Day 11- Explaining propject in Minutes 100 Days Skill Booster challenge

Jagdish teaches how to explain your project concisely in interviews. The session covers frameworks and communication techniques for tailoring explanations to different stakeholders, emphasizing clarity and structured presentation.
Please and start commenting yourself and take your notes. Enough. You did the process. Okay, you can continue after this. Listen to this stream. Okay? This is very important and one of our student has asked this question. Okay Shantilal. He has asked how to explain project please and start commenting yourself and take your notes. Enough. You did the process. Okay, you can continue after this. Listen to this. Okay guys, so welcome. Welcome to this Skill Booster Day 11. In fact, this is one of the very, very important, I would say more than a skill. It's a big pain area for many people. Leave about learning the skills. Skills could be very luxury. If you want, you can learn. But this is a very, very mandatory thing. Every designer out there has to do it. I will tell you why it is very, very vital and how to do it. Okay, first of all the the pain point what students have asked me is Jagdish how to explain our project in minutes. When it comes to healthcare industry or E commerce or edtech, anything.
Okay, the format remains safe.
I request everybody to go to the YouTube channel and start commenting your comments over there.
Okay?
And yeah, you can go there. I pasted the link also below. Please go there guys so that you can able to find out that. And I'll. I'll also do it in our WhatsApp so that it would be better YouTube live. Okay, fine.
Cool.
Okay, so the point what I'm trying to say is you should know how to explain your project in a minutes, okay? In this video I'm going to show you how you can do it live, how you can practice it. But before that, everybody has to take your notes and think about what are the one project which you feel like you wanted to tell to the recruiters. Maybe that could be non design project also. No problem. Maybe that could be design project also. Totally fine. It could be anything. The format remains same whichever field you go. This is what people expect from you.
Okay?
So listen to me very carefully. How to explain your project in minutes. In fact, lot of people have lot of English communication knowledge but they don't know how to present it properly. That is a big, big problem with them. They don't know how to present themselves in a more clearer and precise way and they are getting failed. The moment when you fail in your communication, nobody will understand what you really created. In fact, this is a sad truth. If you don't know how to communicate, if you are not sure what is your project and how people are going to get value out of it, ultimately there is no point in marketing yourself because ultimately if you're marketing only you will be able to get job and other things. Right?
Okay.
So that is the exact pain point what we are going to see in the day 11. Okay, so how to explain project in minutes. Jagdish, how to do it? First of all I'll. I'll tell you this is a very very structured approach. Guys. This is not a random process. Please don't think oh project just like that in the mind. Whatever comes I will go and tell. No. Even people are attending college interviews. Like let's say Gokul and other people are going to attend interviews, right? Please remember this in mind. Whatever projects you already did, it should be there only in this project in this format. Kip C Be creative with your designs. Don't be creative with a process and framework. Whatever we are giving, I repeat this. Be creative with your designs, product design, anything. I'm not worried. I'm. In fact I encourage you to be creative. But don't play and create with. Don't be creative with a process and framework. Whatever. I'm telling you in this program there are a lot of processes and framework which I already taught you and today also you're going to learn one Change this. These are all very well proven and fix it. Don't play with this. Then you will take another 5, 10 years to re explore something and by the time you would have been gone out of this field. So please remember you are not in the stage to innovate something new. Now as a process wise I'm saying be creative on your project problem statement. Solve it creatively, bring a good solution, novel solution. That's okay. But the process and the framework is very very important when it comes to self introduction. Exactly. You'll have to follow that. Okay, so communicating a design process and the problem solved and how much impact you're going to create is the most most important thing. Okay, so why is the skill important? Jagdish, Let me tell you guys, you have only limited time to showcase in the interview and you'll have to demonstrate what is your true capability in that very very short span of time. And make sure the engagement happens with your stakeholders. If you're talking in the interview, you're talking in any phone call or zoom call or anything. You should make sure that people are engaging with your content. If you're talking about your project and people are feeling when this person will complete here is explaining like anything. I've seen many students while I ask them something in their project, they keep on explaining for 15 minutes. Who has that much of patience to listen. Tell me what you did in the project. Tell me what problem you solved. Tell me what is the before and after. That's it. I need only that. I need to assess your skill. Right? I don't need your history, biology and all. So while you're speaking to the recruiters and stakeholders, the time is already limited. You should be able to exactly concise it when it comes to the technique. I will tell you guys how you can concise it. But for now, please listen very carefully.
Okay?
Showcase your problem and understand the design skills which you applied through. Ultimately, you should explain why you have applied this process and what are the design skills you applied to solve that. That's what they wanted to see as a demonstration.
Okay?
And make it very effective, make it very strong. Social visuals, pictures, illustration and then explain it. Then we make it concise so that they keep their attention for a longer time on your projects. It's as simple as that.
Okay?
Definitely it improves your success rate. Let's go for the misconceptions. A lot of people think you should tell everything. That is a big. I would say everybody has this problem. Not even one person I've seen with coming up with this level of clarity. Not even one student. I've interacted with 14,000 students. You know that I told you, not even one student has ever told me the projects, what they did in a very precise, structured manner. This is the problem statement.
Okay?
Like, look at this. Look at me, guys. Hi Jagdish. Good morning. Let's say if you are a student, okay. You are going to explain a project to me, okay. And see how it can happen.
Okay?
Hi Jagdish, how are you?
Let me.
Good morning. So my name is so and so. I have recently delivered a project which I wanted to tell you what impact we have created. We have created a learning management application where it is used by specially abled people.
Okay?
Who doesn't have eyesight.
Okay.
We have designed a website, we have designed a mobile app for these people to learn some of the most important basic syllabus in their skill, schooling, education.
Okay?
We have created the content accessibility guidelines in a way special able people can do. Right now, more than 100 people. We did a beta testing and then out of them, 70% of the people like this product. And you know what? It has improved their learning capability up to 15 percentage. And people have completed up to more than 75% of their assignments. After implementing this model, we analyzed their requirement, we found out their exact pain point and then we solved it using the double diamond thinking process and then we developed the app in just 30 days and now as I said, 100 people are using it, 60% people like it and once if you are building this, we will be able to scale it up for thousand people as well. Would you like to see my project close with a question mark? See I took exactly one minute but did my project communicate what I wanted to say? I did not show any visuals, I did not show any big big portfolios and all. How many of you understood what I said now? Right. So your project should be very very clear, specific, structured, tell what problem is solved for the target market, what impact you created compared to the before. If you get one more minute extra you can go little bit detail into the process. If you get it few. If you get few more minutes extra where the recruiter itself will say okay Jagdish please explain now. Okay, after telling this then the recruiter will ask Jagdish could you take out what are the process you've exactly implemented? How do you interview this blind people? Okay, how do you come up with a requirement then you can share your screen and show. Then they got two, three minutes extra. See this is how you have to go to the layer by breakdown. If the person is saying okay, okay Jag, fine so tell me when are you going to join? That's it. People will ask like that in interview. So you should understand the pace of the people whatever they are going to ask you and then explain your answers accordingly. Don't just open the mic and keep on talking about your project. That is the very first misconception which I'm telling you just randomly don't do it. Just understand what the people require. That is why in my 31 day AI Codex formula I've told go and analyze each of the company and the recruiters who is going to come for your interview. It's a technical person, non technical person, HR design head. Based on their portfolio, based on their requirement you have to tailor your pitch statements. That's why this is not a one size fit for all. You have to prepare this format but you have to use it when and where it is required. Because the more bigger interviews you go in product design and UI UX design, you should stop sharing your portfolio. If you show a lot of your portfolio you will get very less salary. 6 LPA, 7 LPA you will get when you stop showing your portfolio, when you start selling your credibility. That I did testing with this much people, 1 lakh downloads is happening in app store. 12 million people are using my application then you will get 1012 LP. You should not show your portfolio. You should keep it as a confidential. You should create curiosity for the people to come and show your portfolio. If you want to get less salary, then you brag about your portfolio a lot then share with everybody. This is exactly a ulta strategy. A lot of people think I need to have a lot of project in portfolio. No, it's exactly ulta. If you wanted to get huge salaries. When you wanted to get huge salaries and show for a very big recruiters, you should talk like this. When you have to talk very specific. Okay Jagdish, how to get this metrics and all. It's your responsibility to go and do in your project and get it provided. If you are getting this data, only you can talk confidently here. If you're not getting this data, please go back and get it. How do I get it? Jagdish? Talk to your project manager. If your project manager doesn't know, talk to your client. If your client doesn't know, see in app store how much downloads have happened for the application what you designed. Jagdish, My application did not even go to app store. Okay fine, where is it right now? Somebody is using it for testing purpose. Go and understand how much people have tested it, how much people have used it. See, I'm just giving you an example of a fintech app. Okay, maybe this is applicable for fintech app or something like that. Because it's a financial management tracking application. If you're doing it for an e commerce app, see how much people have engaged in your application, how much people have got, how much people have come and made a purchase in your application. See how much steps has reduced compared to 20 steps. Now people were able to do it in four steps. They can choose the product, put it in their cart, compare, make the transaction, track the delivery, get the product in six steps you were able to do previously it was 20 steps. Show that it is 200 times improved. It is 200 percentage improved. It is five times lesser than the earlier project. You have to matricate it and don't put random numbers. Write down in your project case studies portfolio and bring the numbers carefully until. This is where my heat map is. This is where a lot of people are using my application. This is where a lot of people are touching my application. This is where I have created the most important icon and element and this is how people are able to create. This is where I'm going to create an engage engagement for my user. See it worked. I applied this ux log and then I applied the engagement ratio and people are now using it. See, this is called error prevention. You can say this is called user recognition. This is called help and documentation. This is one heuristic laws. I've applied this, it worked. And now people are able to engage in my content and my application alone. Would you like to see that? Can I share my screen to show you? This is how you need to create curiosity. When you're explaining your project in minutes, you have to close with a question. Do not remember. Do not just ask question, do not just tell. Always be a person in the interview to ask a question in a polite manner.
Okay.
Hi sir, I'm Jagdish. I would like to know what is exactly the role about?
Okay.
Project manager. Okay, fine. UIUX role Project manager. Okay, sir, can I explain my all the projects or I can I explain only key projects? Okay, okay. Key projects. Fine, sir. Okay, fine. See the person, whoever is asking questions, they will be driving the interview. How you can complete your project in minutes to explain it is by asking questions. Your project could be a three months project. It's okay. Tell them or ask them. Sir, I did a very detailed three months project. Tell me what exactly you need in this project. Should I explain everything? I will take five minutes. But should I only explain the metrics what I created? For one minute you tell me you are asking a question. Then the recruiter will say. Because 10 people will be sitting around in interview. If you take five minutes what they will do, they will get very stressed. That case you have to understand. Shorter said enough. Every time. Keep it simple, stupid. Remember this. K I S S Kiss. Keep it simple, stupid. Every time you have to keep it very simple. Don't make long, long sentences and confuse the people. Explain what problem is solved. How you solve before and after. That's it. Yeah. They ask more detail. Explain them. They want to see some visuals. Share your screen and show. Keep it ready. Share. That's it. If you talk less, you may be getting a huge value. If you talk more and brag about lot of things, it's not required.
Okay.
To make it simple, you'll have to work a lot. That is my only point. Okay, I'm going back to the sharing the screen. So just a second. Okay, so it's not like you must cover everything. It's not like the more technical, the better it is. No, nothing is of like that sort. Don't think that. Don't. Don't use this information architecture, problem statement solving. Don't do all these things. Guys. Everybody out there in the market is using those same words. Words and everything. Please never never never use that. If you are my student I would highly recommend. Please don't use that.
Okay.
Think about what is the reality what you took to solve this problem. Sir, I went for the field. You know what? Nobody has answered me any questions here. I have digged out many things out of the field. This is my learning. You have to tell that when you are explaining your project. Any key highlights you have to mention. Any key failures you have to mention. Anything very interesting happened in the field you will have to explain. Guys, this is applicable for even the mechanical engineers who is going to attend interview in the colleges.
Okay.
Gokul Dharani, Kiran. Please understand what you did as a project. What problem you solved. You have to explain to the recruiters. As simple as that.
Okay.
Maybe in the other video I'll teach about how you can able to self introduce yourself using the same format. If you have completed the personal codex, you will know what to explain about yourself. If you would have completed one year codex, you will know how to explain your project in star format str. Very simple. It is all there in front of you. Don't ask me where is the content. You have written all these things in the codex and you now know how to use it very carefully in the same chatgpt chat itself. Guys, go and type out.
Okay.
The same chat whatever you already did for this three codex documents. Explain me the top three projects for this industry. It will take from your earlier chat and it will exactly provide you. Until tomorrow I'm going to attend an interview in a company called Honeywell. So which project should I explain? Honeywell is a healthcare based industry. Ask in the chat GPT it will exactly tell you what project in your case studies what you can explain. Because you fed all the information in Codex. That's the reason I asked you to fill the codex very detailed. And then you will have the inputs in front of you. Prepare that go and attend interview tomorrow. That's it. No need of any kind of a preparation. See, conventional people would be lost. But you guys are really clear. Because you have codex in front of you. Use that same chant to ask. Ask whatever question you want. Put the detailed job description of the Honeywell in the chat GPT and ask your same chat. See this is a job description. Tell me how I can tailor make the interview tomorrow. Ask. It will exactly demonstrate you. Because we have fed the AI model to our requirement, it will only analyze the data and it'll exactly give you that's the reason I've asked you to fill the codings every time. You don't need me. You just need exactly the right things to be done at the right time.
Okay?
Call me. No problem. I'll explain you before the interview and all. But be very simple. Guys. In order to make it simple, use that codex properly.
Okay.
What are the key techniques? We are coming to the most important part. Guys, listen very carefully.
Okay?
See first of all you need to show the impact what you're creating in this project. Please make a note of it. Impact. What is the impact you're creating? Don't show random things. Show only the impact.
Okay. Problem.
What?
Who? Why?
Please make a note of it. That's what I told you. Don't be creative on the process and framework. Just memorize it and do it. That's it. How you solve the solution, what are the outcome?
Okay.
Make the interview, make the explanation. Tailor make to this. For example Shantil has asked this question for these industries, healthc care. That means how the patient has improved his outcomes. How the doctor's lifestyle is improved because of the product you designed. Medical product. What is the compliance and activities? Because in healthcare if you talk policies will come, compliance will come, standards will come. When you talk about fitness, you will have a motivation elements. Engagement. So pick out for your industries, what are the keywords? Explain them as simple as that.
Okay.
And then e commerce conversions. User flow. I told you, right? How the user flow has reduced. How the journey has come down, how the steps has come down. So tailor, make your explanation based on the industry what you have, everything you can able to put it in chat GPT and get it. Guys. So same codex don't create new chat, just same codex use it. The more and more information you keep in the chat, chat GPT will become very smarter. To help you out with that data. Jagdish, I have 10 projects with me here. I don't know how to explain. This is the only simple solution. Put all of your projects in the Codex. Upload, ask questions. Exactly. You will get the output. You will itself be surprised. Oh, this much I did in the earlier project. I myself. I myself don't know that. That's why you have to use the tools carefully. People who are not using chat GPT as the way what I'm saying you are already missing out on a lot of things. Guys. Trend is going in a very very huge way.
Okay.
So think about it.
Okay.
And people are watching this live in the YouTube channel. I'm extremely sorry guys. Jump into my Community. I'll tell you how you can use this codex. A lot of people who are in my community, they know how to use this codex and they are getting pro at it.
Okay?
In fact for your information guys, go to your learning management portal. We have recorded a video called how to fill the codex Yesterday. It's a 18 minutes video, one stretch. Please go and watch it out one more time.
Okay.
I've shared live screen also how to fill the codex, how to answer certain questions and how you can get response in chat GPT and how you can finally take a printout to spiral bind it and keep it. For your personal manifesto you can go to Silver membership course in the third section it is there. Please go and watch it.
Okay?
It's a high quality 4K video we have recorded. You can watch subtitles is also there. Take a notes and watch it out.
Okay?
So always use simple language. I told you importance of diverse stakeholders. Let's say if you worked in a common environment with testing of people with with engineering people with programmer coder. Please mention everything right now. I've explained this right now. I explained this right now. I worked with the developer to solve this problem. Tell about your cross functional ability. When you are explaining your project, you should always talk like a team member. You should not talk like I only did this. No, we worked as a team. We delivered a project in 15 days and I am the designer for it. And 12 other people are also working as an engineer, marketing, sales and coding and development backend people. So we as a project we delivered this thing in 30 days. And my part, I did the whole UX research and screens development part. And my part is to understand the problem and you explain your part.
Okay?
So you should be very clear. See, the minutes of simplicity will come only when you do a lot of these activities background.
Okay.
And the fourth important thing is please highlight the metrics. I already told you that. But anyway, because numbers and facts speaks stories. People may lie but numbers will not lie. Metrics and statistics will not. Like Jagdish. How to find out statistics? Please go to Google and find out.
Here.
Don't ask me for your project. Go and find out. You should know it better. Okay, you can go to Perplexity. You can go to Google Bar. Google Bard is very good in finding out statistics. Please go and do it.
Okay.
Answerthepublic.com it will give you a lot of statistics and information. ChatGPT to a certain extent it will give you. If you guys are using paid account in charge GPT, you will Get a super response. If you guys are using free account, you will get a limited response. But anyway try it out. But Google Bar is really good. Try that.
Okay?
Perplexity answerthepublic.com these are all the sites you can get lot of statistics and metrics generally for a project and then put it and make it. Even if you did that project in one week now rework on it based on this format and really create a wonderful introduction for you guys. Because ultimately that's what is going to help you get an excellent job. Okay, so I'll give you two techniques. Guys, this is a second framework.
Okay?
First framework. I already told you. What, who, how, why, how outcome. This is most most important.
Okay?
Always use star model. What is the star? Jagdish? What is the situation given to you? Your problem statement? What are the task you have taken? The task would be Jagdish, I did research, I did screens in Figma. I did prototyping, I did testing. All these things is okay, what are the action you took and what are the results you got? In fact, this is what you would have seen in the codex.
Okay?
Any project could be structured in this format. Okay? Jagdish. In spite of it, I don't know what to tell in the interview. I have all prepared this but I'm completely lost because of the nervousness and interview. I'll tell you one quick hack, okay? Listen to it very carefully and make a note of it. This is most most important. Always remember Pistol Pestle. Pestle Type out of the chat Pistol. Everybody go to the YouTube type out in the chat Pistol. I want everybody to go to YouTube type out in the chat pistol Pistol Piston. This is for you guys.
Okay?
P. Everybody, I. I just. Only two people have typed three people have typed four. I want every 12 of you who's there in the call to go and type it out Pestle. Okay, Very good. So the reason why I'm telling you is anytime when you forget in your interview, if you don't know what to explain, suddenly you got nervous everything. Remember Pestle for your project, what is the politically it is affecting you. Like let's say this product is there in the system, sir, but nobody is using. You can talk generally about it. If you forget about anything in your project, okay, See ideally you should. You will not do it because you have codex. You have a format. You will know how to explain your project. But on top of it, if you forget everything, you can just talk about what are the political influence on it. If there is no political Influence. Think about economy. How much people are saving the money while using this app? How much revenue your company has taken by selling this product? Economy. Money.
Okay.
Economy. How much improvement happened? How much GDP has increased? How much people are now utilizing this feature? Let's say if you're a healthcare designer very well you can explain this feature. This E. Economy.
Okay.
How much people have saved money by purchasing from your shopping cart? How much people have spent money and saved money by using your fitness app because yours is a subscription model? Low cost, high cost, whatever. Explain about money factor.
Okay.
Third societal. How people's culture is getting changed. How people's behavior is getting influenced by your application, by your product, by your service, by your late machine, whatever you are designing, think about societal change. If there is a very small societal change, explain small. No problem. Then talk about technology. What are the technology used? Sir, we have used advanced AI models. We have used machine learning techniques. Whatever is the technology, explain that.
Okay.
Then explain about the environmental and sustainability. Please make a note of it. Sustainability. Sustainability. Your product is sustainable. Explain. If it's not, leave it.
Okay.
And final, what are the legal terms?
Okay.
What are the law? What are the legal wise? You can able to explain in your projects. So remember this guys. This is a beautiful hack. When you are forgetting everything in your project, please cover the six aspects. You will get exactly clarity in your output.
Okay?
I'm just pasting this for you guys. So you can very well go and take a advantage of it.
Okay?
Okay guys, I hope everybody is clear. Type C if you are clear in the chat box. Yes Jagdish, I'm super clear. Next is very simple guys. Okay, go to the chat box and type C if you're not clear, please ask me now. Shantilal, were you clear? Because of this, because of you only we are explaining this. Are you clear? Yes, but you should explain. You should take action. Prepare it every. By listening to this class, you will not go and crack all the interviews. You used to practice it multiple times. Ultimately practice is very very important for this.
Okay?
So in 60 to 90 seconds you should be able to tell this guys. Focus on problem, solution, outcome. Simple, very simple. No complications, nothing.
Okay?
Yeah. I already showed you a live demo. I showed you one project, blind project and I explained that based on the in, based on the stakeholder. Like let's say if the recruiter is there, let's say if you're going and talking with some random person for interviewing, explain them what is required for them. That's it. So based on your requirement, you should be able to tell them. Like let's say somebody is asking, hey, you are going to interview me. Tell me what is your project? Then only I'll give you answers for them. You have to explain differently. Sir. This is what the project I'm doing. Don't use the star method and all. Don't use the special. It's not required for that person. Tell what project you're doing. Make sure you're comfortable with them. Because when you are comfortable, only they'll give you some answers. Or else they'll treat you like a stranger. They'll ask you, no, I won't give any data. What are you going to do with my data now? So leave. Many people will give you this awkward reaction.
Okay?
So be careful about it.
Okay?
And once if you understand this, then you can tailor make the explanation accordingly. And then you can refine for a very smooth flow. 60 seconds, guys. Ultimately you should know in 60 seconds how we can able to explain your project. Very simple.
Cool.
Got it. And I'm giving you an activity now. So everybody take one project. Now type out of the chat what project you wanted to take. Okay, type out whom who is going to interview you for that project. Third type out what is that stakeholder requirement is. Fourth type out what is the pistol analysis which you're going to do? It's a very detailed document. Okay, now do it. I'm giving you five minutes. This YouTube live is going to stop now. Okay, once I say start, you do it. Not now. Okay, so people are watching this live. After this live call, please go and do it and then type out in the comments. I'll be more than happy to reply for all of your comments, guys. Okay, so people are there. Live with me. I request you to do it. Just wait for a second.
Okay? Okay.
So then find out these reasons. And then now prepare this and practice it continuously. Again and again. At least ten times, twenty times, hundred times. You should be able to practice all of your five projects. And even if I wake up in the sleep and ask you, hey, what did you do in your ticket project? Can you tell me? I did exactly this. I did. This is the matrix I did. You should not go and recollect from your play. You should be able to quickly, quickly tell. That's called practice. When you are becoming this proficient, you don't have any problem in interview. See, these are all small, small skills, guys. By practicing you can able to improve this. Don't spend too much time on this. Because ultimately there are other more important skills also which you have to learn. Okay, so this is a very important skill. But it doesn't mean you have to skip it. But you have to practice it, master it quickly. 20, 30 times, 40 times. You do it for all of. Let's say if you have five projects, make sure five projects. You should able. You should be able to explain in 1 minute, 2 minute, 3 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Also you should be able to explain your 1, 1 project. That much of depth you should have. And explanation should be very clear. If you have doubts, put all of this as a prompt in ChatGPT and it will exactly spit you. Take a printout, start memorizing. If you are very bad at communication, start memorizing what else I can say? Okay, and then have a snippets in front of you. Just points. I also have a point. See, I am explaining this content just because of these points. If you don't have this mind map, maybe I will explain you, but I will not be in a format. I will just randomly go here and there. Okay, so snippets is always important. Please remember the snippets and talk to the recruiter. That's enough.
No problem.
We are not proficient communicators or orators. We are just a students practicing. But ultimately we have to improve. Think about it. Okay, so I've given you enough information now. So now we'll give you some scientific background. See, neurologically, if you make the communication simple, it is very quick for the brain to understand and recognize. Because ultimately when you're talking to someone, you're activating their prefrontal cortex. How many of you don't know this? This is very, very important. Prefrontal cortex is where the people's creativity, presence of mind, their positive energy, vibration, everything is there. When you're talking very precisely and simply, you're directly going and hitting them. If you talk too much of things, people get super confused.
Okay.
When you explain with some graph picture, video or aid, this will help them engage very faster to your brain. Whatever I explained you, are you guys getting it so far till now? That means I've exactly talked to your prefrontal cortex. It engages your brain's portion. That's why you are able to resonate with me. If I'm talking too much big, you will not understand. Same like that. We should also make that things happen exactly for you. It reduces the cognition load when you break down into simple parts. Yes, sir. This is my project. This is my stakeholder. This is what we did. This is the results. See, this is a project I shared My screen. Very simple breakdown into parts. Don't explain complex things. It reduces the mental effort for the people who are going to see this.
Okay?
And then it increases the focuses and they will stay focused on your communication.
Okay?
What are the exact statistics Jagdish? 50%. The more retention happened when you are making it in a structure. That means if you tell 10 things people are going to remember only five things. If you put in a structured way, okay. If you don't do it, that too it's enough gone. They will not even remember one thing. Remember. Imagine if they are interviewing 10 people, okay? And you are among the 10. And if you have not created enough impact by telling what you want, they will not even forget. Let's say. Let's say Muthu is attending the interview when they are assessing.
Okay?
What Muthu answered? Yeah, that guy came with respects.
Okay.
What did he tell? They will forget totally and they'll put. Okay fine, six marks or not. If you create an impact by telling exactly what is required, they will exactly. That guy, he explained about some blind project here. He explained about that sand project and very nice. No? Yeah, good. And then they will close the interview, simple. So that memory retention will be there when you approach it structurally. And seven second is the time for the recruiters, guys. 30% better. With clear communication you can able to engage the people. So think about it, okay? And I told you chat GPT you can use. There is no other way. I will tell you, okay? Grammarly is outdated guys. Anyway fine, but you can use chat GPT, okay? Use the codex. People out there are seriously unlucky because they don't know what is mean by codex. You guys know what is codex and you guys have spent a lot of time spending and perfecting that. Use that codex chat properly, okay? For any prompt. Even if you want one minute intro. Even if you want two minute intro. Even if you want five minutes intro. Even if you want five projects, five minute intro. Whatever you want. Based on that industry, ChatGPT is going to give you the output.
Okay?
So use the chat carefully. Make sure all of the three codexes chat should be in one chat. In chat GPT then and only you can able to find. In fact when I review also I'll only open the chat and see because I need to pull data from you. What did you do earlier in your projects, in your life? What is your top three values, your goals, your mission, your vision, your targeted industry. Everything is aligned and connected. Guys. Nothing is random here, okay? So think about it and then leave Grammarly it's okay, it's not a big deal. But yeah, I already explained you it is time efficient. It enhances your cred credibility. It creates a very clear explanation and complex into simplicity and yeah, please reflect on this and do this. So now I wanted you to come up with something guys. Okay, so take a notepad and pen. Now we're going to stop this YouTube live and you should understand one project you should take and then you should write about who, what, why, how you solve the problem and you have to write it in the star model and you have to bring me how you're going to explain in one minute.
Okay.
And then you should show in front of me. That's a very quick activity which you can do. And yeah, and this is for the people who are watching for the very first time, guys.
