Day 100- Dolphin Design application - Job Special Hackthon V2.0

Jagdish P leads a workshop on job applications for design roles, covering portfolio optimization, self-assessment, and career goals. Participants share their ideal work environments and the commitments needed to land design positions that match their skills.
There.
I'm almost there. 20 seconds. Just hold on. Okay, fine. Guys, I'm extremely sorry.
Fine.
Yeah, so we'll go into the topic. Okay, so we, we understood this. Raa. Okay, so research, adapt and apply. Okay, so any job application comes for all the people. I'm saying do not impulsively go and apply. Just wait for it.
Okay.
Do the proper research. Fill that Excel sheet. That Excel sheet is available for everybody. You guys can take that and start applying and create a personalized and focused application strategy.
Okay.
Second, crafting a job application that really stands out.
Okay.
Make sure every time you are filling the applications or anything with respect to filling the form. Sometimes the interviewer application will be to fill a form. Sometimes it will be to reply an email. Sometimes you'll have to send your portfolio, sometimes you'll have to send your resume. There are many interfaces what the HRs or recruiters really get in touch with you, right? With your projects. Guys, I'm telling you, it doesn't matter what projects you have. Don't think much. You need to have a Elon Musk level of project to become a designer or you need to approach for the job. Nobody's expecting that. You have to show your skill set. Particularly if you're a fresher. Don't think much. People require just one or two projects with your skills exhibited over there. Very simple. That much only they are also expecting. Guys, do you think they will spend 20 minutes time in your portfolio to find out oh what Ramraj has really got? I wanted to explore this guy. No, that much of time nobody has. So make sure you create that impactful application highlighting only the capabilities what you are having. Like let's say if that role calls for research, if that role calls for wireframing, if the role calls for problem solving, even if it's a senior role or anything, make sure you read that properly. Sometimes you will be put in a role like where you have to manage multiple cross functional inputs. Being a leader, that is your responsibility. Please read that. Once you understand that, you can able to start crafting your applications accordingly. If you guys don't understand that properly and then just like the generically applying no point.
Okay.
Task portfolio optimization. Align your projects with a job requirement every time. When you're creating a projects and portfolio and everything, make sure your optimization should be along with this application. How many of you know job matchmaking? How many of you know job matchmaking in our program? How many of you know this job matchmaking? How many of you have heard it? Okay, you guys don't know about this in our program, right? Okay, just hold on. I'm just showing you that there is something called job matchmaking. Everybody who attends the interview.
Okay.
Everybody who attends the interview, whoever is. Wait, I'm just sharing you a presentation. Okay, I'm just quickly sharing this. One second.
It goes.
Okay, I'm just sharing the screen. Job matchmaking. Okay, first of all, you'll have to do a self analysis. You'll have to understand what is required. You'll have to match the process. You'll have to know how to match it. See, many people don't know how to do the matchmaking. Please listen very carefully. There are many AI tools to do it. But let's go and understand something very important. You will have to write about yourself first. Okay, I'm not going to do this activity right now because we're having the codex. This is for the earlier one what I took. But hold on. Okay, I'll just go to this main part so that you guys will get the flow. One second.
Wait.
Okay, fine.
Yes.
Guys, can you see my screen? Can you see my screen? Okay, so what happens is. First I used to ask the students, write about yourself. Write about your strength. Write about your weakness. Write about the emotional reason why you are in design. Now everything has been crossed out because of the codex. We have got everything very simplified. Everybody, I request you to open your codex chat box in the chat GPT. Please do open that. People are fresh, brand new. It's okay, no problem. Just listen. Okay, you can just open the workbook which I'm going to give you. People are already students who are already completed Codex. Please do take the codex. Okay, so you should know these three reasons. Why emotionally you want design, why emotional why live life. You need to know that and why you have to earn money. A lot of people saying I want to get 15 LPA, 20 LPA. But why you have to tell that reason. That's okay. Already you have written this in the codex. Don't worry about this. Okay, so let's understand. Self discovery is very important. First, knowing thyself. Second, you should know about the industry targeting. This part is already covered. Guys, don't worry. You guys have all written your values and goals. Don't worry about that. You already have that.
Okay.
Second, you have to start researching about the industry now. So many people also had one to one session yesterday.
Three.
One to one we gave yesterday. So I also told the same thing. Make sure you know about your strength and weakness. And then you start targeting the industries accordingly. If you randomly do it. Nothing will happen. Okay, so how to do that properly? So there is an Excel sheet which I'll share with you guys. Don't worry.
Okay?
But the point is third comes exploration. Identify the targeted industry. See, it doesn't mean whatever industry is coming in your codex, you should fill that. I'm not saying that. That is absolutely waste of time. If you start applying for all the industries which is coming in your codex, you're ultimately going to lose big time in your career. Your codex will generate at least close to 100 plus industries, okay? It doesn't mean you'll have to go and apply for all the industry. That's waste of time. Please know you have to target only the right industries. You should not go and waste your time randomly.
Okay?
So there are many aspects towards it. Wait, let me show it very carefully. So this is like. Like an arrow mark. I put each and every character of a company. Like let's say the company's vision, mission, the project portfolio they have, the business angle they project. The kind of respect they have for the designers. Are they having a design team or not? There are many parameters in that Excel sheet available. Don't worry about that. But it's your responsibility to take that particular job description and the roles and responsibility to match make with yourself. How many of you know astrology? Before marriage, what happens, we used to say, right? Okay, seven out of ten is coming. I don't know. Like, I mean I. I really don't know guys, whether it's true or not. But I am taking that example because many people know that example, right? Same like that when you're going and marrying a job, okay? Sometimes it's more than important than the partner. Guys, can I tell you why 80% of our time we spend in only office? Whether you're working from home, it doesn't matter, okay? Our in our career, okay? Unless until you are an entrepreneur, the business is very different. But if you're a designer, 70 to 80% of your time goes in office. Whether you're taking care to choose your partners or not, I don't know. But please do take utter care when you're choosing the company. Because this is going to screw your entire life. That is why this matchmaking is very important. We'll have to compare this parameter and matchmaker.
Okay?
Then only you will be getting this thing. Okay, I'll show the document. Don't worry. I'm just giving you a analogy and a clarity. Like let's say in visual skills, how strong you are. Like let's say in communication skills, how strong you are, let's say in research skill, how strong you are, let's say in data driven decisions, how strong you are, let's say. Is it having an in house design studio, 10 out of 10? Yes. This is how you need to rate yourself. I'm just giving you a small example. But you will have to matchmake yourself carefully before you go and approach any job. And don't worry about this parameters we have already put in the Excel sheet. I'm going to be showing you that. In that you will have to rate yourself carefully. In that you will have to engage the metrics properly. And then you have to put that. Once you start filling the data about each and every company with this metrics, you will know this company is exactly.
Fine.
And then you talk to the hr. And then you talk to the people of the company. Hey, now tell me what's your design task? Okay, good. When do I need to submit?
Okay, fine.
Can I ask you one question? Is this role for designer? Is it role for developer? Is it role for graphic designer? Is it role for only UI designer? Only UX designer? Tell me clearly, is it role for UX auditor? Okay, now let me do the design test, clarify that and then you start the process. Before you do that, nothing will happen. You'll be generically working on that role. Whatever studio it is. XYZ Studio, whatever. Okay, but to be honest, XYZ is a studio name. Okay, I just took it as an example. But anyway. Okay, so this is the point. Like let's say your average rating comes beyond 7 or 8, then this company is really, really suitable for you. If you're not getting scores which is seven or eight, I would say you're spending time wrongly in a company which ideally you're not going to get any results out of it. Are we clear about this? Guys? Are we clear about this? How many of you wants to see the Excel sheet?
Okay.
It's not a very magic G boomba sheet and all. Guys. Okay, I just talked to you with the parameters. I just put it in the Excel sheet. Don't think that Excel is going to change your life. You have to research about the company. That is what is going to change your life. Okay, can we see that Excel sheet? Fine. Can we see how many of you wants to know the parameters before you go and approach for any job? Okay, before we see the Excel sheet, I would request you to go and mark your attendance in the learning management portal. Login with the login with the login with the email or mobile number. Guys, for the new people, whoever is joining this call and please go and click the feed section and refresh it and then mark your attendance please. And then come back here fast. I'm going to be giving you 20 seconds.
Okay?
Do it fast. Do it fast. If you wanted to get eligibility to upload your proof for the next assignment, okay. Please get enough points in attendance quiz, community post. And we're going to be adding one more challenge today.
Okay?
It's a mini challenge. You know what is that mini challenge? People have to complete the silver level course. It doesn't matter. Wherever you are, if you guys are completing the silver level course only you guys will be moving and uploading the proof for the third assignment. How many of you wants to. How many of you. How many of you are not feeling excited like this? How do I complete this year? It doesn't matter. It's. It's a code of honor. We will have to complete the basics. See Silver membership course. When you take complete, it will not take more than one week to complete those.
Okay?
I'll give you sufficient time to complete. Don't worry. Before we go into very deep into the next mission of the hackathons. So I would give you enough time to complete.
Okay?
Okay, fine guys, let's come back to this. I'll talk about the assignment at the last.
Okay?
So any student, whoever is there in this particular program, like let's say they will fill this particular sheet. Business portfolio mainstream. The year they started the founder. The number of people are working social media presence.
Okay.
The the data which has this particular column that means that has not been filled. What is the design culture? What are the one problem are they solving? Jagdish, I don't know these details. It's your responsibility to go and find that give LinkedIn connections, talk to people, talk to the HR. Whoever has interacted with you, talk to many, many people in LinkedIn. Talk to your friends, talk to your LinkedIn connections, car connections. Find out somewhere this data like this. It will take time but it is worth.
Guys.
They asked me to submit the design task before 12pm it's okay. Leave that company. It's not for you. But without knowing the direction, whether you wanted to go for Kashmir or Kanyakumari. If you choose the wrong bus, what happens? You'll come to know after the week. They'll tell you you are not hired. Or maybe you are hired. We can give you only 3.25 lpa. We don't have budgets. Sorry. You want to get that kind of answers. Travel towards Kanyakumari, no problem. Towards Kashmir no problem.
Okay.
So understand what problem are they solving. Understand the job description. Many times we don't know what is a job description. Even this is where you will have to take the. What you call. Sorry guys. This is where you have to take the. What you call the matchmaking strategy properly. For that and then the mission, vision of the company. The LinkedIn connections, salary, compensation, value, connect, work, life, balance. This is where you have to rate yourself. And many people have got little data and complained and put in the data. Many people have not got the data. For them the scores will not come. So we will still be unsure. It is mean that these people would have talked to the HR later and got the compensation. Or maybe what is the stickability ratio of that employee and what are the salary are they getting? Later they come to know and then they rejected this company. So while you do it guys, this kind of an excel sheet you will know what companies to really focus on. Out of this 200 industries. You will focus on the 50 to 60 industries in the targeting.
Right?
This 50 industries to 60 industries. You will fill in that sheet. For the next two to three years. You don't have any problem to switch jobs. Because all this industries, whatever you have in front of you, it is the ideal industry. And somewhere or the other your entire dream job is sitting inside this jagdish. What about. What about if I get any call? Apart from this industry that's only 20 weightage you'll have to give.
Okay.
Like this I'm getting some referral call. It's only 20 weightage. I already have an institute. They are also giving me placement. It's only going to be 20. Please give weightage for only 20. Because the institutes or other coaching programs and other placement opportunities will have a restriction in terms of salary. We'll have a restriction in terms of role. You will have to compromise on that. Because in institute they will give all of the people 25 000. They can't give you 25 LPA, right? Then that will be a problem for them. Institute has already had some tie up with these people. So that is why I don't believe all these placements and all these things.
Okay.
Placement is for. I don't know. Placement is not for. You guys keep only 20 weightage. But your 80 target should be to find out the industry which is suitable for you.
Okay.
So now I'm going to be giving you one small activity. Guys, take out your notepad and pins. It's a Very, very interesting activity. But you will have to do it properly. Okay? Take out your notepad and put this. Close your eyes for one minute, okay? I'm not going to ask you three goals in the one year. I know you guys have that, okay? Not that activity. Wait, you have to close your eyes, okay? And maybe in the three months or six months, wherever you are, wherever you're going to work, please try to visualize the kind of work space, whatever you guys are going to have, okay? Please imagine this. Okay, listen to me very carefully. Don't write, I want 12 LPA job. That's okay, we all know that. Okay, so write something which you're visualizing in your mind. Close your eyes and listen to this.
Okay?
Please close your eyes and listen to this. Imagine you're working in a workspace where people are going to come and give you like, let's say, drawings. Or maybe they're going to give you wireframes. Or people are going to give you a coffee and they're inviting you for a brainstorming session where you're surrounded with designers who's at least designed 100 products in the market.
Okay?
Imagine your workspace. You have an excellent, like, let's say a table, a premium table, where you're going and working on your designs and sketching and everything, where you have an imac, where you have entire room surrounded with a playful environment, looks like a proper design studio, where you're sitting in a chair, which is common, Miller chair, which is more than 1 lakh rupees, or maybe something like that. Your workspace, your studio, your people, your quality of work, your client. You're surrounded with such an environment. And you'll be getting enough salary, you'll be getting enough work, life balance, you'll be getting enough encouragement and unbiased environment where you will grow as a designer. So can you now write down that experience? Whatever you guys are going to give to your career after three months, or even after one month, or even after 15 days, it doesn't matter. Whatever is your goal you wanted to achieve, write your ideal design environment where you really wanted to work. Okay, first, second, write the salary, what did you want? Third, write the holidays in the year, what you want. Fourth, write the number of hours you wanted to work. Fifth, what kind of a system and the client and the people you wanted to be surrounded with. Can you write these things as a story? Like, let's say, hi, my name is Joladeva. Okay, I'm going to write this entire thing in front of me now. I'm going to be giving you three minutes time guys.
Okay?
Just soak into yourself. Think about it.
Okay.
Microsoft Design Studio has a semi open workspace. How many of you don't know this? You can design your workspace in Microsoft. If you're working in Microsoft. You guys can order whatever table you want. You guys can space your desk wherever you want. You guys can move wherever you want. You guys can keep your. What you call workspace lighting what you call whatever you guys need equipment studio. You need you. You guys have a space to even go and sleep for some time and come back. So is that the kind of design studio? Whatever you are dreaming of, don't write Microsoft. Write the idle environment.
Okay?
Because remember environment is stronger than your willpower. So you're going to write your environment. Wherever you are going to sit. Your time starts now.
Jagdish, what are all the points? I lost you at the third point.
You will have to ideally visualize your environment, Shashan.
Okay.
You don't have to remember the points. It's okay if it's naturally coming. You write it. But I asked you to write the. What you call the environment. What you're working the studio salary, what you'll be getting, the number of holidays, what you'll be having, the people. Quality of the people who you will be surrounded with the kind of a typical day. What you will be having. Write the mix of this. I'm just giving you a pointers but I will just stop talking now, Shashank. So you will have to just soak into that and write it. Is it fine?
Yeah. Sa.
Enjoy this music as well guys. And soak into yourself.
Experiences with multiple kind of environments. Right. Where everything was hunky dory at the same time. The people were not good. Where we sat on the floor and we designed and we came up with brilliant solutions. So I feel. Environment.
Last one more minute guys. Last one more minute guys. No biases, nothing. Just write down whatever is coming into your mind. Don't think whether it's going to happen or not. That's not the point. The whole point is to just go inward and realize this is where you wanted to be ideal. You're. You're done. Type D in the chat box. Please switch on your camera as well, guys.
Good. That's good.
That's good. That's good. That's good.
Okay. Okay.
So can somebody open your mic and just share your your experience in just 30 seconds. Can somebody do that? And please switch on your camera Guys. I want everybody to switch on your camera. I don't know why people are not able to switch on. Is there any technical issue? Please do. Guys, come, come. I want to see your face. Yes, go ahead.
So Shashank here. Basically in a month I want to be in a B2B design job which is focusing on medical tech or supply chain or logistics. I want to be in a team which is task driven and cooperative. And I want to report to a senior who is a mentor. And that kind of, you know, molds me in terms of my learning experiences and. No, it connects with my path where I am headed to the salary. What I'm looking at is around 15 LPA and above. And the goal is that the reason why I looking at 15 LPA is to be able to provide for my family during time of need. So according to that, that number fits. So that is the reason why I'm looking at 15 LPA. And my aim is to eventually, you know, in this part, become a product owner at some point. You know, build a product of my own and help people in whatever way I can through my.
Yeah.
Wonderful. What's your environment? What? White. Kind of a color of the desk you'll be working. Tell me, did you go into that depth?
No, not really. Because I have worked. I have experiences with multiple kind of environments. Right. Where everything was hunky dory at the same time. The people were not good there. We sat on the floor and we designed and we came up with brilliant solutions. So I feel environment is not the thing. It's the kind of people that make the environment.
People is your big thing. One thing I will tell you, Shashank, you have written something. No. In your paper.
Yeah.
Right now.
Okay.
First you will have to do it yourself. You become that person. You will attract this kind of people coming into your life. Very simple. People who have written. I want a great environment. I want a great people. I want people who are not doing any politics and all. First you have to be telling it to yourself. You may tell no, Jagdish, I am a perfect guy. Yeah.
It's okay.
We are perfect to ourselves. But because of something inside us. Only we have been got little beatings in the past.
Okay.
That's a reflection. Everything goes inside you. It's actually coming outside in your world. It's very simple. That's how the universe works. You can't get something in your world which is not even you thought. The first thing comes in your thought. The first thing comes inside your head. First of all, whatever you are getting into your head only it will manifest outside it's no magic. So what we are doing this activity, Shashank is to first manifest that right now you manifested something really good. And I can see your backdrop is also manifesting something. You wanted to go to this place. What is that?
Yeah, I want to see the northern lights at some point.
Okay.
I missed northern lights. I was little close to it. But I've heard too much things about it. I wish you. You will go there. You'll go there.
Okay.
Good.
Good.
Excellent. Okay. So who wants to come now? Thank you Shashank for this.
Any.
Any. Any fresher who's coming for the very first time. Can I bring these guys?
Okay.
Aishpreshankar, you are our people here. Old people. I just joined 10 days before. It's okay. There are people who joined yesterday.
Okay.
I just wanted to bring these people.
Okay.
How many of you have written? How many of you have gone into the depth of what kind of a color of the desk you guys are going to have? What kind of a dress color you'll be wearing? And. And what? What are the interior of your environment in the studio? How many of you have visualized that? How many of you gone into that level of depth? Visualization is very, very powerful. Guys, whatever you visualize, it will come. Please raise your hand. I'll be bringing to you. I'll bringing you in the spotlight. Go ahead. Fast. Go ahead fast. Nagarjun. Okay, let me. Nagarjun, you are our older people here. Okay, let me see. Any new people are there? Wait, Nagaraj.
Okay.
Yukta. Yukta has not talked before. Vishwesh has not talked before. Tilagar Tarun and Somesh Shrey. And. And Sanjay. Sangeeta, Sandiprana. Any of you here. Any of you. Riyas is also a little bit spotlighted many times.
Okay. Okay.
Any other people? Any other people? Padmavadi. I would say she has not come. Nausheen. She has not come. Anybody like that. Please raise your hands. Any people who have not come yet so far in the spotlight.
Okay.
So usual faces you guys will see in the spotlight. That's okay. But can somebody come forward? Jagdish, I have not talked before. But I want to share my experience what I've written. Quick guys, we need to move for the next part.
Okay.
Fast, fast, fast. You can just open your mic. No problem.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yes.
Fatmavadi, how many of you know yesterday. Oh sorry. I gave Kanda spotlight.
Okay.
Sorry, sorry.
Okay.
No problem.
Yeah.
Yesterday got hundred points. Have you seen that Bhatmavati in your near portal? You know Why I gave her. I gave Sumana and Bhatmavati for different reasons.
Okay.
I used to see the assignment. I used to see the proof. Whatever you guys are uploading which team you are working Eco forming, right?
Eco.
Yes.
This person has gone to the field and then she has completed the research properly. Arun, you people are. You people are telling you guys are not going to field. Akash is near the farming. He's not going this that. But this person has went to the field and then she has solely went to the field and got the photos and she has posted in the LinkedIn. I was opening the. What you call in the webinar to show something in the LinkedIn. Padmavati's photo was there. She was doing some research over there. I was telling she's my student. That becomes a little brand for me as well.
Okay.
And also while I saw her proof in the. In the. In the level up, I saw that she has did a proper research. So this is very good that apart from all the proofs, whatever. I've seen few proofs. I've got really attracted.
Okay.
This person has got particularly some person has did lot of user Persona and collected some information. This was really good for them. I commented that point, commented that and given 100 points.
Okay.
So please go ahead. Padmavadi, what did you. What did you write for the last five minutes? Tell me.
Yeah, for the past three minutes I want to. I'm writing in a present tense like the future. Padmavadi is giving something like uh. You're living like this like that.
Correct.
So.
So I written like this is Padmarish from your future next three months. Yeah. You're. You're having a Mac provided by the company.
Of course.
You are getting a 70k per month and you and your parents and your parents are happy. Other parents are happy about that and you got very good colleagues and for encouraging. And you can also talk to the. Talk to your like higher people and get many insights.
And.
And I and we are going to the field search in manually. I mean this office one and you are getting three times food, healthy food in our office and many psi. Many PR are encouraging and for your great problem solving and you are having a amazing work life balance.
Okay.
And I am getting a mandatory three days leave for every month and I am working in some yellow. Yellow colored desk and I also visualize my office here also. You're also here at what something office via some places and stuff.
That's interesting.
Yeah.
So deep guys. Can you see that each and every line she has took A story like a future timeline. And then she's traveling. This is going deep into that visualization. Really good. She's been doing goal setting every single day.
She's.
She's sending out every day picture to me what she does. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Even if I don't ask, there are certain people who reply me.
Okay.
In the WhatsApp they tell me this is what I do. Jagdish.
Okay.
People like. People like Neeraj Shah, people like Patmavadi, people like Nagarjun. Even I don't have to follow up with these people. They will just like that tell what they're doing. And that's what is reflecting in her visualization and thought process. That's it. If that is happening, she will find thousand ways to go and reach there. The problem with the people is they don't first visualize what they want. They don't know what they want. And you will find thousand different techniques, thousand different projects, thousand different portfolio. And you will still figure out why are you not going there. Okay, go ahead. Please continue.
Yeah. I'm. I'm having a health insurance for whole family. And I got some seasonal gifts and family outdoor activities in my. In my company. And I'm really happy and proud.
I only asked about the work environment. She said about family making proud. It's okay. Super appreciate you. Can we take more power to you mpty more power to you. Mptvatnam. It's really great. I wish you all the best. And this. This year is going to be an amazing year for you. And you will definitely become success. I wish you all the best.
Okay.
Thank you so much guys.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Thank you.
Yes.
Let's bring Purva Purva. Your rising hand. Come on. You want to talk or you asked for a doubt?
No, no. I want to talk sir.
Go ahead.
So can I read it?
Read it little fast. Okay. Because we have little time. Only two people have. I have accepted. Okay. You raised the hands. That's why I brought you. Go ahead.
Okay. So my name is Purva Bawar. And I'm working in the company where there is a AI innovation. Where there the future technology. Things are discussing. My salary is like 8 to 10 lakhs per month.
Per month. That is one cr. Super Purva. That's really nice. I'm really happy that you set a very very good goal. Okay, continue. So you are. You're discussing about the futuristic project you're saying, right?
Yes.
See guys, look at the words she's using.
Okay.
See Padmavadi also and she also She, I mean both are telling, I am discussing about the future. That means in their mind they have already visualized this is happening. The big distance between why it's not happening is you're thinking someday I will become a great designer. Someday I will get 10 LP. I don't know when the day will come. Maybe next year or 10 years after. I don't.
Okay, so.
So she's saying I'm discussing about the future projects. I'm getting 10 lakhs per month. Right? Go ahead. Go ahead. What are the next.
I'm highly valuable. My work is admired and I'm leading. I'm not only leading the designers, but I'm leading the team. My people around me are so creative, highly encouraged, knowledgeable and so much self aware. And my environment around me is like very healthy. Where all healthy discussion are done. There is no space for negativity. We are not going back. The designers around me are so highly motivated. And my work, life, life is so balanced that after going home I don't have to think about my work. And yes, I'm like very focused designer. And also I'm feeling really, really proud to be a product designer and a leading team.
I think I'll have to give another 15 minutes for Purva only he has so much. What's your age, Purva?
25.
Excellent. Yeah. I really wish you all the best. You have a great future ahead of you. Okay, don't lose that. Don't lose that please. Okay, don't get distracted. I would love to go next. How many times many people are still raising hand.
Okay.
Okay guys, now. Okay, wait. I will give you chance in the other exercise. Guys, now this is not the point. Okay, listen to me very carefully in the same paper.
Okay?
Draw the line. Draw the line. This is the most important part. Please draw the line. Okay, now everybody is going to be thinking really a lot.
Okay?
In order to achieve this, whatever you have written on the top, what are the price which you wanted to pay, not wanted to pay, which you have to pay? Nothing is free in this world. I don't know. I told you, right? Every time there is. There are no such free lunches.
Okay?
There is nothing called free in this world. If you're getting something for free, you would have already paid for it. Or maybe you're going to pay for it. That's it. Okay, so if you wanted this kind of a lifestyle, if you wanted this kind of holidays and salary and work environment and all these people, what is the price which you're willing to pay? Don't write money.
Okay.
Price is not always money.
Okay?
You. You guys know about what I'm saying, right?
Okay.
What are the price which you wanted to pay? Write that down. This is the most most important part. I'll give you just one minute, guys. Think about that. What are the price you wanted to pay? It could be time. It could be money. It could be effort. It could be. It could be breaking away your habits. I don't know. Like you have to. You have to actually write that down. Write it down. Don't think in the mind. Write it down. Put it in a paper. Put it in a. Write it in a pen, pencil. Don't write it digitally, please. Sameer, we have to write in order to achieve this lifestyle. Whatever you have written, Sameer, what you wanted to give, ideally to in order to achieve that. Like let's say it could be. I will give from today, every day, five hours for my learning. From today I will follow three habits strongly. If I work on these three habits, definitely I am going to achieve this. I will spend this much of money on certain educational programs or courses or anything in order to achieve that. You write that I'm going to buy 10 books in order to achieve this particular goal. If I wanted to really go and reach this kind of a lifestyle. What are the price you wanted to pay? Sometimes you can even write numbers as well. You can say, I'm willing to spend in this complete year for my learning and education and everything. 20 totally 1 lakh rupees. That's okay, no problem. Spend that. Buy a good tool, Get a Chat GPT subscription for six months. Get a LinkedIn Premium for six months. Get a very good tools, get a very good laptop. Get a very good environment. Buy a very good desk, buy a very good chair.
Okay.
In your. In your house. First of all, if I have to achieve this, I need a workspace. First of all, in my house I need a very good camera. I need a very good lighting and a sound system. Then only I can able to talk perfectly to the people when I'm attending. If I'm attending 24 LPA job, do you think if my dhoti is hanging around or maybe if my sound is coming poor and I'm looking very blur and there is no. There is darkness hitting in my face. You have to look professional, right? So what are the price you wanted to pay? It could be multiple things. Please think about it. Sameer, are we clear? Samir, you're here. Yeah. Like this. It's clear. 30 more seconds. Do it fast, guys. It Write out in the chat box, guys, what is the price you wanted to pay Shortly. Write down the price. Write down the price I wanted to see in the chat box.
Quick.
Next we are moving for a very powerful activity.
Go ahead.
What are the time areas? It's very abstract. Write down the time, please write the time. That's what I'm asking. See, time, money, it's fine, guys, but write down this specific time. I will sacrifice per week. 15 hours for my learning. I'll spend for it. You have to write very specifically. Universe works in a very, very specific way. Three hours per day. Excellent. Re. That's good. Price is my comfort. Price is my comfort. Shashank. I could not get it.
So basically getting out of the comfort zone. So I will only extend my. I have a habit of extending my hand as far as I can reach. I tend to stop myself if there are obstacles.
So in order to. In order to bring out that. In order to cut that down, what are you going to do? That's what I'm asking. In order to come out of the. What are you going to do?
Okay, think that.
Think that I'll read the others.
Okay. Okay.
Karthik is saying out of zone. Karthik, please understand. In order to make you come out of the comfort zone, what are you going to do? That's what I'm asking. That's what is the price to pay. I know everybody has one difficulty. See, Sumana has written very specifically 10 hours for work, 2 hours for learning, 4 hours for creative practice. That's interesting. Sumana. I really like that. See, look at that. Look at the chat box, guys. She has written four hours for creative practice. So I can very clearly see that Sumana is going to one or the other way a creative field which is going to be damn. What you call damn creative design studio. In order to go to the damn design creative studio, you need to do something creative every single day. That's the price she wants to pay. Excellent example. Excellent answer. That is. That is practically correct. At least three hours every day to learn and implement the learnings. I want different answers, guys. Okay, you guys are not going inward. That is the problem. Some people are going little bit inward and then they are coming outside. Okay, think about it. It's not always time. Think about. There is many, many price to pay. Please. I mean I was thinking I will uninstall all my social media apps. I thought somebody will. Don't write now.
Okay.
It honestly comes to you, right? That I need about the studios I imagine to work and Even in the future to have one similar to that. Right now I don't have any knowledge figuring out how I can get it. Becoming a similar person. Hey Arun. You're written. Writing the old answer. Sir. That's okay.
Fine.
What are the price to pay? No excuses. Why are you not able to give 300? Refreshing appearance. That's good. Apurva. I'll stop watching Mobis. That's interesting. That's what I'm. I'm looking for. I will unsubscribe. Netflix. I will unsubscribe. I will not even use smartphone. Who's like that? I don't know. I'm just giving you an example. One award winning project. Serve community people. That's great, Mohan. In order to achieve the one award winning product. Mohan. What are you going to pay price for that? Tell me. Decrease my mobile screen time to two to three hours. That's what I'm asking around. That's great. Okay, listen to me guys.
Okay.
There is one Richest, richest, richest, richest, richest person in the world.
Okay.
He more riches than him. There is nobody till now.
Okay.
His name is. I forgot his name. Actually I'll get his name.
Okay.
It's a real, real story happened. Listen to me. So he has at close at most 14 to 15 different streams of income. He's much richer than this Warren Buffett and all this Bill Gates and these people.
Okay?
So he has been asked one day. So he said you've been. You've been. He's doing mining business. He's doing petroleum. He's doing lot of things. Okay. He's the richest guy ever. Okay, I'll tell his name. His name is. You forgot his name. I'll tell you. So many journalists and other scientists and other. All the people, the success expert, motivational speakers. Everybody went to his thing and then they asked. Hey, you have become the biggest successful person in the world in terms of financial, in terms of knowledge, everything. Can you tell me what is the secret behind it? He said there is only two secret. You know. What is that? How many of you want to guess that? Two secret. Simple. It's just two secret. He said two things. The first thing is decide what you exactly want. Many people have a problem in this itself.
Okay.
Many people are saying good people. Good people. What is that? Good people characteristics. Please write it down. Then you will attract those good people in inside you. You're writing. Good environment. Good work. Holiday. Good, good. Good salary. What is that?
Good.
Write that down. First, decide exactly what you want. Second, pay the price for it.
Simple. Yes.
Close this entire interview with just two words.
Okay.
If you want something in your life, you'll have to pay the advance first.
Okay?
It doesn't work that Jagdish. I will first get the job and then I will subscribe for all these tools. Whatever you said. Then I will pay for the courses to learn. Hello. It doesn't work that way. You're going against the law of nature. Nature is going to screw you. Nature always gives first. How many of you don't know this? Nature always gives first. Gives.
Gives, gives, Give, give, give, give.
Give Lot of sunlight. Give lot of water. Give lot of minerals and nutritions. Then and only the plant grows and gives you the fruit. You can't expect the fruit directly. If you expect the fruit directly, you're going against the law of nature. You will never achieve that and you will be scratching your head forever.
Okay?
So please decide this. Guys. I don't know whether you guys have really written the price properly. But honestly speaking, we don't have time. We'll have to move for the next topic.
Okay?
Will you guys give me a promise that you will write your price properly after this session? Or maybe many people have not written the price properly. You guys have not gone deep. You should tremble literally when you're writing. This is the price I wanted to pay. That means you've properly written that. Can you. Can you tell me if you wanted to uninstall all of your applications in your smartphone? That is the kind of price mean. I'm not asking you to do it. I'm just thinking. Many people are distracted. That could be a thing. Every day I'll wake up at 5:30. That's the price I wanted to pay. Can you write that? We will not write that. Because we have not yet gone deep into the price we wanted to pay. You know what is the price you wanted to pay? If you do that, once you give the price, people are going to come and give you that environment. Whatever you've written, if you're not willing to give, universe is also not going to willing to give. Okay? No matter what strategies and techniques you learn, it's not going to be a big practice for you. Because I need to touch the other aspect of it. Many people, even they put lot of efforts, they don't get success. It's because of this reason. Please do understand. From the day one, if you understand this part 100%, you will put efforts and there is no way that you will fail. 100. There is only one way. You will only succeed. That's it maybe it may take little time, maybe it may take one more month extra or maybe it may take two more months extra. That's it. But you will definitely achieve that environment whatever you've written. Okay, so that is the point. What I'm trying to make is fine. So we talked about the different standard applications which is cover letter, tailored resume, Grammarly. I mean you can use these tools as well guys. Like let's say there is a tool called Jasper. Okay, I'll talk about it later, don't worry. So whenever you guys have this kind of a studio in your mind, the goal and the ideal thing, whatever you have in your mind now, you should know exactly how to go and get to it. Get to that point. You have to think what are the projects do I have now? You have to think what is the skill set do I have now? You have to think what is the current mindset do I have now? What is the effort am I putting for that? And you will know exactly where are you right now. You will itself now measure yourself properly. Once that measure comes into the picture, then you will start taking the action properly.
Okay?
And there are many tools to help you. There is a tool called Pajama hr. There is, there is a tool called job synchro. Okay, how many of you know that tools? It will help you perfectly align your matchmaking strategies in order to get which job is super for you. I'll be showing it at the last, don't worry.
Okay.
And how many of you are using this LinkedIn AI assistant? This is a beautiful tool guys.
Use it.
You will get a lot of what you call reply back. Once you use this kind of a LinkedIn AI platform and assistant. Okay, Please do, please do invest on this kind of a tools. It will be a meaningful investment. Okay? Statistics, tailored resume. Tailored resumes are three times more faster to get you hired. In interview, Forbes carrier report says that everybody has only one resume. Everybody has only one portfolio. Am I right or not?
Tell me.
Guys, see that. That is why whatever you have written is not happening. It's just a dream for you. So please change that. Okay, Today we we learned Raa. What is that? What? What did we learn? Three things today. Tell me what are the three things? Adapt, research, apply. Yeah, we learned the three things. So align with that automatically. You'll be getting clarity over there. Okay, so the third important aspect which I have to say is networking. See the first thing what we saw is dolphin design approach. We saw about how to research about the company, adapt the company and start applying for it and following it up. The second thing we saw about how to create one kind of a standout portfolio and everything. Don't worry, we'll be helping you with that part. It's. It's coming. Just first of all, I wanted you to set the ground. Where are you really aiming for? That is the most most important thing. The third important thing is network and outreach. Jagdish, I'm a very shy person, Jagdish. I am. I am very introvert. Jagdish, please throw all these tags out of you. If you wanted to get this goal, whatever you've written on the top, you will have to pay the price to remove the tag out of you. Very simple. This is your tagisha. Don't even talk proper English. It's okay. Remove that. At least start talking from now you'll get to it. Jagdish, I don't know how to talk good English. I don't know how to create a very good portfolio. I don't know how to skill renew. All this tax. That is the price you wanted to pay. Learn that. Who's stopping you? Spend four hours extensively learn it. Ask me, I'll guide you. That's why I'm here, right? That's why the community is here. That's why your team is there. You have team, you have a community. You have me, you have the learning management system, you have podcast, you have YouTube live. Now everything is there around you and on top of it you also learn from anywhere. It's okay, doesn't matter. Wherever you learn.
Okay?
So understand that networking is one of the major, major important thing. Particularly when you complete bonus 5 and 6 in Silver membership course, you will know how to uncover the meaningful connection. Second, you will have to use outreach. You have to use this LinkedIn email and you'll have to cold reach to the people. You'll have to start talking to the people. I wanted to really understand how tailored resume works. Tailored cover letter works. But CV would like to know just because. Wait, Meghna, I'm going to cover that part, don't worry. Okay, But Meghna, this has been covered in the first part of the bonus 6. Haven't you read that? It's in there in the bonus 5. Also I've detailed it out. What is the structure of a cover letter? What is the structure of a resume? What to add in the resume, what not to add in the resume. That's okay, fine. You can just go back after this course and watch the silver level courses. In fact, the assignment what I'M going to give you is that only because many people have not completed the silver level course and you're jumping. I don't know why. First of all, everything is there in the silver level course. Hackathon is going to make you activities do life even without this hackathon also you can still get result. But I know many people will not even touch that. Even if you touch that, you will forget that. If somebody is not making you to do activity live, you guys will not implement it. If you're not implementing live, you will not remember it. That's why we have hackathon. It's very simple. No, I can still tell. Hey, go and learn in the management portal and come on the Saturday in a circle and close this. Why are we waking up at this early in the morning? We have to practice that in what you call in reality. And then only it becomes a part of us. Or else after six months you will ask me LinkedIn outreach. What is that? You said to contact me people in LinkedIn. What is this outreach? You will again come like this. Okay, don't think that we will all be very sharp. We will forget many things.
It's okay.
That's why we have to be very careful and attentive. Okay, LinkedIn messages follow up. Three things are very, very important. Guys, I talked about this very detailed. But you'll have to know you'll have to approach to a lot of people if you wanted to really achieve this dream. Whatever you have written, you should be definitely open towards approaching lot of people in the LinkedIn. Okay, many of you have filled the Codex document. In your Codex document itself, you can use as a co pilot to start crafting personalized message what you want. Whenever you're getting a job description copy paste into your codex, ask one line what you wanted to apply for this organization. It will automatically give that for you. You guys have already tuned your chat GPT for you. You guys have already tuned that engine for you. That's why don't have separate chats, have only one chat. All your three codecs should be in one chat. That's it. In fact, the first one to one call what I'm going to review with you with with that Codex only if that codex is not proper, then I will not get clarity.
Okay, Use that.
Use that to properly craft out a message and start talking to people, recruiters, designers, many people. And then make sure you follow it up. Very, very important thing.
Okay?
What is the template? See, template has many, many things. I'm just giving you a small example. But the template should be. See, whenever you're talking to the people in LinkedIn, the first three keywords is very important.
Okay.
First three keywords is very important in order to attack them. The second you will have to first build trust. Trust and rapport.
Okay.
Don't ask, please give me referral. Don't do that.
Okay.
Third, you will have to tell the context properly. Context and the subject upfront. Make sure you tell that.
Okay?
Have your intentions clear. And then you talk about your request. And then you give a follow up. Very simple. This is the simple magic. Simple magic. But it takes a little time to practice that.
Okay.
Many times you will use the wrong keywords. They will not even reply. Many times you don't know how to build the trust and rapport.
Okay.
You need to establish a trust with the people whomever you're talking to. Next year. Context should be very, very important. What are you talking? It has to be precise. Don't talk stories. Tell me how you are. Your problem is going to solve. Your solution is going to solve their problem. Or maybe how you wanted their help. Ask that very clearly and concisely. One line and then that should be request as well as you have to follow it up then only it will work.
Okay?
It's a very very simple thing.
Guys.
How many of you are clear with little bit LinkedIn and approach?
Okay.
See all these things are concepts. I'm just telling you. But main activity we are going to do now and everything will automatically get aligned. Okay? So just. Just listen to this. The fourth is interview. First of all, if you guys are going for the interview, you need to build exorbitant confidence for that jagdish. How to build exorbitant confident. You need to know to talk about yourself for five minutes. You need to know how to explain your top three projects. You should know how to talk about you for three minutes. Also you should know how to talk about yourself for two minutes. Also you should know how to talk about yourself for one minute. Also you should know how to talk about for 30 seconds also about yourself. Can you introduce yourself in 30 seconds? Tell me. You will be confused. You'll be confused like.
Hey.
Hi. I'm Shashank. I'm from Bangalore. I'm a UI UX designer. I wanted to get a 15 LPA job. Or maybe if the recruiter is there. You will not tell this 15 LP. You will tell. I'm looking for a senior UI UX design role. And that's it. 30 seconds is done. This is what we are introducing Ourselves, we need context for this. We need a subject for this. We are going to do that activity.
Okay.
We are going to be very clear on our top three projects. We are going to be very clear on who are we. First of all, we are going to be very clear on what are the industry which we are going to target. And we are going to be very clear on crafting that particular application which is going to be standing out so from the crowd which is going to get you hired. And this comes with this three information, Research, adapt Apply. If you guys do this properly and then you will know when to use this interview strategies to get hired. Okay, so phases of the interview. There are three phase of interview. Guys, you will get first phone call interview. Nobody will get directly. Live interview. You will get one or the other way phone or email. Something like an invitation.
Okay.
So make your answers very concise. You have to trigger a curiosity in the phone.
Hey.
They. They'll ask you.
Hey.
Hi. H. We shortlisted your profile. Congratulations. So we are giving you a design task and can you just revert back tomorrow and get back to us?
Haha.
Thank you ma'. Am. So far. Thank you for selecting this. But one second Ma', am, can I ask you a few questions? What is the role? Are you hiring? I'm not seeing any clarity in the email. Can I see what is the typical day of the work life, what I'll be having? Can you explain me? Can you just tell me who is going to come for the interview and what is the time of the interview? Can you just tell me what are the compensation which I'll be getting? Okay, fine Ma', am, let me do the design task.
That's it.
If all these answers are not convincing you, then please don't take the design task. The first interface, what you have in the phone is very important. This will set you apart from many people. The more questions you ask with the hr, the more they will be able to like you. The more they'll be able to trust you. The first thing comes in their mind is your name. Second live interview. Whenever you're talking in the live interview, please use the Star format. Guys, many people are not even using this. Many people are even not even writing that in the Codex document. I don't know why. How many of you don't know what is star format. Whenever you're explaining your project, my dear designers, whoever is having NDA projects and all, okay, please listen to me very carefully.
Okay.
You have to explain situation. You will have to explain the task what you completed in that project. You will have to explain the actionable points, what you've taken in that and you will have to write the results what you got in that. It's very, very, very, very simple. If you guys are not able to matricate this in your projects, first of all, how do I believe you have did the project? First of all, how do I believe you have 5 years experience? You show me some experience certificate, it's okay. But are you matured? Are you really having that clarity toward explaining your project? And on top of it, how. How many of you have the experiments mean? How many of you have the achievements in front of you in your past career? What are the major deliverables and breakthrough you guys have created? How many of you have the list of it? Nobody has the list of it. I don't know that I know that for sure. Many people have it mean few people have in our program. They are very closely working with us for the longer time. They know it. They know about their past. Like people like Nancy. I don't know whether Nancy is there in the call. Nancy know about her earlier projects. Nancy know clearly what to talk about. Nancy is applying for the big big jobs. No, the point here is people will mean people will get attracted to you once you show what are the context you have the very moment when you're projecting your achievements, explaining your project in this format. No matter what project you got, people will hire you like anything. Same goes for the virtual interview. It doesn't matter. It's a big difference. In your virtual interview, your body language matters a lot. 57%. Your hiring decision comes from your body language. Okay, 6 to 7% of your hiring decision comes from your English communication. Jagdish. I don't know Hindi. How does it matter? It's only 6%. Jagdish, how to improve this body language? Don't ask me, ask yourself. That's the best way to answer it. If you guys have the intention very clear in your mind. If you guys have the proper goal and value, automatically you will be very clear what to talk to the people. Once you're clear inside your head what to talk to the people, your body language will support that. People will see the clarity in your communication. Are you guys seeing clarity in my communication? You are understanding whatever I'm trying to say. It's very simple. Communication is not talking too English. Communication is telling clearly what you want very simple. And if your clarity is there inside your head about you, your project, your star model, your achievements, you will not do mumbling, fumbling. You will Only talk whatever is required.
Hey.
Hi, I'm Shashank. I did seven projects in my five years of experience. I'm looking for a UI UX growth role. I already quit two organizations because I'm not having a work life balance. In that I'm looking for a role which is having a perfect work life balance. Even though the salary is not good, I don't care. I saw your company, I talked to your employees. I found your role is interesting. Why don't you give me a chance of interview? Can we Talk tomorrow evening? 30 seconds. The phone call. That's it. People will immediately call. You see, I'm talking very clearly because I'm clear in my head. I'm clear in my intention. I know what projects I got. Even if that person asks you. Hey, can you tell about yourself, Shashank? Your project or anything? Yes, ma'.
Am.
I can tell about the customer experience project, what I did in the last quarter in the company. But I'm not able to reveal the name of that. What we used is a double diamond thinking process. We interviewed 50 people and then we narrowed down to five insights. And then again we diverged this idea and then we narrowed down to two insights. With that two insights, we created a customer experience where 200 to 300 queries has been addressed in one single day with our application. This is live in the market map. I can send you the link in the WhatsApp or LinkedIn. Please go through that. That chat box was entirely designed by me. I did the complete research part for it. I did the extensive work for it. I'm a part of five people team and I want to thank my manager also. He also supported me a lot. And I'm also looking for that kind of an environment in your organization. Would you like to interview with me? Can you tell about you have any similar projects like that? 30 seconds. That's it. Nobody has beyond this time. Guys, don't talk. Mumbling, fumbling. If you wanted to talk about this, first of all, you need to do a lot of groundwork. If you wanted to do a lot of groundwork, I'm going to send you a workbook now, okay? You'll have to do it live with me. If you guys wanted to talk very clearly in the interview or in the design task, or maybe in the first phone call with your interviewer or anything. First of all, even though you have one project, it doesn't matter. Are you clear about that one project? Don't tell me. I'm a fresher. At least you have one project. First do a metrication for that. First understand what are the results you got in that project. Understand what are the actions you took. Understand what are the tasks you guys created for that.
Understand.
Understand the problem statement of the situation. What you got. There is a. There is a proper metrics to do it. If you guys are doing it properly, you will get the output properly. When you're talking with the people or typing out the email or messaging everything, clarity is the first thing. And people can sense that when you're doing mumbling, fumbling, okay? An activity. So you can do a lot of mock interview with with the chat GPT questions as well in your codex. No problem. You can also use the tool called Yoodly AI. This is the AI tool which will be helping you as an English companion companion as well as an interview companion so that it will give you a lot of insights. It's an AI tool. Please use that. It's an interesting one.
Okay.
And people who have NDA projects. No problem. First of all you should know how to talk about your NDA projects.
Okay.
Align your past projects with the job requirements while maintaining confidentiality. Prepare talking points for the safe discussion. Focus on impacts and methodologies and framework, not the specifics. I want to highlight this guys people are having a lot of experience. They don't know how to project your NDA project. Focus on the impact what you created using this customer application. Thousands of people have downloaded our application last single month. Your company is not going to tell you. You will have to go and find out how much downloads have happened.
Okay?
It's not our responsibility to design the application or the product and go home. You have to understand what it is creating an impact. See, I'm telling right? Every time thousand people life are saving because of that. That's the impact. People connect with that. The moment when you say that people won't ask you portfolio guys. People will ask you when can you join. But are you clear on that? You're telling I did five projects. I'm a UI UX designer. I did that. I took the sky and then I bended like this. You're talking many things but you're not talking exactly what is wanted. You'll have to talk about the methodologies. Methods is same universally. We use the like. Let's say there are only four to five methods available. Whether. Whether you used the research idea product testing method or you use the non linear design process or use the double diamond design process or you use. You use whatever method. No, just explain that. No, we use six sigma method. We Are a manufacturer company. We use six Sigma method to solve the problem. Tell that. What are the six Sigma method? Dmaic? I don't know. Many people might not know about it. Okay, design, measure, inspect, analyze, course. Correct? I don't know. Dmaic. It is a very, very simple method. In the last batches I used to teach that. But now it is getting little absolute. I don't know. That's what I. I thought of removing that. But if somebody requests that, I can able to teach that. There are many methodologies you can able to implement to solve a particular problem for your client or something. But you have to talk about the method, not the client name or not the data. You have to talk about the framework. What does mean by framework? This particular program is a framework. We have courses, we have weekly calls, we have hackathons, we have one to one support. And on top of it we have a job special program. Also people are looking for this. This is a framework. Using this framework, you can teach design. Also you can teach max also you can teach physics. Also you can teach yoga. Also you can take meditation. Also you can teach anything. Are you guys getting this? This is called framework. Can you derive the framework for your projects? Tell me that. If you can't derive the framework for the projects, first of all, you are not very strong in your design. Understand that. Accept that. Seriously. I'm telling you guys, I'm very angry particularly to explain this point because lot of people are telling that I have five years experience, I have four years experience. But when I ask them the question, I. I came to know in few seconds, they're not strong in their process. Maybe their boss has given some inputs or maybe you, you guys are getting some method copied from somewhere. You guys are not soaking inside the process. Now I wanted you guys to do something, okay? Open this workbook. Open this workbook, okay? Try to create a copy of this. Can you tell me, guys, Very, very, very, very important part. Okay, so I will tell you. There are two different Personas available in this webinar, okay? Three, three different Personas. People who are brand new, attending for the first time.
Okay?
People who are already some experience. Like let's say freshers who are doing this. Two, three weeks of hackathon. And people are old people. Three categories are there. It doesn't matter. Three people has to fill this. You guys expected something different, right from me. Everybody has to fill this. There is no shortcut. Everybody has to fill this. Okay, but the reason why I explained about this three Persona is if you're an absolute fresher who has joined this program. First think about your past projects. Take time to read that questions and write it down. I wanted you guys to fill in next 12 minutes.
Okay?
I'm going to be starting up again. I'm extremely sorry, guys. Wait, wait, wait. I've just not created a copy of it. Hold on, hold on, hold on. My fault, my fault. I'll do it right away. Hold on. I'm extremely sorry.
Wait, wait.
Just a second, Just a second.
Okay.
Just a second. I'm giving you. Don't worry.
Okay.
Hey, don't edit that guys. That's the main copy. I'm giving you the this one. Can somebody delete from the chat box? Can somebody delete from the chat box, please? Please don't use this.
Okay?
If you guys edit the main copy then it'll be a little problem for me.
Copy the content and.
No, no, no need to do. No need to do. Just wait. Just wait one second. I'm giving you to you directly so that you can create a copy and use it.
Wait, wait.
I'm coming to you. Wait, I don't want you to guys to take hassle in that. I will do that. But you guys take hassle in filling your data.
Okay?
Excellent. Okay, so now I'm just pasting in the chat box, guys.
Okay?
Please somebody delete that. Thank you guys.
Fine.
Everyone in the meeting. Okay, can you check now were you able to create a copy? No, no, no. No need to worry, Nagarjun. Just click this. That will be better. While you're copy pasting, you may leave something or maybe you will, you will. You will not be able to format it properly. Just. Just create a copy. You will get the file very simple. Okay, tell me guys, one more time. Are you guys getting the copy? Thank you so much. Apurva.
Excellent.
So open that sheet, guys. Okay, open that sheet. I'm just sharing with you it. Open that sheet. This is how your sheet will look like.
Okay.
This is how. This is how your sheet will look like. One second.
Yeah.
Can you see this doin design application codex. Don't read about this codex and all you guys know about it. Okay, so right. What is your top three strengths and skills relevant to your targeted design job? You guys have written right in your paper. What is the targeted job which you are really looking for? Write down that last three projects in the star format.
Okay?
Please listen people who are brand new, okay? Write about the last three projects. Like let's say people like Rajesh. People like whoever just joined new for the first time. Write down your earlier project. Jagdish, I worked only in graphic design project. It doesn't matter. Jagdish, I worked in engineering project. It doesn't matter. I worked in a very very different project. Customer care support. It's okay. I'm not asking that. I'm only asking what are the situation. You have given task you've written task you've taken actions you've got. What are the results you made Very simple.
Okay.
And people are already not programmed. Definitely you will have one or two projects with you. Write that down. This current project also you can write. Whether you already did one project in institute you can write or. Jagdish, I have one project in my portfolio. I wanted to take that. Please write that. It's okay. Write that clearly. Make it as descriptive as possible, guys.
Okay.
Identify one niche which are really targeting. How do you tailor your resume to do that? Write down a little bit description. Draft a cover letter for your most targeted decentral in your language. You write it. Let me tell you cover little later. List three design focused LinkedIn post which you can able to attract those people. Write that down. Write that down. Write down your 2 minute elevator pitch for the organization. What is the unique strategy will you use? Plan out your plan out. How will you use AI for your job application process? List your top three company which you're ideally targeting and their unique job opportunities.
Okay.
What is your communication plan for the phone call interview? Create a 31 day plan. Don't worry about the prompts but just fill the questions. I would request you to first fill the question.
Okay?
Prompts is a magical thing, guys. Amazing prompt we have given you. But if you wanted to make that prompt work properly, you have to write as descriptive as possible. And I will give you 10 to 12 minutes exactly.
Okay?
If you wanted to take a quick bio break, go and take it. If you want to go and grab a coffee or tea, do take it. But please do fill it. If you guys are not filling it, forget this word dolphin from your life. You are not going to create a dolphin application. The real dolphin is going to come now.
Okay?
You can only apply generic jaw. Jhola is laughing. Forget this dolphin from your life.
Okay?
So this is very important. Because the more specific you go inside you only see. I cannot talk for one person right here. I cannot bring Ramraj or Chitra or somebody and only go with that example. I wanted you guys everybody to go deep into yourself first and write this down.
Okay?
Don't tell me Jagdish. I'll do it in the evening. Evening will not come.
Okay.
And evening will come again and again. But you are. You will not complete this application.
Okay.
I'm going to be playing some music. Guys. Just listen to that music.
Okay?
Take one or two minutes break and quickly come back and start filling this sheet. Faster you fill it. I'm going to show you something very, very surprising at the last. Very very interesting activity is there. And with that only we are going to close this. Not able to edit. I've given you access. Guys. Wait, wait. Let me. Let me. Let me give this.
No.
Once you create a copy, you can do anything. Sumana. Guys, can you edit? Tell me.
Yeah, yeah.
Once you create a copy, you can do whatever you want. Yeah. Sumana, are you using the current? Wait, wait. I'm just pasting the link again.
Take it. Okay. Yeah.
Good, good. What are the core difference between tasks and action? Excellent question. See, tasks means like let's say you are getting some situation.
Okay.
Give me an example. Like let's say you're getting a situation like you wanted to resolve Query management system. You're building some application for that.
Okay.
So what are the tasks you guys are thinking? Okay, we will have to do first user research task.
Okay.
You will have to do what you call ideation session. With the lot of customer care and other people will have to talk to the consumers. We'll have to talk to the users. This is tasks. Actions is what are you going to take actions for it? Each task will have 5 actions, 50 actions, 100 actions. You have to do primary research or the secondary research. You have to go to the field. You have to talk to people. All these things are action points. Task is different. Action is different. Put it in chat GPT. You will get the clarity.
Okay.
Can I add project which I'm currently doing now? That's okay notion. You can definitely add. That's what I told you again.
Okay. Okay.
Any other doubts guys? In the sheet, what music you guys want? Focus Music. Give me a track audience choice.
No music.
Hey, no music.
Maybe what I'll do is I'll play the music you can be in. You can switch off your sound. Majority of the people you want music or not, Give me that. Give me that link. YouTube link or whatever. Slow music. Only for this particular vibe.
Okay.
Same which you played earlier, Aditi. Okay fine. I'll play that for you soft. Okay, I'll play the same music, guys.
Don't worry. Okay.
Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Any reason.
Sa.
People who are watching this recording as well they should also Use the same time to fill this activities.
Okay. It.
Guys, do. Please switch on your camera and do it.
Okay.
And if any doubts is there, please do rise. We can able to help you. Not an issue.
Okay.
Please do switch on your camera. It's okay. It's our community only.
Okay.
Are you guys writing or are you guys. I don't know many people. Jagdish. I feel like sleeping again. Please come back. I don't think people will do writing. Writing. I understand. Okay. For any reasons, if you're not able to switch on your camera, just message me.
Okay.
Maybe I'll activate manually as a co host for you.
That's great. Okay.
And people. Whoever has did.
Okay.
People. Whoever has. People who has did. Can go to the next prompts.
Okay.
And do it slowly. Another seven more minutes. Do it fast.
No problem.
Sometimes it takes little time. That's why I'm giving you a little time to reflect on yourself. I feel I look weird when I'm focusing. It's okay. Sameer.
Okay.
That's cool. It is okay. Nishit. Fine for your level. It is okay.
Initiates. Fine. No problem. Good question. Okay.
Okay. No problem. Tripti.
Sa Sat.
Sa.
Sa.
Guys, are we there? Pipe D. If you have done the questions or if you need little more minutes. Another two minutes. I'll give already we are five minutes overboard. I know this takes little time. But you will have to complete it. Do it fast. Do it fast. Don't get distracted.
Do it.
Do it. Do it. No problem. You guys are not doing it now. You will not do it later in the daytime. It's so distracting activity. You will take years to complete this. I'm telling you, Kumar. What you can do is you can draft a cover letter for your most targeted design role. So this is my upcoming role.
Yes.
Yes. Yes. You can draft it for your upcoming also. Kumar, it's up to you. That's your dream, right? Whatever you've written as a dream.
Okay.
You wanted to achieve it in 10 years. Write the upcoming one. That will be most relevant. Aishwarya, don't think much. Whatever is your favorite niche, you can write it down. Now don't have to think much. Okay. Because it will put us into confusion only. So write it. I could not understand Anju.
So between that two questions. What is the difference is that two minutes pitch to the recruiter. And another one is communication or phone call with recruiter.
Communication channel. Right? Am I right? The communication strategy could be not just verbal. You can also communicate through voice notes. You can communicate through PDF Attachment. You can communicate through a short video. You can also embed one YouTube live and send it. So what is your creative communication strategy you're using with the hr? Think about it.
Okay.
Good question.
Yes.
I think people are writing it properly. That's why these questions are coming. Good. People have not asked the question. Either you're super intelligent or you are in the different track only. She's laughing. Hey guys. I clicked something wrong. I'm not able to see.
Are you your second?
How do I change this?
View.
View mode.
Second. Okay. Yeah.
Got it. Particularly for the freshers like Joshua. Are you able to get it? Abhishek? Joshua.
Yes, yes, yes.
Now Sheen Bhatmavadi. Are you able to get it? Writing it. Are you guys. Akshita. What about you, Akshita?
K.
Riyaz. You guys are mute. Are you guys okay?
You.
You guys are.
Get.
Just getting started. I can understand. You guys will be left with no projects. Or sometimes you'll be confused. But. But write the latest projects, please.
Okay.
Yes. Yes. That's good. Ria. Sangeeta. Shajan Shay. Are you. Are you writing it? You're a little senior person.
Yeah.
Yes, I am also.
Okay.
That's great.
Superb.
Kanda. What about you? Kanda has lot of projects. Kanda will be confused what to put. Am I right? K. I wanted to see you. Where are you?
Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Right.
Read it.
For.
For people like Kandan. I would say for experienced people. Anywhere around three plus years. You will have. You will have to do this activity properly. It's a very boring activity, guys. For sure. I'm not telling. It's a very interesting activity. It's a very boring activity. But Shahrukh Khan says one thing. How many of you know this money lies in boring things. How many of you are a big fan of Shahrukh Khan? SRK tells money lies in boring things. Shahrukh Khan has never eaten ice cream. How many of you know this? Look at his body. Look at his health. He has Moreover done some 10 plus surgeries in his spinal cord or something. I think he's a good.
Not now. Got a next superstar.
Next superstar?
Yeah. I have got a next superstar. So I. I don't follow Shahrukh Khan yet.
Now that's okay.
He.
He used to tell that I am the last of the stars.
Okay. Yeah.
I like Shahrukh Khan because he found his highest value in his life. And he's doing again and again. That's why he doesn't feel exhausted. He doesn't take break. He doesn't feel I need Saturday, Sunday. He doesn't tell that. That's why he's the second richest actor in the world. People who tells that they will get this. You know how many times they do voice recording? You know how many times they take the shots?
They can still get this. You have to walk smart.
I would say smart or hard. I would say focus on the right value. That's it. You'll automatically become smarter. Hard or whatever.
Okay.
This is why we need to like plan out for the time management and work life balance. That is important.
So Sumana is trying to ask me one thing. Because of this. I know someone. I'll answer this at the last.
Okay. That is.
That is for all yesterday itself.
You messaged me. Okay. That's why I'm considering that. Wait, I'm going to tell to the people as well.
Wait.
Okay, let's complete this activity.
Now.
Aditi is laughing. Aditi, you're laughing for this. I don't think it's. You're laughing for something else.
No, actually my roommate was asking me something.
Can understand.
Because this is.
This doesn't have to laugh so much. We didn't do anything.
Okay.
Yeah, go ahead. So the 13th one. 13.
How will you ensure your liquid profile to be optimized?
Not that much. Sorry. 31 plan for consistent job application efforts.
Yeah.
You try to write your plan.
Okay.
But it's also going to give you something. You can say first one week I'll focus on this next four days I'll focus on this next something like whatever is your rough plan.
Can you please explain the 14th one?
Yeah. One second, one second, one second.
Okay.
So 14th one.
Right.
So write three behavioral interview questions you anticipate and your star answers. That means what is your profile? You know better, right? You know what is your projects. You know what kind of interviews you are going to attend. So what's your expectation? Like let's say write three questions in that. Think about Jagdish. I may get question like this. For that questions. Write your star answers. See I. I just mocked Shashank, right? I just told Shashank. Shashank can answer like this. Let's say I did a customer experience project which has improved this much of thing and that that star format answer. You have to write that expectation because you know what is the niche and what are the interview you guys are going to attend, right? Clear. Who asked this?
Now?
Yeah, yeah. So fine. Now clear.
Yeah, clear.
Yes, of course. Padmavadi. You can use that. No problem at all. What is the question? You asked Nagarjun. Fourth one is designed for changer. Fourth prompt.
Huh?
I'm not able to get you.
The fourth prompt. How to tailor your resume, how to think about it.
What?
Right?
Fourth one?
Yeah.
To highlight your unique strength. So you will have to think about first of all in your resume. How are you going to blend your skills and achievements to the dream job? What you're targeting. Like let's say Jagdish, I am very good in storytelling. Like let's say I'm very good in art doodling or visuals or anything. Or maybe you're very good in reasoning power. So understand that is your strength and that's your power. Based on that, you will have to compile the resume and create a strategy. You'll have to write some real time stories. Or maybe the project which you exhibited this reasoning and then you solved it. You'll have to bring that into your resume and you have to add that as a soft skill. You have to add that as a hard skill. Whatever. We have two skills. Hard skill and soft skill. Hard skills is like learning this Figma software, all these things. Soft skill is like how do you communicate your projects? How do you work along with the team? How are you good in people management? Hard and soft both is important.
Okay?
You guys will be paid for hard skills, but you guys will be growing your career with soft skills. Please think about that.
Okay.
Guys, for the prompts who have started the prompts, tell me. Whoever has started, if you wanted to use the prompts, you can click the link again and you can take from that sheet. Because I have little bit modified the prompts as well. You can take that latest one.
Okay.
In your sheet you will be using the copy. No problem. Just click the chat box. Pasting you again.
Wait.
I'm pasting you again. Guys.
Wait.
Take that. Prompts a little bit modified over there. That would be better.
Where is this?
Yeah, I'm pasting you again.
Take that.
That's the latest prompts available. Guys, we need to move to the last part of this session please. I think all should have completed the 14 questions. Now. It should be a time for prompts. So prompt will not take more than two, three minutes. Am I clear? Yeah.
So what is the communication plan for phone calls with recruiters? So what should I.
Plan in the sense? Like let's say when you. When somebody calls you or maybe when you are making an attempt to the recruiter. What would be your plan? My plan is I have to introduce myself and call for an interview. My plan is I have to Talk to these people and get the role clarity. My plan is I have to call to the people and get the salary details. Because I'm not sure about this one only. I have to call to the people and get the role and the salary and the work level and everything. So what is your communication plan? See, if you don't have plan.
No.
Then people will operate with their plan. If you have plan, you can make that person think in your direction. HRS has a plan. Guys. There is no doubt about it.
Okay?
They want to ask you only a few things. How fast you can join. What is your expected salary? That's it. Two questions only. They have. They don't. They don't even have three questions. Two questions. Are you ready to join? What is your expected salary? That's it. They don't worry about skills now. They are going to talk to 100 people. They will know whom to pick. Their shortlisting is initially in the first few stages have to cut down.
Tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck, tuck.
Not with the skills but this basic criteria. Because if you're somewhere outside the place. If you're not able to join the place fast, they will not spend time with you. Even though you have super skills. They don't care. So that's why your communication plan should be very clear. While you're talking to the recruiter. Then you have to tell. Ma', am. I can see that you are requiring for an urgent role. I can join from tomorrow also. Listen. Your plan is to communicate this. I can join from tomorrow also. Provided if you answer me these three questions please. Will you answer? Yes, of course. Please tell me the salary. Ma'.
Am.
Tell me the role. What I'll be working. Tell me about your design team. Ma'.
Am.
Can I talk to one of your design lead tomorrow? To get some confidence before coming to your organization. Can I do that please? Today evening, three o'. Clock. Zoom call. Phone call please. So your plan is now very clear. When you pick the call, you will not mumble, fumble. You'll be exactly telling what you want.
Okay?
And everybody needs different Kanda.
Okay?
It's not the same answer for all. For your level, Kanda, the answers, the questions should be different. For people like Dayal and Meghna, it will be little different. If you guys have completed the 14 questions, I'm telling you, you are in a breakthrough. Guys. Seriously. You may not seeing the results in front of you right now. But you guys have really gone deeper. The more descriptive you write the questions and answers, it will be really, really great. You're halfway through actually 13th. I've answered you the 13th just now. Were you, were you there on the call? Once again, I'll explain you wait. How will you ensure your LinkedIn profile is fully optimized before applying? So according to you, what you think LinkedIn could be changed in order to attract a lot of people? Like let's say, I think if you would have watched the Bonus 5, you will definitely know about it. But it's okay in your current knowledge. Please write that down like this. I need to change my cover picture. It doesn't even look professional. I need to change my description carefully. I need to update my bio properly. I need to post every single day, two, three information about my niche. I need to keep my LinkedIn profile optimized. I need to update my job preferences every single day. Something like that, guys. And for Tripti and other people, I'm just telling you this is little out of this context. People who wanted to do a little freelancing work with us who can come forward.
Okay.
The activity is actually resume building. We are getting a lot of clients, guys. But I'm not able to do that because of this activity. Tripty has come forward and many people also asked asked me. But what I return to these people is you first achieve your goal and then come back. But if you're currently happy with your goal but you're looking for two to three months of jump, I mean career, what you call goals to be achieved and you have little time bandwidth for you, then you can come forward.
Okay?
Because you can do this design resume activity and then also you can make a passive income out of it. Second is you can learn many editing skills out of it. And third is you will understand the client requirement and then you will create a resume based on that. You will not be just a clerical guy who moves things here and there. You will do a proper strategic resume and I'm going to guide you for that. You're not going to be just like that, okay? I'm going to be giving you prompts. I'm going to be giving my credentials in LinkedIn so that you can access your clients directly and talk to them. Because in your LinkedIn they won't be able to give you.
Okay.
Because I've created that social presence in LinkedIn. I've got close to 100 plus clients.
Okay?
You will have to qualify these people. You will have to just interact with them and then you can propose your concepts and ideas and get these things done. Definitely. You can also make a passive income out of it. I Don't know whether you will make much income. But it's up to you.
Okay?
This is just an idea. Please think before you come to me.
Okay?
Even if you come to me, I'll knock you down. Your first goal is job. If you're still searching for that, please go and achieve that first. Okay? Don't. Don't work on freelancing. If you're having some experience job is there then you can do it as a part time, not an issue. Are we clear? Can we go for the next next next next next things please.
Guys, supposed to use these prompts. I'll put the data first and the first round and then second prompt like that.
Correct. Sequentially first put all the question answers make now same like how you used to do this Codex.
Right?
Same.
Understood.
Nothing different. Yeah. If you guys are putting this in the same Codex document, it will be better. But I can see many people have just starting up new. That's okay. Keep this chat separately.
Okay.
You can save it as a PDF and word affair and you can upload again in the chat GPT again not an issue.
What are the behavioral interview questions?
That's what for your profile. Like let's say who's talking about Sumana? You. Right?
Yeah.
Let's say in your experience Sumana for your profile for your niche for your targeted industries. What kind of a questions you think you will get with respect to understanding your character and behavior? Like let's say they may ask Sumana why do you want to come from an art background into research? That is a good question. Behavioral question. They want to check your behavior aspect. Very simple, right? So something what is your anticipation towards that?
Yeah.
I have faced a question that you have a varied experience and how you link all this experience to UX design.
That's a good question. Excellent question. Please write it down and also make sure you answer that.
Yeah, I answered already.
That's good. That's good. Prompt is going to give you the answers. But I wanted you guys to first write it now. Okay. Don't rely on the GPT much.
Okay.
At least my GPT can't analyzer my LinkedIn. That means you don't have the premium. That's okay. But. But. But you just give some descriptive things so that it can analyze something and give you a preliminary answer.
Okay.
This plan asking sir. This plan asking is after every applying right? How will the HR instill confidence in us? I understand communication skill will play a major part before and after we can have a clarity But HR should answer correctly for it to Flow. Are there any ways around it or enhanced way apart from the reasoning with them? Nishad, can you tell your question clearly? Nishit, are you here on mute?
Yes, sir.
Shortly tell what you are asking. Sir, the HR doesn't always answer accordingly, right? So is this the way for applying before? If we are applying before, right? And then asking this question then it will be a better thing, right? But still the HR will need some confidence in us to ask straightforward. To reply to straightforward questions, right? Like I'll. There's an agent requirement. I'll join in tomorrow and. All right. But they need confirmation all these things.
Right?
Right.
Right. Right.
It's a very very common sensical question. What Nishit is asking if you wanted to ask sometime. See is a guy called Shantil in our program. Shant, are you here? He used to send a voice recordings to the HR interview and other things. Sometimes his questions was very rude to the recruiter. How many of you know this? Sometimes if you're asking questions the tone should be very very clear.
Okay.
You should ask in a trustable manner. Exchange of value. See Nishit, when you're talling to the people of course they will not trust you. Here they're talking to 100 Nishits like you, right? Nishit Pandey, Nishit Malviya, Nishit Kumar. They will talk to hundreds of Nishit. So you will have to understand one thing from the third person perspective. How do I build trust? In few minutes a hi call by their name.
Hey.
Hi Ms. Chitra. Like let's say the HR name is Chitra. Hi Ms. Chitra. How are you? Thank you for your email. I received your email. I'm very interested in this role. But I wanted to ask few questions. Will that be okay?
No.
No. I don't have time.
Oh.
Ma', am, if you are not able to help me with this, I won't be able to go forward with the design task. Because your design task is clear. But the role and description is not clear. Ma'. Am. That's why I wanted this clarity. Because I think we both have to be in the same line before applying for the interview. Are you okay? Definitely. That person will say okay. Any sensible hr. Any sensible HR will tell.
Okay, okay.
Or else reject that company.
No.
If they're not able to answer properly, there could be two reasons. One is their consulting hrs. They don't even know the company whom they are going to hire you and give it to you. Your salary will be very less in that consulting based HR. You understand, right? There are two types of HRs available. One is the. What you call the. What is that? Retainer based hr. Contingency based hr. I don't know about this terminology but one is the consulting hr. One of the in house hr. Is that clear for you?
Okay.
If they are talking from the consulting perspective, they will not give you this answer. But it's your responsibilities to go and get this answer. Use your communication skills properly. Ma', am, I can understand that you're not able to tell this answer. Can I know somebody in your organization who can give me this answer? Can you tell their phone number? Please, please, please.
Huh.
What's the name of the person?
Okay.
Lead of design, Kumar Singh.
Okay.
Will he be available right now? Can I get his phone number, Email id?
Okay. I'll talk to you.
You call to Kumar and get the details. No sir. Your company has given me this role. Sir, I'm really happy to talk to you. Can you just little bit explain about your design cultures of a few minutes? Because I'm more inspiring designer. I wanted to come and work like an organizations like you. First of all you should have did a little bit research about this company initiative. Because you need to have some context. Don't go bare neck bad.
Okay.
Then they will understand that you are just asking question. Sir, I saw in your website there were many consulting based projects and service based projects. Will I be also working in that way? Please tell me. They will be more excited to answer you here if you ask the right questions. There is a sheet available with Muthu Muthu Bala.
Okay.
I want everybody to go and talk to him today.
Okay.
Don't flood him but just talk to him. This guy has won that competition which I kept in the last hackathon. And then he got this sheet. 150 questions to ask to the HR and recruiters and co designers. Please use that Nishit. It will be very very polite, prompt and it will be and you have to use that rightly.
Okay.
And once you build the trust then people will answer you. The moment when you're talking about their website, their product and service they are very clear this guy is a little interested in our role. They would be more than happy to explain you. It's their responsibility to explain any HR's responsibilities to explain about the role, the salary, the growth, the potential, the work life, balance, everything. If they're not answering then you're not. Then you're talking to the wrong person. That company is not suitable for you. Ma', am, if you can't tell these details. Then how do you expect an employee to come and work in the three to four years longer and tell me. I'm not looking for a three month switch job, ma'.
Am.
I'm looking for an organization where I can stay for five years. If you give me the details of work life, balance your salary, your job description very clearly. Immediately I can able to come and give a live interview as well. If you're not able to give me. I'm sorry, ma'.
Am.
Please give this opportunity to somebody. Bye.
Bye.
Save your time.
No.
Why are you focusing on this kind of a substandard company, Substandard hr. The mindset of the people inside the design studio will also be like this only.
Clear.
There are many industries in the Indian. What you call Indian Indian mc. How many of you know this? MCA Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Go to that MCA and log in and see how many design companies and studios are there.
Okay.
I'm bringing one data analytics person in our program next month.
Okay.
This person is going to scrape away all this data from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Not in a legal way. In a proper legal way. To find you guys a list of repository of industries. How many big scale, small scale, medium scale, MSME and all these industries are available in front of you. In one click you guys will be able to get this data. And you guys will know whether that company is going to give vacancy or not. You can still apply that. Because Dolphin design application is designed in a way. Whether you guys have the vacancy or not, you. You guys can still apply. How many of you watched the mission 5 Unlocking Hidden Jobs. You will connect the dots here. There. I've talked about how to find the hidden opportunities inside the role. And then automatically you'll be getting the clarity over there.
Okay.
Nishit. Here. I think I've answered you more than what you asked.
Yes sir.
Get a lot of failures. Nishit. The the fastest way to learn this skill is get lot of failures in the phone call. No talk to 10 hrs today itself. Get all these repeated answers. Throw away this answers and get mature. You will have to drive the conversation. I always tell you people who ask the questions, they are in the conversation. They are driving the conversation. People who answer the question no, you are nowhere. If you are attending interview, you should be the person who has to interview the company. They are not interviewing you. Then you are in the wrong direction. You are not going to crack that interview. And. And in a polite way you should not ask her how come your company is Producing this kind of a product.
Ah.
Okay.
Yeah.
I. I see. I see that your company is having this kind of a growth. Tell me, what is the next 3 years role? Tell me then what are the next 5 years growth? Don't ask in this kind of a tone. Use the polite nature to answer. Sir, I can see that your company has a great LinkedIn presence. 20k followers are there. Amazing. Can I understand like what's your plan for the next three years, sir?
Okay.
We are having this kind of a products, Mr. Nishit. Okay, that's interesting. That's good. Sir. Will. Will a fresher like me will get a chance to work in a product team in that kind of innovative projects. Of course, Nishit. Once we see your performance, we'll hire you. Thank you, sir. When am I joining? Immediately. You will get the answers that that moment itself. How many of you wanted to know results in that interview itself? Ask this question. Don't ask in the first. Okay. Ask in the last. Sir, when am I joining? Whom I will be reporting? Will you guys provide me laptop which location I'll be joining? If they are answering these questions, you are selected. If they are telling, we will get back to you. Interview is gone. 80% gone, but 20%. You can still follow it up and maybe get it done. Because once they interview you, they should not interview anybody. Guys, I'm telling you. If they interview you like let's say you are the seventh person in the interview panel. Still five people is there. They should stop the interview. They should feel like, okay, this person is more than what is required. Even if they recruit five people, they'll still think okay, that seventh candidate is good. Let's take that person. Because you ask the right questions with the right tonality to the right person at the right time.
Clear.
To get that right things only. We are filling all these questions now to not do wrong there.
Okay?
If you're not prepared here, you will do many wrong there. Fine. Nishit.
Yeah. Yeah.
Sir, sometimes these questions that are authentic as well. Like what's the work life balancer? Even if asking in a polite tone, it turns out to be rude for some people, right? And maybe those people are even good for us. But at that time, it's not the right time, right to ask. You should. You should understand the conversation how it is flowing.
Okay?
The moment if you first ask the question, if somebody is calling you. Hey Nishit. Your profile got selected. Ma', am, can you tell about your work life balance? You should not ask that way, right? You should first Build a conversation you should ask. Thank you ma'. Am. Thank you so much for this. Can I understand you've called me from the LinkedIn profile or Glass doors on Monster? Okay. Thank you ma' am so much. Ma', am. I did not see your company name in that email. Sorry, Nishit. You're calling from a consulting agency. That's good ma', am. No problem. Can I understand the client? Whomever you are going to give me.
Okay.
The company is Accenture. Okay, ma', am, fine. So I'll be working for Accenture payroll or I'll be looking for a consulting payroll. Okay, I'm. I'm going to work for the consulting payroll. Super. Ma'.
Am.
Ma', Am, can I ask few questions little bit about the role clarity? Go ahead please. Any HR will tell. Go ahead please. Nobody will restrict you, Nishad. You don't put that tag Nisha. Nobody is going to answer you. My tone is bad. Then automatically that person who is going to be turned out in front of you is going to be a data a s s H o l. Okay? You don't attract this asshol people in in front of you.
Okay?
You attract good people automatically you will attract good answers and good quality questions.
Okay?
Because I can see HS are talking to hundreds and hundreds of people. Same goes for the recruiter. I also sit in many interview panels.
Okay?
I know that pain. Like many interview. Many people will come, come, come. And then you will have to ask the same questions. So that's little irritating for them. So you will have to be a little bit polite and understand their tone. And if they are seeing little frustrated or end of the day, don't ask so much of questions, ask. Sir, can I meet you tomorrow? Is that fine already? The time is 6 o'. Clock. I think the office will be closing. I wanted to have a little conversation with you. Sir, can I call you in the morning? Nine o'.
Clock.
Can we have a zoom call please? Along with your recruiter team? That's it. That's the best way to close that?
No.
Always when your conversation is happening in the phone, close with a call to action. Many people don't know what is mean by call to action. You think putting some submit button is call to action? Call to action is there in everything in your phone call in an interview. Every part of your aspects of your career.
Okay.
Okay guys, time is up. We have enough done. And please go and mark your attendance. Guys, how many of you have not marked your attendance? Go ahead, go ahead please. Please do mark your attendance. I really, really wanted you guys to take the advantage of the points or else you guys will not be getting the points at all. Okay, okay guys, listen to me now. Enough, enough. How many of you have completed the prompts?
I'm on the prompts. I want to know one thing. I have put the data and now I am copy pasting the prompts. But what chat GPT is creating, it's not very detailed. But I mean like prompts are like coming in italics like from ChatGPT itself. It's not like a detailed answers that I have.
Have you switched on the 4:04?
Whoa.
Maybe your limit may get resetted. You can use this prompts evening as well. But my major objective is for you guys to fill the questions. If you guys have filled the questions, it's superb. It's really nice. Okay, prompts you can just get resetted and then you can use it. No, everybody will get premium. Three or four searches, guys. Okay? Use that carefully.
Okay?
Wait till the limit resets. Do it in afternoon also. No problem. But the question answer should be first fill. Is that clear? Meghna? Definitely you will get what you call definitely you will get the exact answers. Max, people are using free version. That's okay. Here in the free version itself you can get little answers. Ramraj, no problem.
No, actually in the last question and last prompt it's written help me visualize a successful interview. So it like Gemini understands that visualize means it has to create an image.
Okay, then you can change that little bit tweak of the prompt to text based. It's okay, fine. Write me how the ideal design studio life will look like something you can change. It's okay. Finally you can little bit tweak the prompt as well. If the see guys, all the charge GPTs, whatever we have will not work the same way. You guys know why it is, right? It's not a Google search. It is a. It is a personalized search and based on your behavior, your Chat GPT has learned something and and it'll try to give you some answers.
Okay?
So just patiently observe and try to use it little bit different for the prompt. Like let's say make. Now if you're not able to get descriptive answer, you can write descriptive in the prompt. I've given this to work in the free version as well. If you guys are using premium then my prompt will be very different. But you guys should use little bit descriptive words or something so that to get a proper response in front of you, maybe you you would have not given more details about Your project on the top. Maybe you would have not written some points properly somewhere. The prompts will be a little bit here and there. It may go.
Yes Purva tell me sir, actually to analyze our all LinkedIn profile like how we can means for example I want to paste my link to the chat GPT but it's not showing the date. I I have put the prompt that Please analyze my all LinkedIn profile.
I think you are notion asked this. It's okay, you don't have to use that prompt because sometimes what happens in the premium the first the four word search it will analyze your LinkedIn profile. If you used it enough, it won't analyze. In that case what you can do was search. It will analyze your LinkedIn profile. If you used it enough, it won't analyze. In that case what you can do is you can take a snapshot of your LinkedIn. You can copy paste all the descriptions, whatever you have and put it in the chat GPT. It will analyze. Is that okay?
Oh yes, yes.
Simple activity you can do.
Yes.
Ramraj in free version it's not analyze the analyze my LinkedIn profile. That's what now she know. That's what Purva also asked. You can copy paste the picture snapshot, copy paste the sentences what you have in the LinkedIn until this is the information about my LinkedIn please analyze this. It will give you.
Okay, okay, use it.
Guys. See 100 accuracy will not come. I already told you 70 to 80% even. In fact chat GPT says it is not 100% correct. But we need some navigation to start. We need some clarity to navigate. That is why this plan, the subject and everything is coming in front of us from there. You little bit tweak it make now definitely we all know how to little bit tweak the prompt. It's same like conversation. It doesn't require any big knowledge from us. And you guys are there in the program. You guys know sometimes in the codex you will not be able to use all the prompts directly because of this reset issue and because of the what you call this 4O issues. Sometimes. Sometimes you have to give a little gap. But tell me, have you completed 14 questions? Meghna tell Meghna and others I'm asking have you completed 14 questions?
Yes.
That's enough. That's more than sufficient. First of all, you are getting trained more. That's what I want. You can use this prompt. Don't worry, you can connect with me separately. I'll tell you where that prompt went wrong. We have to see Your answers earlier. What happened? We can help you. But provider, you can also do a little bit of tweaking. That sheet is for you only.
Okay.
You can tweak the little bit prompt and then you can change that. And please use the last sheet I've sent you. That prompt is little better.
Okay, I think I gave but for every prompt I tried it is like putting everything in italics and not answering. Like it's weird. Yeah. This is the first time that I'm experiencing.
I'm also experiencing for the first time. Okay, fine. Let's. Let's come to this topic make now. Okay, That's. That's not a big deal. You can still take it. I'll come to you separately. I'll help you with anything which is.
There with you later.
No problem. Is that okay? Fine. He's also facing this italics problem.
Actually sir, I have. If it's not working on LinkedIn, we can try in co pilot it. It is doing it for free.
Yes, yes, yes. Super magna. Is it okay? People are finding some alternate ways.
No, no, no. I even I can think of it. But the thing was like since day one I'm using that same chat space. So I was doing it in a. In that same space itself. Like where I did my codecs. So that's why.
I understand. But you will have to think about. Sometimes it behaves little weird. I also know that two days before I was also using ChatGPT completely went shut off. It is making me error. It is giving me some kind of a BS answers. But I don't know. Sometimes you'll have to refresh it. Sometimes you have to close the tab and try it out. Maybe you have to change the timing. See if I use charge at the night time. No, the responses is really really slow. And the responses is okay. But if I use it in the morning times, the response is very different. Have you guys tried this same prompt will produce a different output because it's customizable artificial intelligence. It is not a programmed code where you will only get the same answers every time when we do so. It's okay, Meghna, you can just send me that word file. I will use the premium for you and then I'll use the prompt and give it to you.
Okay?
Is that okay?
Yes, Yes.
I don't come everybody like Meghna, please go.
Okay, okay.
Fine.
Fine.
See, people like Purva, they're using alternate methods, right? So be little smart in using that. Thank you, Purva. Okay, so you guys have filled the codex question. Yeah. Gemini.
Yes, yes. Yes.
Co pilot Gemini.
Use this, okay.
And use the magic prompts properly and you will be getting all the answers in front of you guys.
Okay? So.
So we talked about design Dolphin Design application. We talked about how to create a standout. And you guys are right now in front of you having the standout. And network strategy is also available for you. And also interview preparation. Don't worry, this is just a start. While you're having the phone call with me, while an interview comes, I'll be able to guide you separately. Don't worry about that part, okay? Because for Saturday every day, Saturday every week, you're having a plan for people who are attending that week's interview. You're having a separate call for that. Okay? I'll let you know. And you guys can take an advantage of that.
Okay?
But plan and tell me prayer. Don't come and tell this afternoon. I have interview. I will tell you all the best. That's all. I will not guide you anything. How do I guide you? Okay, fine. So what are the outcomes? Mainly you got. You guys are getting the clarity towards mastering your networking, your application process and your optimization. And particularly when you work on your Codex document properly, you will also see a lot of things getting changed. Sometimes many answers will change in your codex. Now you can in fact start from the fresh guys. You can rearrange all of your three codexes and use a new chat and use this particular Dolphin design application Codex and also create a lengthier output. So that will be acting as an excellent copilot for you. Use that same chat again and again and again for all the interviews. You will definitely get a super, super response. More than using the fresh chatgpt. I mean chat. I'm saying okay because you're literally tuning your engine. Okay, so now what are the assignment are we going to have? See first of all what you have to do. You guys are going to get 5,000 points for this assignment. This will be activated for you tonight. Okay? Not now. This will be activated for. You need to upload five proofs, guys.
Okay.
What are that? Five proofs. First of all, you need to apply. This is your first proof.
Okay?
Yes. You need to prepare your resume and cover letter which is tailored for one job role. Whatever you're trying to do from your Codex document, maybe you can try one or even five also.
Okay?
One or five. It's up to you. No problem. Because the more and more you apply, it will be better. Similar industries, okay? Don't create different different job application. Create one industry, one niche and start applying for it.
Okay.
Second, you need to have some portfolio and branding material with you. What kind of a project are you targeting? Like let's say if this financial management team is working on financial management, make sure your portfolio and everything is ready for them with the metrics properly aligned. And then you create a branding materials for that. Like let's say it could be a behance profile, it could be a website.
It could be anything.
Third proof is when you apply to the people, are you getting any reply? Whether you talk to co designers or recruiters or anybody, are they replying that this is little difficult. Many people will not get that. But if you guys upload this proof only, you guys are going to get 5,000 points after that. Okay, sorry, this is the third one guys. Okay, application proof, screenshot of the submission. Sorry, sorry. This is the third one. Okay, maybe the number if I put it, you guys will be able to get it clear, I guess. Okay, sorry, my fault.
Okay.
Resume and the COVID letter and the application proof. And the fourth is a reply proof. In fact, fourth is the most, most difficult thing, guys. Fifth, how many of you can read this Fifth, how many of you can read this fifth? Evidence for the offer or the further invitation? I don't care whether you got the offer, but what I care is are you moving to the next step? That's what I want. Yes. Meghna, we like your application. We would like to have an interview with you. That's it. You can send that email. You can take that screenshot of that email and you can upload it. You can take the Screenshot of the WhatsApp message and upload it. You can take the screenshot of the LinkedIn text message also and apply it. Email apply, no problem. But I want the proof of this file. So what are you going to do? You're going to take any one or two projects. You're going to create a very good resume and a cover letter.
Okay.
You can watch the bonus five and bonus six. Definitely you guys will be able to get it, no problem. And then you guys can prepare a little branding materials out of it. If you wanted to use a LinkedIn post to pitch, no problem. If you wanted to use a little Behance profile to pitch, no problem. If you guys have a website already, no problem. Do whatever branding material you want. People don't care much.
Okay.
And the third, you'll have to give me the application proof. Where have you applied it? LinkedIn, Glassdoors, wherever you are applying. Fourth response from them like this. I've applied five roles. Nobody has replied. Then you cannot approach Upload this proof. You'll have to change the strategy. Then you'll have to apply for 10 industries. You'll have to apply for different. Different industries. Try that. Maybe your project A doesn't work. Project B, what is your job?
You have.
You're going to have a time till January 14 to complete this activity.
Guys.
Is it okay? Enough time for you guys? Enough time for you guys. The first two proofs I needed it before Sunday. The next three things you can get reply before Pongal holiday starting.
Okay.
Can you tell me which is the day for the January 13th and 14th? Tell me that. Tell me that. Which date is coming? Monday.
Tuesday.
Problem. So Monday. Tuesday is a weekday. So you guys take time to complete this proof and get the proof of people who are replying as well. Jagdish, I got five out of five. Five people replied.
Good.
Write it down. Take a screenshot, put it. Kolaji does an image. Take a big image and upload it. If it is asking for png, upload it.
Okay.
And then fifth one. What is the proof? For further invitation. Jagdish, I've crossed two interviews. I've crossed two rounds. I've completed design task. Tomorrow I'm attending interview. Upload that Jagdish. I got offer itself. Upload that Jagdish. I got salary negotiation done. Upload that Jagdish. I'm joining tomorrow in this organization. It's okay. It could come true. I'm not saying it will not happen. It will definitely come true. If you use your one or two projects for one or two industries. Max to max. One or two niche industries you can apply. If you are a fresher, I would say you can target for three, four industries. It's okay. Fine. No problem. Because you are a fresher. I know you. You can be generically applying for many places. But you should work on your value proposition carefully and apply that. People are experienced. They will know exactly. They already have resume and cover letter. But. But. Do a little tweaking.
Okay.
And then approach with the portfolio material. Whatever you have. Jagdish, I'm an experienced guy. I don't have portfolio. Make one.
No.
Create one Google Drive, Create a ppt, create a PDF. Whatever you want, do it now. No, Jagdish, I can do it in B hands.
Do it.
Whatever you want, do it. But people has to see your information clearly. See, even without portfolio also you can get hired. But you will have to use the right strategy and the metrics carefully. With you please be a little careful about it. Third is you have to the application proof. Fourth is reply proof. You have this operation in order to get eligible for this. Oh sorry one second. In order to get eligible for this. Okay, how many of you want to get eligibility for this? If you guys are eligible for this, only you guys can apply Silver courses fully done, everything is connected. If you're not able to complete this, you won't be able to understand what is mean by resume, cover letter, anything. Yeah, you will understand. But you will again go for a generic world. Forget dolphin word again. It's not a dolphin. Okay, so the silver courses needs to be fully completed. Once you guys are completing the silver course, I'm going to be giving you thousand points for that. Automatically your system will update.
Okay?
People have already completed that. Don't worry, it will be updated for you.
Okay?
Don't worry about the points.
Okay?
Let me keep it 100 itself. Guys, let's have it common for all.
Okay?
And once you guys are completing this, by the time you complete Silver courses, at least people in the basic level, high level, they will have completed one. One to one call with me. You will know what industries to apply. If you guys have not completed the codex, not completed Silver membership and one to one Rush, what is the other job for you? Rush. Don't go premature and get get failures a lot.
Okay?
Sufficient time is there. 16 days is there for you. From today till start up the Pongal holidays.
Okay?
Pongal holidays. I know industry will also be closed. You guys will be enjoying with your family. But before that get the offer and enjoy. How many of you wants offer before Pongal? Tell me. Tell me who. Who wants offer before Pongal? Me, Me.
Me. Me.
Me. Me me me me. How to do branding. Explain please. Jay. I'm coming to it.
Wait. Okay.
How to do branding.
Okay.
Jaya watched the first second mission here. I've exactly talked about branding. Very very detailing.
Okay.
Very very detail. You talked about branding. But it's fine. For this project I will tell what is branding. You will have to use your last project or the last three projects or whatever. Try to create a small metrics around it and create one small portfolio or a case study around it using chat, GPT or anything. Just use that as a branding material. That's it. No, just a simple information. In the phone call you guys have got the prompts. Now properly in this last document, you guys will get the output. Now very very clearly. You don't have to confuse much, think much. Use that. That's your branding material. The two lines, whatever you're talking Jayanandani. That's the branding material. The one PDF file what you're going to send as a design task or something. That's your branding material. Your LinkedIn profile is your branding material. Put an attractive picture. Go to photoshoot studio. Take a nice picture of you. We are a good shirt or good good. Let's say if you're a woman, make it very professional and take a very good cover picture and edit it in canva and put a very good backdrop for it. Make sure your profile has a proper summary and description. Make sure interview. Your interview call should be clearly talked. Make sure you have a good thumbnail for your projects. Use that. If you guys are not doing branding then you will not grow. Very simple.
Okay.
This is the eligibility to do. What is the second eligibility? Jagdish attendance. At least you need to have 500 points.
Guys. Okay.
Like this I don't have attendance. At least come to this morning booster session we are going to have from the January 1st and get attendance. I wish you all the best.
Okay?
Jagdish. I still want more. You need to have completed at least 500 points. How much is the last quiz qualification guys? Can you tell me? Can somebody tell me the last challenge? 100.
Okay.
This is 500 because a lot of quiz is already there.
Okay.
If you guys have already got quiz, it's okay. Feed. You guys should have shared some information with the community. At least four information for each video will get 25 points. Share some information. I can see Sumana, I can see Ramraj. I can see people who are posting very good information for the community.
Okay.
Please go and do it. It's not only for for the community. It's also for you.
Okay.
Feed and also comment on other people learning Comment or like. Okay, we getting five points for that each. 25 points in total.
Okay. Yes.
Somebody wants to talk. Yes. I can't able to view some feeds.
Okay.
Some feeds only be visible and some feeds are not visible. I understand. Whatever is visible for you comment. I wish you all the best. But I want to know that why it's like that actually why what happened is there is a different levels of membership we have, right? What happens is to keep the privacy separate. We initially designed that to make a way only that particular membership people will keep the post or else it will confuse the other people. Right? It will be too much overload or this people will get unnecessary feed. We wanted to keep this as a customizable platform. But I would say whatever is coming in front of you, do that. In fact, I've also requested for the portal to change it for all the people. But ideally the portal, the, the, the. The technology partner who is also asking us is much intelligent than us. They are building this kind of a platform for other coaches as well. So they're asking Jagdish, will it not confuse your community? You tell me how it's going to benefit you. That's what in the January mid I'm also going to attend a leadership council call with many, many founders and coaches and other people. I'm going to raise this as a point. But anyway, for now whatever is accessible for you attend that.
Okay.
And, and level up portal will not be very active for all of you people guys because we are actually revamping it right now. You're seeing only 20 of the level of actual what you call benefit. You will see the 100 benefit weight. We are still building lot more things in that but you will see that slowly. Okay, comment and feed 25 points. And yeah, I would say creativity. What is creativity? Jagdish, you show me anyone creativity, I will add the category for you. Okay, you do any kind of a Creativity has already got this 100 points. Sumana has already got this 100 points. Many people have given the extra points. You know what? They were a little creative on their own self by exhibiting some skill set. I want every one of you to exhibit any one creativity skill and show it to me in the, in the, in the WhatsApp or in the feed section or in the level of portal as a proof. You do whatever you want, but I need to get noticed by you. If I see your brand coming up front then you don't have to ask me. I will automatically give 100 points and then you will be. If you guys are completing this five only you will be eligible to upload these proofs. It's a pretty tough activity, I'm sure, but it is worth it. If I keep it too easy, people will sleep. If I keep it too difficult, people will run away. I'm keeping it in a median level. There should be some challenge. Your maximum growth in your career occurs at the border of support and challenge. Demartini always says you're not going to grow if too much of support is given to you. You're not going to grow if too much of challenge is coming to you. Either you will break or you will come out of the organization.
Right.
Your maximum growth in your career occurs in the border of support and challenge. Please Understand this. This hackathon is designed in that way. You will have to stretch yourself but not too much. But not too lenient. Take your time, plan yourself properly. Work on this Dolphin design application and apply for the industries and get hired People who wanted to use this January as a hiring month. I wish you all the best. You guys can go literally beyond to apply and get hired.
Okay.
But I would request you to first complete the silver level courses and get at least one one to one call with me. That's it. You will be getting fast tracking it.
Okay.
And the submission instructions. Upload all of your proofs to the level up platform and fill out the Dolphin codex. You guys have to also fill this codex. Ideally everybody has did that but use the prompts and also complete that. Then it will become a activity for you. How do I. I'll put this here itself.
Okay.
I think many people have did that. There is no points for this but yeah, clear guys. Are we clear about it? Are you guys loving this level of platform? How many of you are loving this level of platform? Are you guys really enjoying this? It's only 20 guys. Wait for it. We are going to bring the best of the best of the best. Okay, you're working on it. It comes with a lot of cost but we are working on it. No problem. It has to yield the community a great benefit. System has to push you. Jagdish will not push you. Design for change will not push you. Systems will push you. That's what we are designing level up for.
Okay?
This is for a very high accountability reason. We are building this platform because it is said by mentor always systems work. People fail. Sometimes I may not pick your call. Sometimes I will not give a follow up. I may do a second day follow up.
Okay.
Sometimes you will be out of the track. People fail but system doesn't fail. That is why we are building a very, very strong accountability system and we want to and we also wanted to start something called a 31 day challenge where you guys are going to have a huge impact on it. I'm going to paste the link for you guys to apply for this. It's a 31 day validity plan. You guys can work on it and it will automatically expire the service on January 31st.
Okay.
And then you guys can take an advantage out of it. I'm going to be sending the link for you guys and the final information. What are the newer special? What are the newer special? What are the newer special? Tell me guys, what are the newer special? I think I've Come to the end of the session. What are the newer special? Tell me.
Hey Jagdish, I want to point out.
Tell me. Kanda.
Go ahead.
You said that you will be sharing that excel sheet that 31 days.
It is there in the last part of the prompt. I told you to take the second time, right? That prompts next to that prompt. The. The Excel. No, no, no no.
Not about that. You wanted the ah.
The skill set.
The skill set 51 days challenge.
It's a very good question. But I have not made this. No problem. I'll do it now. Okay, you can. You guys can have it in the 9 o' clock or 10 o'.
Clock.
But I've created the service link for you. First of all you. If you guys come inside it, it'll be better for me. Is it okay? Just give me little time.
Okay.
Surely I'll fill it up. Thanks for reminding that yesterday night I had multiple other commitments. I totally forgot that. But no, sir, I will do it. I'll do it for sure.
Okay.
So what will be there in that Excel sheet is that Excel sheet will be an empty sheet. Okay. Don't think I'll put everything. It's going to be a columns and empty sheet only. But you will have to fill with skill set you guys wanted to teach.
Okay.
One. One person pick one column. Don't put two people at one column.
Okay.
And Friday will be for Figma. Leave that Friday. And if you wanted to teach something in Friday, you can put that Figma skills in Friday. I know five different skills in Figma. Nobody knows. Yeah, you can. You can write Friday as a day for you. Put your name, put the skill which you wanted to teach. Are we clear about it? And that's what I'm going to circulate the sheet now. Please take few minutes to fill out that I want this 31 column to be filled. Guys, are we clear? I think many people have already pumped up. They've also. They've asked me already. Jagdish, how should I. How should I come and teach? How should I do it? How should I do? Many people have interacted with me after the yesterday's session. Day before yesterday. So you guys can fill it out. Sumana, Kandasamy and other people. I don't know. Many people asked me. I forgot the name. Many people have asked me that. Okay, so please do fill that. And people who are very shy, please fill immediately. Jagdish, I don't know how to talk in English. Please fill it. I will give Kanda as the Last priority. I will give you as the first priority.
Okay.
Which software are using to teach? It's really good for mind mapping. Mind mapping. It's actually called Mind Node.
Okay.
People are using Mac. They will be getting it. People are using Windows. You can use Mind Maester, you can use xmind.
Okay.
These are like. Whimsical is also a good tool.
Okay.
There is a beauty, guys. When you take chat GPT you can take Whimsical output directly. If you get pair. If you put. If you guys put paragraph as a chart GPT output and use this whimsical plugin, you will get us a mind map. How many of you are getting mind blown? This is a great tool. But anyway use it carefully.
Okay.
Manually also you can do whimsical. But Whimsical doesn't have a good graphics. Whimsical doesn't take pictures. Whimsical doesn't take hyperlinks and other things. But Mind node is an excellent tool. It does everything. It in fact assigns the tasks for you.
Okay.
But we'll talk about it later. But yeah. So are we clear about the instruction? If you guys are feeling shy. Jagdish. I don't know how to talk in English. Jagdish, I'm very, very shy and nervous. Jan1, Jan2 is for you. First or second day you guys are going to talk.
Okay?
People like Arun, people like Kanda, people like Aishwarya, Shankar. They are very good in communication. They are. They are very shy.
Free.
You guys are in January 29th. I'm just making fun. But anyway.
Okay.
You guys will get a second prayer. Second priority. But. But I wanted to bring the community who wants to take this initiative, whoever has not come forward to take that.
Okay.
And the second information is fill your skill set which you wanted to learn.
Okay?
Please understand this. If you're very good at something, it's okay. You can teach that. But I would say give priority for the skills which you don't know. Like let's say Jagdish, I don't know how to do wireframing. Please write wireframing as a tool. First you want to teach wireframing. Because while you teach to the community, you learn. While you teach to the community, you prepare. While you prepare, you learn. Very simple. That's a golden triangle of learning. I already told you that in the inner circle call.
Okay.
So make sure you choose the skill which is very weak for you. J. I'm very bad in design task. Teach that. I lag in many things. It's okay. Definitely for you. February. Okay, February. This program is not going to be there, guys. February, 100% it is not going to be there. In fact, this itself is a too much overload which. Which I am taking. But I truly believe people want to take January as an advantage. If you guys are taking January as an advantage for your hiring cycle, you guys will get through the stage very easily.
Okay?
Or else you will miss out. February and March, the vacancies will come down again. April, it will start. But you'll have to wait for four months.
Okay.
Who can wait for four months? Four months salary is a cost of delay for you guys, right? So why don't you take it? That's what I'm telling you. Very, very important. This particular session is. Okay, Arankumar, let's talk about it on January 31st. Not okay. I'm going to be introducing you. Don't worry. We are actually working on many things. You will be seeing it live one by one. Okay, one second. Let me first give you this option, guys. So that you guys will be using this particular thing. Okay, Just hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. One second. What do I do? What do I do? Once again.
Okay.
Are you good in Excel?
Yeah. Tell me.
You can give me a proposal that will be better. But I would say you can focus on your task. If you're okay and done with your task, you can help me with the sheet. But today I'm also going to work as a sheet and I'm going to give you. But if you have any framework, you can volunteer. I'm just giving you an option. It's up to you. I. I understand you have other schedules and other thing. You're working with two teams. If you find time, you can give. No problem. Okay, I will do that on top of it or I will also give a pattern. No problem.
Okay.
Thank you.
Sure.
And Subhash, are you here? I would like to give Subhash a little bit opportunity. Subhash, are you here? Subhash. Subhash. Subash. Subhash has created one thing, guys.
Okay.
Subhash will come and share it with you guys. Subhash, are you here? Subash? Can somebody check whether that. Yes, name is coming. He was there initially.
Okay.
I think he left the call. Okay. No problem, guys. Subash has prepared one goal sheet and gratitude and 10 things for us.
Okay.
We can use that particular template. So can I share it with you guys? Once again, somebody can share this in the community. Just a second. Who wants to share this. Kanda, can you open this sheet? Whatever I'm sending the community. Hold on. Yes, one second, I'm just. Yeah, I'm sending you on PDF, Kanda. Okay, it's there in the group itself. You can take that.
Okay.
Fine. Can you see that?
No, I'm not seeing it. You in the group, in the sense.
WhatsApp common chat itself I've sent you. Can you share the screen and can you just open that in front of the community?
Okay.
I've given you permission to share.
Yeah, I'm sharing it. You are not able to see it?
Yeah, I can. Able to see. Yes, go ahead. You can explain.
You want me to explain?
Ah, okay, we can explain.
No, I mean I have not gone through it.
What is that? Okay, fine. Are you opening the current plan? No, no, no, I want to see how are you presenting live without even.
Oh, that. Okay, fine.
So.
Hi people. So this is a simple tool that can help you to focus and achieve your goals effectively. And I will walk you through what are all the things that you require to put it in this sheet so that you will be clear of what you want to do and how you want to do it. So it is broken down into plans for your day, defining your goals, idea of the day, and gratitude corner. So each one has its own specific outcomes and we will go through it, each one. So plan your day, you can plan. This is one method which even Elon Musk follows. So you can write down 10 things, what you want to do for that day, and you have to stick to it. Whatever diversions you are getting, you might have some urge to do something. So try to avoid that. When you list down these things, you will be more concentrated in doing these things alone. And idea of the day, you can ideate any, any idea that comes to your mind, just write it down. When you are thinking or when you are reading something, you might have some idea. So write down the ideas which will help. And if you see most of the entrepreneurs, they have this habit of reading 10 pages per day and one idea would change there and would have changed their entire life. So an idea can change our life also. So try to collect all the ideas you have, then you can revisit these ideas and whichever connects or resonates to your feelings, you can take it and walk it up. So it is one easy way to collect all your ideas. So ideas may pop up anytime. Goals, again, goals may change, but you can define your goals and align your workings or your activities towards that goal to keep you streamlined. So when you write down or when you have a physical notes or represents what you want to do or what's your goal. It helps to focus on that. Again, gratitude corner. We have to be gratitude towards what we currently have. Think about the people who are who do not have this kind of facilities or opportunities that we have right now most of our people are would be seeking a job. But right now we have a good house, some place to eat and at least some good peoples to talk to. These are the basic things that many of the people people are lacking. So you can find something that you can be very grateful and gratitude about. Write those things even it could be someone who is bringing you coffee while you are studying or someone who's doing all your.
You can be grateful for that. Super Gandhar, you added the perfect thing. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. Excellent. You can stop sharing. Good guys. So now so now so are we clear with the assignment and are we clear with this sheet also? Guys, what Kanda explained, I will share this sheet in the. It's there in the group. You can take it out and if you want you can take a printout. But ideally I would recommend you to also buy a diary. I think I showed you that that day itself. And also go to the link which is given in the chat in the WhatsApp guys. Okay, please go and click that subscription and apply the coupon code. So everybody will get the morning booster session Inside that particular session you will be seeing in your workshop. The schedules for the next 31 days will come. Okay, so the thing is for the people who are in the job special, it's mandatory to attend this morning session. But people on the basic level, I'm not stopping you. It's up to you because you guys are still learning the skills.
It's okay.
But people are intensive job seekers. I wanted you guys to take massive action from the January 1st. Please do join this session from morning 6 to 636 30. After that there'll be one skill taught. If you want, you can stay there or you can able to leave for the rest of the day for your creative activity and that habit. Whatever you want and any support is required, you guys can ask me, we will take and we will help you. Is that okay guys?
Fine.
And apply that coupon code or else you will see a different pricing.
Okay, fine.
So last things last. Let's take a screenshot and this call is going to end in next two, three minutes. And I want you guys to go to the learning management portal and see this picture and comment Your learning and then go for the day. I know it's a long session but it's definitely worth it. Is it right? Did you guys learn something tomorrow? What about tomorrow's special? Okay. Morning we don't have session. Guys. Tomorrow evening six o' clock we have session. Is it okay? Only one day.
