Oh, kinetic lock bag. Okay, oversized functional clock face, unique selling point, the kinetic lock. Kinetic lock means what? I don't understand. No traditional closure, the bag is secured with the clock hands.
Okay, it's like a magnetic, uh, type, uh, so that when the clock is reaching the correct time which they have set, it will release. So it's like a lock, lock system.
Like, let's say if my battery is going to die, my charger is there inside, so I have to wait till 10 o'clock?
No, you don't have to wait. Like, you can rotate from your hands Like you have set like 4:20 the time, then you can set like rotate with the hands.
I'm just trying to make a fun out. Oh, okay, good. And set your professional secret time. Oh, that's great. Reaching the correct time triggers electronic release. Oh, this is also very interesting here. Yeah, usual bag, this is much different, right? So why don't you create a very, uh, like let's say a native local name for it, Neha, so that maximum people can get attracted. Can you try that? See, many people are missing out on that part, guys. Why bring a desi feel or a nativity feel to connect with the people in a very vernacular way? That's what I'm expecting you to create this ad poster challenge. Go ahead, you can try one more time, no problem. You can also try one more time, no issue. Aditi, product is different, maybe it's a little difficult to do. Asghar, where are you? Asghar is coming up with something, brainstorming 20 different names. Okay, go ahead. Wonderful, guys. I mean, you can do this activity for like continuously for 30 minutes or 40 minutes. You'll be like really exhausted. But this is a very good activity for your brain to practice, okay? Many of the people are not able to post, I guess. 1, 2, 3, 4. Yeah, superb. Okay, fine guys. So now meanwhile, while people are posting, I just want to tell you that please go ahead, mark your attendance. And I'm also going to give you the weekly winner award. With that, we are going to wrap up the session, okay? Yes, can we get into the weekly winners? Hold on. How have you given the attendance? Confirm me. Yes, yes, yes. Have you given the attendance? Attendance? Attendance? Okay. Yes. So now I'm going to refresh the feed. Okay. I'm going to refresh the feed. 3, 2, 1, go! Beautiful, great. So now can I announce the winners? Can I give the announcement of the winners? Okay, so I'll announce the top 3 people first. Okay, meanwhile you can post the information, guys. Let me check what are you guys having. Okay, so the first 3 winners for this week is Asghar, Shailender, Sidhesh. Of course we will not give it to Sidhesh because he was a last to last week winner. Okay, we'll give it either to Asghar or Shailender according to points. Asghar is first. Asghar, have you got the weekly award so far?
Yeah, I think on, uh, August I, I got one. 2025, August.
Okay, but I'll tell you, this week definitely has to go for Asghar. The reason because Asghar has been very consistent. He's been very consistent in the sessions. I just want to tell you what Asghar has got in this last week, just quickly to summarize. Asghar has got 1,000, 1,18,000 points, but the last week has been a phenomenal week for him. And, uh, he did a lot of postings, he was very consistent on coming to the sessions, completing habits. He's also working on the course completion and other things. See, so consistently the points and everything is there. So Asghar is perfectly the winner. Thank you, Asghar. And Asghar, we have restricted all the people for only tools. Okay, and also for the squadron members, there is a reward is little different for the people who got the job and everything, because we will see the majorly people are needing tools like Lovable, LinkedIn Premium, and ChatGPT, and also Google Drive storage. They are needing that. So you just speak to Sujana and ask whatever tool support you want with respect to Lovable credits or something like that. We have a Lovable credits also for, uh, I think for 2 or 3 months it's there. You can use if We have a LinkedIn 6 months premium you can take. So you just let us know what you want exactly now based on your level. We'll give it for you. Clear? Okay, super. And yes, thank you so much, Asghar. And, uh, he has designed a product, Focus Lens Pro. See less, focus more. Blocks out the chaos so that you can breathe. Turn your study time into flow time. Make the world quiet when you need it the most. Oh, how does it really reduce the distractions, Asghar? Can you share your experience, please, by introducing this product?
It's already there. I mentioned in the chat, actually. So it's something like that. If you don't have anything with you, it will automatically measure your distraction point. I mean, the disturbance points, and it will create a focus so that you can read anything. Without any hesitation or problem.
Oh, you next level! Wonderful, man. Good. So what is the product name? Focus Lens Pro. See less, focus more. Superb. Wonderful. All of you type MPTY to Asghar. He is a weekly winner also, and he has beautifully presented the product also. Okay, thank you so much. I just want to take a screenshot and keep it for Asghar. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Asghar, for consistently working hard. You've been very active, man, in the fitness session. In the, in the yoga, in the, in the, in the community calls, in hackathon, in particularly squadrons. Like, wonderful. I would be also very happy if you could crack one offer as soon as possible, right? One of your squadron member has got the offer. You should also get in that flow. Okay, super. I wish you all the best. Asghar, thank you so much. Keep this momentum on. And thank you for all the people whoever has participated today in this ad creation challenge. In fact, the session went a little long. It should be 15-20 minutes, but I'm sure you are getting some flow towards doing it. So I'll tell you why we did this activity. This is not a random fun activity. We are trying to increase our idea generation capability. We are trying to understand our brand and how to think about our brand based on that. We have excellently improved our storytelling. How many of you are Really knowing this, this is what many students are very poor. This is what is the one USP you can able to bring in the world of AI. Rest of the things can be easily done, guys. Have you seen it or not? AI tools can do whatever, right? Visual creativity with AI and confidence in pitching ideas, right? See, there are 17 people in this call. 4 people has the guts to present the project. Rest of the people, when are you going to come? Tell me, when are you going to come and present? So that confidence will only come when you start pitching more ideas, okay? And this kind of a practices will also help you to brainstorm faster when you're building the product, when you're connecting with the user, when you're vernacularly attaching to that persona in order to launch a product and make it successful. It's not like you are keeping, we are aesthetic and minimal, super. It has to connect with that user persona, as simple as that. If you are able to do that, then you are going to be a very successful product designer. Or else you will be making something nobody will connect with you. Superb, smart, for drone. Wonderful, good creativity you got, man. Amazing. Phone with the drone. Sandhya, what if safety did not depend on a too much lengthier whisper? Silent trigger, loud protection. When fear starts, safety response. Oh my God, functionally, beautifully, aesthetically appealing, safety-critical device. Thank you, thank you, Sandhya. You are true healthcare designer. Okay, as we just discussed. Okay, Surakshit Bharat, Smart Bharat. Suman Das is the only person I think who did the Desi Connect. Okay, Smart Shield 360. By the way, what is this, man? Okay, fire cylinder. Okay, good. Edelweiss, we already discussed. Neha, we already discussed. Aditi, Sopha. Thank you guys, thank you so much. Please keep on doing this in your hackathon teams also. Definitely you will be on point. Okay, appreciate.

After that we'll have a break. 10 o'clock we are all meeting for the Ramzan special.
Ramzan or Eid, which one?
You tell whatever you want.
Tomorrow is Eid actually. Ramzan is ending today.
Okay, Eid special. Okay, I just need a festival to show this, uh, to launch this product. Can I show the product in front of you? How many of you are ready for this? Your job application, your codex companies, your targeting, your positioning. Even— okay, let me not reveal that for you. Tomorrow you come, I'm going to give a complete interview analyzer also on to you. Like in the sense, after your interview is done, you can upload your transcript and I will be giving a personalized suggestion for you. How many of you love this? It's going to be launching out for all the 42 people who are right now working in Squadron, and it's going to be available for, uh, the people are also in the upcoming batches. And there is going to be a competition, Mastermind XXX, XXX, YYY. I'm going to reveal it tomorrow. You're going to see I've built 5 tools, but I've integrated everything into one tool. You just have to use it, and it's going to be exclusively available for Squadrons. And can I tell you one thing? Tomorrow, a lot of people are also upgrading for the Gold. So tomorrow, you know the offer, right? When you are joining at 10 o'clock, I'm going to be first revealing you the 3X formula. Second, I'm going to be revealing you this DFC operating system, which is DFC OS, which we've been brainstorming for a very long, lot of time. Okay, and third, if you are joining with a buddy tomorrow for the Gold Certification Plan, you're going to get crazy prices. I think we also revealed the prices for you. It's going to be only 60K. Okay, it's not a 1 lakh rupees. It's going to be completely a damn, damn good benefit for you, but you need to have a buddy. If you're joining alone, that availability is not there. Okay, because many people said, Jagadeesh, we wanted this as a better price, we are interested, we wanted to work with you. But the big challenge for all the people is money. So we thought how to knock it down. At the same time, we are also incurring a lot of cost, guys. To build this, it took us a lot of cost and everything. And also, not only that, we are also having a lot of cost. So we thought how we can make it affordable and make a win-win for all. Okay, so come tomorrow and learn the session. And if you feel that this is going to be the game, guys, I'm telling you, you're going to completely change your mind tomorrow. If you see this one demo for this product, you'll be like mind blown. Let me reveal it for you. At 10 o'clock. Okay, all the best. See you. And also bring all of your friends also. Let's say if you wanted to join with one or two more friends also, you can do it. Get in touch with our team, they'll help you. This is the best way we can support you if you're coming forward to the Gold Certification Plan. Superb. Come up with something, and if you have any doubts, clarification, please go ahead tomorrow, ask it, and then make a decision to come forward. I wish you all the best because a lot of the hackathon members are now completing the hackathon. Now they wanted to get into a job. They want to get into speed. So all of the hackathon members can also form your own buddy system and you can come and upgrade also tomorrow. Okay, so take care guys, I'll see you. So ask her to answer your question. 5:30 to 7:30, 8 is an interview drill part 2, and, uh, 10 o'clock is a Ramzan special. Afternoon, 3 o'clock will be the implementation call. Clear? That's it. It will be— Ramzan will be like 10 to 12, 2 hours. Not more than that.
The 4—
4, you have sufficient time for the afternoon, for the implementation, 3 o'clock.
Okay, we'll have to go for the prayer in the morning because tomorrow is it. So that's why I was asking.
No, no, please go ahead, please go ahead. You can watch the recording. Hey, but interview drill you cannot watch.
I, I, I, I, I, I understand that. What I'm thinking, uh, I'll participate.
Hey, but many people are attending interview, man. I cannot give holiday.
No, no, it's okay, it's okay, it's okay, it's fine.
I'll do it specially for you, don't worry. I, I know about you. I'll do it. I'll do it for SaaS separately, don't worry. I'll do it in a daily huddle call also, mock deals, okay? Because yeah, last week also close to 35 people did a live mock deal. This time also I want all of the people to practice, practice, practice. Then only your communication will become on flow. We'll do it, don't worry, okay? Because this week, if I— if we work together, another 4 or 5 offers will come. It's a count, no? Totally I crashed 50+ offers, guys, out of 100. How many of you are— all of you type crazy in the chat box. Till another 50 is there, but still I'm aiming for 70. I know 100 is very difficult. I challenged, I wanted to reach 100 of us, but we are crossing 50. We will do definitely 70 before the March end. Okay, yeah. Anybody else would like to ask anything?
On what date, uh, the next new hackathon will start?
April 20 or 17. Okay, because we need some time for the hackathon members to also submit the work, right? and we also wanted to keep a felicitation for them. So another 2 more missions is there. So mostly April 10th or beyond that only it will be there. Okay, superb, wonderful, great. Any other question? Thank you guys, thank you so much, and I'm waiting for the tomorrow's call. All of you, happy Ramzan and Eid, and please go ahead, uh, participate in all of the things, but community sessions is also important. There is no holiday here. People have to work consistently. So please come, and that would be the biggest, I would say, a sacred, uh, puja or prayer or something which you're offering. Okay, I would, I would say work is always worship. So please give a priority for this also. I know it's a holiday, but I mean, New Year, Pongal, Deepavali, I don't leave any gap. You guys also know because we are like working on a consistency. I don't want to break the flow of habit or anything. So that's the point. But anybody would like to go forward please, please go ahead, and then we'll see you on the Monday itself. Okay, all the best, guys. I'll see you in the morning. Take care.
